        I have purchased vivo x60 mobile from Flipkart on 9/10/2021...The first thing I noticed while I using this new mobile was the dust in the inside of front camera. So I called the customer service center and they told me to approach your nearest customer service center. I went to the Vivo Customer Center this morning as well. But the person there bought my mobile and said that we will clean it. It's been only four days since I bought this mobile so I will not allow this to be repaired ..then I asked for a replacement mobile .. but they refused to give replacement mobile.

            Vivo team,
            Today we have submitted our handset to the vivo service center, in the evening talk to the service engineer on the phone, he says that there is no problem with the phone.

            But the incoming call is not received, the video of which is attached in the mail, the handset hangs automatically and turns off hand set.

            Vivo team is requested to understand the customer problem and solve it properly.

            You tell the service engineer to check the handset properly, give the correct update to the company, do not waste the customer's time and money.

                The phone VIVO V21 5G has taken by me. After week days later it has not been worked properly. The location works where I was not there. Because of this I had already lost many competitive exams with regard to the Government. The browsing web has always been continuously rounding and rounding like a satellite which could not produce no results till the location changes from where I was at home especially. Even to play the games like EMKandKBC if I typed one thing the other typed another thing.

                  Purchased Vivo Y33s for Rs.18K from Mobile Market, Subramanianagar, Sathanur Main Road, Tiruchirapalli-620021 on 21st Sep 21. Its lagging from day one and the touch facility was very poor. Looks it has manufacturing deficiency. Have handed back the package for either replacement or refund. Dealer is trying to repair and tell stories to the customer that it was due to non updation of apps etc. Please enable me to get a replacement or refund in full. Thanks.

                    We purchased a new Vivo Y33s mobile phone for our organisation for Rs.18, 000 on 13 September 2021 from Mobile Market, Subramania nagar, Tiruchirapalli-620021. It was sold as 12 GB Ram/128 GB storage. It was rather slow to be 12 GB ram. We think this is not true. The touch screen didn't work smooth from 2nd day, lagging and was becoming worse progressively. Actually, this is the first time we tested a Vivo instrument and we are disappointed. We have handed the package back and trying to get refund or replacement. But the dealers trying to assign false reasons such as, apps were not updated or too many apps like 34 nos. Actually its used for administrative purpose and there are no special apps inside, no gaming etc. Please help us to get a replacement or refund.

                      Vivo customer care service became pathetic, i had a screen touch delay problem contacted vivo customer care and as requested by customer care executive started a log, recorded the video, compressed it and shared via email to [protected]@vivo.com on 15th september 2021, At the time of complaint registering customer care executive said that email team will get in touch via email. as today is 25th of september 2021 didn't get any reply from team via email or call so seeked their online chat support, they came up with a reason like there's a sync problem with mail and they didn't even received mail from my end

                                Dear Sir / Madam,

                                I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Phone And Accessories

                                The issue that I have experienced was: Hi Vivo Team

                                I am having Vivo V20 Pro(8+128G) Midnight Jazz purchased on Jan 1 2021.

                                I was not having any issue untill last week, suddenly my unlock PIN was not working also fingerprint
                                as well. I tried many time but unable to solve this problem. most probably that is my office working day
                                hence I really need the deive should be operatable because many OTP will send in and around using
                                mobile.

                                due to this suddent situation happen I cannot go service ceter suddenly, hence I dicided factory reset
                                and set the new passowrd, but imporatnt factor is my all existing data lost. I dont why this happend.
                                Then I set new password somewhre I managed from I took some backup.

                                Now again Today my mobile unlock PIN is not working I am really not sure what is happening, it is
                                really important the needs to address this issue. Now im unable to use my mobile due to unlock PIN
                                is not working. Can someone look atthis issue seriusly and fix. This is really frustrating me the issue is
                                repeating again and again.

                                  Such a bad product waste of money just use one year and six month battery compliant not using ruff . It’s 8 gb ram but don’t know the phone it’s 8 gb! Camera very poor

                                  It’s business trick we know we need not change vivo batteries that way increase vivo profit 6 months warranted battery price 700 only

                                    I received the this product on 24th July 2021. When I opened the package the earphones were missing and I immediately sent an email to vivo team also chat support team, till date I have got resolution and also vivo declined to return this phone and refund my money which is costing 30k INR. Now I want my money back wnd please take this phone back. Pathetic service.

                                    It's been a month still I haven't received any positive response. Very pathetic I don't recommend anyone to purchase from vivo online store.

                                      Dear team I have vivo v20. I am getting internet speed max.300 Mbps via WiFi through 5GHz. When I ask your support center they said v20 will support 1G speed but not working more than 300 so I raised complaint .after they said sent log share the screen recording all I sent after they said v20 only support 443 Mbps only like that. Ok that also not getting my device so I asked them sent screen recording from your I want to know your v 20 how giving 443 Mbps upto now didn't sent by them too much excuses only I am getting how they said 1G after how they said 443 who confirm the speed how I know it's true .I have 500 Mbps speed in my home but I can't enjoy with full speed due fake promise given by vivo last two month I struggle this issue
