I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Phone And Accessories
The issue that I have experienced was: Hi Vivo Team
I am having Vivo V20 Pro(8+128G) Midnight Jazz purchased on Jan 1 2021.
I was not having any issue untill last week, suddenly my unlock PIN was not working also fingerprint
as well. I tried many time but unable to solve this problem. most probably that is my office working day
hence I really need the deive should be operatable because many OTP will send in and around using
mobile.
due to this suddent situation happen I cannot go service ceter suddenly, hence I dicided factory reset
and set the new passowrd, but imporatnt factor is my all existing data lost. I dont why this happend.
Then I set new password somewhre I managed from I took some backup.
Now again Today my mobile unlock PIN is not working I am really not sure what is happening, it is
really important the needs to address this issue. Now im unable to use my mobile due to unlock PIN
is not working. Can someone look atthis issue seriusly and fix. This is really frustrating me the issue is
repeating again and again.
