Vivo v11 mobile automatic switched off...

Vivo team,
Today we have submitted our handset to the vivo service center, in the evening talk to the service engineer on the phone, he says that there is no problem with the phone.

But the incoming call is not received, the video of which is attached in the mail, the handset hangs automatically and turns off hand set.

Vivo team is requested to understand the customer problem and solve it properly.br...

We purchased a new Vivo Y33s mobile phone for our organisation for Rs.18, 000 on 13 September 2021 from Mobile Market, Subramania nagar, Tiruchirapalli-620021. It was sold as 12 GB Ram/128 GB storage. It was rather slow to be 12 GB ram. We think this is not true. The touch screen didn't work smooth from 2nd day, lagging and was becoming worse progressively. Buying a vivo y 31 mobile after 2 month its display broken what i do now...
