As vivo company has announced a flash sale.in which their latest mobile will be sale for rs.1947. I have believed that sale and do further procedure to buy the mobile. But when it time for sale the account in vivo automatically signed out. Still i able to add the mobile to the cart, but it requires signing in, but it doesn't happen. When the sales got over my account get signed in.
From this their stealing my information like mobile number, house address, email address.
Please take neccesary action to this fake sales and stop them from stealing our information.

Vivo is the worst company they organized a fake sale indias coustemer should not buy vivo brand mobile beacuse company is fake... I have very fast internet speed but sale mobile cannt booked coustemer are cheted

Vivo company organised a fake freedom carnival from 7th to 9th of aug 2018 in india.
& collected all indians shipping address & mobile no & bank details
I am using high speed internet but i cant enter the site
And more over waste of time.
India is a respected country in the world, vivo should not use indians freedom as a tool for your sales.
1. Company should provide winners list & contact
2. How many mobile vivo saled in this carnival.
3. Vivo should ask forgive to indians

Vivo own website is freedom cornivel offer at the vivo nex mobile is at the rate of rs:1947 only at 12pm
And vivo v9 mobile is rs:1947 at 12pm
Vivo ear phones are just 72 rupees only
But how many mobile are giving to customer not displayed but sale is open in only for vivo e-store website only..
No one will buy that mobile or accessories at the cornivel rate of items...
But some body buy the rate at the time of 12pm is 1947 is not showing check out time but showing the rate of 44999 rupees
Finally noticed one buy the just 1947 rupees at 12 pm

The company has done such a misleading sale just to get consumers details like email id, credit card details etc.

This abruptly illegal, ill ethical act by vivo,
By this way they lost their brand trust.

Everytime their advertisement come in tv i hate to see. And tgeir cheating come infront.
Please take the necessary actions against this company.

Also i want to delete my account in vivo shop, delete my email id, delete my phone no and everything data stolen from me via their e commerce website.

Vivo introduced carnival offer repect to independence india in rs 1947 their brand new mobiles for 3 days at 12:00 pm on (7, 8, 9) but, they didn't provide any mobile no one can get that offer...
Many utubers provide illegal extention ideas.
This vivo company use india's greedy and collect millions of information ex (Email, ph no, address)
Ple take some action against this company otherwise it will followed by other organisation.

Past three days vivo ad about their flag ship mobiles for just 1947 but they don't give any of that phones to anyone ever i know and in internet, they made this scam to steal our data, what a cheap strategy they play with us? Because of them some extension arose to steal the datas of ours they made a hype of their add to steal data they have to be punished for this scam in our country, all these peaples are came and betray indians and our time, vivo must be punished with penalty for this crime they made and they should must say sorry to our people

This offer was really a big fake, i was able to add phones to my cart when clicked on checkout it redirected me to login, i was already logged in to my account but your system still asked me to login.

Post that i'm not able to go past my login since it never let me logged in. Snapshots attached

My cart was refreshed with their original price.

Fake sale vivo its not "flash sale" its "fake sale"get out from india vivo. Very cheap marketing on indians. Who are trying to buy in the carnival flash sale conducted on august 7th to 9th 2018. I need detailed report of this flash sale. Vivo has wasted many people time & work and they got our privacy data by sign up to their website. Its a total scam and they fooled ever indian who try to buy at flash sale.

Vivo mobile company was giving a flash sale on Aug 07 to 09 at the price of ₹1947. All the customers giving our own data (address, contact numbers, e-mail I'd, password) for a log in process & buying that mobile on that offer. But the issue is no one get that mobile phones on that offer & price. If got anyone he also got that mobile in actual price. So kindly punish them for this data scam and also a fake offer announcement. Thank you

It's been a long time since oreo android operating system came in the market.
But I (Vivo V5 Plus users) do not get oreo update.
For other Vivo devices coming in the market, all of those devices are coming with oreo android operating system.
i am also one of your customer and you should not forget us.

I came to know about the Freedom Carnival Sale by Vivo, a Chinese Company. It is an online shopping E-commerce website. In this sale, the company offers some mobile costs around Rs.48000 & Rs.22000 just only for Rs.1947/- The offer is introduced to celebrate the 72nd Independence Day in India. It is shame to our country that a Chinese company had cheat us by the name of Freedom carnival Sale which means to celebrate Our 72nd Independence day. The offers are valid only for 3 days. [from 7th August 2018 to 9th August 2018] The mobile models are Vivo nex and V9. I created an account in that site by the instructions provided. I think that it is a scam offer. And the company took my details such as E-mail ID, Address & Mobile number through online E-commerce website. I tried to buy the mobile but unfortunately I failed to buy that mobile. And I came to know that no one bought any product through the freedom carnival sale by Vivo India. The company doesn't offer anything to the consumers but they got our information. And I want to make a complaint on Vivo Mobile India. Please consider my complaints.

Vivo announced as freedom carnival sale as vivo nex & vivo v9 Mobile's for rs 1, 947. And headset for rs 72 ... And they told to register the vivo account.. but it was fully fake news. They stolen my Gmail account . They cheated us . so please take a Sevier action on vivo company. All over India non of them got this offer . They cheated and collected all mail & privacy information.

3 days before vivo mobile india announced vivo freedom carnival sale of their branded mobile at 1947 rs and vivo accessories for 72 rs on August 7, 8, and 9th after 12 pm..As the company already informed in their terms and conditions this is flash sale only for 10 mins but the company didn't tell how many numbers of their products for flash sale in their particular time..after these 3 days of time vivo india didn't disclose name of any winners...this is fake sale and this is cheap trick used by vivo india and many lakhs of Indian customers signed up in vivo e store..so by this this vivo india has taken customers email I'd, phone number and address by publishing fake advertisement in internet...

Sir, With due respect I would like to inform you that from 7-9 Aug at 12pm Vivo launched flash sales in which they offers Vivo Nex &Vivo V9 at Rs-1947/- only.I tried my best to purchase a unit of Vivo Nex, but I couldn't​ do it because of huge traffic in server. I earnestly wanted a unit but failed.So I request you please pay attention on me and if it's possible then send me a unit of Vivo Nex at flash sale price. I am also ready to bear shipping charges.please do something.

I have created an account and waited eagerly for the vivo nex mobile for sale at 11:58PM. The sale started at 11:58 PM . I have added the mobile to my cart. When i've gone to checkout the showed the orginal price rupees 44, 999 instead of offer price 1947.

I am greatly frustrated and disappointed . We have to punish such a ### those were doing fraudulent activities like this company in the name of make in "INDIA" products

Fake flash sale making fool of people. I had successfully added mobile on my cart
And i was on my way to checkout but at that tym suddenly they sign outed my account i had made a vedio if that for proof and when i want to re sign in .
i couldnt after sale is over they make me to sign in and now i have a product in my cart but at higher price. This happen to me all the tym and to my friend also.
This is not a problem you automatically set your website to a mode when a person succesfully added a phone in his cart his is sign outed automatically so that he cannot place order.
We were all freind sitting together and happens to all of those who successfully added it . And those who were nt able to add they are still signed it.
I have made a vedio for proof that it is a game.
Right now i m uploading a shorter vedio just for showing my proof. And now your service care reponse is so weird they are just hell.
Earlier they were say 2 more day left try once more . Then they were saying 1 more day left try again now they are not rplying at all.
So you are fooling india people on the name of india freedom sale.!
