I bought this handset on 25th april, 2018. Eo the phone and accessories both are in warranty period. So am facing trouble with the earphones since july, the sound from one side is less than other. So i went to service center they accepted the difference in sound and fault but thry denied any help, neither repair nor replace.
So what is the use of providing warrenty when they can't help.

I am very disappointed with the company's lajpat nagar service centre staff, which was hell bent on not listening to me and shoving the company's policy onto me with a rude behavior. Your company has been so successful in India but this chapter has made me want to think about returning to your products or any of your service centres.

I got the call very quickly after the complaint and they told me they will contact me the very next day after coordinating with service center and since then there has been no progress and no response. And its been a week. I don't know what's going on but these guys have lost my trust already. Using the earphones in this condition is as same as damaging my own ears as the sound is coming even lesser now.

    I'm not receiving otps from almost all applications including financial apps and social media apps on my vivo v5 plus handset which i purchased last february.

    Whenever i use the sim in another phone, i don't face any problem. This phone is turning worthless to me for the exact same reason.
    Please help in this regard as i'm thinking o[censored]pgrading my phone to latest vivo v9 but these problems are scaring me to invest that amount in vivo again.

      Hii, i bought vivo y51l mobile 2 years back, but i didn't get any volte update. But my friend got update. What's the problem. If the update is available please notify me or tell me what to do to get update. If there is no update availabe please consider this and try to get update. This is the major problem of vivoy51l mobile users. Please send me the solution to this.

        I am using vivo v9 past 2 months. From the day 1 itself i'm facing the cache issue. When i'm using a application for any payment purpose when i tried to get the details from messaging app the page is getting reloaded. For a single payment i have to try it for so many times. Not only in payment apps gaming apps are also closing and starting from the beginning. It is not at all worth for a mobile range at 20k.

          Hi, i am sowmya. I got a cal from vivo limited company, mumbai for job offer. They told me to pay rs 2000 and i paid the money again they are ordering me to pay rs 8500. So i requested them to cancel the offer letter and they accepted my cancellation. But now they are not attending my cal. My humble request is to refund my amount as soon as possible.             Hi vivo team.. I purchased ur newly launched new cell vivo v11pro on sep14 which i prebook before.. I used it for one day and the second day when i kept it for charge after i came back n saw the mobile was switch off i tried to on the cell but it didn't i took the cell for vivo service center which is in udupi i showed the mobile to them but they said we dono wat has hppnd to cell we should send it to company back we all replace u the new cell but they was not having stock we purchase the cell in pai international in udupi we called them asked so they told they also don't have the stock... I need my cash back or within one day i need new mobile phone otherwise i will got to consumer court if i call costmercare they don't spk properly without telling they cut my call if i call service center they telling they call customer care what the hell are u people doing with me are u people playing with me... I have used vivo mobile before their was no issue with it but this new cell got spoiled with in one day how come i need new cell within a day i dno wat u people are going to do otherwise i need my cash back if this both not going to happen i m going to consumer court will see in court only...

                I have purchased new vivo v9 after activating all notifications still not recieving notifications from some apps i have downloaded udaan app all notifications from this app is active as i check this sim card on another phone to confirm need a solution on my email id.                   I brought the vivo v9 youth phone before 3 months and now the ear phone connector is not working. I went to the service centre they say that change lower parts of the phone.                     I live in chennai. I have prebooked vivo v11 pro mobile from one of vendor chennai [protected]@ ambattur (Receipt no: 89/77). As there was a cashback option along with this mobile, i thought i can go for it. I have provided all necessary documents for the hdfc loan processing and my loan is thro as well.

                    When i was asking for the mobile from the sale representative, she was not able to provide me the mobile, stating that imei number which needs to be validated in hfdc portal is not working currently and without which, mobile will not be handed over.

                    I was very happy today in the morning but i was so depressed in the evening, as imei validation is purely with respect to hdfc internal policy or whatever resulting in missing my mobile today.

                    If anything can be done, then please let me know. And if you need any additional details, then please let me know,.

                      मैं करन सिंह मैंने लखनऊ आलमबाग के iniciative से जनवरी में Vivo Y69 लिया था जो कि अभी 1 साल भी नही हुआ इसमें बैटरी और फोन में काम करते करते फोन अचानक से 3-4 मिनट के लिये रुक जाता है कोई भी button और function करता । और इस वजह से बहुत ही असुविधा का सामना करना पड़ रहा है ।
                      कृपया मेरी समस्या को दूर किया जाए ...सर्विस सेंटर के चक्कर नही लगाने है मुझे फोन एक्सचेंज किया जाए।

                        I used to update my phone when every time i get the system update notification.. But the thing is every time i update my phone becomes slow in some aspects..

                        This is the problem with recent update : network problems like it suddenly stops signal and at that time i am not able to use mobile data and cant make call to someone until either i switch off my phone and then on.. Or keeping it in aeroplane mode and after disabling the mode.. It will work again..

                          Bought it on 20th august, 2018 from amazon and suddenly it has stopped working, not getting on, not taking charge... Unable to understand what has happened.

                          Desirable resolution : replacement of the handset as early as possible.

                            Bought a vivo y69 in october 2017 and in less than one year problem appears in display of phone.
                            Visited rdc ghaziabad service centre and they had accepted the phone stating it is in warranty and we will repair by today.
                            Now after some time receive call from service centre that repairing can't be done as part required is out of stock. They are also not sure of how much time it will take to arrange the parts and repair the phone.
                            Failed to understand how come a brand like vivo can't arrange parts for his own devices. What is the customer fault when phone doesn't last one year and gets damaged in warranty. Why should customer bear loss when part is not available with company. Please resolve the issue and get my phone repair on priority as without phone i am loosing my business.

                                    My name is surya. I am from bahadurgarh i have bought a new phn vivo v5s my phn imei no[protected]... My phn is the starting issue is hanging problm.. I am visit the service centre and your execqutive ia tell me software problm... But my problm is not solve... I am visit in service centre few times... Than service centre exequtive is change my phn mother board... But problm is not solve... I am visit in service centre around up 1 month.. And i am tell him my problm vivo service centre exequtive is tell me sir i have replace your mother bord 2 time but my phn problm is same and now creating the bettery issue... And i visit the service centre in 2 days ago ill tell him my problm so he is change my bettery of phn... But today is now problm creating in phn heating, batery low automatic, hanging issue, problm creating in typing. Phn is automaticly hanged in call arrounding.
                                    I have dun my complained onli9 few times.. But my problm is not resolve. Plg help for my phn to replace... Its is the big problm for me... My phn waarnty period is now 2 month.. Wht we do now... Tell me sir... Plg give me feed back..

                                        I purchased vivo v9 recently because it had a gyroscope sensor in description and i watch 360 degree videos. Turns out it is super jerky and messy. It shakes even when smartphone is kept still. While using it in a headset it doesn't even follow the head movement. Gives me dizziness and i am really disappointed with the experience. Please fix my issue and contact me as soon as possible.
                                        Please help me out.
