E I will not recommend this vivo india I'll definitely change this vivo if any body says I'll say not to buy this.

      Dear team,

      I have brought one vivo mobile few month back and in that hindi (Hindi bible) is not supporting but in other set of vivo it is running and i have gone to the service center and they said that we have sent this problem to vivo because we are unable to resolve this and in the next system update it will be running but after next update still it is not running, it means you say lie to your customer kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible.

          I nirmal kumar yadav has purchased vivo y83 instrument on 15/06/2018 from shri mobiles since the day i have bought it this instrument is not working properly as i am facing lots of hasle in operating it as the touch of this instrument is problematic form day one and if i download any app the phone hangs everytime. I took the instrument to the shri mobile showroom they asked me to take it to customer care centre of vivo. Then i took that phone to customer care centre at sector 14 atul kataria chowk but they also said that i have to take it back to the showroom. I am now fedup from roaming i am putting this complaint so that i should get this phone replaced as i am totaly unsatisfied with functioning of this instrument

            I m purchased vivo y83 pro dated 23 aug 2018. And i m not happy with this model. So i want to replace with vivo v9. When i go customer care service center they will refuse to replace it. Why r u not replace mobile with in a day. My phone is not work properly and the service center worker just want to update software why i will go for update software.. How can i believe that this phone is not work at purchase date how can this phone work properly after software update. Your service center worker not pick the call.               I have bought vivo v9 youth mobile recently.in my vivo v9 phone one issue is i am unable to get notifications from some installed apps even i enabled all notification permissions... And another issue is did not shows ear phone icon or symbol on display even after putting earphones on the slot... Please, verify these issues and fix it and give me the reply as soon as possible.

                Vivo y66 has been replaced by vivo y83 under the warranty period in allahabad, in replacement rs. 2500 has been charged as difference of above mentioned sets, but bill in this regard has not been given, beside this charger and head phone also not been given. Hence it is requested to please arrange the accessories of the same and bill of the difference amount for future compliance.

                  I recently bought a vivo y85 and im using it now for 2 weeks and its become really laggy. Im very careful when it comes to my phone so i always make sure that i dont overcharge it, i dont max my memory, i dont have 1000 apps, i dont keep more than 3 apps in the background (Even if it has 4 gigs of ram), and i have never dropoed it. Even when im just browsing youtube its very laggy, scrolling youtube is 15 like fps. Scrolling and animations are very laggy. How is this possible? It has 8 cores clocked at 2.0 ghz and 4gigs of ram but i cant scroll youtube smoothly. Also, facebook and instagram is laggy, typin with its keyboard is delayed and noticeably laggy. 2d games drops framerate. 3d games are sometimes unplayable.

                  Please update the phone because i am sure that this is just the ui or funtouchos (Full of garbage bloatware that i dont use) thats making it extremely laggy. Also, please give us the choice to uninstall system apps, since you guys are obviously trying to copy ios. This is my first vivo phone from an ios device and i am not happy with the experience.

                        My headphone was not fitting (Pops out) in my vivo v3 mobile, so i went to service center and they said its because of dust and removed it, from then i'm not getting sound in my phone, it's always in headset mode, so i can hear only in headphone, i went to service center again, now they are asking me to change the entire mother board for 7000, this is not fair, before servicing sound was good and i was able to use my headphone but sometimes it pops out, but after servicing i'm not even able to hear the other person in calls.

                              Vivo conducted a fake sale between 7-9th august 2018 as flash sale freedom carnival..in that vivo nex and vivo v9 sale price at just 1947 as flash sale at 12:00pm.. But at the time of order website goes offline and gets error.. Many of them login to that website with their email and got fooled.. They just conducted this sale to get email registration and our data information.. So please consider this complain and make action against vivo..

                              This company had conducted a flash sale on the 7th, 8th, and 9th of August 2018, wherein the company offers their flagship devices at a price of Rs 1947, how much people try, they were unable to buy the phones at that pricing .

                                My mobile reboots many time a day and also when a call comes I am unable to slide and pick up the call, many times.

                                Further if I get any SMS it says so in the Notification Bar but does not show the number over the Message Icon. Many times it just freeze and reboots later

                                I have upgraded about 2 weeks back.

                                  I am using vivo v3 max which i bought two years back. There is no updates available. The default emojis available are so basic. There are updates available for other vivo mobiles. Emojis are also different for other models. It would be really amazing i[censored] can change the way the emojis look. The emojis in vivo v5 luks better than vivo v3 max. Can u please resolve these issues

                                  I log in before 30 minutes..just 10 mins before sale i log out i refreshed all time..i have a very good internet service not even log in in a single time in the period of sale...please indian government stop these scams in india and stop a fake company(vivo) in india remove a vivo license for business...the are a no 1 scammer in the world

                                    They dnt pick up the call and cut the call...m still calling them nd its on hold...no signup to there official site...wrst experience...it sucks...they think they can fool us...i sign up on their website but they dont send a verification code on my email...i am unable to sign up...bad experience

                                      I am logging a complaint on recent vivid freedom carnival flash sale.

                                      I believe company was playing with consumer by not adhering to what they advertised. Thus, action must be taken against them.

                                      I tried to book first day directly, it showed the right price but never directed me to buy page. A ssl certificate and non secure site error was thrown and i was logged out automatically from the site.

                                      Second and third day, i moved them to cart but again it auto logged out from the site before check in.

                                      Thus, it is assumed that no body was allowed to make a payment. Therefore i request company to come up with details on number of winners with their on line digital transactions of 1947 for the said date or answer the consumer forum for their fake game.

                                      Is this even a response? If you guys don't have information about winners in the first time then how come second time there will be fair offer (for whatever reasons). Here, people complaining you not for winning but for your fake/drama where no one won. All wasted three days in afternoon. And as per many you did this fake advertising just to get traffic to your website and collect user information. I belive except oneplus, all Chinese company 's are same. Never keeps their word, and even indulge in cheating.

                                      If you can't give highly discounted offers then no body has problem but you should not do cheating.
                                      I bought vivo v9 2 months back in just 15 days some time there is no signal in the phone since then it's in the same mode. If I use same sim in another phone it works properly . I need a replacement and iam very adamant on this. revert me back on my email id - [protected]@gmail.com

                                        As vivo company has announced a flash sale.in which their latest mobile will be sale for rs.1947. I have believed that sale and do further procedure to buy the mobile. But when it time for sale the account in vivo automatically signed out. Still i able to add the mobile to the cart, but it requires signing in, but it doesn't happen. When the sales got over my account get signed in.
                                        From this their stealing my information like mobile number, house address, email address.
                                        Please take neccesary action to this fake sales and stop them from stealing our information.

                                        I think, My complaint is not clear. Anyways I'm here to explain it. I'm not miss the carnival offer/your blah blah offer. I'm present in the carnival offers the entire time from its start. My complaint is that during the release of the phone/offers your webpage logged out my account automatically and when I'm about to purchase the mobile, it got signed out.
                                        You're making false offers and making the people dumb.
                                        I request you to not make fool out of the people using their financial status
