Hi am Kiran K, I using vivo v9 past 4 month, hanging issues everyday it happens 5 and 6 times, not working up-to 30seconds, very bad mobile, 4gb ram mobile, wrist mobile, I paid 23 k, but no use, I went service center also, in Rajajinagar 6th block, Bangalore, he updated software, but again I facing same issue, resolve it my mobile problem or exchange the new mobile, soon is possible, other than, I put a case to vivo company, please solvo the problems,
