I have bought vivo handset in july/2018 that is so good and better performance but there is a little problem in hands free that is not working.
Not broken, not cut, not stretch i don't know what"s a problem but service center tell me that its is not replaceable in this condition
But replace my hands free if possible according to company policy.

    I recently bought vivo nex for 45k it's very good mobile previously i have v9 now i have problem with vivo nex front camera not working on what's app video call please fix this asap it's a big issue for me. I thought to buy another mobile for my brother but now i'm thinking to not suggest also and there is no response from call center number i'm not able to reach them plz take this issue forward

      When i bought vivo phone it was good indeed way better than other smartphone's but the problem starts when i update the latest version, now my vivo phone has poor network connection so at first i thought something was wrong with my sim but it was nothing wrong with my sim because i've tried my sim card on my other phone and it works fine (Running 3-4 mb/s) and now i can't even play online games on my vivo 1610 so vivo mobile india please fix this...

      App encryption is not working; after enable app encryption for example if we open album after enabled app encryption no fingerprint is required.
      Privacy isn't secure no apps open with fingerprint even after enabled app encryption.

      In vivo y69 mobile same complete is repeating 3 times before warranty period ends (6 month). and i had gone to 2 service centre.
      bangalore (jalahalli and indhiranagar).
      this vivo company is a waste company.
      very bad service. this company is wasting my valuable time. am a handicapped person.

          Last three month i facing hanging, heating and touch slow working issue. Then i vist vivo service centre 4-5 times, they did change my mobile mother board but they didnot resolve my mobile issue; my poroblem is as it is till. So, plz take it seriously and replace this handset as soon as possible. And last time service centre not provide the printed job sheet.

When i go to service center they say it didnt replaced because its not totally damaged what you are trying to do. Replace my earphone beacuse its only 3 months. Invested 18000 rs.               I'm complaining about fraud call from vivo and got me some laxmi yantra in that, it costs me around rs. 4, 500. On the month of september around 2 week i don't know the exact date, one female called me from the number [protected] and told me that you have selected in the vivi freedom sale and you have to pay rs. 4, 500 for the vivo v5 of the market price is rs. 12, 499. I got excited and they told me give the proper address of mine, so i gave them my address. Then assure me by saying that they provide me the same after 10 days. So i have waited and then they called me on 04 october 2018 and asked me go to the post office and receive the parcel with cod (Cash on delivery), i done according to them, i paid the amount of rs. 4, 500 and open the parcel so i got laxmi yantra something like that in it. So i called them with the issue i have faced so they didn't believe on me and asked me then proof and gave there whatsaap number ([protected]) i send the pic of the parcel i have received (Same attached below). They told me there is some technical issues so they send me another parcel in next day, but i didn't received yet and the numbers are switched off now.

              Please inquire the matter and refund me as soon as possible.

                        I have vivo y55s, after installing latest update my phone is hanging too much and automatic getting restart. Sometimes even between the calls it's getting restart and sometimes due to hanging problem i am not able to pick important calls. Sometimes wi-fi and hotspot both not working, so is giving too much problems when i needed them most. So please tell me the solutions.

                            I have already purchased a vivo v-11 pro mobile on 21st september at the rate rs.- 25990/-, then offer showing 3000/- extra discount on the same mobile, and with this offer i have applied for exchange also, if due to bulk order you can't accept their order then you should have to clear that at the time of product booking, not after deduction of amount, according to flipkart order declined by seller due to bulk order, so i think you should have to explain the bulk order condition in first order. If not possible then you must have to explain before placing 2nd of the same customers and for the same product. If you agreed that bulk order is the reason for decline my order then plz explain to me that how can you offer for extra discount for the same customers and also on the same product.
                            If i have already purchased a product and you can't give it in bulk for the same person then why you or flipkart offered to same person and for the same product. If you offered and after payment of customer you are not able to delivered that product, then you should have to pay benifits amount for the customer which will be recieved after order placed as componsession.

                            So plz i don't want any clarification for it, i want solution because if my amount is blocked then you should have to delivered that product.
                            Or refund that amount same day.

                                  I have purchased vivo v9 recently, i am enjoying many features of it.
                                  Unfortunately i am unable to get notification for all third party app installed from play store. (Not getting icon app red badges). I have tried all options available in google like. Going to "status bar and notification"and selecting all apps. Going to "high power option" and allowing all app permission. Going to each app installed on app internal setting and still facing same problem.

                                    Camera - in vivo v11 pro have many bugs and hanging problem in 6gb ram or 64gb rom version. When i clicked a picture the photo doesn't save in memory and a notification window pop-up open like camera does not working unfortunately stop. Second problem in camera processing of picture is very slow and picture are like so bad so please check and fix this problem.
                                    Fingerprint sensor are good unique but its have many problems so every time i put finger on the sensor says finger is not match so please request check these problems. Thank you vivo.

                                      I bought a vivo y71l 2/16 on september 5th 2018 for inr 8990. There is an issue regarding the sim network, the network use to fluctuate all the time. Sometime its there and sometime its gone. I had a word with the retailer regarding the issue and he suggested me to register a complaint with authorised vivo service center.
                                      I need an immediate solution to my problem.

                                        I bought this handset on 25th april, 2018. Eo the phone and accessories both are in warranty period. So am facing trouble with the earphones since july, the sound from one side is less than other. So i went to service center they accepted the difference in sound and fault but thry denied any help, neither repair nor replace.
                                        So what is the use of providing warrenty when they can't help.

Your company has been so successful in India but this chapter has made me want to think about returning to your products or any of your service centres.

                                        I got the call very quickly after the complaint and they told me they will contact me the very next day after coordinating with service center and since then there has been no progress and no response. And its been a week. I don't know what's going on but these guys have lost my trust already. Using the earphones in this condition is as same as damaging my own ears as the sound is coming even lesser now.
