The sale is a eyeewash. With item added in cart, the following happen
1) keeps repeatedly saying operation failed.
When go to cart the purchase button does not work.
2) logs out and cannot log in again
3) login shows has invalid
4) even after reseting the password it does not allow to login

The company is making joke of the customer and trying to cheat and waste time of all and making fool...

Vivo freedom sale has been wrong in many ways and can be called a fraud to lure in audience for free publicity. A common response from them can be that many people did get the phones but it can be there own people so there is no solid proof of not being a fraud. Vivo also have a really bad website and server problems, a common excuse can be server load during the sale, but the likes of amazon and flipkart don't go through such server problems,...

Vivo has advertised about a Independence Day flash sale from 7-9 august 2018. But this is a scam. They are not conducting any sale. While this independence sale, i was successfully able to add the vivo next at rs 1947 to my account.
But after that vivo doesn't allow me to open my cart.
I was able to open the vivo home page but not my cart.
This is straight forward non sense. I[censored] dont want to give the devices at this amount then don't organise these sales.
It is time waste for customers as well as it shows your true intention of just popularity....

Between date 7/08/2018 to 9/08/2018 in august vivo announced a sale in which they told that we can buy vivo phone at rs 1947 but what the clock goes to 12 pm the vivo website stop responding when i go for checkout the website returns the error so don't advertise these fake sale or give phone at this price this should be stopped or don't start these fake sales....

Fake advertisement of scheme of freedom carnival in online purchasing.
Because many peoples believed to given her own personal details to purchase the mobile of vivonex.
But that information is not absolutely true of that company
I didn't no whether it is the mistake for the companies or any website...

Vivo is cheating public with this kind of cheap tricks to login to your site and to see your products. You have told that flash offer and while trying for it network failure. Why?.. Don't feel the customers as dogs by showing a one biscuit.... If really sale is going on why these messages for everyone... We lost trust on vivo and we never buy vivo products which plays with emotions of public and we will spread to all our group not to trust...

I update my mobile 6/8/2018. After update every application suddenly stopped. And give message not responding. Before update i am not facing such a problem. I this update some security patches and game improvement updates are there. Is there any solution for that to revert back my update or any new update for that yes yes please tell me i am in big trouble. And why you giving such update without test. I was already logged in 10 minutes before the sale started just because of your incapable site engineers or should i say cunning marketers who are probably faking all this rs.1947 # i was automatically logged out just a minute or 2 before the sale was about to start and even after i tried to log in a 100 times your site would crash because of a " server error ".

Vivo india organized a sale that they will give some of their smartphones at 1947 rupees on 7th august to 9th august at 12 pm via flash sale. But when visit the website this website was unreachable and it open when the sale is over. This happens with most of the people. Even though my internet connection is very good then also i wasn't able to even open the website. Please look into this matter so that this type of marketing can be avoided...

This is a cheap marketing gimmick and therefore i demand complete details of the sale from the company and strict action by authorities. This is a cheap chinese brand and fooling the customers. Hi, i am vanaj from chennai. I am so frustrated with the independence day flash sale... I struggled a lot and finally placed an order of vivo nex... But the order got canceled the next day due to cash on delivery... But the flash day instruction say that all payment modes are available.. And i successfully placed an order.. Using cash on delivery. But it got canceled the next day......

Believe that this offer is unfair because i would like a written statement explaining your company’s fake offer (I. E freedom sale vivo nex pro 1947 offer) we are always found that page not found pop icon when i open the portal and u bought total 8vivo mobiles in my family now i'm not going believe you nd your offers and what you will do about my complaint.
