Im getting problem with notification on vivo v9. Notification and even mesaage is not loaded in whatsapp. Once i will open whatsapp, altogather 40-50 message will be delivered which was pending. The same thing happend in mail also. Why automatically whatsapp message is not loading in background and why whatsapp need to open to load messages. Same error in loading mail also. This is serious problem. Evenif paying 20k this kind of silly error occured. Please solve it asap.

I had purchased Vivo V5 around one year back...it was working fine until recently when it has started switching off randomly on its own even though battery is still charged...pls inform how to set it right and help.the callss are even arent being able to placed.     So what about my question...? You just tell whether vivo v5 is going to get nougat or not... Answer me in yes or no... Nothing else also tell why v5s and v5 plus getting nougat update... You people take money in huge sums and then don't provide after sales service... Please for the god's sake give me a prompt reply... What i'm asking is just whether my v5 hanset going to get nougat update and you are useless reply and coming to the main point

      The glass was broke and when we went to your dealer, they changed the complete display charging as rs. 2800. They never gave it at the right time though. Made us walk to and fro for so many times. After they changed the display, speaker is not working. When we took it back, they said they have forgotten to fix the speaker. And today they got it to fix the problem. And again the same drama. They were not able to rectify it and now saying some other problem. We need a day or we have to take it to krishnagiri. What should we do? Take some action. Thanks in advance.

      Phone has been working great last 10 months But phone voice suddenly reduced drastically for both incoming and outgoing calls, please help.
      Normal videos works great. Both incoming and outgoing calls works with headphones as well but the sound issues only when without headphones.

        I brought this Vivo V7 one month back, but facing lots of functionality issues as described below and can't believe on security of my data.
        1.Bluetooth automatically switching on/off.no user control on this.
        2.gmail crashing, it's not opening many times.
        3.surprised that today facebook also crashed.

        Need immediate action on this.

          Vivo still not gave update of oreo its more than a year google launged his oreo update but still vivo did not gave us tha update for vivo v7 plus its like a fraud. Please 10000 rs mi phone got update for oreo but 220000 rs phonr vivo v7 + still didnot got oreo update. It is just like after sale service. Vivo just focus on selling then who will give after sale services. I think vivo should be block from indian market, vivo should be blacklisted...

            I'm a Vivo V5 user. As I realized that the company has rolled out the Nougat update for Vivo V5, I reached to the nearest Vivo Center in Rajkot... But the lady there told me that the update is available for V5s and V5 plus model whereas the official facebook account of had uploaded a photo in which it the update is even for Vivo V5...I've attached that pic with this letter...so reply me as soon as possible...

            Hi Meet Sejpal, we would like to inform you that Nougat version is the latest version of Android. For V5 handset to make it more stable and user-friendly, our research and development department is testing this android version constantly because of which it is not open for customer's use yet. Also, it might be possible that if you put it into use without testing, few third-party applications which are already installed in your handset will not be stable and also lead to many other issues like functions will not be stable. Here we would suggest you to use Android 6.0 version which is the latest open version for V5 because it has more stable performance and higher compatibility which can fulfil your current requirement.

              I am unable to launch ola app from my new vivo v7+ phone. Every time i am trying to launch it is getting hanged. Though the app is working fine after first installation but second time onwards same issue persists.
              I have tried uninstalling and re-installing the app couple of times.
              Even some of the other application are crashing in the first launch after installation.
              Please resolve this issue asap.

              Many 3rd party apps never show any notifications. And many apps have their own notification tones but the phone only plays its general tone even after setting the specialized tone. For example notification tone of facebook messenger.

                I am using vivo v7 model and I am not receiving notifications from third party apps that I have installed. I have installed some third party apps such as outlook, hipchat, slack etc and I am not receiving notifications from them though all notifications are enabled and they have been assigned priority. I am able to receive notifications only from whatsapp, facebook and gmail. Kindly consider this issue as priority otherwise I will have to replace my vivo phone and buy any other company mobile as I am still within the warranty period.

                    I am unable to play songs by 3.5 aux cable in car i tried all possible way, i tried imusic app as well as google music app but it is not wotking, help us to solve this problem it is very annoying. I search this issue over internt also not able to find this solution i dont know how to tackel this issue. I tried all things i dont know how to process how to make this happen this is very annoying this is very new phone and i am not satisfied with viveo customer support how to contact i tried phone no available online but it is not working it is very frustrating the issues like that and not a cutomer forums. This is not acceptable. Why this is happening i dont know same cable other phone is working.

                      Just bought a new vivo v9 a few days ago. A major problem i'm facing is that some of the apps are not working properly.
                      The ola app doesn't launch when i open it, the google maps app keeps coming out of navigation everytime i'm using it and many others apps keeps crashing when i use it.
                      I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the apps but same issue persists..
                      Can you pls advice on how to proceed as it's becoming very difficult to use the phone..

                        In my vivo v5 maps are not working.when i press view directions for few seconds it will show after that it goes back to original map.
                        Previously it was working fine please help me in that..

                          Apps are not working properly getting crashed or not even starting.
                          Poor quality product.
                          It was better to invest 15k more, rather than buying VIVO product.
                          Only 10 days phone made me feel annoyed.

                            From last few days some of the apps in my vivo v5 is not working properly like they are getting crashed easily..
                            The ola app even the google maps app and many others are not opening only.
                            I tried myself to do something about it but all in vain
                            Actually even uninstalling and reinstalling back the same app is also of no use..
                            I have even scanned for viruses
                            Its clean!!
                            So plz have a look at it

                              Since from 5-6 days google map is not working, whenever i click on start so it start the navigation as usual but after 4-5 seconds it force back to start again and i have to start the navigation again and again.

                              P. S i have cleared the cache, uninstalled the updates and reinstalled them again, restored factory settings and reboots my phone.

                              Also, all the folks whom i know and using vivo are facing the same problem.

                              Appreciate your immediate assistance.

                              Thanks for your response. Have called them and no use... Infact they are not at all accepting the issues happening and have checked closed 10-12 friends who are using vivo and everyone is facing same problem.

                                vivo v5 not responding

                                My vivo v5 more than a year old that was working perfectly fine is dead unexpectedly. The phone showed no signs of any problem. Overnight it has completely switched off (Had sufficient battery) and is not even charging now. Seeking assistance in getting the phone repaird. The vivo service centre at bangalore has shown least interest over the call in helping resolve the issue. Calls are being ignored or repeatedly disconnected by the operators....

                                      Vivo still not gave update of oreo its more than a year google launged his oreo update but still vivo did not gave us tha update for vivo v7 plus its like a fraud. Please 10000 rs mi phone got update for oreo but 220000 rs phonr vivo v7 + still didnot got oreo update. It is just like after sale service. Vivo just focus on selling then who will give after sale services. I think vivo should be block from indian market, vivo should be blacklisted

                                      Hi gagandeep bhatia, thank you for contacting Vivo India. For the upcoming upgraded android version, you will get the notification on your smartphone automatically and then you may upgrade the android version of your handset.
                                      But now android p beta version is launched but still vivo v7 plu did not provided oreo update. I think its been a year google launched oreo 8.0.1 but sill there is no update from vivo. I have spend Rs 22000 on your phone and phone of MI Redmi note 4 for Rs 10000 got update for oreo.

                                      Please take it seriously.
