Hi,, i purchased vivo v9 mobile, first day itself started hanging once. After few days, keep on hanging and not responding properly when i try open the app, and keyboard also too slow when writing something. When i called support, they asked me format my mobile and try else go to service centre. I want replacement with new mobile. Really frustrated.

Hey hi,

My phone vivo v5s problem with the ear phone jace. I cant hear clearly through earphone but it was clear with out a ear phone. Problem is with the phone. It was happened once but i restarted the phone and it worked nice but its not working now.

Could you please let me know the solution.

    I brought a vivo v9 before 2 days. Sir when i open a downloading site such as big4umovies.net, 9xmovies.net, khatrimaza.org or some other private sites i can't open it can't open it coz it shown some errors like
    *you are not authorised to access this web page as per the dot compliance*

    So sir kindly solve the problem as soon as possible its very urgent for me

      I have vivo 1609 (Y66) mobile, it have so many problem as like hanging at the time of typing, not showing Contact name at the time call receive. please help me to resolve this.
      i restore mobile so many times, change memory card so may times, but yet issue not resolved.
      the main problem is when i click backspace so many times then keyboard hangs for 30 to 40 sec. thats why i so irritated while type any thing on mobile

        Dear vivo,
        I bought vivo v9 on 14 april 2018 and phone is really very very horrible quality getting hanged as well as very slow. I asked the store they straight way said contact vivo coustmer care. I make call to coustmer care and he told me to clear junk and update system but still no improvement. I request you to replace my phone immediately. I can not afford any delay so do the needful immediately.

        Vivo is not a good brand please guys buy something else. I wrote my contact number and email ID but every time they are writing share your contact details to make other people fool. I uesd almost one year and my opinion is strictly don't buy vivo.
        Still pending my v5s issue... I think its chep brand

        Dear VIVO, Please note that already shared my email id, Mobile numbers, and residential address.so request you to take corrective action instead doing time pass.This was my biggest mistake I bought Vivo V9 worst mobile ever.I feel Amir sir promoting this mobile but I am worng finally Amir sir is also a business.I don't have time to visit service centre, which is 30 kilometres far away from my residence and waste my time and petrol.Vivo V9 is worst mobile and VIVO service is horrible.

            I have a vivo v3 max. I have some trouble using otg on this phone. Firstly they should keep the otg settings always on. I always have to go to settings and turn on otg. It should be plug and play. Secondly external usb hard drives doesn't work through otg on this phone. Usb gamepad or joystick also won't work. You should provide drivers for them. Other than that everything works fine

              I have a vivo v3 max and a y51l. V3 max was released in 2016 while android marshmallow was already released in 2015. Still it was running lollipop at that time. Now even after 2 years there is no upgrade for these phones. Now android oreo is also released. This shows that vivo provides worst costumer service. They spend all the money on advertisements and never think about their costumers. If this went on then vivo will lost all of their costumers and no one would buy their phones. Android lollipop is now outdated so atleast they should give update for marshmallow if not for nougat

                I am vipin kumar mehra i have purchased a vivo y55s phone from my near shop as date 9/02/2018 since i have purchased it has some technical issues if i am talking to someone else. Then another person calling me. Then my no is showing busy but i dont get to any information of that guy who is calling me. It has camera issue also camera do blure i went to shopkeeper he said u have to go service centre i called up your customer care also they said you have to come our service centre but i dnt have time to come your service centre your service centre ones says you have to wait 2 to 3 hours but i have time only on sunday and this problem is running from the starting day and time is going forward after few days you will say your time period is over you can't change your phone i want change my phone you give me same phone but new other piece it has many problems i dnt like this phone i have one another vivo phone also y51 l therefore i purchased one other this vivo y 55 s but i am not satisfy please solve my problem otherwise i have to go consumer court because your customer care ones dont have manner to talk please i request you give me anotherphone i will not keep this phone i am so frustrated

                  I cant receive the phone calls. If i receive the phone calls then it is not answering and i cant even hear some voice. After i swipe the call i cant talk to anybody.                         My complain is that this phone is connecting to my LCD TV but Data or folders is not opening at TV,
                        For the same Today
                        I visit to my retaier shop where I purchase this phone in Akhnoor
                        (Manni associates) Shop name,

                        Service boys of vivo your team is unable to slolve my problem, They ignore my Query,

                        Then i call customer care for the same, they are saying that Pls visit our service center at jammu for the same,

                        net day i visted the customer care center in jammu gandhi nagar, but he is also failed to solve my problem,

                        infact they add on my job sheet that phones software is updated by him, but no software is updated by service center, they are making fool of peoples,
                        i asked for the same, that guy say sir this is written by default by system???

                        vivo company is doing fraud with customers

                        At the time of phone purchase your vivo guy is saying that over service's is best than other phones,

                        Till date my problem is not solved yet

                          Sir i have bought a new VIVO v7+ at 22k i really feel good when watching it in ads, now i was shocked after seeing the mobile only 720p resolution, and it is also not a Amoled display Still there is no Oreo update and it is has Avg UI, when compared to and MI A1 & MOTO G5s it is providing snapdragon 625 along with rear dual camera and 1080pixel, and very good PPI at 14k.please help me sir i was totally fooled by VIVO ads. i lost my money.

                            This kamlesh, using vivo v5s, facing very serious network issue with phone and not getting any proper support from your customer care or vivo chat.
                            After 3 visit to service center network problem still persist. And mic issue also still pending i am irritated.
                            Now i dont wanna any repairing to do.
                            Please process for replacement other wise i will take some strickt action.

                              I was using vivo 1713 mobile.
                              Said phone was theft by someone from my pocket.

                              Hecne i punch police complain & get copy of complain.

                              I contact to vivo mobile by call that inform that my mobile was stolen kindly lock imei [protected] & [protected]

                              As security reason but vivo unable to process the same.

                              Kindly help for the same.

                                Hi sir,

                                I purchased vivo y66 (Model number - vivo 1609) in april 2017 in pune. From june month onward, it has started suddenly shutting down without any reason. Then it shows black screen with vivo logo and don't start at all. Then i need to long press power button to switch it on. Since june month, it definitely shuts down at least twice daily without fail. Sometimes, during an urgent call or some work in app, it switches off and important call or work is lost.

                                  I K Yadaiah had some issue with my mobile on[protected] which is under warranty. I contacted customer care over phone and they suggested to go to service centre in Hyderabad. I have submitted my mobile on the same day and after examination they said they have replaced mother board, which I don't think happened. Any how my mobile is working but they have physically damaged my mobile, so I have called on [protected] and so they suggested to send images of my mobile where it was damaged. I have sent my phone images to [protected]. They asked me to come there so I went there today, but they said they are help less. Why service centre guys are so irresponsible. I want my mobile to be replaced or the capsule to be changed. Please consider this and help me out. Hoping Positive response

                                    My son YASH went to purchase New Version of VIVO to M/s. Shri Shyam Communication, Shop No. 7, Gandhi Chowk, Model Town Rewari (Haryana). They billed Non Moving Model VIVO Y66 (BLACK), which has also stopped manufacturing six months back. There are some technical issues related to this Mobile : a) Low Voice, b) Problem in Browsing of Apps and sometime Apps got disappeared, c) Problem in updation. i want the Manufacturer to replace this Mobile with New Version.                                       We need 7.0 software update for vivo v5 mobile sir bcz we bought at the price of 18 k but now is non comparable with it's cost at least we need nougat update and the battery life and cam also too poor for vivo v5 it's front 20mp but there's no good colours in images would be thankful i[censored] give update as soon as possible... thank you.

                                      Hi pallavaadithya bhushan, we would like to inform you that Nougat version is the latest version of android. For V5 handset to make it more stable and user friendly, our research and development department is testing this android version constantly because of which it is not open for customer's use yet. Also it might be possible that if you put it into use without testing, few third party applications which is already installed in your handset will not be stable and also lead to many other issues like functions will not be stable. Here we would suggest you to use Android 6.0 version which is the latest open version for V5 because it has more stable performance and higher compatibility which can fulfill your current requirement.

                                        I buy vivo 1714 phone, 3 months before i took photos and video now my phone hard disc is full i cant transfer photos and video to my usb drive only single photos to transfer to drive cant mark and copy, so many years i am using phone, last i use asus z max that phone has all facility available so i am not satisfaction this phone so you please refund my cash back as soon as early.

Service center is saying this mobile is not in warrenty and it takes 11.5 k to replace motherboard. If mobile bends within 2 months then whose responsibility is this.
