Media plays through earpiece instead of speakers after answering a call. This happens after noughgut update. Also whenever a new call comes the wallpaper of that call is shown as the same one set for old call. Please fix this issue. Its a very major bug. Its very irritating. Kindly fix asap and update. I waited for a new update and got updated yesterday hoping it would have fixed. But unfortunately not. Please take care of this on priority.

    Purchased this mobile a month ago and since a week i'm facing the problem which is major.
    While running saavn, wynk or any other music app, it stops itself as i've tried to remove the cache, data and also modified all the settings.

    I'm damn sure that this problem belongs to this phone series, not with the app.

    Please sort it out at the earliest.

    i came to this thread when searching for the same issue.
    I am using Samsung before and recently my daughter got my samsung in exchange for her Vivo7.
    I notice that any app i am using to listen to music when running stops after around 10mins, whether the music is in the sd card or internal storage. What is the problem here vivo team.

        Please help me resolve this issue, i've been using vivo v5s for the past 7 to 8 months and this problem occured just a week ago, i thought it was some connection problem but since i've waited for a week now and i've been travelling, i have seen that it is not a problem with the connection... Rather something is wrong with the handset, i have checked all the phone settings and everything seems to ok. Please help me solve this problem

            When is android update coming for vivo v5 (Present version-android 6) and in the contacts same cantacts are displaying several times and it's frustrating. I called the customer service and they said that i'll be informed when the update arrives but yet got no response from them. Please look into it so that i can use my phone in a updated and frustration free way.

                  I brought a vivo 51yl last year in march. It worked well for about 4 months. But suddenly one fine day something goes wrong with the jack and it stops charging. I have to twist the charger and then charge it everyday. It is very problematic and also very disappointing that a product which is not even a year old doesn't work.                           I can't doing change my lock or screen password. The screen password is getting wrong when i want to reset phone.in imanager privacy password is written that it is wrong and reterive password also wrong.in setting there is no option to change screen lock or password. Main problem is that password getting wrong of screen and not changing, no options to change.

                            I'm using this my vivo v5 from jan-2016, first 3 months mobile was working good after 3 months started problems, especially camera problem and also batter fault the batter is discharging too fast and the camer, the picture quality is too bad, it's totally getting blur images and in night, the picture quality is too worst,
                            The picture is getting like a 2mp camera, it's totally blur & no sharpness, the image quality is too too much bad,
                            I gone to your panjagutta service centre for 6 times they just updated my mobile software they didn't resolved my problems
                            After that i gone to dilsulnagar service center for 2 times they taken my mobile for 3 days they tried but i'm getting same problem with camera & also the battery is discharging too quickly,
                            So shall you please solve my problems...

                              Hello, i have bought vivo 7+ in october. I was greatly impressed of its looks and especially selfie shots. It captured selfies flawlessly as if edited in photoshop. But this function turned out to be epemeral. Now the front camera is not functioning as it used to capture earlier. Though i lodged complaint regarding this issue at the centre where i bought it from, is not fixed. Pictures not it captures are obscure and dirty. Kindly help me out

                                I reach your seller this evening to register my dissatisfaction about v7+ and poor quality of screen gaurd provided as freebies 15 days ago when i purchased this phone your seller immediately started an agrument and when i protested that they you fooling customer. Owner of the showroom told me they only fool customer while selling vivo. I was also promised a cover which was never fulfilled by this merchant till date.

                                This as a worst evening of my life when i was feeling cheated by brand and their representative acknowledging the fact that yes they fool customer. I opted for vivo becoz of kind of market impression they made in last few months. Unfortunately seem they have only invested in branding big which they aren't actually. No respect for customer satisfaction and money that customer is investing in their product. I insulted and threatended by your seller for raising my voice.

                                    I am not finding any kind of otp/sms in vivo v7+ and i have many times contract with cc with they are not taking seriously. This issue am facing from nov-17 onwards when i purchased this hand set.
                                    This is a worst hand set i purchased in 21, 000. But it is waste of money. Pls don't but such stupid phones.

                                      I bought this phone 2weeks back. From the date of purchase im not getting any signal when the phone is locked. When i unlock the phone it gets the signal back to normal, it even displays* no sim card also when locked. I am missing many messages and calls from the poeple.. I went to service center they did software but not solved the problem.. Please solve my problem i broughy this phone due to good reputation of vivo company only... I hope u understand my severity of my problem..

                                        Hi team, my name is tarique sayed i bought a vivo y69 a month ago and i regret my decision of buying vivo i should have gone for samsung or oppo. I bought this phone for camera and music as you have a tag line as camera and music but that was the biggest mistake i have ever done that i trusted vivo. This phone has problem with everything its totally scrap it stop responding it has problem with system ui, log system, touch stops responding and several other issues. Please take this garbage back and return me my money. If not i have all the screenshots i will take this matter to consumer court and trust me then no one can stop me. Vivo is a fraud company it manufactures garbage. Please dont go for vivo its just like wasting your money
