I am ashok shetty from karkala, udupi dist., i am purchsing befor 4 month in vivo v7+ in flipkart., this mobiles performance is so good... The prblm of in bluetooth device... Bluetooth connected my device but its not cleared hearing so i am gon 3 times o[censored]r costomer care was udupi addres (1st floor chitharanjan circle (Above my mobiles), thenkpete, maruthi veethika, udupi, karnataka 576101) 1st time he respond 1. Its cleared u can go, 2nd time also same its cleared i am not found found any prblm u can go, 3rd time he also same, 4 th time i am shouting that center and i talk with him (U check this mobile and bluetooth, i am leave with this phone and bluetooth 1week) he checked that after three days he cld me its prblm cleared now i am changing fully board on this device. Then i am bring this mobile but after 2 days same this prblm.. After i am cld ur costomer center it is same what can i do he should tel i am calling after noon to u... But i am not recieving his cal now its 1 week going not cal or any response.. Now u can tel what can i do plss tel... I am asking to u... 1 pls u can refund my amount or replace my device plsss its last humble my request... Thn u can not respond this msg i am going to consumer court...
