I buy the new vivo v7+ on 04/03/2018 and i face the camera problem means when i capture the image i shows small dots visible and moving like particles even in sunlight it was showing the same after when i capture the image by zooming about 10 to 30 percent image qauality gets deteriorate affter comaplint i contact to service center they gave me new one it seems the same problem too and my first mobile had ver good battery backup but the new mobile they gave me has battery drainage abd iface the battery problem from start. I plug my mobile first for complete charge after that when i use the mobile without data services after one minut one percent down the battery... Plz give the solution

Bought vivo y 69 4 months before, it has heating issues... Kindly help. The phone even when not on charging gives out heat and gives a burning sensation to the hands.. ..please Replace my phone..

    I am jaganathan, i bought vivo mobile. Product model y55s at the date of 23/08/2017. Mobile i'm no is [protected]. My mobile last two three month some problems (Battery over heating, battery discharge not used time, facebook not responding, google not responding, launcher not responding proxmity sensor not working) i went to vivo mobile service center four or five times:no339, first floor, m t h road ambattur, chennai 600053.. Last service yesterday evening, problem launcher not responding mobile is hanging. Take mobile. I am waiting approximate 45minutes mobile hand over me. Only software update. Use mobile any problem return service center only said. No explanation for problem. Last service job sheet no aintn[protected]. Any problem go only software update. Explain the technical reason problem to solved permanently

      All things are good but target on silly areas. You people only focusing on cameras only not software or hardware. You are doing small mistakes in settings. Add data usage warnings minimum in settings. Navigation kaya somt i mes din t disabled win necessary just work like samsung or other componies and focus in small objects. Tips products are good but make them powerful by software's.

        battery doesn't support even for 8 hours

        I bought a vivo y69 mobile 2 days before and the battery backup is very worst in my new mobile, think it's a manufacturing defect. I called your customer support executive and he insisted me to update the software version to get rectified with the issue. I've done it but still it's worst i've started using the mobile often checking the battery percentage. Please help me in replacing or refund for the mobile.

        My phone has suddenly started acting too weird. Heats up too much all the time. Also its takes hours to charge my phone. I have uninstalled all the apps that think could be the reason behind my phone heating issue and also charging issue. Also before my battery use to last all day till midnight but suddenly it drains down by 2 o clock with the same amouny o[censored]se as before. Please suggest what sould i do.

          I'm not getting push notifications from certified applications downloaded from google play store. E. G inshorts news app.

          I'm still not satisfied from vivo. Vivo services are bad and software designs are not interesting. I had purchased vivo v7+ one week ago.

          Please help. If the issues do not resolved i'll be returning this product soon. I want refund amount of this product.

              Network issue, call disconected, hotspot, hanging too much facing problam...4 time i visit and update version and formate...                 Today my vivo v5 mobile screen suddenly got blanked. I'm not able to use my mobile phone. I visited vivo paramakudi service centre regarding this. After checking my mobile they told "this is mobile display problem, we need to replace the display".

                I told mobile is in warrenty period. After that, they started finding reason for avoiding the warrenty claim. They find dispay is scratched and small damage is there so it will not cover under warrenty claim like that. I need to pay 3300 for replacing my screen. That same scratch happen 3 months bofore. Now the told, by this reason only mobile is got blanked. And this is happen normal course o[censored]se only.

                Within 10 months of purchase it will incur reparing cost of rs. 3300/-. Then how i can recommend vivo mobile to my friends. I am really dissatisfied with this. The service centre is finding irrelavent reason for not acceptance of warrenty claim. I herewith attached that small scratch image and my mobile purchase invoice with this mail. Kindly take necessary arrangement to replace my mobile screen under warrenty claim.

                I am eagerly waiting for your early response.

                  Have purchased a vivo y69 0n 30th september 2017 under bill no dla[protected] from croma goregaon oberoi.
                  1.. Mobile was giving constent problem of call drop and connectivity and not receiving call. On visit at croma we are advice on counter to show mobile to service provider.
                  2.. We have given to service provider who advices to change sim card which we have done from vodafone galary. They formatted and install new software.
                  3.. On online complaint with toll free as per guidance we have once again change 4g sim card.
                  4.. Once again we have given mobile on 12feb to croma, mobile was return with jobsheet under remark no fault. Once again mobile is formatted and new software installed during repairs.
                  5... As problem persist we have no option but to bye new mobile which we have purchased from croma in feb 2018. Samsung make.
                  6... As per advice of customer support we again inserted new sim number [protected] in vivo but problems continue on new number.
                  7... On 24rd feb once again vivo mobile given to croma under mom230218ws00093.
                  We hearby call upon to replace faulty mobile sold by croma and vivo. We have no option to approaches to appropriate authority including consumer forum. Copy of this e mail forwarded to consumer forum for necessary relief and action

So m going to vivo service centre, they says that software update so do not face again that problem... But still that problem again start and my mobile heat too much handle normal intrnet searching..                             On monday 5 feb i received a software updation for funtouch and after i installed it the phone is acting weird in all ways, battery drains off quickly, google crashes, apps from play store don't install until i close & open it again. This update has made my phone features useless. And i am facing all these problems after i installed the new update.

For example if i have save a number on the name of sahil batta after some time it create a contact contatining same number but on different name so when i m calling it is showing raghav instead of sahil. Same isseu is with whatsapp differnt contact name is showing on same number. Please help me out in it

                              i do have the same problem and if i'm about to delete that particular contact, I couldn't do it as the options for deleting that particular contact is not displayed. Kindly come up with some solution to arrest the problem.

                                Hello my name is nirbhika today i visited service center they took 45 minutes for repairing but they did not repair my phone i had purchased just before six month still my mobile's loudspeaker is not working.. It is sure that i will not purchase vivo phone again and will give suggestions to everyone that not purchase vivo phone. They said they updated software but problem is still.. And the telephonic customer care executives were very good but they again suggested me for visit centre..

                                  Screen self operating itself

                                  When i unlock my vivo y69 its opening applications, opening settings and just operating its self without me touching. This is not accidental cause i can see it right on my hand just doing all soughts of things like opening messages, playing music stopping and reshuffling and as if ínvisible hands' are operating it. Sometimes its too fast that it hangs, becomes unresposive. I thought it was deu to the applications i downloaded but, i reset it to factory setting twice, but it still has the same problem.

                                  I dont really know what the problem i hope you can assist me.

The prblm of in bluetooth device... Bluetooth connected my device but its not cleared hearing so i am gon 3 times o[censored]r costomer care was udupi addres (1st floor chitharanjan circle (Above my mobiles), thenkpete, maruthi veethika, udupi, karnataka 576101) 1st time he respond 1. Its cleared u can go, 2nd time also same its cleared i am not found found any prblm u can go, 3rd time he also same, 4 th time i am shouting that center and i talk with him (U check this mobile and bluetooth, i am leave with this phone and bluetooth 1week) he checked that after three days he cld me its prblm cleared now i am changing fully board on this device. Then i am bring this mobile but after 2 days same this prblm.. After i am cld ur costomer center it is same what can i do he should tel i am calling after noon to u... But i am not recieving his cal now its 1 week going not cal or any response.. Now u can tel what can i do plss tel... I am asking to u... 1 pls u can refund my amount or replace my device plsss its last humble my request... Thn u can not respond this msg i am going to consumer court...
