Hello. I have purchased new vivo v9 black colour mobile 3 months back and even i using with back cover still there are alot of scraches in my phone back pannel its compeletely company default and i want to replace my phone.. The scraches been Spreading overall my back cover automaticlly and its not the actual scrach it is like water mark in the back pannel which is going to spoil my Phones back pannel soon please help me

I'm trying to contact many times to service centre but they did not receive single call.
I'm a Army Person and my earphone didn't work properly.
I purchased earphone from servise centre 4 months ego. And I lost my bill. So can you please change my earphone.
