[Resolved] Vodafone — Automatic subscribed in value added service pack | |||
I have been using vodafone prepaid since 2006 and using internet on mobile also since then. I know how to avoid clicking on pop ups and other phishing sites. On 30th nov 2016, 10th Dec & 18th Dec repetitively I have received the messege "Hello! Glamour Zone apack/Love Sutra/Tube world pack Store pack is now active on your number, as requested.This service is valid till 1x days rental of Rs.45 has been deducted.Your current BalanceI have been using vodafone prepaid since 2009, and using internet on mobile also since then. Biscoot Store pack is now active on your number, as requested.This service is valid till[protected] and a 15 days rental of Rs.90/ Rs 75/ Rs 35 has been deducted.Your current Balance post service activation is Rs xxxTo deactivate SMS STOP to or call 155223(toll free)." I have never accessed this site nor downloaded its app or something. For 1st two incidents I reached out to the customer care and they said the amount will be revoked.and it also done successfully.but for 3rd incident cc (18th Dec [protected]@11:45 pm) did not agree that pop up is blocked in my Mobile.I asked him to transfer the call to his supervisor.but he didn't do that.he told me that this is only occurring in my mobile set.after the call I did not received the feedback sms from Vodafone.i don't know how much I have to suffer for this. I am facing a similar issue since over a year. I have decided to lodge an official complaint case against Vodafone in the consumer court and request you to support me by providing the details of all your VAS subscriptions and the amount of money you have lost on it.
