I've a postpaid connection from Vodafone service provider. Now when I want to deactivate the same number, they are saying that they can't deactivate the SIM until I personally approach them at their stores.
As the days are going by, the bill keeps on increasing as per the pro rata basis. Please resolve the issue.

    This is Sagar Naktode bearing vodafone postpaid No- [protected].

    This is to inform you that my current month's bill amount is Rs. 2905 i.e. almost 3k which is way too much beyond my rental plan and i'm not able to understand your price breakup and stuff like that.

    Also, i have been offered a much better plans and services from other service providers like Airtel so im planning to port this number to Airtel from Vodafone.

    If you have anything to offer or any further clarification, please do let me know.

      Sir/Ma'am,

      It is to bring to your notice that I have been customer of Vodafone for last 5 yrs .

      My current number([protected]) which I am using for so long suddenly outgoing services has been stopped which I have already informed,
      to customer care but with no solution from customer care they have been asking to pay amount of Rs.1431/- on my alternate number([protected]) according to Vodafone.

      To be more precise in the matter i haven't applied for any other postpaid number since I have already told you that I am using one post paid number,
      ([protected]) and today I have also visited your Vodafone store where I found that the other number ([protected]) there is only similarity in the name and the address but there is complete difference in Id proof that i have given in my number([protected]) and the id on the other number([protected]).

      Please check this out that the id proof given along with my email id on the number([protected]) doesn't matches the id proof and email id on my actual number([protected]).

      Check it out without verification with me how the verification officer had offered the other number. Seems its a complete fault with Vodafone verification officer who had issued the Vodafone postpaid no. without having verification with me.

      Since I am facing huge problem due to this mess I hope you will provide me the fruitful solution and start my services ASAP.

      If it is the case of fraud then kindly take action ASAP.

        I have received message saying - you are currently active on the tube world. Your weekly subscription will be charged on next.

        I didn't subscribed for any such service. Same is happened one week back also and I was registered a complain over phone and they confirm that it will not happen again, but again repeated. This is very irritating, please correct

          I requested for activate FNF for my alternative 998582XXX number long back and your customer crane team confirmed that will be done from 1st of the month .Requested number - 905233XXXX .
          For this I am agreed to pay monthly rental to activate FNF.I am in assumption that this was activated and I am paying my bill every month since January 2016.But I realized that you are not activated FNF.

          I contacted your customer care team and stating that they are able adjusted only Rs.770.5/- .But how about the remaining amount???

            Yesterday on my number tube world pack has been activated, I have not requested any such pack on my number through internet and message. So today i call to customer care 199 to deactivate this above service he told me that service has been de activate shortly and 35 rupee charges was applicable to me. This is not a first time twice I hv been faced this problem. Kindly work on this, it will not good for u n to ur clients. Very bad guys

            Rs 3/- have deducted from my number [protected] without any usage by me.kindly refund.
            I got a call from +91 [protected] about asking the details of my sbi account and atm credentials, posing himself as SBI officer and when i denied so that person abused me before i disconnected the call. Please take proper action before any other got caught in this fraud.

            This has happened to me couple of times on my vodafone number [protected], balance was deducted saying i subscribed Tube World when in fact i hardly open and read my messages forget clicking any links. Is there any solution to these? These is getting out of hand.

                Dear sir;

                I am a Vodafone customer and my mobile no is [protected]. I recharged my number with the 97 which is an internet pack 1GB 2G data for 28 days. But from Vodafone website and there when I entered rs 97 then it will automatically change into 98 and recharge of 98 was done on my mobile number, which is not an internet pack. I have submitted Snapshot and receipt also. When I call to customer care then they told me that you only get the 98 rupees on your mobile. But yet they have not resolved my problem.

                  I have (sorry had) 6 services for past 8 years and now cancelled all the services with Vodafone just due to POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and INCORRECT Billing. No responses, false call back promises, incorrect billing and inefficient customer agents who does not know to explain or handle a customer. Fed up of raising a complaint 5 months before and after regular follow ups finally cancelled the services.

                    I have deposited Rs.10, 000/- for international roaming activation at Porur, Chennai Vodafone store.

                    After my return of international travel in Aug16 end . I visited Vodafone store on 2nd Sep16 for deactivation of ISD services & for return of refund. But today is more than 3 months are over but I didn't received my refund for security deposit.
                    After around one month I of my request I got a check with incorrect name in Oct16 .where as I given kick docs (passport copy) but they haven't taken care name spelling. I returned that check again at same store & they said that I will be receiving a check with 20 days. Now I went again on 9 Dec16. Vodafone executive (Balaji) given me his personal contact but he never picked calls. I again went 11-Dec16; again they are saying you will get by Dec16. They are blaming finance department but they never provided me any complain number or receipt or acknowledgement. I talked to the relationship manager (also but I didn't have any solution. Mr. Balaji (mob[protected] of Porur store suggesting me to raise grievance rather than providing a resolution. I asked them for a proof or any reference number for making request to finance department but they denied providing that. Please help me in providing my return or let me know I need to go to consumer court and file a case against Vodafone...Regards..                       I have ported to Vodafone from Tata Docomo with the expectation that signal quality and 3G would be better, but now after using their service somehow for about 1.5 yrs, I am being compelled to port to some other cellular network.

                      Vodafone was good some day but its not today.

                      Its a pathetic experience when you want to call your parents at home who are also in Vodafone network and when you call, their phone will never connect.

                      Vodafone suport says, sir dont worry, we have passed your grievances to our backend team and management will look into this...

                      I dont know if any backend team and the management even bothers to look into such issues for their customers...!!!

                      Vodafone is not providing service as it used to, I was provided wrong information by the staff of Vodafone sion store. The staff was not giving proper information when demanded to meet the manager they gave reasons like he has gone for a meeting, and than he is going for a vacation, finally when they came to know they were in fault after they them self checked the recording, I was informed that if I am not satisfied than I should port out of Vodafone . like I went with a problem, and they are prefer not to help and give misleading information.

                          I have been using vodafone prepaid since 2006 and using internet on mobile also since then. I know how to avoid clicking on pop ups and other phishing sites. On 30th nov 2016, 10th Dec & 18th Dec repetitively I have received the messege
                          "Hello! Glamour Zone apack/Love Sutra/Tube world pack Store pack is now active on your number, as requested.This service is valid till 1x days rental of Rs.45 has been deducted.Your current BalanceI have been using vodafone prepaid since 2009, and using internet on mobile also since then. I know how to avoid clicking on pop ups and other phishing sites. On 6th dec 2016 is received the messege
                          "Hello! Biscoot Store pack is now active on your number, as requested.This service is valid till[protected] and a 15 days rental of Rs.90/ Rs 75/ Rs 35 has been deducted.Your current Balance post service activation is Rs xxxTo deactivate SMS STOP to or call 155223(toll free)."
                          I have never accessed this site nor downloaded its app or something. For 1st two incidents I reached out to the customer care and they said the amount will be revoked.and it also done successfully.but for 3rd incident cc (18th Dec [protected]@11:45 pm) did not agree that pop up is blocked in my Mobile.I asked him to transfer the call to his supervisor.but he didn't do that.he told me that this is only occurring in my mobile set.after the call I did not received the feedback sms from Vodafone.i don't know how much I have to suffer for this.

                            I am using vodafone's postpaid service for last five years. Last month i got a bill of 1430 inr (Bill for october). I asked them for clarification of this amount (Normally it never exceeds 400 inr) and they told me this was for internet usage. I asked them for the details and i got a call from their customer care a few days back. But in that call, they were unable to explain details and told that system was not working properly and they will call me back.

                            But i got no call and in this month again i got another bill.

                            The problem is yet to solve.

                            I need your kind help and i want to discontinue their connection after paying actual bill.

                              I m dinesh sharma a vodafone user. i m very irritated with vodafone i took a plan of 350 with 1gb 4g speed after that 2g speed internet. three months they gave me bill around 340 350 like that after that sudden gave me 650 bill when i call and talk to customer care they never solve my problem whenever we call on customer care no 100 times 100 executives r there 100 times u tell them ur same problem last month some shahrukh on call from technical depoartment so he told me that from november u get only 350 bill so i continue the service after that again this month 651 bill they gave me from last three months i m telling them that i dont want ur service i want portibility but they cant do and very very bad customer service vodefone given to us .

                              you never solve our problem that is your best quality never answer customer complaints and calling for bill payment and harrsh them that you can do very well that thing you know very well but problem u never solve i will not pay the bill whenever u not give me my 350 bill never pay 651 amount.

                              I am Vodafone customer last 3 years but the plan is changed automatically 249 to 299 without inform . I want to cancel postpaid plan.
                              I contact to customer care but they not respond.

                              Please tell me how to convert my mo. no. postpaid to prepaid [protected]
                              From three months my vodafone [protected] number was blocked for SMS.I asked to customer care they said that i need to register with TRAI.Actually I did not do any kind of marketing .Every i will send messages to my friends and relatives only.Without my knowledge they blocked.How to un block?

                                The mobile numbers [protected] and [protected] were recently shifted to Post paid plan from Pre paid. The pre paid sims were replaced with post paid sims on[protected]. and it was working for two days.Then the service to these numbers were suspended. The customer care officer said the proof of address was verified and found negative hence the connection to this numbers cannot be given.As I raised various complaints at the vodafone web site and at vodafone store Tirupattur vellore district. still the connection was not estabillished to these numbers. The post paid sims should have been activated only after verification. the pre paid net work should have been stopped only after activation of post paid sims. If these numbers are not eligible to get post paid sims, the existing pre paid sims connection could be retained. those numbers are linked with Aadhar, voter id, Gas connection and bank account operations. So these numbers are important.

                                  Hello Sir,
                                  Before completion of billing cycle in Sept. month, I confirmed from vodafone representative that I will not get any bill next month if I do not use their services. In spite of this, I was forced to make the payment of Rs. 656.32 as my sim card was deactivated by the firm's representatives.
                                  I then visited the Aundh, Pune vodafone store and requested them for sim activation and getting the sim converted to prepaid to avoid any wrong billing in future. In spite of this, it's been a week now and my sim has not yet been activated. Instead, I got a mail from vodafone representative that there is a bill due of Rs. 114.32 against my number.
                                  I am attaching the mail snapshot of Rs. 656.32 from vodafone representative and my bill payment receipt for your reference.
                                  I hope my sim get activated soon in prepaid number as I have been facing lot of issues due to number deactivation inspite of bill payment.

                                    I have been using vodafone prepaid since 2009, and using internet on mobile also since then. I know how to avoid clicking on pop ups and other phishing sites. On 6th dec 2016 is received the messege
                                    "Hello! Biscoot Store pack is now active on your number, as requested.This service is valid till[protected] and a 15 days rental of Rs.45 has been deducted.Your current Balance post service activation is Rs.261.535.To deactivate SMS STOP to or call 155223(toll free)."
                                    I have never accessed this site nor downloaded its app or something. And i am least interested in what the "biscoot store" has to offer. Then why would i like to activate this service.
                                    In this new age, when we are moving toward online transaction and online payments. These monetary transaction are getting secure and better by using OTP on registered mobile number. Then why company like vodafone is allowing its useless auxillary services to be activated without our prior approval. Afterall our mobile balance is also our money which we have the right to choose how to spend.
                                    Before posting this complaint i came across numerous such complaints faced by people earlier. Even then the company (VODAFONE) is not taking any action to avoid such occurances.
                                    This indicate only one thing, that they themselves are involved in it and promoting such mal-practices.
                                    I want refund of my money and deactivation of this service immediately.

                                      As in the month of September I was asked to go for 4G sim from girgaum gallery so you can be benefited for our new 2gb data plan free which will be activated within 8 to 10 days.so I avail but till today it wasn't activated as I reminded and followed the costumer care no these gyes replied very soon it will be in your account but yesterday they said finally cause you took sim in 1st week of September and we started offer from month of November so your no can't avail this plan. It was very very bad experience from these executives they can market anything to attarackt costumers by giving false promiseso. Please all be aware. And I need justice for the same.

                                        My number [protected] is suddenly going out of service there after i sumitted my document for reactivate of my number. With charges ₹150 in vodafone care Satna(M.P) 485001. On tuesday 13/12/16. A/c to staff commitment my number will re activate within 3 days but it still deactivate. I'm really very dissapointed with ur worst services and i decided to port my other 5 vodafone numbers from vodafone to other company if my prob. Wii not resolved in next 24 hrs.
