I am very frustrated with the kind o[censored]nprofessional service received from vodafone since last 4 months now. i am using a vodafone postpaid ([protected]) since last 8 years hence i decided to opt for using a 4g dongle ([protected]) over airtel. on 31st aug 2016, i lodged a complaint at their call centre (complain no[protected] as never in my office area (68 shantipally, kasba, kolkata-107) i get any connection. i was promised & told that an engineer will visit me for solving the issue.
Neither i got any mail, nor no body called or visited... again on october last week, i called the call centre, they asked me to visit to a vodafone store with my laptop, dongle. i did, they took my complaint but no feedback or solution happened.
Again after calling the customer care they gave a new complaint[protected] no & asked me to wait for a week time!
Nothing has happened till now & now they have send me a remainder letter on outstanding (for the no which i have never used)
This is very poor. i am suffering everyday.
I have sent remainder 5, still awaiting for a solution
