Hi Team,
In Oct 2016, i had changed by bill plan 240, where a Vodafone care executive mis-directed me about the plan.
1. For 249, i have been told that there will approx 100 local /nat SMS will be free, but i see that I have been charged for the SMS
2. I asked to activate him a 3g booster plan then representative confirmed to me that he will be activating 3G booster plan which should get di-activated in next billing cycle, which is not the case, he activated internet plan which was active till date (1-dec). When i called care number, then it got de-activated.
I see I have been overcharged, so i raised complaint request[protected]
Also, due this i have hold off of paying the over-charged bill, but vodafone might charge delay charges in next billing cycle.
I have been following up with Vodafone customer care, but they are just fooling me off, giving ramdone information rather than resolving the issue.
Pls help me in getting this resolved.
