I was port my ([protected]) num on 29th dec 16. I want only 199 plane. But my no. Is activated on 299 plane. And right now my num is not working.
And any person not give any response. I m not satisfied with vodafone postpaid service. Please help me.

    Vodafone has been deducting balance for the vas 'reg game factory' which i have not activated. I browsed the internet for any information regarding the vas but there isn't a single article about the said vas.
    I proceeded to deactivate the vas several times (Calling 155223 and sms 'stop'), however i am informed they cannot deactivate the service at the time. Because of this the pack is renewed every seven days and 7 rupees is deducted every time.
    So every time i recharge my balance every week 7 rupees is deducted and there is no option to stop this.
    This has become a very serious issue as i have seen many people having the same problem but many choose to ignore due to the amount being deducted is less.
    This is not a fair trade practice and i consider this to be a misuse of our trust of the highest level.
    I request the officials to look into this issue with high priority, i would like a refund of all the money that was deducted as well a proper justification of why this is still happening even after so many consumer complaints.

      They without informing(no msg when and how is service activated/are we sure to start any such servive) deduct balance. On complainn they say balance is deducted is for service activation like VDS ultra movie, bikini masala pack, , which I have no idea how and what to do with it. By name it seems they promote p*** .And deduct balance on rhythmically. Bloody cheaters

        I did recharge on 14th december 2016 of rs 68 for doing std calls at 25 per minute. I got the message that the service is applied. But my balance is cutting 1.5 rupee per minute. It's still not applied.

        When i called to customer care at 198 they told me to call 98109810. When i called 98109810 they told me to call 198 again.
        The customer executives of vodafone were not of any use to me. They highly disappointed me.
        They didn't tell me anything about my problem.
        I am highly disappointed with vodafone service and customer care.
        Notify me why the recharge is not done.

          We have taken 46 corporate cug from vodafone on the name of m/s maninder infra llp ashish kumar and we are not at all getting any services from the end of our relationship manager (Mr. Amit kumar) and from sme backend (Satyanarayan). We are so much fade up with the poor services that we are porting to airtel as your rm and other staff is incapable of giving us trivial services like excel sheet of bills, number reactivation from safe custody, number barring etc etc. Kindly take some action against him

            In morning, i found scheme on offer list of vodafone. At that time they were showing me that u can use offer of rs. 348= all india loc + std calls free + 1gb 3g/4g ; 28d. I had activate that scheme but they are just giving me 50mb. I called to customer care but they are told me that you are activated scheme from nokia mobile and which is not applicable in your phone. But my mobile is supported 3g and 4g both and i'm using i phone-5 till last 25 days and i didn't changed my mobile. I had gone to the vodafone store they denied to give me the refund or scheme. After that i again called to the customer care, they replied that u will get till tomorrow. After 4 hour i called again to the customer care but this time they denied me to give that offer. Hence, in short they are not giving me proper answer or not refunding scheme and money.

            This is to inform you that I face lot of difficulty while working in my wards of emergency buiding as vodafone network is poor. I need to switch off and switch on mobile every 10 min to get 3g internet connectivity. I did port in to vodafone from reliance expectiing better network.

              I didn't subscribe dotbot service. But ₹.75/- debited from my account. I want to deactivate that service and please refund my debited amount within 1 hour. Complain sending time 4:25 pm of 15dec 2016. My number is [protected]. Next time don't active these type of services in my number. It's not a joke of matter. I didn't get response from your coustomer care number 198. Refund my balance of ₹.75/-

                Was a loyal customer of vodafone for last 4 n half years.
                Got a call one day from on of the executives for offers related to postpaid. I got convinced and said yea for portability.
                Same day one of the executives were send to my place to fetch the documents and a different sim (Postpaid variant) of the same no was provided. Verification at my home was done in my presence.
                After few days the sim got blocked. Icalled the customer care (After repeated calls) and was told that welcome visit was negative (Bizarre!!), hence to visit vodafone mini store. I visited the mini store and was told it would be activated within half n hour. Half day passed and no activation done hence called the mini store helpline and was transferred to postpaid department and after almost talking to 4 or 5 executive and senior executives was finally told that i need to submit the rent agreement and electricity bill.

                I was not been told to show the electricity bill which i had at that very moment at the welcome visit neither was i informed about the visit in advance such that i can keep these things ready. Also to my surprise was also send a message the day verifiaction happened taht the executive has reached me!!!

                Its been 4 days my sim is blocked even today.
                It would have been best had i never gone for a postpaid change because vodafone postpaid dont deserve any customer because they can not even handle the problem of the customer.
                Worst service ever and worst customer support ever.

                People who are reading the post, i would suggest you never to go for vodafone because they are worst when it comes to customer satisfaction (Especially the postpaid department).
                The just make you beg for activating your own no which you are paying bill for!!

                Sir I am using internet by vodafone no [protected]. I am not getting default SMS after every use regarding data used and left over balance. I have given complaint [protected] regarding this to vodafone customer care on 7 Dec 16. But nothing has been done till now after calling so many times. I request you to do the need full.

                  I have requested the vodafone customer care to deactivate my internet pack on [protected] on (24th oct'16) i. E. Before the start of bill cycle 28.10.16 to 27.11.16. But as i can see the bill for the period is still added with rs. 250 for internet pack.

                  I have not used the data/internet since then as i was assured that there is no data pack.

                  Moreover, i have talked to 3 customer care executives (Dheeraj, mukesh &
                  Suresh) on 12th dec'16 and all of them said a different story. Dheeraj even said i didn't call the customer care after 7th of oct'16.

                  The last person said:
                  I have requested to changed the plan from 299 to 250 on 22nd oct'16, which is right. But i have asked to deactivate internet plan on 24th oct'16 from my account, then how can the plan change can even came into picture.

                    I've had bad customer service experiences with the Vodafone Center in Dombivali West. Just yesterday, 14th December 2016 around[protected] hours I came across a very bad customer service experience. First of all not all the counters were working. They made the customers wait for hours (one and a half hour minimum) and then when finally we got a chance to get to the counter, the lady working there asked for our problem and then demanded our documents. When we provided the documents she refused to accept 'Aadhar Card' by saying "we don't accept it anymore. Come back tomorrow with some other documents." ('Aadhar card' not considered valid by Vodafone, is a little shocking) Not only our one and a half hour was wasted, she wasn't even polite with us. And the reason I'm not mentioning her name is because it's not just her, everybody at the Dombivali West center are rude and impolite with customers. Please note: After waiting in the queue for hours, 'Shrugging shoulders', 'rolling eyes' and 'No/Not possible' or sentences with no please, sorry or thank you, is not what you want. These days there are many other options. I know me and my mom not using Vodafone anymore (the moment we left the store, we bought new sim cards of a different mobile service provider) might not probably make so much of a difference to such a huge company. But it is important to note that all service providers require customers more than the customers need them.

                    I've Network problem in my vodafone mobile number i have complained about it too many time and i have followed all instruction given by them.
                    But still i don't get any solution from 2 years. They only give time periods for a week and then forget about it.

                      I have been using Vodafone no # [protected] . Network quality and services are so poor that my Sister and Husband have got their Vodafone connection changed to Airtel and Idea respectively but I still continued showing some faith in them .I also have been facing Network issues at few places but that also I didn't mind . Today morning at 6:03 am I received an sms informing me

                      "Important ! incoming calls on your Vodafone phone will be barred due to non submission of documents. Please submit your documents in 24 hr to avoid Incoming services "

                      Hello ?? which documents ? You have never sent me an sms intimating me about any issue I am a loyal customer and using your connection since last 8.5 years and this is the last thing I deserve

                      It didn't stop there . At 6:03 am, I received another msg that

                      "Outgoing calls on your Vodafone Mobile phone have been barred due to non submission of documents . Please submit your documents in 24 hrs "

                      I was amazed to look at these 2 msgs .

                      1. I was never aware of any such requirement . What you need by when ? I never received a mail, msg or call

                      2. You are barring my incoming calls without notice and telling me you will bar outgoing as well and have given me only 24 hours office ?

                      Don't I have any other work than going to your stupid service center which is never happy to help ?

                      I so wish I also would have got my connection changed to some other operator so that I would not have faced such issue and unprofessionalism .I finally paid price for my loyalty and sticking to you guys for 8.5 yrs where others who have switched to other operators are so much happier

                      I had to miss a call and an important meeting in the morning as I spent that time in your center for no fault of mine .This is the notice you give to your loyal customers ? We have already barred your outgoing calls and will bar incoming as well if you don't do so and so in 24 hours ?

                      Highly disappointed . My phone is still not working inspite of me missing my meetings and spending 1.5 hrs at your center .

                      No network for calling
                      Very [censored] services, no response after keeping on hold for 20 mins even when there was a waiting for 3 mins. Never choose Vodafone I am having 5 postpaid connection and now going to post them to airtel.

                          Hello Vodafone today I have received a sms showing love sutra pack is active now on my Vodafone number [protected] & Rs.25/- has been deducted but i have never subscribed or requested to any of these services this is 2nd time in this month before this Rs.15/- has been deducted for some fun store pack as soon as i saw these sms i deactivated these services.. before this many times this has happened but i didn’t complain thinking might be next time this won't happen but this will be happening often... Kindly refund my account balance & I request u kindly make sure next time before any service is activated on a number a confirmation message should be sent to customers..

                            I am kedar vartak using vodafone no.[protected] would like to submit my request that, i have been charged by rs.30/- last week on the pretext of value added service charges, which is not requested anyway by me ever, subsequently yesterday i.e. on 13/12/2016 another rs.40/-has been deducted from my balance .both the time the so called value added service which was not anyway required and requested by me and it was said to be deactivated but both the time i have to shell out total sum of rs.70/- alltogether.it is not a question of rs.70/- but the way your company is deducting the sum is not apprisable and expected from such a reknown company.i hope that action will be initiated as to stop me from converting my service provider .

                              Vodafone is billing me incorrectly for a VAS subscription on my postpaid number which I have not subscribed to. This is rubbish and the vodafone has billed me thrice for it. they say its via some ad that I have consented to. I have proper ad blockers enabled and I know I haven't given any consent to any such services. Vodafone has not been transparent with regards to this and this amounts to cheating. I see in the forum that I m not the only one who has this problem.

                                  I have received an SMS (My Mob. No.[protected]) on 13/12/2016 stating that VAS namely 'Lovesutra' has been added and charge of Rs.75 for the same will be added to my next bill. Please note I did not request for any such services. I callled on customer care number and it was informed to me that I might have clicked on some pop up which sent the activation request.
                                  Nowadays it is very common phenomenon of touching/clicking the pop up window on smart phone actually while trying to close it. Should not they have asked me for confirmation before activating such things?? It seems nobody bothers.
                                  The same thing used to happen on my other vodafone number also ([protected]). I got so irritated that now I have decided to switch to some other vendor and accordingly requested for 'PORT'.
                                  I want them to reverse the charge at the earliest with an SMS confirmation regarding the same.

                                      1)i, snehasish pattanayak, reside at paschim medinipur, westbengal, pin- 721424, using a postpaid connection [protected], my plan was (199-50 discount)=149.but last 2 or three months i did not get the discount..why the discount is cancelled is not known to me till now, ..how my plan is changed with out informing me.if i dont get the discount i have to leave the postpaid connection...
                                      2)my second problem is -i just converted a no. [protected] to prepaid a few days ago.but how i get my security money worth 300.00...my slip copy of security money was lost as the connection was2 year earlier...please provide my security money.

                                        I have received a sms on 2.12.16, that super models club pack has been activated in my no ([protected]) as per my request. Surprisingly, i have not made any request for that service. However, i send a sms to stop the service on 155223 as per your request on the activated sms.in my recent bill dated 10.11.16, bill no[protected], relationship no.[protected], it is observed that rs. 35.00 has been credited due to vas services on 2.12.16. Interestingly, the same thing has been happened (Vas activated) on 11.12.16 without any request for the games club service from my mobile no. Again i have deactivated this by sms on 155223.

                                        My question is, why vodafone send this type sms without any request and which basis they have add the charges for vas? Have you any proof that, i have requested you to subscribe for this service?

                                        Please look into the matter. If it is not resolve, it will compelled me to take the issue to the legal authority.
