I've had bad customer service experiences with the Vodafone Center in Dombivali West. Just yesterday, 14th December 2016 around[protected] hours I came across a very bad customer service experience. First of all not all the counters were working. They made the customers wait for hours (one and a half hour minimum) and then when finally we got a chance to get to the counter, the lady working there asked for our problem and then demanded our documents. When we provided the documents she refused to accept 'Aadhar Card' by saying "we don't accept it anymore. Come back tomorrow with some other documents." ('Aadhar card' not considered valid by Vodafone, is a little shocking) Not only our one and a half hour was wasted, she wasn't even polite with us. And the reason I'm not mentioning her name is because it's not just her, everybody at the Dombivali West center are rude and impolite with customers. Please note: After waiting in the queue for hours, 'Shrugging shoulders', 'rolling eyes' and 'No/Not possible' or sentences with no please, sorry or thank you, is not what you want. These days there are many other options. I know me and my mom not using Vodafone anymore (the moment we left the store, we bought new sim cards of a different mobile service provider) might not probably make so much of a difference to such a huge company. But it is important to note that all service providers require customers more than the customers need them.

I've Network problem in my vodafone mobile number i have complained about it too many time and i have followed all instruction given by them.
But still i don't get any solution from 2 years. They only give time periods for a week and then forget about it.

    I have been using Vodafone no # [protected] . Network quality and services are so poor that my Sister and Husband have got their Vodafone connection changed to Airtel and Idea respectively but I still continued showing some faith in them .I also have been facing Network issues at few places but that also I didn't mind . Today morning at 6:03 am I received an sms informing me

    "Important ! incoming calls on your Vodafone phone will be barred due to non submission of documents. Please submit your documents in 24 hr to avoid Incoming services "

    Hello ?? which documents ? You have never sent me an sms intimating me about any issue I am a loyal customer and using your connection since last 8.5 years and this is the last thing I deserve

    It didn't stop there . At 6:03 am, I received another msg that

    "Outgoing calls on your Vodafone Mobile phone have been barred due to non submission of documents . Please submit your documents in 24 hrs "

    I was amazed to look at these 2 msgs .

    1. I was never aware of any such requirement . What you need by when ? I never received a mail, msg or call

    2. You are barring my incoming calls without notice and telling me you will bar outgoing as well and have given me only 24 hours office ?

    Don't I have any other work than going to your stupid service center which is never happy to help ?

    I so wish I also would have got my connection changed to some other operator so that I would not have faced such issue and unprofessionalism .I finally paid price for my loyalty and sticking to you guys for 8.5 yrs where others who have switched to other operators are so much happier

    I had to miss a call and an important meeting in the morning as I spent that time in your center for no fault of mine .This is the notice you give to your loyal customers ? We have already barred your outgoing calls and will bar incoming as well if you don't do so and so in 24 hours ?

    Highly disappointed . My phone is still not working inspite of me missing my meetings and spending 1.5 hrs at your center .

    No network for calling
    Very [censored] services, no response after keeping on hold for 20 mins even when there was a waiting for 3 mins. Never choose Vodafone I am having 5 postpaid connection and now going to post them to airtel.

      Hello Vodafone I got wrong or u can say fake commitment by Vodafone via text that I will get 5gb 3G internet pack by pressing *444*255# but I get only 1.5 gb... So now I want remaining balance or full refund .. Hope will get proper reply soon .. [protected] Raj..         Hello Vodafone today I have received a sms showing love sutra pack is active now on my Vodafone number [protected] & Rs.25/- has been deducted but i have never subscribed or requested to any of these services this is 2nd time in this month before this Rs.15/- has been deducted for some fun store pack as soon as i saw these sms i deactivated these services.. before this many times this has happened but i didn’t complain thinking might be next time this won't happen but this will be happening often... Kindly refund my account balance & I request u kindly make sure next time before any service is activated on a number a confirmation message should be sent to customers..

          I am kedar vartak using vodafone no.[protected] would like to submit my request that, i have been charged by rs.30/- last week on the pretext of value added service charges, which is not requested anyway by me ever, subsequently yesterday i.e. on 13/12/2016 another rs.40/-has been deducted from my balance .both the time the so called value added service which was not anyway required and requested by me and it was said to be deactivated but both the time i have to shell out total sum of rs.70/- alltogether.it is not a question of rs.70/- but the way your company is deducting the sum is not apprisable and expected from such a reknown company.i hope that action will be initiated as to stop me from converting my service provider .

            Vodafone is billing me incorrectly for a VAS subscription on my postpaid number which I have not subscribed to. This is rubbish and the vodafone has billed me thrice for it. they say its via some ad that I have consented to. I have proper ad blockers enabled and I know I haven't given any consent to any such services. Vodafone has not been transparent with regards to this and this amounts to cheating. I see in the forum that I m not the only one who has this problem.

              Return back the balance which you deducted as I didn't authorized this pack to be activated. The pack was activated by itself without my concern so I need my balance back ASAP

                I have received an SMS (My Mob. No.[protected]) on 13/12/2016 stating that VAS namely 'Lovesutra' has been added and charge of Rs.75 for the same will be added to my next bill. Please note I did not request for any such services. I callled on customer care number and it was informed to me that I might have clicked on some pop up which sent the activation request.
                Nowadays it is very common phenomenon of touching/clicking the pop up window on smart phone actually while trying to close it. Should not they have asked me for confirmation before activating such things?? It seems nobody bothers.
                The same thing used to happen on my other vodafone number also ([protected]). I got so irritated that now I have decided to switch to some other vendor and accordingly requested for 'PORT'.
                I want them to reverse the charge at the earliest with an SMS confirmation regarding the same.

                      I have received a sms on 2.12.16, that super models club pack has been activated in my no ([protected]) as per my request. Surprisingly, i have not made any request for that service. However, i send a sms to stop the service on 155223 as per your request on the activated sms.in my recent bill dated 10.11.16, bill no[protected], relationship no.[protected], it is observed that rs. 35.00 has been credited due to vas services on 2.12.16. Interestingly, the same thing has been happened (Vas activated) on 11.12.16 without any request for the games club service from my mobile no. Again i have deactivated this by sms on 155223.

                      My question is, why vodafone send this type sms without any request and which basis they have add the charges for vas? Have you any proof that, i have requested you to subscribe for this service?

                      Please look into the matter. If it is not resolve, it will compelled me to take the issue to the legal authority.

                        I am a retailer of vodafone recharge. My no is [protected]. Recently govt. Of india announce that 500/- and 1000/- has no legal tender from 09/11/2016. We only give to your sub distributor on 09/11/2016, the cash i sell on 08/11/2016. After as per circular they didn't receive telling us not to receive old 500/- & 1000/- from customer. Now customer gives 10/- and 5/- coin which is legal but your distributor did not receive a single piece of coin. Now why your company refuse to receive legal money.

                          I am a postpaid customer but as my usage was not enuf wanted to change it to prepaid. When i approaced vodafone store the customer officer straight away denied saying it is not possible and charge for the same would be 526 which included Rs 29 for Sim Card 199 for 1gb net and 166 talktime. I do not want internet y I have to pay for it. I dont want Rs 166 talktime as my usage is not much 100 is enuf for me.

                          I was not informed about this charge when i was told to moved from prepaid to postpaid and give a try for couple of months. If you dont like it then you can move to prepiad back again and i was not informed about hidden charges.

                          I said i am ready to move to prepaid with charges of New Sim and minimum talktime of 100. But as per vodafone store minimum amout to get convert from postpaid to prepaid is Rs 529 which is way too high.

                          This is utter non sense and looting customer. Its not only me.. there a old lady also sufferring bcoz of the same issue who was fortunately presend the same day when i went to Vodafobe store Thane Maharashtra (Naupada Branch ).

                          I would like the team and person who is reading my complaint to help me out on urgent basis.

                          From today morning my Vodafone number is not working. It is showing no network. [protected] this is my Rajasthan number and I am using it in Delhi from last 2onths. Only emergency calls is showing and I am not able to make calls or messages from the sim. So kindly activate my sim.

                            I have purchased vodafone postpaid internet dongle from -2, surya complex, leela bhawan, patiala - 147001, opp gopal sweets, punjab in september at bill plan of 650+tax for 6 gb plan as offered by vodafone store executive but i was getting trouble of finishing of my 6 gb data plan very frequentky but wheni installed vodafone app i come to know that i have only 3 gb paln for 650+tax bill amount. I was very surprised and shocked to know about this fraud by vodafone store at patiala. I want to make a compalaint against that store who gave me srong information and falling me in trouble. I am trying to call customer care but i come to know that my this service is being deactivated, i am working in gurgaon so can't come to patiala. Please reolve my issue..

At the time of postpaid sim, i have submitted all documents i. E adhar card and serving certificate to mr raghav. On 8.12.16 at 1900 hrs my mb network show emergency call only. I was call mr wahid and informed this situation and next day i visit to vodafone store and met to mr raghav. He told me thatmy no has suspended due to address and id not upload. Whereas i pay the bill through paytm then why they block my no without any information or message. I am surprised vodafone services are too bad and your staff are not cooperative nature.

                                On 09.12.2016 i have given identity card photostat to mr raghav and he told me that no is start 2000 hrs but till date my no is not activate.

                                Please if possible my two nos [protected] and [protected] and my colleague no [protected] may please be activate today. Otherwise i will closed three nos including 8 others nos of vodafone and not pay any bill in future.

                                    I am using one vodafone postpaid connection. about 3 months ago i received 2 more bills from vodafone and i didn't know about those numbers. but it was under my name. i went to local police station to report about it as someone else was using the connection on my name. the police told me to go to the vodafone headquarter and report the issue. i went to the vodafone headquarter and reported the same. i was been told that they will look into the issue and will let me know. again after one month i received 2 more bills from vodafone. i decided not to do anything as neither the vodafone nor the police were interested. after few days one person came to my home and said that he is from vodafone and has come to collect the due amount. i told him the same thing and he showed me the document which was used for those two numbers and said that its not possible that postpaid sim can be activated without verification. when i looked at the document, i saw that everything in the document is same, except my photo. i then showed him my original document and asked him that how is it possible that someone gave you a fake ID and you are saying that you guys have done home verification. he then spoke to the manager regarding the same and then apologized for the incovinience and left. and now vodafone has barred my existing number [protected]. i called the customer care to know the reason. the customer care guy told me that i need to pay the bill. i told him that i have paid the bill before the due date. but then he told me that there are two more numbers in your name and you need to pay bills for those two numbers and then they will activate outgoing on this number. i told him the whole story and again that guy was arguing with me that postpaid bills cannot be activated without the home verification. i knew that arguing with the customer care guy will make no difference so i disconnected the call. now i want to sue vodafone as i am facing issue without any reason. and vodafone has issued a postpaid connection to someone without doing the home verification and even after reporting the incidence to vodafone they didnt took any action and barred outgoing calls from my number.

                                    Both no.bill details are extra generated in this month bcz it's not good, so I can't pay bcz it's too enough, so, pls just check again thn I hv pay my original bill, otherwise I can't so just check again & generate my bill again, u can also call me on-[protected] regarding this complaint

                                      I am very frustrated with the kind o[censored]nprofessional service received from vodafone since last 4 months now. i am using a vodafone postpaid ([protected]) since last 8 years hence i decided to opt for using a 4g dongle ([protected]) over airtel. on 31st aug 2016, i lodged a complaint at their call centre (complain no[protected] as never in my office area (68 shantipally, kasba, kolkata-107) i get any connection. i was promised & told that an engineer will visit me for solving the issue.
                                      Neither i got any mail, nor no body called or visited... again on october last week, i called the call centre, they asked me to visit to a vodafone store with my laptop, dongle. i did, they took my complaint but no feedback or solution happened.
                                      Again after calling the customer care they gave a new complaint[protected] no & asked me to wait for a week time!
                                      Nothing has happened till now & now they have send me a remainder letter on outstanding (for the no which i have never used)
                                      This is very poor. i am suffering everyday.
                                      I have sent remainder 5, still awaiting for a solution

                                        This is to inform you regarding my postpaid connection ([protected]) in vodafone (Kolkata)that without my confirmation my postpaid credit limit has been increased from Rs 500/- to Rs 5000/-, where i simply got a SMS that my credit limit is increased. When i talked to the customer care executive of vodafone, they told that i have to write letter to decrease my postpaid credit limit to vodafone store. To clear out my confusion about this i asked them that if without my confirmation my postpaid credit limit is changed, then when i am requesting to drecrease my credit limit to Rs. 500/- why it cannot be canged
