    I have been using vodafone for almost 5 years now but since last one year the network quality has become worse. I had complained about it almost an year back (Complain Id[protected] dated Dec 30, 2015) and I was told that there is plan to raise new tower in my area however no action has been taken till date. I had submitted another complain Id[protected] on Nov 20, 2016 with complain no. However I was told the same reason that there is plan to have new tower in our area which could not be delivered in one year.
    Vodafone has been giving false promise without any action on the ground.I am facing this network problem for all 4 vodafone numbers in my family. Every call we attend on vodafone network either disconnects abruptly(call drop) or there is no network at all resulting in non-availability to use vodafone number. I have already made up my mind to port out of Vodafone as they don't care about their customers.

      Until now I can't contact and could not see Perm after that. what i do next I do not know? Please

        I had vodafone post paid connection for the last 2 years. Due to some personal reasons, i have disconnected the service on nov 2, 2016.

        I have cancelled my vodafone postpaid number. Now i got the bill for the last month. I am not able to pay the last month bill through online.
        How to do that? I want the procedure regarding the post paid bill payment.

          Me being a postpaid customer of vodafone having been charged rs 714/-as hidden usage charges with no proper bill need a clarification on the same asap.

            I pursuing from churu rajasthan and i submitted my porting request on 17 november 2016 but here your tm had a mistake in my form so he again submitted my form about 22 november but till my sim is not ported and today i contact with your tm. He saying that i forget to submit your form and now not possible till 15 day from tomorrow.
            If you have any solution than do it plz

              Vodafone deducted rs 60 from my balance amount with regards to mobile mela services which i did not subscribe to or agree to subscribe to ever. They just suddenly sent me a message saying as per my request this service fee has been deducted but i did not request any such services. I want the money back. I saw this page and realized they have done this with other people too. Please look into it as individually this may be a small amount but considering they are doing this with so many people it becomes monetarily very material. Thank you.

                On 4th December received calls from [protected] (claimed to be Rahul from Vodafone m-pesa) and [protected], offering free iPhone 6S when 5000 is deposited into m-pesa wallet.

                He was sending some OTPs which he asked for "registration" purposes". It looks like he had tricked me into giving him access (via OTP) to my MyVodafone app, from which he knew some of my details like balance, name, etc., which was enough to make me confide in him as someone from Vodafone/m-pesa itself.

                It seems he had created my m-pesa account using my info from the MyVodafone, and just asked me for an OTP for "registration" purposes. This way he had my PIN in the m-pesa app. I did not create the PIN. Even my name and date of birth in m-pesa app is incorrect, as created by the scammer.

                In short, I put 5000 in my m-pesa wallet for the sweet deal which he was offering, and since he created my account, he used my pin to transfer all of it into his wallet (linked to [protected]). I have a busy travel schedule so I didn't pay attention to the entire SMS. Simply gave the OTP from reading in the notifications which he was triggering at his end. I've emailed Vodafone about it as well. I hope I get my money back soon.

                Complaint resolved. Vodafone took action promptly after I emailed and contacted them. Thanks Vodafone.

                I've also seen an increase in Vodafone's SMS telling users not to share OTP/PIN with anyone. Thanks for that too, I think that will greatly help as users won't give MyVodafone/mpesa app OTPs to scammers trying to gain access to our accounts.
                Hello I've received a call from [protected] and they said that I have win 25000 rupees in mpesa and i phone 7 then he asked me for OTP then he said that he was sending me 25000 rupees in my mpesa wallet and for winning of iphone 7 he said me to complete the process then he tell me to open www.mpesa.in then press load money and then fill the amount 25000 and then he said me to send this money in your bank account but my account had no money so he cannot taken any money then I called him back but he was abusing me and said complaint to this number and do what you can...

                  Hello,

                  I have opted for Vodafone service, 5-6 months back. I contacted the agency in Nashik Road. The person collected the documents from me and told me that I will get the sim card in 2 days. After 2 days, when I didn't got any call from the executive, I called the agency. They didn't picked up my phone. On the same day, I called in afternoon. Then the person said he was in meeting. After the call, they said to me that I will get the sim following morning.

                  I didn't received it. I called again. This time no one picked the phone. I then purchased another number. After that, some one from the agency called me and told me to collect the sim. I refused because I was in need of the sim urgently and the agency failed to deliver on the said time.

                  After that I came to know that the sim has been activated. How can it get activated without me signing any form nor getting it delivered?

                  Now the bills are coming and the executives at Vodafone are ringing me. Who is responsible for the bill payment?

                  Me who has opted for the service or the company who has activated the sim without any signature of the customer and delivery of the card?

                    I have already raised a complaint against Vodafone for my mobile bill for the month of October 2016 for excess billing towards mobile internet charges on International Roaming. The complaints were sent to nodal office as well as the appellate authority but till date my complaint remains un resolved. They are just maintaining the same stand that the usage was genuine were as I have not used and mobile internet service on the specified date. The details of complaint is given below:
                    Dear Sir/ Madam,
                    I am writing this mail with reference the billing complaints lodged vide trailing mail & the response received from the nodal officer on the same. I am not satisfied with the response to complaint raised on dispute item in the billing and hence referring to the appellate authority so that the dispute is resolved in the best interest of both parties.
                    As explained in the trailing mail I have been charged Rs 5896/- in my latest bill towards mobile internet usage while on International roaming which is not correct as I have not used any mobile internet facility during my stay abroad and therefore request to reverse this wrong debit. I have already made adhoc payment of Rs.2000 under protest & will not be making further payments till this matter is resolved.
                    Needless to mention here that I have been a loyal customer for more than 15 years and never in the past I have had any dispute on billing and my payments have been regular. However in the instant case the decision taken to disrupt the services was not called for considering my long association with you esteemed company.
                    I am sure you will look into this matter favorably and resolve the complaint urgently.

                      I am aslam pathan using vodafone number [protected] Please check that my connection has been disconnected at present and due to the vodafone fault and you have been tag me an IR in your system that I have done the fraud.

                      Please to be noted that I have paid the bill on 18nov of 2000rs but your system is re-entering the old cheque number ending with the number 419507 but you can see that payment has been cleared by cheque number 419508 the next cheque which has been issue on the same date of previous cheque bounce due to currency issue problem and I have already told that the lady of collection department has ensure me that after making the payment amt of 411rs will be waivedoff and also the 345rs for the cheque return charges will be also waivedoff the lady which was calling number [protected] and I have send the recording also then also you have suspended my service.

                      Please check to the details and activate my service as soon as possible and I am re sending the voice call record and please remove that fraud statement as I have not cheated to the company its your company fault and issue

                      Inspite of no network in office areas, they charge full rent. is this justifiable?

                      Cust care says we are installing a tower nearby but since 6 months no such developments.

                        Dear Vodafone,

                        I purchased a postpaid line on 18th of July 2016. As I'm work abroad, I requested Vodafone to DEACTIVATE my line with (minimal charges) on the 6th of August 2016 and my line was deactivated successfully.

                        I traveled out of India on the 8th of August and hence NOT USING MY LINE since this date.

                        I keep getting Bills for:
                        1) July to August,
                        2) August to September,
                        3) September to October,
                        4) October to November.

                        Kindly look into this matter.

                        I ported [protected] from Airtel to Vodafone.

                        I wasn't able to pay the last bill of Airtel as the number was already ported and had a different procedure.

                        Due to the non payment, my number got suspended from Vodafone.

                        I have now paid the full billl amount of Airtel and want to know when can I expect my number to get re activated.

                          It's not the first time i'm getting this trouble. I've been charged 165rs (35 rs each time). I have been ignoring this ever since but still the problem sustains. I would stop my subscription immediately after the activation (Which i have not requested). My mob no is [protected]. They are scamming me. Please have a check and refund my money or else i'd have to change the service provider.

                            Hi,
                            My Number [protected] is corporate CUG and using this from last 6 years which is barred without any notification due to outstanding amount. I paid my all bill amount on due date after discussion with customer support executive, For extra amount added in my bill of Rs. 1062.70/- and balance outstanding amount of Rs-1063/- paid on 20th Nov. Extra charges Rs-1062.70/- is added NMNP balance transfer which is irreverent and no outstanding is due on at the time of number portability Delhi circle to Karnataka.
                            At the time of portability bill was generated of Rs-1170/- and I made a payment of Rs-1500/-, Around 320/- extra i paid for bill adjustment at NMNP. after that one more bill has generated and I have paid all amount.

                            As discussed with customer support executive and he confirm me by mistake extra Amount NMNP has been added of Rs-1062.70/- which you can deducted and pay the rest outstanding amount. after that also my services has barred without any notice and pre-intimation. I have lost all my office contact and lost my project contact due to this service barred.
                            kindly take this on priority and start my services and provide me mental harassment compensation of Rs-100000/-

                              Not receiving incoming calls /sms

                              However i am able to make outgoing calls and also i can use internet.

                              This problem of incoming calls is ruining all my business and customer relationship.

                              Replies by vodafone are pathetic and they simply se we can't do anything.

                              Even after paying premium charges we r receiving such...

                              I recharged to my phone on 18th November with Rs.111. However as you can see most of my calls or incoming and I made very little calls to outside. suddenly one day find out that I have zero balance. You can check from my call register that I hardly made any calls at all yet this is one of the many times Vodafone has cut all my money without any viable excuse. I think Vodafone is very unfair indoing so and something should be done with cutting my balance for no reason

                                I have received from m pesa executive saying i have won prize of 25, 000 cash, SONY LED TV and IPhone 6 and for receiving these i have recharge my mpesa account with Rs.1000 then again with 2000, 5000, 5000, 5000, 5000 and finally to redeem it more 5000. and every time i have been asked to pay these amount saying this will be last payment. i got calls from [protected], [protected] and the person's name was Rahul Sharma he said he is m-pesa executive at Vodafone head office Ahmdabad. I request Vodafone compalint department to take strict action against this. Please help me get my amount back.

                                yes. he had all the information about my past phone recharges as well as call history.

                                It proves that customer information and data is no longer secure with the telecom co.

                                someone is taking this inside info from co. and fooling people into the scam by using Vodafone co. name.

                                Co. should take serious steps regarding this as soon as possible.
                                He got my information from the My Vodafone app, which he was able to login to by sending a change password/OTP request and tricking me into giving the OTP, telling me that OTP will activate the 'deal', but instead he got access to all my account info using the My Vodafone app or website. Did you do something similar - give him an OTP or password reset or something?

                                      Vodafone have done the worst thing this time.
                                      They have added details on my bill which i have not even called.
                                      And the funny thing is that they have added my own prepaid number on the list showin that i have been calling myself for the past two days. Is this a joke vodafone? Are you tryin to corrupt your customers money?
                                      You should be sue for this action. And i am thinkin may be you are doin this to most of your customers but they never check their details so you have been safe all these times.
