Negative Verification Status

I got my BSNL sim posted to Vodafone postpaid, that too on the request of their representative. Without any verification at my address, I was told that the verification has gone negative and my sim would be blocked in 3 days.
It is an important number, hence I got it ported and not opted for a new number.

Lovesutra pack activated without any request

Worst customer service

Hi,

I am using a vodafone postpaid number from past 4 months. I am trying to convert it to prepaid. But customer support people are not helping me on this.
When I call the customer care number they use to tell to visit near service center. When I go near service center they give lame reasons and they always tell me to wait until next bill generation. I am fed up with this.
