I didn't even buy any pack on vodafone, i just received a message of deduction of Rs. 95 for your subcription of Mazaa mobile service n this happened twice in this month. I want refund of Rs. 190.

    I have asked to turn my postpaid connection to prepaid connection before 3 months still it doesn't have any response from Vodafone. store or online complaint at 198 . I also have my prepaid card which is received by me on round about 26/11/16 then also after this much time my card postpaid connection still not closed and I have to pay my postpaid bill through the month...
    Now I want a perfect response from your side that u want to convert my postpaid connection to prepaid or not
    I have now done with this hell process which is happening round about 3 months
    my new prepaid card number (the card which is still not having any connection)

      "Recharge of MRP Rs 55 on 29/12/2016 successful. Received Rs 0.10, STax Rs 7.17, AccessFee Rs 47.73, New Bal Rs 1.96."
      Please provide any details on complaint and suggestion on recharge amount recovery.

          I recharged online of Rd 69 for 300 local & Std minutes as shown under Best offers in *111# but I didnot get minutes. I rather got message of talktime received. Since then I have called 4 times to their customer care executive but it is of no help. Initially they said benefit is showing & it will be credited in 2hrs and now They are saying I did not hv any such offer for my account. I have the screenshot of the said offer & I have mailed them but still not received positive response

            There have been several incidents where packs have been activated without my knowledge and i thought it stopped but it happened again. Vodafone activated FOLLO pack without my knowledge and i have DEFINITELY not clicked on any ad or link (as per vodafone customer care executives). This is super annoying and not acceptable. Rs35 is not a joke, why should i let vodafone charge me for something i didn't ask for?? Please give me an explanation for this!!

              Every month I have issue of billing if my vodafone number. every month I use to go vodafone gallery to correct my billing. this is happening since last six months. this is very ridiculous and waste of my time to every time to go to gallery. I ask for branch manager but still they are not cooperating with me.. what to do ? Vadofone has lost their credibility.

                I did not any message about the number of exceeding messages.
                now for total 3500 SMS they charged me around 1200/-
                If i was knowing that it i would have recharged it with 49/- and i would have got same 3, 500 sms.

                So i want to convert from postpaid to prepaid.

                and i am using this service from last 4 years.

                TIll now they didn't gave me any new plans.

                i heard from my friend same benifits getting for just 333/- monthly rental..

                I am feeling very bad to choose Vodafone.

                    I have paid myVodafone phone no.[protected] bill in advance and requested to start phone service, but your service care center person today 29.12 2016 at 00.10 am Mr.Akshya Dhait not booked our compliant & no complaint no.provided. He gave wage answers and we told him to connect his Supervisor, he kept us 30 minutes in waiting and not connected finally with supervisor. We have credit of 1770/- with Vodafone and still this person is not connecting phone. He refused to book complaint. We are customer for last 15 years and so insulting treatment recd. from Vodafone.
                    Pl.take this matter by today on priority and send us written e-mail clarification and with Mr. Akshay Dhait take appropriate steps.

                      I am a Vodafone postpaid customer since this year's April and it went well through 1st month but after that the amount of bill use to come out in big numbers like 600-700 INR. When I complained about it, they simply use to give a waiver of 100 and tell that I exceed the call duration limits. After that I calculated the call duration, but the company simply refused to listen.
                      Now due to my previous pending bill of 652, I cleared it after a duration of about 1 months time and my phone was lying dead. Now when I recharged it 3 days ago with amount of 600, my phone showed a bill of 852 for no reason, calls, messages and are saying that when I will recharge it then they are going to activate it.
                      So please help me get my hard earned money from these thieves.

                        This is regarding billing of Dec'16. My mobile number is [protected]. In recent cyclone on Dec 12 & 13 in chennai, as you aware entire vodofone network is down for more than 7 days. So i would expect some leverage in billing amount for those 7 days as anyway i could not use the network. But in turn i was asked to pay the full amount of 1208.35 (Including taxes).

                          Vodafone postpaid number- [protected]
                          Subject- Corporate 249 rental plan 1 gb internet doesn't work.

                          I took this connection in October 2017, its a corporate plan with Rs.249 rental. While taking this connection I was given 2 options- 249 rental where i get 1 gb internet(2g / 3g speed) free every month. Another was Rs.99 rental in which i dont get the internet, so I opted for 249 rental.

                          But since the time the service got activated I was able to use only 35 mb data. I lodged a complaint in November, i get a call from technical dept saying there is some technical issue on their end so it would get resolved in 48 hrs and will get a call from them once it has been resolved. It dint get resolved nor did i recieve any update until I called billing and technical dept. Still they lodge my complaint and no revert, i spoke with the billing desk as i have been charged a rental of 249. I clearly mentioned till the time i dont get my internet working i am not going to pay that rental as i took the 249 plan just for the internet otherwise i would have opted for the 99 plan. The representative at the billing dept said not to worry you can pay the bill minus the rental which I did. Then i kept calling the technical dept several times but no resolution was found my internet still doesn't work. Only the complaint is lodged and i am being promised that i will get a callback which dint happen. Then whenever i would make a call i would get to hear the ivr that my services will get disconnected if i dont pay the bill. I spoke to the billing desk again to ask regarding the rental and the ivr, the representative tells me that the ivr would stop in 2 hrs and the rental will get reversed. I clearly mentioned that till the time services as promised dont work i am not going to pay the rental because i took this plan just because i would get 1 gb internet free. He said everytime i need to call when i get the bill if the internet service has still not started i said ok.

                          Today onwards all my services have got disconnected, and i was not informed about it nor did the technical dept called me as per the call scheduled on monday 1pm. And let me tell you i do have a Vodafone prepaid sim of which the internet works completely fine be it in slot 1 or slot 2.

                          This is the most horrible service i have got and the vodafone custome service is the worst that i encountered. Vodafone is not bothered if they are not providing service as promised they just want to mint money by giving false promises. I am a working woman and i have no time for this nonsense. Still its my requirement so i called vodafone customer care and technical dept almost 10 times, but i dont get any resolution.

                          I have not received any solution for this till now. Just received several calls after lodging the complain everyday new people calling me then I had to explain the whole issue over and over again they all took me through the same settings which didn't work. Then they disconnected my services then again called me and restarted the services then now again i get a IVR during every call I make that pay the bill otherwise services will get disconnected. nobody is bothered to solve the problem they just want money. I took the connection in OCT 2016 till now its not resolved. I even visited the vodafone gallery on 31st Dec 2016, there the people are just not at all helpful the representative I met there gave me a new sim card and said the services will get activated within 20 min, well it dint.

                          I had a old 3g prepaid sim card on which the internet worked completely fine, as it was little damaged I got a new prepaid sim that also they gave me a 4g sim card since then the internet has stopped working on that as well. I had clearly asked the person if the 4g sim card will work on my phone they said yes. It didn't I made several calls asking vodafone to give me a 3G sim delivered at my home as its their fault that I am left without internet, but no they expect me to again visit the vodafone gallery with my documents and stand in the line and meet the same guy who gave me wrong information & sim card and wasted my 1hour at the gallery. There is no revert from any vodafone customer care people, they are just not bothered. Horrible experience this has been with vodafone, and let me tell you my internet on airtel sim works completely fine on the same phone.

                                With regard to your concern i hereby confirm that, the service against your number has been deactivated because of document issue.

                                We request you to kindly contact with vodafone store along with below mentioned documents details for further assistance.

                                Government issued photo id (Pan card, a, voter's id)
                                . Permanent address proof (Voter's id, passport)
                                Local address proof (Mseb bill along with noc from the house owner, rent agreement registered)
                                One color photograph (Passport size)

                                On receipt of the valid documents your vodafone number will be converted to prepaid within the 2 hours. Post that, you need to call on 59059 (Toll free) to complete the tele-verification for your vodafone number. After successful tele-verification incoming and outgoing services will be activated within the 15 minutes.

                                In case if the tele-verification is not done within 30 days from the date of activation, the service on your vodafone number will be disconnected permanently.

                                  Today, on[protected] Vodafone has deducted Rs.35/- from my balance
                                  saying I have requested for Tube World Pack. I have not requested any such pack knowingly. On my messaging them
                                  through their toll free number 155223, they say Tube World Pack has been deactivated. But I have not yet received
                                  Rs.35/- back. I request Vodafone to return Rs.35/- as soon as possible.

                                      I am a vodafone customer.Very often I receive mssg about biscoot pack stating that it has been activated.But on calling the customer help someone says that it has been activated on clicking a link...but truly I dont remember anything about click such links.I have wasted Rs 90 in regard to this pack.I would like to know a valid reason behind this.If I don't get a proper reply from the vodafone officials I would immediately lodge a complaint in the consumer forum.

                                        My name is Pavan, I have been trying to recharge my number [protected] online from the past 5 days, But the number won't recharge. A message saying "recharge declined by operator" simply displays on the screen. Transaction is successful from the banks side, but the operator (vodafone) is continuously declining it. I request you to please help me on this matter, this SIM without any balance is of no use. Please help
