This is regarding billing of Dec'16. My mobile number is [protected]. In recent cyclone on Dec 12 & 13 in chennai, as you aware entire vodofone network is down for more than 7 days. So i would expect some leverage in billing amount for those 7 days as anyway i could not use the network. But in turn i was asked to pay the full amount of 1208.35 (Including taxes).

    Vodafone postpaid number- [protected]
    Subject- Corporate 249 rental plan 1 gb internet doesn't work.

    I took this connection in October 2017, its a corporate plan with Rs.249 rental. While taking this connection I was given 2 options- 249 rental where i get 1 gb internet(2g / 3g speed) free every month. Another was Rs.99 rental in which i dont get the internet, so I opted for 249 rental.

    But since the time the service got activated I was able to use only 35 mb data. I lodged a complaint in November, i get a call from technical dept saying there is some technical issue on their end so it would get resolved in 48 hrs and will get a call from them once it has been resolved. It dint get resolved nor did i recieve any update until I called billing and technical dept. Still they lodge my complaint and no revert, i spoke with the billing desk as i have been charged a rental of 249. I clearly mentioned till the time i dont get my internet working i am not going to pay that rental as i took the 249 plan just for the internet otherwise i would have opted for the 99 plan. The representative at the billing dept said not to worry you can pay the bill minus the rental which I did. Then i kept calling the technical dept several times but no resolution was found my internet still doesn't work. Only the complaint is lodged and i am being promised that i will get a callback which dint happen. Then whenever i would make a call i would get to hear the ivr that my services will get disconnected if i dont pay the bill. I spoke to the billing desk again to ask regarding the rental and the ivr, the representative tells me that the ivr would stop in 2 hrs and the rental will get reversed. I clearly mentioned that till the time services as promised dont work i am not going to pay the rental because i took this plan just because i would get 1 gb internet free. He said everytime i need to call when i get the bill if the internet service has still not started i said ok.

    Today onwards all my services have got disconnected, and i was not informed about it nor did the technical dept called me as per the call scheduled on monday 1pm. And let me tell you i do have a Vodafone prepaid sim of which the internet works completely fine be it in slot 1 or slot 2.

    This is the most horrible service i have got and the vodafone custome service is the worst that i encountered. Vodafone is not bothered if they are not providing service as promised they just want to mint money by giving false promises. I am a working woman and i have no time for this nonsense. Still its my requirement so i called vodafone customer care and technical dept almost 10 times, but i dont get any resolution.

    I have not received any solution for this till now. Just received several calls after lodging the complain everyday new people calling me then I had to explain the whole issue over and over again they all took me through the same settings which didn't work. Then they disconnected my services then again called me and restarted the services then now again i get a IVR during every call I make that pay the bill otherwise services will get disconnected. nobody is bothered to solve the problem they just want money. I took the connection in OCT 2016 till now its not resolved. I even visited the vodafone gallery on 31st Dec 2016, there the people are just not at all helpful the representative I met there gave me a new sim card and said the services will get activated within 20 min, well it dint.

    I had a old 3g prepaid sim card on which the internet worked completely fine, as it was little damaged I got a new prepaid sim that also they gave me a 4g sim card since then the internet has stopped working on that as well. I had clearly asked the person if the 4g sim card will work on my phone they said yes. It didn't I made several calls asking vodafone to give me a 3G sim delivered at my home as its their fault that I am left without internet, but no they expect me to again visit the vodafone gallery with my documents and stand in the line and meet the same guy who gave me wrong information & sim card and wasted my 1hour at the gallery. There is no revert from any vodafone customer care people, they are just not bothered. Horrible experience this has been with vodafone, and let me tell you my internet on airtel sim works completely fine on the same phone.

      1. We are using your network for past 3 years
      2. As of now we are unable to meet excess telephone expense
      3. We gave this requisition letter to perambur vodafone office before 1 month but there is no proper response and
      4. They are informing rules one by one on every visit to the perambur office (We have produced photo copies and soft copies of company details)

          I am machindra d khairnar, my mobile number [protected] has been automatic disconnect without any information on me dated on 23rd dec-2016, a have going to nearest vodafone store but your vodafone store keeper not support to me, then i am going to submit my document in our vimannagar vodafone store dated on 24 dec-2016, but still my number not activate so please check and revert me reason for that, otherwise i will complaint to nearest police station. For your kind information. And your vimannagar keeper telling me please deposit 5000 rs for activation this sim card. This vodafone keeper number is [protected].

            Today, on[protected] Vodafone has deducted Rs.35/- from my balance
            saying I have requested for Tube World Pack. I have not requested any such pack knowingly. On my messaging them
            through their toll free number 155223, they say Tube World Pack has been deactivated. But I have not yet received
            Rs.35/- back. I request Vodafone to return Rs.35/- as soon as possible.

                I am a vodafone customer.Very often I receive mssg about biscoot pack stating that it has been activated.But on calling the customer help someone says that it has been activated on clicking a link...but truly I dont remember anything about click such links.I have wasted Rs 90 in regard to this pack.I would like to know a valid reason behind this.If I don't get a proper reply from the vodafone officials I would immediately lodge a complaint in the consumer forum.

                    Respected Sir / Madam,

                    I have postpaid account with Vodafone since 2011.
                    As per email dated 28 Aug 2016 and phone call I requested vodafone to deactivate my data plan on number +91 [protected].

                    Email sent to corpcare.[protected]@vodafone.com.

                    However today I can see monthly charge of 3740 INR applied to Dec bill for 6.62 MB internet usage. As per vodafone data plan is active on my account even after the proper email sent to them.

                    I feel this are unnecessary charges. need to be removed from my account

                      i have been noticing my previous one year bills and have seen many charges which are out of my knowledge i have complaint this to your vodafone store and also in call but nothing has been rectified in my present bill. i am mentioning monthly over charged below, rectify the same in my current bill and resend the same or else i am not interested to pay this bill any more and i will make sure i take this to telecom regulatory (trai) and various other consumer forums.

                        It has been over two years since we have been complaining and your department keeps giving us extended dates but no action on ground actually takes place. I have never encountered such a useless company ever as you are not capable of keeping your words at all and you fail to overcome your shortcomings.

                        The location is in the heart of new delhi-connaught place…and if you cannot resolve an issue here i wonder how your network is in the remote parts of india!!!

                          I have been using the vodafone mobile app to track the data usage regularly. During the month of nov 2016 two days before it showed that 0.3 gb is available but during the nov 16 bill i have been charged inr 403 excess for the mobile data.

                          I have visited the store at akrudi, pune and they were the most pathetic people on the customer support, i have ever seen. No one wanted to listed to our issues. Thrice we went to store and ended up paying the excess charges along with penality for late payment.

                          I have disconnected one number and changed the exsisting number to prepaid. I will change this number to other network provider as it cannot be done immediately.

                          They are no 1 cheats and all customers be careful.

                            We, m/s maktel power limited, 659, gidc estate are having a cug conenction. From last two months we are trying to have portability with airtel, but somehow our request has been rejected due to mismatching of our authorised signatory. We corrected the signature and was approved by the vodafone company at the second attempt. But then it was rejected as some outstanding amount was due. We paid the amount and got the acknowledge through sms. So then we again applied for portablity, but again it was rejected for signature of authorised signatory.
                            We request vodafone to look into this matter urgently and clear our application as soon as possible.

                              My mom has been using the above vodafone cell no. [protected] since many years. She is an elderly person, her age is 70 years.

                              She had been receiving huge bills than she made calls. She had been complaining to vodafone umpteen times and even tried to convert her card to a prepaid one, but was unsuccessful as every time she visited the vodafone store, they convinced her that ow they have changed her plan & she will not get high bills, but again after 2-3 months she would start getting high bills. Ultimately she got fed up & asked the customer person to disconnect the no & she paid the amount as per calls made by her. We have also written to vodafone umpteen times for the same, now the have been sending reminders t pay the outstanding which is actually not payable by her, we request you to please help us close this complain & stop the harassment that we are facing.

                              This is still not resolved. We have received an email in the month of March '17 as below. After that we contacted them on the given nos. but we were informed that they do not have any whereabouts about this complaint. They were to contact us again after finding out the information, but no one has come back.

                                I had taken 5 gb data pack for six months. I was explained that i can use 5 gb data during billing cycle from 20th to 19th of next month. I rarely used full 5 gb data. But still i was sent a bill for activity which i had not used. Last month also it happened. When i made inquiry i was told that by mistake bill was prepared and was informed to ignore. I have received bill again now with addition amount due and also penalties levied on previous pending bill. At the time of taking dongal i was informed that i can use 5gb data in a month. Regarding other charges i was not informed. Still i am having one month validity. Now i am not able to use the data.

                                    I got my BSNL sim posted to Vodafone postpaid, that too on the request of their representative. Without any verification at my address, I was told that the verification has gone negative and my sim would be blocked in 3 days.
                                    It is an important number, hence I got it ported and not opted for a new number.
                                    I hope you understand the the matter and resolve it soon.

                                      I switched from my previous service provide to Vodafone and also converted my prepaid sim to postpaid. I was offered a 299 plan which included 1 GB 3g/4g data. For 3 months everything was fine. Suddenly I received messages from vodafone that I will be charged 299 extra for data services.

                                      This started in November 2016 and I have been trying to talk to a responsible person since then but no joy. These people are cheats and do not take their customers seriously. They offer false services and then charge at their will.

                                        This morning i got a message from Vodafone saying this:
                                        Hello! ClubHouse pack is now active on your number, as requested.This service is valid till[protected] and a 30 days rental of Rs.90 has been deducted.Your current Balance post service activation is Rs.458.7882.To deactivate SMS STOP to or call 155223(toll free).
                                        I did not subscribe to this pack, and despite this, the amount was deducted from my account. And this is the 3rd time this has happened in the past 3 months.The previous 2 times, i posted it on social media, about how Vodafone was scamming their customers.I was then immediately contacted by their customer support team and the matter was rectified.I am really tired of this cheating and thus want to make a complain with the consumer court.

                                        I am a senior citizen .Without my concern amount of rs.35 deducted every weak as vas from my pre paid balance.pl refund all the amount immediately.
                                        i myself has been cheated by vodafone on this, ... can anybody please advise whom to contact for these kind of cheating. its so humiliating at time.
