Updated by Heena Dani This is still not resolved. We have received an email in the month of March '17 as below. After that we contacted them on the given nos. but we were informed that they do not have any whereabouts about this complaint. They were to contact us again after finding out the information, but no one has come back.
They told us that the no has been allotted to someone else already, no more information was given. We would be obliged if we can get a confirmatory mail that the issue has been resolved & we do not owe any money to Vodanfone.
