Respected Sir / Madam,

I have postpaid account with Vodafone since 2011.
As per email dated 28 Aug 2016 and phone call I requested vodafone to deactivate my data plan on number +91 [protected].

Email sent to corpcare.[protected]@vodafone.com.

However today I can see monthly charge of 3740 INR applied to Dec bill for 6.62 MB internet usage. As per vodafone data plan is active on my account even after the proper email sent to them.

I feel this are unnecessary charges. need to be removed from my account

    Hi,

    i have been noticing my previous one year bills and have seen many charges which are out of my knowledge i have complaint this to your vodafone store and also in call but nothing has been rectified in my present bill. i am mentioning monthly over charged below, rectify the same in my current bill and resend the same or else i am not interested to pay this bill any more and i will make sure i take this to telecom regulatory (trai) and various other consumer forums.

      It has been over two years since we have been complaining and your department keeps giving us extended dates but no action on ground actually takes place. I have never encountered such a useless company ever as you are not capable of keeping your words at all and you fail to overcome your shortcomings.

      The location is in the heart of new delhi-connaught place…and if you cannot resolve an issue here i wonder how your network is in the remote parts of india!!!

      I had not activated any schmes on my mobile no. But today Rs.49/- has deducted from my main balance.If i have not activaed any scheme on my mobile then why the coumany has deducted rs 49 from my account...Please give me the reason

        I have been using the vodafone mobile app to track the data usage regularly. During the month of nov 2016 two days before it showed that 0.3 gb is available but during the nov 16 bill i have been charged inr 403 excess for the mobile data.

        I have visited the store at akrudi, pune and they were the most pathetic people on the customer support, i have ever seen. No one wanted to listed to our issues. Thrice we went to store and ended up paying the excess charges along with penality for late payment.

        I have disconnected one number and changed the exsisting number to prepaid. I will change this number to other network provider as it cannot be done immediately.

        They are no 1 cheats and all customers be careful.

        I have already informed to customer care as well as have wrote the mail on corporate.assist @vodafone.com regarding the discontinuation of my mobile no - [protected], than too yet I am getting the monthly bills.

          We, m/s maktel power limited, 659, gidc estate are having a cug conenction. From last two months we are trying to have portability with airtel, but somehow our request has been rejected due to mismatching of our authorised signatory. We corrected the signature and was approved by the vodafone company at the second attempt. But then it was rejected as some outstanding amount was due. We paid the amount and got the acknowledge through sms. So then we again applied for portablity, but again it was rejected for signature of authorised signatory.
          We request vodafone to look into this matter urgently and clear our application as soon as possible.

            Dear sir/madam,

            My mom has been using the above vodafone cell no. [protected] since many years. She is an elderly person, her age is 70 years.

            She had been receiving huge bills than she made calls. She had been complaining to vodafone umpteen times and even tried to convert her card to a prepaid one, but was unsuccessful as every time she visited the vodafone store, they convinced her that ow they have changed her plan & she will not get high bills, but again after 2-3 months she would start getting high bills. Ultimately she got fed up & asked the customer person to disconnect the no & she paid the amount as per calls made by her. We have also written to vodafone umpteen times for the same, now the have been sending reminders t pay the outstanding which is actually not payable by her, we request you to please help us close this complain & stop the harassment that we are facing.

            This is still not resolved. We have received an email in the month of March '17 as below. After that we contacted them on the given nos. but we were informed that they do not have any whereabouts about this complaint. They were to contact us again after finding out the information, but no one has come back.

            They told us that the no has been allotted to someone else already, no more information was given. We would be obliged if we can get a confirmatory mail that the issue has been resolved & we do not owe any money to Vodanfone.

              I had taken 5 gb data pack for six months. I was explained that i can use 5 gb data during billing cycle from 20th to 19th of next month. I rarely used full 5 gb data. But still i was sent a bill for activity which i had not used. Last month also it happened. When i made inquiry i was told that by mistake bill was prepared and was informed to ignore. I have received bill again now with addition amount due and also penalties levied on previous pending bill. At the time of taking dongal i was informed that i can use 5gb data in a month. Regarding other charges i was not informed. Still i am having one month validity. Now i am not able to use the data.

                  I got my BSNL sim posted to Vodafone postpaid, that too on the request of their representative. Without any verification at my address, I was told that the verification has gone negative and my sim would be blocked in 3 days.
                  It is an important number, hence I got it ported and not opted for a new number.
                  I hope you understand the the matter and resolve it soon.

                    I switched from my previous service provide to Vodafone and also converted my prepaid sim to postpaid. I was offered a 299 plan which included 1 GB 3g/4g data. For 3 months everything was fine. Suddenly I received messages from vodafone that I will be charged 299 extra for data services.

                    This started in November 2016 and I have been trying to talk to a responsible person since then but no joy. These people are cheats and do not take their customers seriously. They offer false services and then charge at their will.

                      This morning i got a message from Vodafone saying this:
                      Hello! ClubHouse pack is now active on your number, as requested.This service is valid till[protected] and a 30 days rental of Rs.90 has been deducted.Your current Balance post service activation is Rs.458.7882.To deactivate SMS STOP to or call 155223(toll free).
                      I did not subscribe to this pack, and despite this, the amount was deducted from my account. And this is the 3rd time this has happened in the past 3 months.The previous 2 times, i posted it on social media, about how Vodafone was scamming their customers.I was then immediately contacted by their customer support team and the matter was rectified.I am really tired of this cheating and thus want to make a complain with the consumer court.

                      I am a senior citizen .Without my concern amount of rs.35 deducted every weak as vas from my pre paid balance.pl refund all the amount immediately.

                        I use a postpaid Vodafone number, and have been a consumer since a long time, Vodafone have provided with very decent service so far but I got to know from my sms'es that I have been subscribed and billed for a VAS called 'Follo', which I have no idea about when and how I could subscribe to that and they have been charging 35rs each time for that. This is a scam which can not be tolerated. I called up customer service but they are saying I have subscribed to this from a third party website, how can that be possible when I clearly remember to not submitting any details anywhere.

                          I got recharge of rs 349 on my no [protected] the recharge provides unlimited std+ local mobile calls as shown in Vodafone website but instead I got 2058 MB data. On talking to customer care they informed it is offer in 347 recharge and they tried to mislead me. I am a very old customer of Vodafone my this no [protected] is also quiet long associated with Vodafone but such kind of response from Vodafone is not expected I request for immediate reversal of this data benefit and provide me unlimited call std+local call benefit

                            I got a message that Lovesutra pack is activated as requested with 75/- will be deducted for 15days service. I have never requested for any packs like this. I have nevertheless deactivated it immediately.

                            I found similar issue everywhere on internet in last few weeks. Just stop this nonsense. Do you have any request ID for activating such services? On what basis are you activating such services?

                              I have had a very bad experience with the telecommunication giant vodafone.
                              My billing cycle has a limit of 5gb 4g data however this month the billing cycle showed that the limit has been increased to 15 gb in my mobile app. Hence i started to use my internet more freely. However when i reached the 5gb i got a message which showed that my 4g data has been exhausted. When i learned this i immediately called the customer care number to check on this. I spoke with abhilash on customer care number 198 and he highlighted to me that the information shown on the app is incorrect and my limit would be 5gb only and 10gb additional is wifi data. I was shocked to hear this i mean what is the use of 10gb wifi data on a cell phone and moreover it was nowhere mentioned on the app. When i put this question infront of him, he said "there is an issue on the app on which we are working on and hence is wrongly mentioned on the app". I mean a company like vodafone cannot make a necessary change to their app rather than misleading their customers. He registered my complaint and promised me a call back by the concerned department.
                              I got a call from [protected] where the representative was very rude on the call, he had a casual attitude and was least bothered to address my concerns and was not at all helpful. I had to explain him the whole story again and when i asked him is there any resolution to this he said there is no resolution to this and you will have to pay for the extra data you used post your 5gb limit.
                              There is a word called "customer experience" which i think vodafone as a brand should focus on rather than misleading their valuable customers by just focusing on making money.
                              I will have to seriously rethink whether i would want to continue with vodafone anymore or not.

                                I had purchased a number [protected] from vodafone and i was not able to use the services as this number was already being used by somebody else in reliance, so i tried to contact them in every possible way, visited the store multiple gyms, even they were not ready to help me, then i wrote a mails, later got a call and also assured me they will help me . i was told that they have mistakenly issued this number and will compensate with another vip not which i agreed an my case is being handled by monika in appellate team and she always promise me a call back but is not helping me any way, i tried to contact her but they are ignoring my calls and mails .
                                the last conversation i had with her was that she asked to find any no. of my choice through my sources which i did and they were [protected] and she said she will get them activated within 2 days and since then there is no call no follow u or response

                                  I have a prepaid vodafone number [protected]. And they can cut the service of my sim without any information. I have not satisfied with company. Other company is better than vodaphone. If this problem is solved then i can port my other phone numbers. So please restart my services as soon as possible.                                     Hi,

                                    I am using a vodafone postpaid number from past 4 months. I am trying to convert it to prepaid. But customer support people are not helping me on this.
                                    When I call the customer care number they use to tell to visit near service center. When I go near service center they give lame reasons and they always tell me to wait until next bill generation. I am fed up with this.

                                    I do not want to use Vodafone anymore. Worst customer service I have ever seen. Please help me on this.

                                      We went to dubai 14th - 20th dec. My wife had international roaming activated. On 19th my son had switched on her mobile data to send whatsapp message to his friend (The message did not go through, though). This was for < 5 mins. Her mobile got switched off due to lack of charge. Next day my wife charged the mobile - but left mobile data on until evening 5 pm. No activity was performed during this period though on the mobile.

                                      On 21st dec. (Back in india) when she tried calling - her outgoing was already barred. On calling customer care, she was told that she had crossed her credit limit of rs. 9, 300.

                                      On going to the vodafone gallery (Mulund - west) - she was told that it will be activated only if she pays a minimum of rs. 8, 000/- immediately. On questioning the charges they said: "400kb of whasapp as used & 17.9 mb of playstore charges - which she had never used" they were unable to explain what was reason for the 17.9 mb - which we never used. & on what basis 12, 900 /- was charged.

                                      This is absolute cheating. We do not intend to be taken for a RIDE. We will not Pay this amount. It is NOT about the Money. It is CHEATING which we shall not tolerate.

                                        I was taken a Total of 99+ 45 ₹ for both Maaza and Faith service which got activated without my consent. Dated December 24, 2016. My phone number is [protected]. How can u cheat like this? After all for more than 7 + years I am a valuable consumer. Don't expect us to come behind you if do frauds like this. If not taken into account and I get my money back I am switching to other networks.
