I didn't subscribed for any such service. Same is happened one week back also and I was registered a complain over phone and they confirm that it will not happen again, but again repeated. This is very irritating, please correct...

Complaint on tube world pack activation

Yesterday on my number tube world pack has been activated, I have not requested any such pack on my number through internet and message. So today i call to customer care 199 to deactivate this above service he told me that service has been de activate shortly and 35 rupee charges was applicable to me. This is not a first time twice I hv been faced this problem. Kindly work on this, it will not good for u n to ur clients. Very bad guys...

Vodafone incorrect billing and the worst customer service

I have (sorry had) 6 services for past 8 years and now cancelled all the services with Vodafone just due to POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and INCORRECT Billing. No responses, false call back promises, incorrect billing and inefficient customer agents who does not know to explain or handle a customer. Fed up of raising a complaint 5 months before and after regular follow ups finally cancelled the services....

Vodafone is not providing the same signal quality as before
