I use a postpaid Vodafone number, and have been a consumer since a long time, Vodafone have provided with very decent service so far but I got to know from my sms'es that I have been subscribed and billed for a VAS called 'Follo', which I have no idea about when and how I could subscribe to that and they have been charging 35rs each time for that. This is a scam which can not be tolerated. I called up customer service but they are saying I have subscribed to this from a third party website, how can that be possible when I clearly remember to not submitting any details anywhere.

Hi, Unknown VAS services are getting activated in my number and amount is cut from main balance. Lost more than 100 rupees from my account without my consent or knowledge.. I am really frustrated with your service please do something to get my money back or I have to go for my mobile service change.

    I got recharge of rs 349 on my no [protected] the recharge provides unlimited std+ local mobile calls as shown in Vodafone website but instead I got 2058 MB data. On talking to customer care they informed it is offer in 347 recharge and they tried to mislead me. I am a very old customer of Vodafone my this no [protected] is also quiet long associated with Vodafone but such kind of response from Vodafone is not expected I request for immediate reversal of this data benefit and provide me unlimited call std+local call benefit

      Hello,
      I got a message that Lovesutra pack is activated as requested with 75/- will be deducted for 15days service. I have never requested for any packs like this. I have nevertheless deactivated it immediately.

      I found similar issue everywhere on internet in last few weeks. Just stop this nonsense. Do you have any request ID for activating such services? On what basis are you activating such services?

        I have had a very bad experience with the telecommunication giant vodafone.
        My billing cycle has a limit of 5gb 4g data however this month the billing cycle showed that the limit has been increased to 15 gb in my mobile app. Hence i started to use my internet more freely. However when i reached the 5gb i got a message which showed that my 4g data has been exhausted. When i learned this i immediately called the customer care number to check on this. I spoke with abhilash on customer care number 198 and he highlighted to me that the information shown on the app is incorrect and my limit would be 5gb only and 10gb additional is wifi data. I was shocked to hear this i mean what is the use of 10gb wifi data on a cell phone and moreover it was nowhere mentioned on the app. When i put this question infront of him, he said "there is an issue on the app on which we are working on and hence is wrongly mentioned on the app". I mean a company like vodafone cannot make a necessary change to their app rather than misleading their customers. He registered my complaint and promised me a call back by the concerned department.
        I got a call from [protected] where the representative was very rude on the call, he had a casual attitude and was least bothered to address my concerns and was not at all helpful. I had to explain him the whole story again and when i asked him is there any resolution to this he said there is no resolution to this and you will have to pay for the extra data you used post your 5gb limit.
        There is a word called "customer experience" which i think vodafone as a brand should focus on rather than misleading their valuable customers by just focusing on making money.
        I will have to seriously rethink whether i would want to continue with vodafone anymore or not.

          I had purchased a number [protected] from vodafone and i was not able to use the services as this number was already being used by somebody else in reliance, so i tried to contact them in every possible way, visited the store multiple gyms, even they were not ready to help me, then i wrote a mails, later got a call and also assured me they will help me . i was told that they have mistakenly issued this number and will compensate with another vip not which i agreed an my case is being handled by monika in appellate team and she always promise me a call back but is not helping me any way, i tried to contact her but they are ignoring my calls and mails .
          the last conversation i had with her was that she asked to find any no. of my choice through my sources which i did and they were [protected] and she said she will get them activated within 2 days and since then there is no call no follow u or response

              Hi,

              I am using a vodafone postpaid number from past 4 months. I am trying to convert it to prepaid. But customer support people are not helping me on this.
              When I call the customer care number they use to tell to visit near service center. When I go near service center they give lame reasons and they always tell me to wait until next bill generation. I am fed up with this.

              I do not want to use Vodafone anymore. Worst customer service I have ever seen. Please help me on this.

                We went to dubai 14th - 20th dec. My wife had international roaming activated. On 19th my son had switched on her mobile data to send whatsapp message to his friend (The message did not go through, though). This was for < 5 mins. Her mobile got switched off due to lack of charge. Next day my wife charged the mobile - but left mobile data on until evening 5 pm. No activity was performed during this period though on the mobile.

                On 21st dec. (Back in india) when she tried calling - her outgoing was already barred. On calling customer care, she was told that she had crossed her credit limit of rs. 9, 300.

                On going to the vodafone gallery (Mulund - west) - she was told that it will be activated only if she pays a minimum of rs. 8, 000/- immediately. On questioning the charges they said: "400kb of whasapp as used & 17.9 mb of playstore charges - which she had never used" they were unable to explain what was reason for the 17.9 mb - which we never used. & on what basis 12, 900 /- was charged.

                  I was taken a Total of 99+ 45 ₹ for both Maaza and Faith service which got activated without my consent. Dated December 24, 2016. My phone number is [protected]. How can u cheat like this? After all for more than 7 + years I am a valuable consumer. Don't expect us to come behind you if do frauds like this. If not taken into account and I get my money back I am switching to other networks.

                    This is to inform you that my sim no. [protected] (Mr. Shiv shankar lal maurya) not able to send port message.

                    My requirement is that i shifted to nainital from faizabad so i would like to make the sim nainital local sim so i requested to your service centre haldwani to transfer this no. Mr. Nitin tried but he was not able to send the message.
                    We are happy with voda service do not want to change the company but if the problem not shorted out, will change the sim into other company.

                    Kindly help us as soon as possible.

                        Like others complain for non calling of this number I have never called on this number but shocked by receiving call for 90+ minutes call and charges Rs.1260/- please note that at that time credit limit was Rs.500/- it's Shaw's clearly wrong transaction . Then they suspended my services from same day 15.08.2016 but continue to increase credit limit without consulting to me and continue to generate invoices.

                            I got a Vodafone number registered on my cousin's name around 6 years back. I have been using this number for 6 years, and they have deactivated this number without notifying me for non usage. I was in Singapore for last 5 months and was receiving messages on this number till 25th November. The number suddenly got deactivated on 26th November. Now, when I came to india I have been visiting the Vodafone store for solving this issue but they keep saying that call the person on whose name this number was registered but my cousin is also in Singapore. So it's not possible for me to call him to india to reactivate this number. I have been very disappointed with Vodafone for troubling me so much after 6yrs of association.

                              I am currently using Reliance GSM Prepaid connection having number [protected].

                              I had raised my first MNP request on 8th December 2016 at your Haskhalipole, Howrah, Vodafone Mini Store and the Porting Code was valid till 21st Dec 2016.
                              And also I get a vodafone porting SIM.

                              But I never got any call/SMS from Vodafone regarding Port In service or we never had any conversation for retained of my service with Vodafone.

                              Please help me to convert my Reliance GSM Prepaid connection to Vodafone Prepaid connection.

                              Its very urgent I am trying from last 2 month.

                                i am using Vodafone Simcard since three years. i was greate experience with you.
                                but now a day i am buy two new simcards and i am facing a problem regarding response from your vodafone care, solapur, they didnt get any response for my query and they are not punctual with their work. they embarrassing me alot.

                                I purchase Two Vodafone sim card before approximate 8 month. i pay the deposit amount rs-300 rs per sim during purchasing of those Vodafone simcards.
                                My both simcards are deactivate because of payment issue. but
                                now i want to reactivate both sim card. i visit to Vodafone office today. but they demand me the deposit amount for both simcard again that i paid during purchasing those simcards they demand me money as follows.

                                  I am ankit agarwal from Agra(U.P), last week i got my cooperate account of mobile no's (25 connections) port out from idea to Vodafone.

                                  In idea we have around 25 no's which we are using from last 4 years and personally we never faced any problem with IDEA network but i was not satisfied with the plans they offered me, so this was the main reason i decided to change my mobile network and chose Vodafone.

                                  my personal brand image for Vodafone is very good as i have used Vodafone in Germany during my visit's and as a international brands i have lots of hopes.

                                  From the first day (15th December) till today (23rd December) we are continuously facing network problem in our business premises, we have 30 numbers in vodafone and most of the time all number usage is more in the business premises. when we make call the other side person is unable to hear us and either the call drops or get disturbed by with no sound to the person on other side. we even not able to use our 3g internet as when we switch on mobile internet our network signals go blank or down.

                                  On 17th December i complained about the problem to the local office person by sending email and calling Mr. Hitesh ([protected]). Mr. hitesh promised me to sort out the problem by Monday (19th December) and with a hope i wait till Monday, but again on Monday we face same problem. i tried to call Mr. Hitesh but he didn't pick my call so after 2 - 3 try i remain get any solution.

                                  on Tuesday (20th) i again call Mr. hitesh as i have no other no. of Vodafone local office and after 2-3 try i got my phone pickup by Mr. hitesh saying that this is a common problem in all over area. i explain him that moving on to other part of agra region i didn't face such problem which i am facing from the beginning in my business premises, but he is not ready to accept my complain also he make lots of arguments. i asked him to give me his senior no. so finally he give me no. of Mr Prateek Rastogi ([protected] ).

                                  I call on the same day (20th December) to Mr. prateek Rastogi and i again explain him my complete problem and also told him about the irresponsible behavior of mr. hitesh. Mr. Rastogi promised me to resolve the problem within a day and now i was in little hope that talking to a senior person my problem will get resolve. but again on 21st we face same problem i tried to call Mr. Rastogi in the evening and again i got same reply that it will be done very soon.

                                  on 22nd finally after trying so many calls a person from network person arrived my place and after checking every thing he told me that the tower is very far from place which is the reason we are facing problem and he asked me that before giving the connection the company checked the network strength as normally companies do when they give big cooperate connections. but in our case no one care about it.

                                  now today is 23rd i have no response about how they will deal with my problem i again call Mr. rastogi but now the reply is very socking that it will take 10 to 15 days to resolve this problem. i am not sure that what we will do with our mobiles for 15th days, even we do not know that they will really do any thing to resolve this issue as they are very relaxed as normally in other company case they do some efforts and visit the site and try to resolve the matter.

                                  i really want to know the platform at which i can complain about this matter as it is a big cheating with me, as per the rules now i am not able to change my network for 3 months and for 3 months we have to face same problem. I am losing my business and in such case i have to take new connection on urgent bassis.

                                  I have 30 numbers in vodafone and if i calculate i am going to pay 13000 to 15000 per month for such a waste network so again i am loosing money on this part also.

                                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                                    This is to bring to your notice that for the last 8 months I have been writing mails and has been complaining through all available means to Vodafone about network issues but to no avail. My area is Shyamlal Begumpet, Tatachary Colony, phone number [protected]. Hyderabad 500016.

                                    They replied that this is the maximum coverage that they can give.

                                    Currently, I am even barred from calling Vodafone customer care executive 198 or 199 from the above number.

                                    Every time they reply back with a standard phrase without any resolution to the problems. Still today facing Network problem and call barring issue (customer care services) 199/198.

                                      I received a message today[protected] about activation of follo pack which I never requested. I have been deducted with Rs 35 without my knowledge or consent. I would like the company to refund my money as soon as posssible. This is very unprofessional. Although I have deactivated the service as it was a rental pack which means they will deduct the same every month.

                                        Vodafone deducts for the 3rd time balance for activation of value added services not activated by me. The customer care always gave the same excuse that I have activated it by clicking on some 3rd party links which is damn lie and my request to reimburse this amount was not taken. I want the money back.This happens according the the balance I have in my account. Like if my balance is 20 they cannot deduct 35 or 49 rupees and they deduct 7 for a single day. Now it has happened at least 4 times and I wont be using vodafone for anything more.I wont recharge talktime or internet unless I am compensated.
