Dear sir,

This is to inform you that my sim no. [protected] (Mr. Shiv shankar lal maurya) not able to send port message.

My requirement is that i shifted to nainital from faizabad so i would like to make the sim nainital local sim so i requested to your service centre haldwani to transfer this no. Mr. Nitin tried but he was not able to send the message.
We are happy with voda service do not want to change the company but if the problem not shorted out, will change the sim into other company.

Kindly help us as soon as possible.

    Sir,

    there is huge network problem . can't be possible to talk to anyone through vodafone sim because of week signal strength (0-1 signal)

      Like others complain for non calling of this number I have never called on this number but shocked by receiving call for 90+ minutes call and charges Rs.1260/- please note that at that time credit limit was Rs.500/- it's Shaw's clearly wrong transaction . Then they suspended my services from same day 15.08.2016 but continue to increase credit limit without consulting to me and continue to generate invoices.

          I got a Vodafone number registered on my cousin's name around 6 years back. I have been using this number for 6 years, and they have deactivated this number without notifying me for non usage. I was in Singapore for last 5 months and was receiving messages on this number till 25th November. The number suddenly got deactivated on 26th November. Now, when I came to india I have been visiting the Vodafone store for solving this issue but they keep saying that call the person on whose name this number was registered but my cousin is also in Singapore. So it's not possible for me to call him to india to reactivate this number. I have been very disappointed with Vodafone for troubling me so much after 6yrs of association.

            I am currently using Reliance GSM Prepaid connection having number [protected].

            I had raised my first MNP request on 8th December 2016 at your Haskhalipole, Howrah, Vodafone Mini Store and the Porting Code was valid till 21st Dec 2016.
            And also I get a vodafone porting SIM.

            But I never got any call/SMS from Vodafone regarding Port In service or we never had any conversation for retained of my service with Vodafone.

            Please help me to convert my Reliance GSM Prepaid connection to Vodafone Prepaid connection.

            Its very urgent I am trying from last 2 month.

              i am using Vodafone Simcard since three years. i was greate experience with you.
              but now a day i am buy two new simcards and i am facing a problem regarding response from your vodafone care, solapur, they didnt get any response for my query and they are not punctual with their work. they embarrassing me alot.

              I purchase Two Vodafone sim card before approximate 8 month. i pay the deposit amount rs-300 rs per sim during purchasing of those Vodafone simcards.
              My both simcards are deactivate because of payment issue. but
              now i want to reactivate both sim card. i visit to Vodafone office today. but they demand me the deposit amount for both simcard again that i paid during purchasing those simcards they demand me money as follows.

              Reactivation Charge 100 rs
              Deposit Amount- 500 rs

              i am ready to pay pending bill and activation charge of both the sim. but not agree to pay deposit amount of both sim card. because i already pay deposit amount so why to pay it again and again? if you charge me deposit again and again the i can switch to other company. decision is yours...

                I am ankit agarwal from Agra(U.P), last week i got my cooperate account of mobile no's (25 connections) port out from idea to Vodafone.

                In idea we have around 25 no's which we are using from last 4 years and personally we never faced any problem with IDEA network but i was not satisfied with the plans they offered me, so this was the main reason i decided to change my mobile network and chose Vodafone.

                my personal brand image for Vodafone is very good as i have used Vodafone in Germany during my visit's and as a international brands i have lots of hopes.

                From the first day (15th December) till today (23rd December) we are continuously facing network problem in our business premises, we have 30 numbers in vodafone and most of the time all number usage is more in the business premises. when we make call the other side person is unable to hear us and either the call drops or get disturbed by with no sound to the person on other side. we even not able to use our 3g internet as when we switch on mobile internet our network signals go blank or down.

                On 17th December i complained about the problem to the local office person by sending email and calling Mr. Hitesh ([protected]). Mr. hitesh promised me to sort out the problem by Monday (19th December) and with a hope i wait till Monday, but again on Monday we face same problem. i tried to call Mr. Hitesh but he didn't pick my call so after 2 - 3 try i remain get any solution.

                on Tuesday (20th) i again call Mr. hitesh as i have no other no. of Vodafone local office and after 2-3 try i got my phone pickup by Mr. hitesh saying that this is a common problem in all over area. i explain him that moving on to other part of agra region i didn't face such problem which i am facing from the beginning in my business premises, but he is not ready to accept my complain also he make lots of arguments. i asked him to give me his senior no. so finally he give me no. of Mr Prateek Rastogi ([protected] ).

                I call on the same day (20th December) to Mr. prateek Rastogi and i again explain him my complete problem and also told him about the irresponsible behavior of mr. hitesh. Mr. Rastogi promised me to resolve the problem within a day and now i was in little hope that talking to a senior person my problem will get resolve. but again on 21st we face same problem i tried to call Mr. Rastogi in the evening and again i got same reply that it will be done very soon.

                on 22nd finally after trying so many calls a person from network person arrived my place and after checking every thing he told me that the tower is very far from place which is the reason we are facing problem and he asked me that before giving the connection the company checked the network strength as normally companies do when they give big cooperate connections. but in our case no one care about it.

                now today is 23rd i have no response about how they will deal with my problem i again call Mr. rastogi but now the reply is very socking that it will take 10 to 15 days to resolve this problem. i am not sure that what we will do with our mobiles for 15th days, even we do not know that they will really do any thing to resolve this issue as they are very relaxed as normally in other company case they do some efforts and visit the site and try to resolve the matter.

                i really want to know the platform at which i can complain about this matter as it is a big cheating with me, as per the rules now i am not able to change my network for 3 months and for 3 months we have to face same problem. I am losing my business and in such case i have to take new connection on urgent bassis.

                I have 30 numbers in vodafone and if i calculate i am going to pay 13000 to 15000 per month for such a waste network so again i am loosing money on this part also.

                please suggest me some plateform to take a serious action. i am try my best by using social media and consumer complaints forms. Please help me.

                  They replied that this is the maximum coverage that they can give.

                  Currently, I am even barred from calling Vodafone customer care executive 198 or 199 from the above number.

                  Every time they reply back with a standard phrase without any resolution to the problems. Still today facing Network problem and call barring issue (customer care services) 199/198.

                    I received a message today[protected] about activation of follo pack which I never requested. I have been deducted with Rs 35 without my knowledge or consent. I would like the company to refund my money as soon as posssible. This is very unprofessional. Although I have deactivated the service as it was a rental pack which means they will deduct the same every month.

                      Vodafone deducts for the 3rd time balance for activation of value added services not activated by me. The customer care always gave the same excuse that I have activated it by clicking on some 3rd party links which is damn lie and my request to reimburse this amount was not taken. I want the money back.This happens according the the balance I have in my account. Like if my balance is 20 they cannot deduct 35 or 49 rupees and they deduct 7 for a single day. Now it has happened at least 4 times and I wont be using vodafone for anything more.I wont recharge talktime or internet unless I am compensated.

                        This customer care people always bar my number. Im unable to call customer care they have barred my number from calling customer care. I dont know the they block it offen.                           On 17th Dec. 2016 Vodafone has activated Vvidia Video Shop on my mobile no. without intimating me and on 22nd Dec. on recharging my account Vodafone has deducted Rs. 49/- from my account towards 7 days rental. Actually I have not subscribed to any of such studip Value Added Services.

                          On 3rd Dec. 2016 they have activated Games Subscription on my mobile no. without intimating me.

                          I dont know why Vodafone is activating such non sense services on my mobile no. and why they are charging huge amount without intimating me. This is simply cheating to the customers.

                          This is not the first time, from last couple of months I have lost thousand of rupees in such unwanted Value Added Services.

                          Whenever I phoned to their helpline numbers for refund, they simply rejected my requests.

                          Now I am planning to shift from connection from Vodafone to Idea. As Vodafone is providing worst service support to their clients.

                          Dear Sir,

                          On 24th Dec. at 02.49 PM I am in receipt of SMS from Vodafone regarding Waiver of Rs. 49/-

                          But at 03.31 PM I am again in receipt of SMS from Vodafone regarding activation of Games Subscription and Vodafone have deducted Rs. 30/- from my account.

                          I dont know why Vodafone is activating such unwanted services to my number and how they are deducting funds from my account without intimating me.

                          It means our funds are not safe with Vodafone, I think this is the regular practice of Vodafone to active unwanted and useless services on customers mobile and deducting amount from their account without intimating them.

                          I am just fed up with such useless and unwanted service activation.

                          I am now converting my connection from Vodafone to Idea.

                          On 26th Dec. at 10.55 AM I am in receipt of one SMS from VZ-VFCARE that Naughty Stories pack is now active on your mobile no. and a 15 days rental of Rs. 45 has been deducted.

                          I dont know what is going on in Vodafone, I think Vodafone has started new service of cheating and making money .

                          Whenever I recharged my account Vodafone has activated unwanted value added services to my no. and has deducted huge amount of this service without intimating me.

                          This is the worst and very cheap service of Vodafone. I phoned thousand of times to Vadafone Care and send thousand of requests to Vodafone, but everytime again & again they activated unwanted services and charged huge money.

                          I am also using Idea and Airtel SIM cards, but I am not in receipt of such bad service activation on these numbers. Everytime only Vodafone is activating unwanted services and deducting huge amount.

                          Very much disappointed with Vodafone bad services.

                              It's been a troublesome journey so far. The local vodafone office in manipal issued us a low data plan sim for our iot trackers.

                              57 inr, 10 sms, 150 mb data, deposit of 300 inr per sim

                              After repeated requests, mails, calls and trying to reach them they have intentionally

                              1. Billed for over usage inspite of asking them for data locks.
                              2. Have not replied to mails seeking clarifications and service requests.
                              3. Continues to bill and send us separate bills and no analytics even after telling them and agreeing to it from the start.

                                Whenever i recharge any amount for my prepaid connection i get an sms saying a pack has been activated like super model pack and money is deducted from my main balance. I have not asked for it to be activated anytime. This is unacceptable from vodafone. I had 21 rupees deducted yesterday and 50 rupees some time ago. Please look into this matter urgently

                                There is no network at all after cyclone for vodafone...Communication is fully blocked due to no network - Vodafone. Not able to communicate even to the family members because of this..not able to send message, call, no incoming call and outgoing call for the past 5 days.No Internet

                                    Vodafone has deducted a balance of INR 215 for services which I have not requested or even enquired. Here are the details of deduction: Love sutra - INR 75
                                    Fashionbunny - INR 35 (3 Times)
                                    Tube world - INR 35
                                    I have even sent a 'STOP' messages to 155223 which was suggested in the message by Vodafone. But it is being continued. I using Vodafone from last 7-8 years and this is the first time I'm being 'looted'. I want my balance back.

                                      I usually receive SMS from vodafone detailing about subscriptions o[censored]nwanted services (fashionbunny.com, etc). Though I did not subscribe to any service and money is deducted from my main balance. When I call to customer service, it says "sorry, we are unable to process your request".

                                      It is a frequent issue on my number [protected]. Please help.

                                        We had received a excessive bill for our Vodafone data card in the month of August 2016. ( July - August, 2016 Billing ) . The rent of the Data card is approx. Rs 850 . p.m under the data plan given to us . The excessive bill wrongly charged to us is approx. Rs 1400 over and above the monthly rental of Rs 850. We Had received the total bill for approx. Rs . 2200 in August . We made the monthly rental payment for Rs. 850 on 22nd August 2016. Since then We have made several complaints verbally to Vodafone executives on the 18th and 31st August 2016 and was given a complaint no.[protected] . When we received no resolution on our above complaints, we made a written complaint to Vodafone official vide our email dated 27th September 2016 . Till date we have not received a single written reply or clarification from any official from Vodafone . We were shocked to receive a email on 16th December from their advocate that there is an outstanding amount of Rs 2500 approx. . pending in our name . On 17th December we have replied back via email to the same Advocate hired by Vodafone giving him all the facts and our communication details with Vodafone till date . We are sorry to say that the Advocate hired by Vodafone has also not replied to our email till date . Firstly Vodafone does a wrong billing and then does not want to reply to our email and to our verbal phone calls and neither their Advocate has given any reply to us till date, On the other hand Vodafone wants to take a legal action against us for such a petty outstanding amount, which has been created by their own mistake . As Vodafone officials can not justify this wrong billing they are not even replying back to us in writing and giving any reasons for this wrong billing . How can their Advocate threat us in writing to take a legal action against us when we are writing and giving our complaints to Vodafone and the Advocate himself . They do not bother to even reply back to us after almost three months now since our first email to Vodafone . And We thought Vodafone is a professional company and see what is happening here ?
