I am ankit agarwal from Agra(U.P), last week i got my cooperate account of mobile no's (25 connections) port out from idea to Vodafone.
In idea we have around 25 no's which we are using from last 4 years and personally we never faced any problem with IDEA network but i was not satisfied with the plans they offered me, so this was the main reason i decided to change my mobile network and chose Vodafone.
my personal brand image for Vodafone is very good as i have used Vodafone in Germany during my visit's and as a international brands i have lots of hopes.
From the first day (15th December) till today (23rd December) we are continuously facing network problem in our business premises, we have 30 numbers in vodafone and most of the time all number usage is more in the business premises. when we make call the other side person is unable to hear us and either the call drops or get disturbed by with no sound to the person on other side. we even not able to use our 3g internet as when we switch on mobile internet our network signals go blank or down.
On 17th December i complained about the problem to the local office person by sending email and calling Mr. Hitesh ([protected]). Mr. hitesh promised me to sort out the problem by Monday (19th December) and with a hope i wait till Monday, but again on Monday we face same problem. i tried to call Mr. Hitesh but he didn't pick my call so after 2 - 3 try i remain get any solution.
on Tuesday (20th) i again call Mr. hitesh as i have no other no. of Vodafone local office and after 2-3 try i got my phone pickup by Mr. hitesh saying that this is a common problem in all over area. i explain him that moving on to other part of agra region i didn't face such problem which i am facing from the beginning in my business premises, but he is not ready to accept my complain also he make lots of arguments. i asked him to give me his senior no. so finally he give me no. of Mr Prateek Rastogi ([protected] ).
I call on the same day (20th December) to Mr. prateek Rastogi and i again explain him my complete problem and also told him about the irresponsible behavior of mr. hitesh. Mr. Rastogi promised me to resolve the problem within a day and now i was in little hope that talking to a senior person my problem will get resolve. but again on 21st we face same problem i tried to call Mr. Rastogi in the evening and again i got same reply that it will be done very soon.
on 22nd finally after trying so many calls a person from network person arrived my place and after checking every thing he told me that the tower is very far from place which is the reason we are facing problem and he asked me that before giving the connection the company checked the network strength as normally companies do when they give big cooperate connections. but in our case no one care about it.
now today is 23rd i have no response about how they will deal with my problem i again call Mr. rastogi but now the reply is very socking that it will take 10 to 15 days to resolve this problem. i am not sure that what we will do with our mobiles for 15th days, even we do not know that they will really do any thing to resolve this issue as they are very relaxed as normally in other company case they do some efforts and visit the site and try to resolve the matter.
i really want to know the platform at which i can complain about this matter as it is a big cheating with me, as per the rules now i am not able to change my network for 3 months and for 3 months we have to face same problem. I am losing my business and in such case i have to take new connection on urgent bassis.
I have 30 numbers in vodafone and if i calculate i am going to pay 13000 to 15000 per month for such a waste network so again i am loosing money on this part also.
please suggest me some plateform to take a serious action. i am try my best by using social media and consumer complaints forms. Please help me.
