This is regarding my network complaint from mobile no. [protected] with registered complaint no which was reopened is[protected] that I have filled before 3 months ago and I'm very frustrated that the problem is still stands and nothing is happens from past three months. Every time I call on customer care they just tell me that we need time. The thing is I'm calling for the same issue every time and no response regarding my complaint is provided to me.

If you can help me in this regard please let me know otherwise just disconnect my mobile number.

    I m using Vodafone sim card, I bought new sim 5th December, but at my house it says no service, so i called costumer care for help. they said get new sim again, i went Vodafone store got new sim. but again same problem no service.
    I calling them daily for the same problem. but it did not solve.
    I requested them, to port my number but now they are saying it will 7 working days. but i cant live without phone that long.
    and they are saying pay bill but i did not use any service from them why should i pay them.
    I can't work without my number, so i lost my some important work. and still they are not doing anything.
    I request, to shut down Vodafone company and so that such company can't make suffer their costumer

      I sent an SMS to Vodafone on 1925 with the request to stop data on my main balance in case my data pack is exhausted but to my very much disappointment deducted the whole data balance of 5.5 GB saying that your Internet service has been deactivated it is completely against the norms that that try has set as this service is used to stop data consumption on main account balance.
      I request you through this for ram to get my Complaint resolved and get my 5.5 GB 3 GB data balance credited in my account. my ni [protected]

        Iam venkatarao vema, i have vodafone number number [protected] from 2005, on may 2016 your vodafone sales man(P.Ayyappa) convert from prepaid to postpaid without any Id proof, iam ok with that and paid bills month wise on 2nd or 3rd, but suddenly disconnect my outgoing calls from[protected] without intimation even monthly payment correctly done, after that i went to Ongole Vodafone store and gave a complaint to Your employee(Siva) regard this .

        No Response from your employee and not rectified my Problem, i called so many times to your Vodafone customer care centers also, Due to their Negligence i face lot of Problems and now disconnect incoming calls also.

        i want my number [protected], Kindly give the response to my request, other wise i want to Proceed legally.

          Pls ensure Vodafone do not disturb any one thru Tele Marketing as they are the worst in terms of "Botheration". My wife was a user of your Services and we have ensured that we disconnect VODAFONE immediately.

          I dont recall, if i have ever recvd any "Unnecessary Follow up Sales Call" form any Good Telecom Operator like Idea, Bharti, Reliance, Tata and even any other. Why only VODAFONE bothers people for BUYING FORCEFULLY their products.

          Though being a HUGE NAME in telecom segment GLOBALLY, this shows a serious issue of policies and strategy on your part.

          I have recvd at least 100 calls in last 4 months from [protected] and repeatedly asked those guys not to bother me and deregister my name form your FOLLOW UP DATA BASE, still they continue to. Finally, Hence this email.

          If you feel you are serious as a BRAND than take corrective measures else i will be forced to take some other measures, if need be.

            Please discontinue the service of [protected] due to lost of sim card in may 2016. i have given complaint in customer care orally in may 2016 and they disconnected for 7 days only, which resulted they generated bill which i have not used. Though i have paid all the outstanding amount for the said number and i don't wish to use in future. Please disconnect permanently.

              25 rs was deducted from my Vodafone number last week on account of a DOTBOT pack which I never activated! I immediately sent a service message for stopping this service which I never even initiated.
              And this is not the first time such unauthorised deduction has happened. I want you to write me back stating what was the reason behind such inconvenience. Yesterday I got a message stating due to insufficient balance the DOTBOT PACK could not be renewed. And that you will provide me that service for 3 more days?! What for! What is this DOTBOT pack and WHAT SERVICE does it provide!!! Stop it immediately and refund my 25 rupees!.

                I bought new vodafone postpaid connections in month of may since then i am getting extra amount of bill which i have to correct in each month.
                This has been reqular scenario of each month where they send extra amount of bill.
                This show how they cheat the consumer.
                This experience has brought very bad image of company among my collegues.

                  I was using Vodafone number [protected] post paid and gave request to convert this to prepaid as I was over billed every month. Every time I receive bill I call them up and get the necessary corrections done which reflects on next invoice. Fed up with this worst experience I decided to move to prepaid and given request on 14 th Nov 2016 after two days my post paid sim got deactivated but my prepaid sim still not activated. I called them several times and sent email many times but no proper response. I strongly recommend people not to use Vodafone service.

                    I arun kumar harode lost my vodafone prepaid sim card along with phone today in afternoon when i was riding my bike and i lost mobile on i. E. 16.12.2016 in awadhpuri area, bhopal location somewhere. My sim card number is.-[protected].

                    O, please block that number & tell me the further procedure to get same no. New sim & please give me your kindful attention towards my complaint and also provide the complaint number too...

                    I will be really thankful to you for your prompt response and help me out with an effective solutions.
                    Please also provide me the supporting document list too get same number new sim card.

                      First a vodafone employee called pooja from connection sales i think, called up and misbehaved. Then others started calling up.in less than 10 minutes i have received 4 -5 calls from 3 different numbers. And all this because i told her not to call me up, but talk to the admin of the company for selling fresh connections, if i receive more harassment, i will have to make a police complaint.

                          Vodafone has been deducting balance for the vas 'reg game factory' which i have not activated. I browsed the internet for any information regarding the vas but there isn't a single article about the said vas.
                          I proceeded to deactivate the vas several times (Calling 155223 and sms 'stop'), however i am informed they cannot deactivate the service at the time. Because of this the pack is renewed every seven days and 7 rupees is deducted every time.
                          So every time i recharge my balance every week 7 rupees is deducted and there is no option to stop this.
                          This has become a very serious issue as i have seen many people having the same problem but many choose to ignore due to the amount being deducted is less.
                          This is not a fair trade practice and i consider this to be a misuse of our trust of the highest level.
                          I request the officials to look into this issue with high priority, i would like a refund of all the money that was deducted as well a proper justification of why this is still happening even after so many consumer complaints.

                            They without informing(no msg when and how is service activated/are we sure to start any such servive) deduct balance. On complainn they say balance is deducted is for service activation like VDS ultra movie, bikini masala pack, , which I have no idea how and what to do with it. By name it seems they promote p*** .And deduct balance on rhythmically. Bloody cheaters

                              I did recharge on 14th december 2016 of rs 68 for doing std calls at 25 per minute. I got the message that the service is applied. But my balance is cutting 1.5 rupee per minute. It's still not applied.

                              When i called to customer care at 198 they told me to call 98109810. When i called 98109810 they told me to call 198 again.
                              The customer executives of vodafone were not of any use to me. They highly disappointed me.
                              They didn't tell me anything about my problem.
                              I am highly disappointed with vodafone service and customer care.
                              Notify me why the recharge is not done.

                                We have taken 46 corporate cug from vodafone on the name of m/s maninder infra llp ashish kumar and we are not at all getting any services from the end of our relationship manager (Mr. Amit kumar) and from sme backend (Satyanarayan). We are so much fade up with the poor services that we are porting to airtel as your rm and other staff is incapable of giving us trivial services like excel sheet of bills, number reactivation from safe custody, number barring etc etc. Kindly take some action against him

                                  In morning, i found scheme on offer list of vodafone. At that time they were showing me that u can use offer of rs. 348= all india loc + std calls free + 1gb 3g/4g ; 28d. I had activate that scheme but they are just giving me 50mb. I called to customer care but they are told me that you are activated scheme from nokia mobile and which is not applicable in your phone. But my mobile is supported 3g and 4g both and i'm using i phone-5 till last 25 days and i didn't changed my mobile. I had gone to the vodafone store they denied to give me the refund or scheme. After that i again called to the customer care, they replied that u will get till tomorrow. After 4 hour i called again to the customer care but this time they denied me to give that offer. Hence, in short they are not giving me proper answer or not refunding scheme and money.

                                  This is to inform you that I face lot of difficulty while working in my wards of emergency buiding as vodafone network is poor. I need to switch off and switch on mobile every 10 min to get 3g internet connectivity. I did port in to vodafone from reliance expectiing better network.

                                      Was a loyal customer of vodafone for last 4 n half years.
                                      Got a call one day from on of the executives for offers related to postpaid. I got convinced and said yea for portability.
                                      Same day one of the executives were send to my place to fetch the documents and a different sim (Postpaid variant) of the same no was provided. Verification at my home was done in my presence.
                                      After few days the sim got blocked. Icalled the customer care (After repeated calls) and was told that welcome visit was negative (Bizarre!!), hence to visit vodafone mini store. I visited the mini store and was told it would be activated within half n hour. Half day passed and no activation done hence called the mini store helpline and was transferred to postpaid department and after almost talking to 4 or 5 executive and senior executives was finally told that i need to submit the rent agreement and electricity bill.

                                      I was not been told to show the electricity bill which i had at that very moment at the welcome visit neither was i informed about the visit in advance such that i can keep these things ready. Also to my surprise was also send a message the day verifiaction happened taht the executive has reached me!!!

                                      Its been 4 days my sim is blocked even today.
                                      It would have been best had i never gone for a postpaid change because vodafone postpaid dont deserve any customer because they can not even handle the problem of the customer.
                                      Worst service ever and worst customer support ever.

                                      People who are reading the post, i would suggest you never to go for vodafone because they are worst when it comes to customer satisfaction (Especially the postpaid department).
                                      The just make you beg for activating your own no which you are paying bill for!!

                                      Sir I am using internet by vodafone no [protected]. I am not getting default SMS after every use regarding data used and left over balance. I have given complaint [protected] regarding this to vodafone customer care on 7 Dec 16. But nothing has been done till now after calling so many times. I request you to do the need full.

                                        I have requested the vodafone customer care to deactivate my internet pack on [protected] on (24th oct'16) i. E. Before the start of bill cycle 28.10.16 to 27.11.16. But as i can see the bill for the period is still added with rs. 250 for internet pack.

                                        I have not used the data/internet since then as i was assured that there is no data pack.

                                        Moreover, i have talked to 3 customer care executives (Dheeraj, mukesh &
                                        Suresh) on 12th dec'16 and all of them said a different story. Dheeraj even said i didn't call the customer care after 7th of oct'16.

                                        The last person said:
                                        I have requested to changed the plan from 299 to 250 on 22nd oct'16, which is right. But i have asked to deactivate internet plan on 24th oct'16 from my account, then how can the plan change can even came into picture.

                                        I have seen an offer on recharge Rs.48/-- by dialing *121#. But I have not get 1gb internet pack.

                                        Please help me so that I get this benefit.
