I am dhanashree dhote the ex customer of your vodafone service. My contact no [protected]was been postpaid by ur services. The time when i postpaid my vodafone sim a few months ago i paid security deposit rs 1000 to ur vodafone service at nagpur. I am unable to send the messages on my vodafobe number. Kindly resolve the problem as soon as possible. Currently i am using vidafone number. I am unable to connect the customer care number too..

I took the SMS package of 11 rupees yesterday to this number. The payment successful and amt got deducted from my account. But since yesterday I'm unable to send SMS to any phone number. Pl activate my SMS package immediately.

I'm having problem while sending the SMS from my moble. It shows the error like 'message not sent'
can you please assist me about this problem.
Note: Sim is belongs to Vodafone andhra pradesh but now i'm trying to send sms from Tamilnadu location.
