I have visited vodafone, chambur, mumbai gallery and linked my aadhaar number with my mobile number on 02-sep-2017 against which i received a success email from uidai.
During vodafone camp in my office on 28-nov, i just cross checked if my aadhaar has been updated or not. To my shock, the representative confirmed that it was not updated and also confirmed similar non updation from many other vodafone gallaries. He suggested to go for fresh updation which i did and again got success messages from uidai.

Two days, later, as the camp was still on, i checked, the same was not updated.

I am shocked were my biometrics are being stored and why these are not being updated in vodafone database though uidai is returning success.

Request concern persons / setup to look into this urgently.

    Getting message every time about my sim is expiring and its annoying to see it in my inbox every day, every morning. I have registered complaints (Having 2complaint numbers) and no action was taken till date (1 dec 2017), i have been using your service for past 10 years, this is how you treat your customers?
    It doesn't take me to switch to other network with the same number. If you keep on sending this kind of false messages to my inbox threatening "sim will expire, urgent" then i have no other options from switching to other networks.
    I don't want your explanations, resolve it, i don't want to see that filthy msg again in my inbox.

      iam not satisfy with your Internet Network
      Coverage n Data Packs...Hence, i thought to move to other network.
      I have tried many times to send SMS to 1900 for Porting but, i am not able to send sms only for 1900... "message Could not sent" is showing.
      Please help me in getting the resolution.

I was using a vodafone postpaid number for which i had deposited the security of rs.1000-/ but now i have ported out my number in any other company but from last 5 months my security has not been refunded... I am so fed up, every formality required i have done but my security refundation is yet pending... Kindly do something so that i could get my security back and should be taken some action among them

          Myself sagar bhutkar, contact no. [protected] and i had done a recharge of rs.65 via my m - pesa app for the above mentioned number and in return i got this msg from vodafone : "rchrg of mrp rs 65 on 30/11/17. Tlktime rcvd rs 0.01, gst rs 9.92, accessfee rs 55.07, new bal rs -5.97. Transid onr[protected]." now can anyone please explain me that even after deducting the stax of rs.9.92, why was additional amount of rs.55.07 was deducted under the subtitle of "access fee" and is it fair that i got just rs.0.01 as talktime for the recharge of rs.65..? Is this the quality of service vodafone is planning to give to its customers by looting them in this manner..?? Requesting vodafone team to please look into this matter and sort out the same, if vodafone team thinks its right for doing so then requesting the team to please justify the same if such access fee details if its mentioned in telecommunication laws and articles.. Requesting vodafone team to please share the details with public for the same

            I am sumit deshmukh. Old customer of vodofone telecom. Some days before i got sms from vodafone service provider regarding new no. Which is similar to my existing no. Sms is "if you want this new number [protected] please call me on [protected] ashwin from vodafone". So i forwarded this sms to my wife priyanka deshmukh. And told her to call ashwin. She called ashwin regarding this no. After disscusion with ashwin. He sent a person to collect documents and cash to her office in airoli. That person collected documents (Aadhar card and pan card, photo) and cash 600/- and filled a form regarding this no. And gave a new sim card. And said sim will activate within 2 days. After some days sim not activated so i went to vodafone stores nerul. They said call that regarding person. So priyanka again called ashwin on [protected]. And now ashwin said i had not sent any person to collect your document. I dont know how that person know regarding this no.
            Please do enquiry of ashwin. And take care about misuse of my wife priyanka deshmukh's document.

              We are customers of vodafone since the start - more than 12 years. My relationship number has two mobile numbers both under the same plan - one is mine and the other of my wife. Both numbers have plan red499 which has unlimited talktime, 100 free sms per month and free internet usage. The only value added services we are subscribed to is 'missed call intimation'. We have not subscribed to any other services.
              Both numbers are also on dnd (Although we keep getting unwanted calls as well as sms).
              On 30th november, we got a message that my wife's number is activated for topdoctorsonline service and a 20 days rental of rs100 has been deducted. I have been allocated a special service representative but of late since more than a month, my calls to the number are neither answered nor responded.
              A few months back they had wrongly billed me for value added services amounting to over rs 800/- the first time they asked me to pay and promised a refund which they did in the next bill. However after a month again i was billed for over rs 800 for value added service. Again i was told to pay and await for a refund. However, this time no refund came.
              Since then the allocated customer service representative is not responding.
              Now again this excess billing has started and i am afraid that they will again not refund.
              We are both senior citizens and i am physically handicapped - hence not able to run around to vodafone centers to keep on complaining every now and then.
              Please help to get a refund and stoppage of this harassment.

                I am residing at parli vaijnath district beed 431520. From last 15 days mobile network failing for hour and hour. India.in my location mass customer belongs to vodafone india. This shows very poor service indication of vodafone. Sudden network failure hampers the my connectivity and give huge loss, mentally, physically and economically. I am using motorola m handset for your information. Many customers are facing same problem at my location. Please solve my problem as early as possible or else i have to choose another severe action against vodafone india.

                    I have been charged 1260 for calls i didn't even make to 51717 with duration of 90 mins from one of my corporate number [protected] / relationship number :[protected] in the name of kaale management services pvt. Ltd. When i goggled this number (51717) it was really shocking for me to know that many other people with same problem have posted complaint on google forum.

                    We have been wrongly charged in the current bill. We have a fixed plan of rs. 349/- & our monthly doesn’t exceed above rs. 411/-

                    Despite of several e-mail of communications nothing has been done.

                    I request you to please look into this issue on urgent basis & waived off the additional amount from my current bill...

                      Dear sir,

                      I have got the offer on my number via *121# and the offere was full talktime on rs 40. So i decided to recharge via vodafone gujarat wesite.
                      When i input my number and clicked on view offers i was able to see my offer which was rs.40=40 talktime. I selected it and pressed on "buy now"
                      Button but when i pressed the button it was not allowing me to enter and got the error like "sorry, we are facing some technical issue. Please visit after some time." (I have taken the screenshots for the same) which is still getting after 2 days. Now i had only 1 option and that was inputting 40 as a amount into "enter amount" box when i do so and as i didn't have any balance i recharged vodafone gave me another offer without any amount recharged on my number. Within 5-10 min i called customer care but they were not allowed to change the plan. Even i tried again today but again they denied.
                      This is the second incident which i faced. Before some days i faced this type of issue with my data balance as well. Just misleading the customers via fake advertisement like if you change your 3g card to 4g card we will give you 4gb data free. They provide little bit data but removed my current plan data as well which was running at that time.

                        Have been charged 1260 saying that i called to 51717 and talked for 90 min. Which is in all the way u realistic. First of all, with other telecom subscriber 51717 is invalid number by mistake also no one can dial 51717 making call, top of that talking for 80 mins is not at all possible. Guys please be aware of this kind of fraud, if you face the same problem then complain about this, at least other people will come to know about the same issue.

                          I live in nagpur. My complete address is plot no. A-12, vinoba bhave nagar, galli no. 1, wanjhari layout, nagpur.440017.
                          There are 3 mobile tower in the same building just beside my house. It is very close to our residence. Less than 30 feets. Which is very unsafe. As medically proven, mobile tower radiations causes cancer.
                          It may cause health problem to people in our locality. No permission taken prior to installation of tower.
                          Please take action at earliest.

                                Hello,

                                It is very unfortunate to say that vodafone has lost its customer satisfaction index.

                                My no is [protected] and i have been calling 198 and [protected] since last week continuously but it is taking me through a loop.

                                My concern is i recharged 392 for free call and 1gb/day then recharged 51 roaming pack since i was out of state.
                                Despite having all this when i call it is getting charged as per roaming rate and i m very dissatisfied. First time when call ed 198 they told it's weekly capping of minute. I wonder i have not talked too much then how it can be possible to have 1000 minutes in two weeks.
                                Then when ever i called help line be it what ever no it took me through a loop causing unnecessary deductions for [protected].

                                I m deeply disappointed after recharging rs 392 pack for 3 monthsy main balance is getting deducted. Now it is 23 rupees from 350 rupees.

                                Please look into my issue and resolve it quickly.

                                  I am rajeev singh, i am facing network issue from nov starting and i complaint regarding that but getting answer like work is in process please wait for 7 days and your issue issue will resolved but but i did not get solution till now, and still your nodal head officer said that please wait network optimization has been completed and in few days your issue resolved, please pay attention on that network optimization completed and then also wait for the issue resolutions.
                                  So that they will make a bill for next months also which service they did not have to provide me.

                                  I got my complete bill cor month but not got service but still need to pay for that service which they not provide to me.
                                  It is the best way o[censored]sing a security money in this case i will not able to do anything because i already pay security money 500 which is more than my bill.

                                  They are saying it is our process either you i provide you service or not but you have to pay bill.

                                  Good business policy of vodafone.

                                    I am a loyal vodafone user for past 6 years, with a clean record of payments

                                    I travelled to dubai for 26th -27th july, and called customer care to check on international charges (My international roaming package of rs. 145 was on). The customer care executive told the charges to be rs. 5.5 per 10 mb, if i do not take a package.

                                    Since i did not need it, i did not take a package. However due to some emergency i was forced to use my mobile internet on roaming and used ~ 100 mb data, aware of the fact that worst case i will touch credit limit
                                    Despite my credit limit being 9000, the data was not disconnected till i got a message of rs. 47000 charge!! There was no intimation on charges till the one with rs. 47000.
                                    After coming back i had to go through multiple recorded messages before i could talk to a customer care executive, who told me they can not help me with this. On top of this i got an email on 29th july stating my bill is now rs. 70000, and unless i pay all my services are off
                                    I went to vodafone stores and they said, bill is not yet generated and my services can not be started again!
                                    As a consumer with vodafone for 6 years, i have to wait for 7 days before vodafone generates a bill to have a working sim!!! Will vodafone take responsibility if tomorrow i face an emergency and have no way to call or inform someone??
                                    After months of follow up, vodafone refused to answer some of the basic questions i had as a service user :
                                    1) dynamic credit limit is increased w/o informing the consumer if they have a good record? – so basically they will penalize people for having a good track record of payment?
                                    2) the sms i got from vodafone was only on how much mb data i have used. There was no messggae on amount spent till the bill reached 47000. First sms informing me of amount was 47000. Why was there no sms informing that i have crossed my credit limit,?
                                    3) even if credit limit is dynamic, my limit was reset to 9000 on 29th july. Ideally i should be only charged 6500 (Which was my previous limit). If limit was rest to 9000 on july 29th, how can i be billed beyond it for usage that happened on 26th & 27th? Why was their no e-mail on 26th & 27th clearly stating that my bill would anything and credit limit has no relevance?
                                    Seeking help on getting this matter sorted.

                                        I am vodafone prepaid customer from 2010. My number was [protected]. This number was deactivated on jan 2017 saying that number was not used for last 3 months but fact was it was out of sim for 1 month because of mobile instrument issue. Now from march 2017 i am asking to activate my own number they said you need to give 15000 to activate back.
                                        Multiple time i asked for the number on vodafone twitter handle. The only thing they replied that we are working on this and we will call you back but there is no response from them.
                                        Now when i called to vodafone punjab nodal office the officer said that as you are not requested the number in 90 days so we can not activate this free of cost. The fact was i start asking for activation of this number in march but my request is not considered.

                                        The number is still deactivated but they didnot return back my number. Please help me to return back my number.

                                        Repeated calls are coming from an unknown number i.e. [protected] and saying vulgar talks... kindly take strong action against the user of this number and block it immediately. the same number has been harassing for the last couple of hours...
