Picture 1 - i received a message at - 09:44 a. M.in the morning of - (
02/12/2017), balance of rs. 30 is deducted for vuclip games centre (Though i never requested / clicked anything for it).

Picture 2 - i checked whether i have any vas services or not. I don't have any active vas service. Time - 09:45 a. M. (02/12/2017).

Picture 3 - i received a message at - 07:54 p. M. Same day in the evening (02/12/2017), balance of rs. 35 deducted for mdlite win iphone x contest (Though i have never requested / clicked anything for it).

Picture 4 - i checked again for any vas service, but no vas service was active. Time - 07:57 p. M. (02/12/2017). I checked it on 321 & also on 155223.

Am i a holy cow or what?

Same thing happened a few days back. So this time i was extra careful about not to click even by accident on any offer or services. Please don't even try to put the blame on me for the balance deductions (Rs. 65 in one day).
Don't try to befool me, and no trickery please.

I am seeing a pattern here ; this deductions are taking place exactly after a gap of 7 days.

This totally unethical and unacceptable to me. I am extremely concerned over this issue.

I want my balance reimbursed to my account immediately or.

And stop all kind of vas service of vodafone from my vodafone account (For all times).

I request to resolve the matter at the earliest.

    Im a vodafone customer im use above five years mobile no is [protected]
    It on of the cug presently im issue a cheque for my billing payment but not adjust my account same time more problem in my outgoing calls so im report to customer care complaint no[protected]. And directly go to vodafone store and register my complaint. Presently 2-dec im receive one sms it said vodafone dnt contact to ur number i mean a fake reson so again complaint in 2-dec complaint no[protected]. Im feel lonely and not comport in own business hour lm lost my bussiness so please solve and realese the problem

      I have applied for port from vodafone to airtel
      I gave vodafone executive reason for my port.

      Even after that they are just call me 40-50 times a day for last 3 days.

      Just creating nuisances they are calling from different landline and mobile number even after complaints none action is taken.

      They just having fun while calling me is this brand which they say they are pathetic.

          We want to port our corporate connection from airtel to vodafone. 2 month back we have made request and submitted all required data to vodafone executive shaily employee of lajpat nagar store but we are unable to port our corporate connection into vodafone because she is not coperative with us. We are continuously calling mis shaily and shweta singh employee of lajpat nagar new delhi store but they do not pik our cl. Kindly take action and port our connection.

            Deduction of balance without any reason. I've been calling customer care but they are not answering my call. This deduction has become almost a regular process. I will be forced to leave vodafone service due to this problem. They have been deducting the balance on regular intervals. Every time customer care responds but this time they are not. Please attend my complaint as soon as possible.

                I called today to your customer care centre to know about my complaint status from my vodafone number [protected]. But your irresponsible exicutive one mr: abhiram he behaved like very insulting me he don't know anything and he told me that he can't do anything on my complaint and he told me that what you can do whatever you can go ahead no issue. This is the way your servicing the customers this is so pethetic i'm almost 6 years with vodafone this is the first time i'm getting like this insult from an exicutive. I need to take action against him or else i forced to change my number and family numbers also to another better service provider.

                Dear Team,

                I raised minimum 10 times regarding network issue in my hometown but till the date not resolved. Your service executive will come to my town area and they will update that no network issue is there, This is not the way to resolve the issue when ever complaint a customer the executive must call the customer where the issue located and need to resolve the issue looking forward better service .Kindly update on the same.

                  Hello! Lifestyle pack is now active on your number, as requested. This service is valid till[protected] and a 7 days rental of rs.49 has been deducted. Your current balance post service activation is rs.160.13. To deactivate sms stop to or call 155223 (Toll free). For songs dial 1234 (Tollfree)

                  I never subscribed to any such pack and never clicked on any link.
                  I asked for compensation of my amount and was only unsubscribed from the pack.
                  This has happened several times. Looting people of their money without their knowledge and then shrugging off saying it would have been our fault that we clicked on any vrs messages.
                  The phone is lying idle and we get this message of subscription.
                  I am highly disappointed with this kind of response and this method of extortion.

                    This is my complaint. On 17th november that via online recharge rs.250.00 has been credited my vodafone no.
                    Unfortunately no money has been made on the phone.

                    What i can do? How can get my money? Vodafone cheating to customer.
                    It is very sad and shame full act from your side.

                    One of my frriend told me, once they had lost rs.2000/-.

                    Why doing like this type of cheating?

                    Can you solve my problem/get back my money on my account rs.250/-

                      I have been using vodafone postpaid since last 6 years and now i want to convert my sim to prepaid. Had raised a request for the conversion on 7th of november and have escalated this to the customer care several times since then. Now they want me to again go to the store and solve the issue myself. Why does vodafone even have a custoer care if everytie i need to visit the stupid store. When while giving the connection they can be so courtious then why not while closing the connection. I will not pay my postpaid bill, let the now call me as i am done calling and following up. # vodafone service.

                        Wow where to start. After two weeks of bad service i had none except advertisement from vodafone. I went to sri lanka, my friend put $on my phone only to be used up by vodafone alerts of roaming charges over and over i wasn't even using the service. I get back to reup my phone telling me i have a bill. Then my service doesn't work at all. I go back for refund they say they transfer to another sim card? Why would i want to buy another sim card for service that doesn't work. For 2mns i've been fighting this. Now i have a friend i wish to give my credit to. Because of 90day rule they are telling me that my credit is gone. I have lost $1000total.

                        Something similar happened with me withe iRoamFree service from Vodafone.

                        I attempted to activate the service from outside India due to an emergency via Vodafone App, it ACTIVATED the service but i could never get any signals from their partner network provider in Thailand. After struggling fir almost 3 hours, I finally purchased a local SIM card in Bangkok.

                        Then, I urged my wife to ensure that Vodafone won't charge me for this Stupid iRoamFree, who got a response from Customer Care that iRoamFree will be charged only if the partner network is used in addition to a monthly IR {Int. Roaming} fee of 149 Rs. As a matter of fact, the partner network never was connected on my phone during my entire stay in Thailand.

                        Abd now after returning to India Vodafone is very much happy to rip me off with the charges for iRoamFree service which they COULD never provide me when I needed it the most.

                        Ugliness is an undermined quality of Vodafone very few experience, I must admit.

                          They have given me complaint number and 7 days within which service will be closed they called threatening me I can't cancel my services I have a recording of that call I disconnected the call after within 7 days I chat with Vodafone chat to get this info cancellation is taking place I have print shots of all chat where it was assured my services will be cancelled on 27/10/2017 nothing happened

                              I am not a telecommucator but they blocked as telecommucator. I send sms to my friends only rarely i called vodafone customer care they asked me register in trai but i am not telecommucator please help me to resolve this as operator vodafone must response but they are not responding they know whether i am sending sms or not then why they blocked me as trai why vodafone operators are not sorting this problem

                                its frustating i have recharge on 27 Nov 2017 of RS 65/- to received full talk time. But till date it is not received and when we call to vodafone customar exequitives they also give the wrong infromation. Vodafone service provider /caller are provide the wrong information & they are cheating with people.

                                  I live in nashik, gangapur road area, iam facing network issue in my house iam not able to receive nor send any outgoing calls from my sim card from last 1 or 2 weeks. It always shows no service or emergency calls only and does not even connect to the internet and also not able to send any text messages. Hope you will respond to the complaint and solve the issue as soon as possible.

                                    I bought moto g5s plus from amazon. I was eligible for an offer because of buying a new phone. 60 gb of 4g/3g data spread over 6 months. The condition was as mentioned below

                                    i understand your concern regarding the vodafone recharge of your order
                                    #[protected].

                                    i've reviewed your email and understand that you've recharge the pack by
                                    using freecharge.

                                    as per your concern i've checked the status of the offer and see that to
                                    avail the offer you should have recharge the amount from amazon.in.

                                    please check the below steps to avail the offer:

                                    1. Buy a smartphone from 4th october, 2017 to 8th october, 2017 on amazon.in.

                                    2. Once the new handset is purchased, recharge your mobile with a 1gb or
                                    above data pack for the prepaid sim to be used in the new handset.

                                    3. The purchase of the smartphone and 1 gb or above recharge should be done
                                    from amazon.in to be eligible for the offer (Eligible recharges mentioned
                                    below). The recharge must be done only on amazon on or before 21st october

                                    4. Post recharge you will receive an optin notification via sms within 7
                                    days. This sms will have a link to opt-in.

                                    5. Post this notification, you need to opt-in the offer at my vodafone app
                                    using the link received by sms.

                                    6. Once the offer is opted in by customer, an additional benefit of 10gb
                                    will be credited within 24 hrs.

                                    7. For subsequent 5 months, the 10 gb benefit would be credited along with
                                    every recharge for 1gb or above data pack.)

                                    When i recharged first 148 i did not get 10gb so i called them then after so much of convincing and talking they gave me my 10gb.

                                    But when i recharged this time i did not get 10gb data and when i call them they keep giving ridiculous excuses that don't even make sense. All customer care executives just want to avoid the problem falling on them.

                                    I talked to customer care representative named swati (Name may be fake given by her)
                                    Her team leader also gave same excuses jasmine (Name may be fake).

                                      I am not able to send sms from my newly purchased 4g sim to any number. The vendor had recharged my mobile no [protected] for rs.349 (Unlimited calling and 28 gb 4g/3g data).
                                      Thinking that the recharge done by vendor must not have covered sms facility, i further recharged the mobile for sms pack for rs.15 through vodafone website.
                                      However, i am still not able to send any sms. I tried calling vodafone care at 199 but ivr says my number is not a valid vodafone number and the call gets disconnected.
