I had taken a vodafone post paid connection in my wife's name shruti. The mobile bill to be paid was 700 of which i made a payment of rs 500 on 23/11/17 and 250 rs on 26/11/17. Vodafone said they received only 250 and not the 500rs. I mailed them bank statement showing debit and still they have not updated my payment and have cut my outgoing calls. They have also not reversed my payment. I sent them a screen shot of my payment and the payment is showing as successful.in spite of making payment they have not updated or refunded and they have cut my outgoing also. It is 10 days since i made payment and no solution is arrived.

    I purchased a new number [protected] for rs.500 on nov 10th 2017.. And on 1st december 2017 they barred my outgoing for no specified reasons.. I called up customer care 10 times and they provid me some rahul verma number who don't seem to wiling to help... Then i also called nodal office [protected] and there i was provided a complaint number[protected] and i was told the issue will be resolved in 2 hours.. And my outgoing still barred... Is this how vodafone welcome their new customers...?
    Only info i have been provided by mr. Verma tbsh the previous owner of this number got some outstanding... So here am not liable to pay for previous owners... Already 4 days my number is barred and still not able to make calls..

      After I ported my number from Mumbai to Pune Circle Vodafone to Vodafone, Vodafone has forcefully added a caller tune to my number.

      I never gave any request to Vodafone to do so.

      To better understand what the issue is I am trying to call Vodafone Maharashtra Circle Customer Care number from my other network (My phone is temporarily being used by a relative) The Vodafone Customer Care mobile number is[protected].

      The IVR is faulty it goes into infinite loop after I select any option. Even if I select 1 or 2 or 3 to proceed, it again comes back to the same menu.

      I am not even able to communicate with Vodafone clearly.

      How pathetic.

        Hello,

        I'm using a moto g3 mobile with a vodafone sim and there is a problem with sending text messsages. I'm unable to send text messages and it says "message not sent" and none of the messages are sent.

        Earlier it used to work without any problem. I could send the messages to any other number without any problem through this vodafone sim. Now, messages are not being sent from this number [protected], a vodafone sim.

        Please look into this asap.

          I have ported my number from reliance to vodafone. While porting i was told by store executive that in the plan 168 (Special plan for reliance people) i can migrate from postpaid to prepaid after 1 bill cycle.
          Even customer care tells the same. But when i visited the store the store team has denied and told that 3 billing cycles need to be completed. They also tell me that customer care tells the people that potpaid to pre-paid can be done after one bill cycle but store will not do as it will affect the store and they will not get approval.

          Very rude and wrong information is provided and at the end i did not get any help. Now not sure who will help me in converting my plan from postpaid to prepaid.

            I was using vodafone number provided by my company, when i left my company in july 2017, i submitted noc to vodafone centre and requested to transfer the number from corporate to individual. I was given a new sim and was told that it would be done in some days. After 2-3 days, i got a call from vodafone that my number was transferred.in november, because of very poor service from vodafone i decided to port my number to airtel, then i came to know that transfer of my number was not done properly and its segment is still showing corporate hence i am unable to port it. On 20th nov, i called up vodafone customer care number and asked them to transfer it completely as i had already given the instruction in july. Customer care executive told me to submit noc from my company and again visit their store to submit fresh request. On contesting that because i had already submitted all the documents in july, she agreed that it was a mistake from their side and they will correct in in next 48 hrs. On 28th nov, i again called up vodafone customer and on inquiry they told me the status was same and they will correct it in next 48 hrs. Again on 1st dec, i called them to know the status of my request and i was told exactly the same thing and the executive assured me that request will be fulfilled in next 48 hrs. Today on 4-dec-2017, when i called them again, the status is still the same and again i have been asked to wait. I don't understand why are they not doing it and harassing customers like this. With this forum, i hope my complaint reaches concerned and responsible person and it is addressed quickly.

              I have already activated international roaming pack on my vodafone no. - [protected] before coming to myanmar i. E. Before 2nd december
              But still network not available here in yangon, myanmar
              I have already done all the possible things from my side like by going into sim toolkit option and chose roaming and reinserting sim in other handset and switch on switch off also the handset but network is not coming
              Please help asap as already i am checking with this issue and yet not find any resolution

                  Each care executive is receiving the problem info..
                  And providing a time period of 4hrs, 12hrs, 24hrs... For the problem tobe solved... Some are disconnecting the call and blocking my number.. For not to be get connected to executive people..
                  From past 15 days.. I had 5 calls to vodafone care..in this 4 person took whole info at times and provided time period for the amount to be credited...
                  Yet it's not been solved.. Instead they are blocking my number.. And each person is letting hang on call for more than 25 minutes each time...

                    I have a vodafone prepaid number from karnataka circle.
                    I had a balance of rs. 331/- till this morning in my vodafone prepaid account. Without making or receiving any calls, it reduced to -64/- (Negative balance - don't know how that is possible).

                    When i wanted to complain to vodafone by calling their customer care, i was made to call their std number as i was on roaming. There also i was kept on hold for several minutes before the line got disconnected. They are cheat!

                          Vodafone Store here in Mira Road, Mumbai denying porting to Vodafone prepaid from RCom Prepaid and also denying to port to any plans less than 199 rental.

                          They ask you to go with 199 or above rental and then switch to lower rental after 3 months. Why am I forced to go with postpaid ?

                            Caller tune automatically activated press without any keyword. This is absolutely fraud with customers. Vodafone provide very poor service. And anyone not interested take a follow up. Till date 8 time caller tune activated. Executive told it's your fault. You have copy caller tune with press *9. But i'm dam sure i'm now press any key before call not getting connected. And back end team told it's our system issue when i have generate port in code. I have also 4 to 5 number available for proofs. Those who declare vodafone is fraud. They have also without concent caller tune has activated. Not interested with vodafone. Now i got charges in last bill.

                              I had purchased a postpaid no [protected] from vodafone store, pantnagar, uttarakhand on 12 august 2017 and terminate this number after 1 week due to extremely poor quality of service (Very very slow internet speed on 4g connection, call drops, and extremely poor quality of voice). I had terminated my connection through mr. Saurabh mishra (Vodafone reprentative at vodafone store, pantnagar, uttarakhand) and he said "ok your connection terminated". After one month i received a mail regarding bill for terminated number then i called mr. Saurabh mishra and told him about the bill, he said "no need to worry your connection is terminated you will receive bills till 3 months. Don't worry no need to pay. These bills are system genereted."
                              After three months vodafone representatives started to call me for pending bills. I was replied many times to them that "i have terminated my number and i am not using this no." and trying to contact mr. Saurabh mishra but he was not receiving my calls. When going to vodafone store, pantnagar, uttarakhand many times every time the store was found close.

                              Now on 24 november 2017 i got a mail from vodafone about demand letter i am copying mail below.

                              Reference: vodafone no.[protected] and account id no.[protected]

                              Sir/madam,

                              We state that we are currently engaged in the business of providing unified access services to its customers throughout uttar pradesh (West) and uttarakhand.

                              We state that you had approached and requested us to provide you our cellular mobile phone facility. Relying upon your representation and assurance, we provided the said facility to you, with the clear understanding that you shall pay the bills on or before the due date. We state that you have availed the facility but, in breach of the aforesaid representation and promises made by you, you have failed and neglected to pay the amount of rs. 938.44 which is due and payable.

                              We state that in spite of our repeated reminder and request to pay the aforesaid amount, you have failed and neglected to pay the said amount till date. We state that from the aforesaid, it is apparent that you have intentionally and deliberately not paid the said amount for the facility used by you.                                 I bought a rate cutter of rs23 from amazon of vodafone but after it
                                activated 40p/min is going. Dont know what to do with vodafone. its just horrible. do something fast and i want my rates to be back at 1.3p/s and not 40p/min. Vodafone is just looting their customers . i will shift to jio most likely if the problem is not resolved.

                                  Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                  In my last bill of November.without my permission they acivated value added services. And charged me 150 rs extra. I want diduction on that bill. M not going to pay those 150 rs which i have never used.
                                  Sir, I am in Israel now . I recharged 2875, but I can't get benefit for that . I really face trarbel for this
                                  My balance dedicated twies for international roaming more than 1000 rs
                                  One call came from company.I replied to that call.after 10 mins they deducted my balance up to rs.50...after that I called to customer care but they respond me nothing.please take the complain seriouly because they did fraud to me...

                                    I have been a vodafone customer ever since i got a mobile. On 17/10/2017, i went to the powai, mumbai vodafone store and requested them to change my number from postpaid to prepaid. After trying unsuccessfully to convince me to retain postpaid services they requested for address proof and i'd proof, i gave them the same. After settling the bill upto that day, they told me the service request will take 24-48hrs. Since the needful was not done, i visited them on 30/11/2017 to check. The staff was very rude and one in particular (Vandana) who refused to give her full name kept giving all sorts of excuses and wasting my time by going to their back office on the pretext of checking the status. Later, she came up with a stupid excuse that my documents were incomplete and that they had tried calling me several times on my alternate number. I showed her the call records to show her i did not receive any calls, to which she had the audacity to tell me that i would have deleted it. Now they have generated a new bill and say that they will not consider anything unless i pay the bill.
                                    On requesting to speak to the supervisor, she kept saying he (Amit gaikwad) was on lunch break. I was in the store for one and a half hours and yet the supervisor did not show up. Now, during my wait there i realised this was a very common tactic followed by vodafone. Almost all customers on various counters had same problem. The store does not give their store number nor do they give an acknowledgement for documents received. All this clearly explains that this is done to keep billing the customer and make money.

                                      I have recharged with 347 and i should get unlimited local/std calling facility and 1gb data/per day for 28 days.

                                      But i am not getting this benefit, for each and every time calling vodafone charging from my balance.
                                      I called customer care lots of time but no one gave me any proper cause and they not helped me as well.
                                      Complete cheating and feeling helpless.

                                        Ello! Every time i recharge all my recharge is deducted as access fee and this is not the first time. What is this i have even called customer care but no usefull help. I have posted the snapshot and copy of message along with this do resolve and proper explanation for this. Thank you
