I have never realized about vodafone's such a pathetic and # service. The new hotspot device and new internet connection was taken on 08th of dec, 2017 in bangalore, hsr layout. Connection was activated by 08th end of day.
The hardware device has a severe problem. 1. It is not switched on when it is plugged out of ac power. 2. When connecting to the laptop, it says no sim card. Absolutely dead service.

Upon calling the executives out of bellandur vodafone store, pathetic response and false commitments and no caring about the customer. There is a false message from the executive that he is from hsr sector-1 store. But after i walk into hsr sector-1 store, i understand that he is from bellandur store. This is an integrity issue.in hsr sector-1 store, the executive is incapable of finding out a solution and trying to avoid the customer. I am wondering, each area store acts as a private entity and puts customer into problem. Asking customer to reach out the appropriate store.

Absolutely, # and pathetic service of vodafone. The device remains dead till now (12th of dec) but the bill date is started from the day device is supplied without even caring whether the internet connection is up.

Let me file a consumer case against this issue due to lack of ownership, integrity issue, putting the customer into a pathetic situation, supplying the faulty hardware hotspot device, but making the bill start date and charging cstomer even when the device does not work.

    Sir i have complaint against mr. Abhisek he is from shahupuri kolhapur vodafone store, his no. Is [protected] he is not giving me any kind of response he always ignoring me, i am trying to take add on service with my old vodafone no. But he is always ignoring me, my request to you sir pls do something for that and pls solve my problem. Actually i requested him for to do my wife no. As a add on with my current no. And i want single bill for both no. He told i have registered your request and you will get single bill for both no. But today i have confirmed this after 10 days i seen this there is no any changes in service my connection is different and my connection also different he not did any thing but i want add on service for the both card but he not responding me today i called him almost 3 to 4 time but he giving me different answer in every call so my kind request to you sir pls solve my problem.

      I was found vodafone company message (Rs 349 daily 1gb net + loc/std call unlimited). I was recharge on my number sunday night 349 but i am not use your unlimited calling facility. Today i call ypu customer care and talk to mr dharmendra kakadiya (Ahmedabad customercare senior exeutive) he is a not proper sort out my problem. He is a not eligible for senior level post. Dharmenda ask to me your mobile message is not valid only valid i told you.

      Immediately calling facility activate on my vodafone no [protected] other wise urgent base my 10 family member vodofone number diconnected or close. I want to urgently move other telecome company.

      I am approx 15 years old your company customer. My think is very positive your company but i talk to mr dharmendra kakadiya my thinking is change. I am not expected your company this type of situation.

        My wife received a call from this number [protected] and the caller was trying to find out where she lives and was very rude and persistent even after being told he has the wrong number.

            Issue1: oct 2017 bill
            I got the exact same thing on my bill! I have been charged 420 for calls i din't even make to 51717 with duration of 30:01 mins. I was shocked and first mailed to vodafone company. But they are not believing and not understanding all the things. Customer care representative is not transferring the calls to his supervisor to talk with this issues.

            Issue2: nov 2017 bill
            I got the exact same thing on my bill! I have been charged 378 for calls i din't even make to 56789 with duration of 40:10 mins. I was shocked and first mailed to vodafone company. But they are not believing and not understanding all the things. Customer care representative is not transferring the calls to his supervisor to talk with this issues.

            Can anyone help me how to solve the above two issues?

              I recently switched back to vodafone. But it was my big mistake. When i purchased the sim i got the information from retailer that recharge with 375 ang get same pack like jio is offering for 3 months.. After recharging i only got free voice calling and 2g pack. After asking the customercare support i was been informed that you can recharge with 197 and u will get 3g data 2gb for 30 days and also the 2g pack will be activated again and being so busy in work i thought that its ok now. After recharging i got that 197 in my main account. But i also got message that your pack will be activated in 30 min.. After waiting for 2 hours i again called vodafone and there i again got wrong information that wait for more 30 min it will be activated. After 30 min i again called vodafone. But the information changed in 30 min that you are not entitled for this pack you have to wait for 3 months. And at the end i texted vodafone it on fb and the keep on calling me again and again and kept asking that they will dedict the amount and 3g pack will be enabled. But as per their first information i just need what u promised.. 3g 2gb data for 30 days thereafter 1 gb 2g data per day. After posting it here i will knock the doors of consumer court.
              Fortunately thanks to auto call record i have recorded each and every call of vodafone and now i will only leave if they will compensate the cash amount. Thanks to jio i again switched to jio

              i took new number on 24th oct 2017 and within a 20 days they have blocked my new vodafone number.
              After Calling vodafone customer care they told me that we can not do anything for you.
              i want my new number unblocked.

                I might have called their customer care around 7 times. And, yes, i explained my problem in detail all the time. Hung up or useless guidance all the time. Nothing worked for me.

                I want to port in jio and they are blocking my messages to 1900 so i am unable to generate upc. I am able to send sms to any other number and have 35 rs.in my main balance right now.

                I have been trying this for weeks now and i'm really pissed off. I not only demand cc forum to help me port, but also help me with compensation for the time wasted. I have all the recordings of calls with the customer care representatives and i'd like to seek justice in some form, for this torture i have to go through.

                  I buy sim 450 rupees and frc with 448 and they give me 2 gb internet and 35days talk time free but company give 84gb data and free talk time with 84days i complain it vodafone care center but they don't give me true solutions i m not satisfy with there answer if you don't solve my problem i complain it and bad mouth in media and never purchase its company product in future

                    Indeed to cancel the vodafone postpaid connection. The number is [protected].
                    Reason: bill charge is getting way too high than the plan. I[censored] require more money tell me.. I can give u granted but don't fool us.. Unbelievable service.. Need to cancel it now.. If one more bill comes to me... I will take this to next level... Coz i know my rights.. I mean legal rights.

                      I am a retired general manager from ongc and is 67 years of age.
                      I am a corporate user of mobile phone since a very long time, may be from 1994.
                      My payment track record has always been on time.
                      I had activated my mobile phone on international roaming on 05.10.2017.
                      While in canada within 10 days the bill shot up to approximately
                      Rs.12000/-. It showed a data usage of which i was not aware.
                      I requested to stop data services to my phone.
                      There after incoming calls have been kept active.
                      When on return i went to thakur village office, on 5th dec roaming was
                      Discontinued.
                      Despite my bill is rising. Now rs.15281/-.
                      Your call center &thakur village office listened to my plea and agony.
                      They recommended waiver of rs.9706/- as i was not aware of the usage.
                      Still the issue is not resolved and i am not able to use the phone
                      Over one month.
                      Please resolve the issue by waiving off rs.9706/-
                      Rest i shall pay asap
                      I ssek your intervention and requst the waiver of rs.9706/- as a special case.
                      I am your genuine customer. Issue is pending for long.

                        They have take my card no. And exp date but i not gave cvv my no.in consumer complaint is only show to vodafone customer care executives they have took my no. And call me from his persnol no. And try to fraud me if there employess are fraud what cn we expect

                          The vodafone support team characteristics:

                          Poor service & support.
                          Expertise in false commitments.
                          Call avoidance & intentionally disconnecting the call.
                          Not letting port out.
                          Lack of resolution.
                          Arrogant executives, floor support, team lead & managers like ajay rastogi.

                          I've informed that there will be a call back regarding my complaint & issue. Its already been more than 2 months & still there is no update on issue. Had a word with a manager ajay rastogi who still need to learn the word manage, tried to transfer the call bcoz he doesn't have any resolution but the lady at retention team team intentionally disconnected the call.
                          Don't know whom to contact in this situation. Kindly suggest if there is any way out.

                          21 rs deducted from my account from my vodafone number without any confirmation. Deducted in November rs. 21/- in one time, and rs. 3on 6.12.2017. & Same be educted for star struck pack for the next 84 days without any confirmation. I am not use there zone or pack in my number.                             Hi sir madam, i have made a port request on 14th nov'17 with the port no : va182641. Late on 15th nov i got a call from vodafone office to check what was the issue for port. I have confirmed that the network problem & tariff to the executive, later he assured that it will be resolved in a day time. After this i was waiting for the port to be done but it was not happened, when i have checked with the vodafone they confirm that, it was rejected due to backend team confirmed that to do.
                            Again i got a call from vodafone to inform me that i will get a 90rs waiver, for the same i said ok.
                            Later i got a bill of -37/-rs on dec 1st, immediately i have sent a request for port & paid another 50/-rs, total of 87/-rs with the port no va236274.
                            Again i have called on 11th dec to vodafone & came to know that again the port has been rejected due to insufficient balance, and explained me that they have taken the 90rs waiver back because i have kept the port request again. Also i spoke to ms. Revathi and she was very rude with me and kept my call on hold. So i have register the complaint in vodafone against her[protected].
                            Again i spoke to ms. Shirisha and she said she will try the best to activate the post & give the complaint no[protected].

                              I am prepaid customer of vodafone (Up west) switched from air tel. I paid subscription up to 08.11.2017 and recharge again on 09.11.17 at 12.05 am,. For 84 days and paid rs. 509/-
                              My balance has been reduced by rs. 17 for using internet at 12.15 am, while i was eligible from 12.05 am as per plan.
                              It is cheating with customer by reducing balance of customer.
                              Intervention is requested.
                              Necessary action should be taken against vodafone company.

                                I used to hold a vodafone number for more than 15 years. Last year when i went abroad, i was billed wrongly for internet usage of amount rs 14000 and other charges of rs 4000 totalling rs 18000. I paid the legitimate charges of rs 5000 which was over my normal bill amount. Then a person called rohit bhorawat was in touch with me in may 2017 and he agreed that the charges were incorrect since it was not justified. He confirmed to waive rs 9000 and asked me to pay rs 4000 as the bill amount which i refused since the charges to me were incorrect. I told him that i hold a relation with vodafone for more than 15 yrs. I have paid bigger bills which were legitimate and where used. I have emails to support my case.

                                Now, i am being harassed by some persons claiming to be from vodafone legal team

                                This person by the name of rohan naik [protected] claims to be from the vodafone legal team called me on friday evening (December 9, 2017) stating that there are summons in my name which i have not taken and since i am out of station, cops will come to my house and arrest me. He told me to immediately pay rs 13000 or else i will have to pay rs 26000 subsequently.

                                Then a person by the name of prashant patil [protected] also called up claiming to be from the malad police station and told me that as soon as he receives the order, he will come to arrest me. He told me to speak to rohan naik in the meanwhile if i have to avoid arrest.

                                Again after the call from prashant in the evening rohan started calling to harass me.

                                I told my husband about it who spoke to rohan who claims to be from vodafone legal team and prashant who claims to be a cop from malad police station.

                                On my husband going to verify this claim from malad police station, he found that there is no person by the name of prashant patil there. When the cops called prashant, he says its a wrong number.

                                My husband has sufficient proof of the conversations and both rohan and prashant are avoiding his calls

                                This incident has given me considerable amount of stress and i cannot focus on my treatment.

                                Is this the way how your staff deal with customers by harassing them? I need an immediate revert on this failing which, i will file a consumer case against vodafone and all the concerned in the matter since i am way too stressed to focus on my health again.

                                To add to the misery, i get an email from your team just stating that they cannot do anything in the matter. This clearly show that you deploy people who harass the life of others and pose as a cop and a legal team representative.

                                We Indians are paying the price for foreign Companies Iike Vodafone who employ people who Imprersonate our Government Cops and threaten people.

                                Learn some values before engaging with Indian Citizens and ensure you do not dupe them and threaten them further.

                                I for sure am going to file a consumer case in the court and drag all you guys there including the person who impersonated a cop and your so called legal representative.

                                We belong to a middle class family and a an amount of 350 a month for mobile recharge much expensive.

                                So I request you to take further action against it as soon as possible...
                                hi friend im also vodafone user and im also getting harrasment call from vodafone posing as legal action and cop like things i have paid all the bill amount already
                                what should i do to stop this

                                    I have done individual recharge of rs 15 and 25. Both the time i did not receive any recharge but gst and access fees are deducted.in rs 25 recharge, gst 3.81 & access fee 19.94 is deducted and talktime rec'd is shown 1.25 but i didn't receive even rs 1.25, and why this much access fee is charged? In rupees 15 recharge, gst 2.29 and access fee 5.80 are deducted and talktime rec'd is shown 6.91 but i didn't receive even rs 6.91. Please help me as soon as possible

                                      Did i REQUEST you FOR any such activation?
                                      Charged since 2 Dec to till date, unless i deactivated it.

                                      If the money deducted from my account is not deposited, i will sue your representative who activated this...under RTI /consumer forum...
                                      If requested for any such activation, let me know.

                                        We are using vodafone services past 6 years. We are using totally 14 vodafone numbers.in november7 th 2017 we had applied for porting but they had rejected with reason that authorization signature mismatched. Then again we have applied on 30 th november and we had paid the bill amount with excess amount of rs 300 on every number but again rejected with reason that outstanding amount is due. We are not satisfied with the way of services provided by vodafone. Regarding this issues we had called up to [protected] (Mr. Eswar) and [protected] (Mr. Ramprasad) but we did’t got any response to us. Please rectify the issue as soon as possible.
