The vodafone is promising a recharge of 348 rs, un limited voice calls and 1.5 gb data everyday. But not all given 1.5 data to customers daily, while using only 100 mb they are sending data alert saying that you have used 90% of your internet pack. I am trying to contact the vodafone customer care executive from past 15 days but not able to speak. The call is diverted to voice call messages. I have never faced this much cheating from any other companies in india. Still continue cheating peoples. My advice please don't continue with vodafone. Please share to everybody. My number is -[protected]. If any forum to compliant further let me know please.

    I facing every month bill cycle addition cost added, my plan is activated for 349 rupees on 9th oct 2017, same time 6 month free of cost per day 1 gb plan is activated by customer service man (Refer the screenshot message), i faced last 7 months continuously i can raise the issues to vodafone through mail and reduce the excess amount, but in message/call came from vodafone your balance amount is 101/105 rupees is pending, kindly pay immediately.     It very worst to say, why i can regularly mail to vodafone fro month wise bill is wrong kindly check like?
    Why always call came from vodafone your amount is pending kindly pay after adjustment also? (Vodafone system approach is storge/ not stong?_ if stong means we cant raise this like complaints)

    Bill communication copy can't able to attach here due to jpg format only accepted, if required i'll send through the mail.

      I have done recharge of rs 346... On 3rd december 2017
      In which i get unlimited local calls 1gb per day data..
      But from ur side, some other plan got activated
      I had made complaint at customers care..
      They told me that it was technical issue that's y the other plan got activated
      They told me that u ll get benefit within 48 hours...
      N it's over 48 hours... Not yet activated
      Even i m not able to call customer care service... As they blocked my number.. N reason has given that due to call flow... M getting the worst service... I ll lodge a police complaint... Coz u all doing fraud... I need service get activated by today itself... It's the worst service i ever had got... Customer care executive put on hold over 30 min... Better to port

        Hello recently i found that my vodafone number was given to someone else.
        But i need that number badly.. As my gmail was registered with it. Without the number i can't sign in to my gmail. I lost my important contacts. Please help me

I have been facing dropped calls from last few weeks and my phone is unreachable whenever someone calls even though the network bar shows full...called Vodafone customer service and logged a complaint...now Iam unable to call or receive any calls...I hear message that it's been barred because you have no service

            Hi,

            I have recently migrated from postpaid to prepaid, i went to vodafone store & submitted all the required proofs also cleared all my bills with extra 160 bugs
            (I donno why they collected extra amount)

            But now after a week, i keep on getting messages saying due to non submitting documents your connection would have been barred. And they stopped my services,
            I tried to talk to customer care, these guys are ridiculous no one knows why the problem is & they kept me on hold for about 5 mins. After 5 mins they transferred my call to prepaid, again they started asking me about the problem, i explained her too, then she started asking nonsense questions like have you called some 59059 & later she replied that she 's gonna transfer my call to postpaid department, hell...
            What kind of a service is this

            Hell with this vodafone services.

            I don't understand that for whom they are working

            They don't care about the customers.

            They are lease bother about the customers.

            I donno how they recruit the people in their customer care

            I really fed up with their services.

            "i know nothing is gonna be happen with my complaint"

            But still its my responsibility to share my experience.

              On 29.11.2017 i recharged my sim for rs. 509/=. From that evening my sim ([protected]) is not working. The next day i lodged a complaint with vodafone mini store at gudiyatham. They guided me to approach vodafone store at vellore. I had been to vellore store as well, they asked me to pay rs. 500/= which i paid. But till this time my sim has not been activated.in my prepaid period i lost 6 days already, in my business also i am losing heavily. The sim must be activated immediately.

              several times i called customer care number and even visited nearest vodafone store also...no response from them.
              some one said i need to register in TRAI, i don't know why, , , i am facing this issue very badly...do needful for me.
              I am not able to send SMS to anyone. When I send msg, it shows message not sent and try again. I am facing this problem from very long time. Please update the message settings for this number so that I can send SMS in easy way.

                Vas have been activated on my phone since june 2017. Complaints raised for reversal in september 2017 (Reversal received for the month of september only). They did not inform me that, these services have been charged for the months of june, july, august, october, november, and december as well.

                I've noticed when we call the customer care. They (Vodafone) does not identify themselves with these chargeable content download services and call them "third party". My question to them is
                1) why do you charge us from your payment portal if we do something on the internet.
                2) why do you operate as a medium for these chargeable content providers to exploit people.
                3) why do you later "identify" them as third party.
                4) why have you not stopped these third party notifications for the end-user.
                5) how difficult is it for you to know that this is not a fair practice.
                6) how many people have been affected by this.
                7) what have you been doing so far?

                  Dear sir,
                  I am customer of vodafone over 5 years, i am compelled to write to you about the deduction of balance amount without any reason am staying abroad and my balance have be deducted as followsrs770+rs70+rs70+rs70+ rs1080 i haven’t attended or cut the incoming call, haven’t received any call on that day
                  Yesterday (4th dec 2017) i have spoken to the customer care and explained the things and i have asked for the incoming call history details after checking they have informed that they will reverse the amount in 30 min but haven’t done till now.

                    I recharged with a plan of rs 143/- (Web/app only) on 03/12/2017. It was advertised as follows: 5% cashback as talk time, 2gb data and unlimited calls for 28 days. It was not mentioned as vodafone to vodafone unlimited plan. Vodafone gave me 5% cashback and 2gb data.

                    However, they are refusing to give me unlimited call facility saying that the plan was vodafone to vodafone unlimited. I told them it was not. I have raised this to their nodal officer but without any success.

                    And mysteriously that plan has now disappeared from their website. It does not even appear in their app anymore.

                    Can someone help me please?

                    I have applied for porting request on 12.11.2017, 18.11.2017 and 26.11.2017. but all the time it has been rejected without any bonafide reason. I have paid all my dues well in time. my no. is [protected].
                    I am not satisfied with the speed of Internetto my connection I'm getting only 20-200 Kb/s only is it 3g please do something about it unless I'm porting my sim to another tele communication brand

                      I have been requesting since 1 month to convert my number from corporate connection to individual connection, i have summited noc, id proof, current company id card, election card, addharcard, i have got massage from vodafone that your request has been processed and will activate your number shortly, since 11th of nov i m floowing to vodafone care and have been calling evrey altenate day same answer will get, we will solved in 24 hrs, but still it has been not solved, because of this i m in deep mental harashment and not able to sleep at night anfd due to this my health has gone worse, and not able to get my fone bill amount from my company, i m claiming 1 cr rupees to vodafone for this harassment. I have been worte mail to vodafone care, please find attached the copy of document and i have record all the conversation with vodafone will produce when it required.

While there was no any conditions about any charge.When I call customer care no.then the company didn't refund my valance.

                        I am a customer of vodafone himachal pradesh. From last 2 months m not able to port my vodafone number to airtel. Vodafone doesn't allow me to send message to 1900. Each time i send an sms i receive an error message "unable to send". I am even not able to send sms even to my friends also. I have complained about it several times. But no action has been taken yet. Have changed my sms centre number, changed my handset. All the troubleshooting has been done. I even visited the vodafone care. They promise d that problem will solve in 48 hours but no action have been taken. I have posted several comments on vodafone india facebook and twitter page about the problem i am facing.                         Hdd h... D worst Co. Activating useless services and deducting money.. Happening 3rd Tym in last 24hrs. Better to not to recharge and port it into any odr..
                        Problem with network and cant even talk for morethan 2 mins, signal is frequently disconnecting.

                          I want to change my vodapahone postpaid to prepaid connection. I an 1 month old connection of vodapahone postpaid. They are charging very high amount. The store manager give offer before taking the new connection. Im my case give me 21gb data but after my connection started they only provide 1gb data. I regreted to take vodaphone postpaid plan. I advised everyone not to take vodaphone services.

                            I am facing too much problem with vodafone services (Especially internet problem) and customer care service.
                            I am paying them for 4g services but not getting net even of 2g level. For last 5-6 months i have filed multiple complaint with them they always say that the problem would resolve in next 15 days or 72 hours but it never happened. Please help me i am very frustrated.

                              I had taken a vodafone post paid connection in my wife's name shruti. The mobile bill to be paid was 700 of which i made a payment of rs 500 on 23/11/17 and 250 rs on 26/11/17. Vodafone said they received only 250 and not the 500rs. I mailed them bank statement showing debit and still they have not updated my payment and have cut my outgoing calls. They have also not reversed my payment. I sent them a screen shot of my payment and the payment is showing as successful.in spite of making payment they have not updated or refunded and they have cut my outgoing also. It is 10 days since i made payment and no solution is arrived.

                                I purchased a new number [protected] for rs.500 on nov 10th 2017.. And on 1st december 2017 they barred my outgoing for no specified reasons.. I called up customer care 10 times and they provid me some rahul verma number who don't seem to wiling to help... Then i also called nodal office [protected] and there i was provided a complaint number[protected] and i was told the issue will be resolved in 2 hours.. And my outgoing still barred... Is this how vodafone welcome their new customers...?
                                Only info i have been provided by mr. Verma tbsh the previous owner of this number got some outstanding... So here am not liable to pay for previous owners... Already 4 days my number is barred and still not able to make calls..

                                  After I ported my number from Mumbai to Pune Circle Vodafone to Vodafone, Vodafone has forcefully added a caller tune to my number.

                                  I never gave any request to Vodafone to do so.

                                  To better understand what the issue is I am trying to call Vodafone Maharashtra Circle Customer Care number from my other network (My phone is temporarily being used by a relative) The Vodafone Customer Care mobile number is[protected].

                                  The IVR is faulty it goes into infinite loop after I select any option. Even if I select 1 or 2 or 3 to proceed, it again comes back to the same menu.

                                  I am not even able to communicate with Vodafone clearly.

                                  How pathetic.

                                    I'm using a moto g3 mobile with a vodafone sim and there is a problem with sending text messsages. I'm unable to send text messages and it says "message not sent" and none of the messages are sent.

                                    Earlier it used to work without any problem. I could send the messages to any other number without any problem through this vodafone sim. Now, messages are not being sent from this number [protected], a vodafone sim.

                                    Please look into this asap.

                                      I have ported my number from reliance to vodafone. While porting i was told by store executive that in the plan 168 (Special plan for reliance people) i can migrate from postpaid to prepaid after 1 bill cycle.
                                      Even customer care tells the same. But when i visited the store the store team has denied and told that 3 billing cycles need to be completed. They also tell me that customer care tells the people that potpaid to pre-paid can be done after one bill cycle but store will not do as it will affect the store and they will not get approval.

                                      Very rude and wrong information is provided and at the end i did not get any help. Now not sure who will help me in converting my plan from postpaid to prepaid.

                                        I was using vodafone number provided by my company, when i left my company in july 2017, i submitted noc to vodafone centre and requested to transfer the number from corporate to individual. I was given a new sim and was told that it would be done in some days. After 2-3 days, i got a call from vodafone that my number was transferred.in november, because of very poor service from vodafone i decided to port my number to airtel, then i came to know that transfer of my number was not done properly and its segment is still showing corporate hence i am unable to port it. On 20th nov, i called up vodafone customer care number and asked them to transfer it completely as i had already given the instruction in july. Customer care executive told me to submit noc from my company and again visit their store to submit fresh request. On contesting that because i had already submitted all the documents in july, she agreed that it was a mistake from their side and they will correct in in next 48 hrs. On 28th nov, i again called up vodafone customer and on inquiry they told me the status was same and they will correct it in next 48 hrs. Again on 1st dec, i called them to know the status of my request and i was told exactly the same thing and the executive assured me that request will be fulfilled in next 48 hrs. Today on 4-dec-2017, when i called them again, the status is still the same and again i have been asked to wait. I don't understand why are they not doing it and harassing customers like this. With this forum, i hope my complaint reaches concerned and responsible person and it is addressed quickly.
