The vodafone representative on the counter told me that a recharge of rs. 99 was available for the internet usb stick, when i reached home it displayed recharge not done. Taking to the vodafone customer care [protected] was useless as the person on the other end was unaware of the issue and told me you have to go to the said branch. The next day when i visited the vodafone bandra branch the representative was extremely rude and said he couldn't refund that amount and demanded rs 200 more for a recharge.
More than the amount it was the lack of respect and the unapologetic behaviour of your staff which is concerning.
Vodafone bandra please educate your staff so that they speak to customers politely

Sir, i have recharge my vodafone sim on 6/12/2017 for 28 days validity with 1gb data for everyday and unlimited call, but from past 2 days i have received a message that i have used up my internet pack even before i have use, so can you please help me and solve my problem

worst treatment from vodaphone..They r just to take money from people in every which way possible.I am tired of getting my post paid to pre paid.and thwy keep asking for money every time I go to the gallery and assure that the connection all b done with e 2-3 days..it's been more then a month and have visited callers more then r times just for this..but still nothing has been done.

    I have done postpaid to prepaid migration on 15 dec 2017 in okkiyampettai chennai vodafone store (More than 30km traveeld to this store becasue of worst response in kelambakkam mini store).

    But i m getting only incoming calls.. Outgoing call is not happening even to 198 also.. If i aski in customer care they are saying go and check in vodafone store...

      Sir i have ported from realince to vodafone and i am suffering from this decision as i have marked as barred due to adress marked as negative and i told by customer executive that i have to reach their store to continue service but this still not worth and my service of outgoing still stops and told to visit again my number is [protected] which is ported. I have given 2 another no for convience but still i cant receive call for address verification but bill still generate please help me in this regard

        So last night on 16th of december of 2017 before midnight i had activated rs 24 super night pack (Validity starts from 1am to 6am) by dialing ussd code *444#, i started using the net on 17th of december after midnight from 1:08 am then after a while my internet connection got disconnected, which made me check my main balance now deducted to zero balance. I called customer care support one of them told me that they have no update on their system regarding the issue and told me to contact them in the morning. This is a very unacceptable service for a person who's been using vodafone service for such a long time. I want my refund for both rs 24 net pack and main balance. My contact no [protected]

          I recharged my vodafone card with 448 rs for 84 gb internet (3g/4g/) for 84 days. The internet speeds are very slow (10kbps download/15kbps upload.
          I want true 3g speeds or a refund of my money as airtel provides 1mbps both up and down at minimum at the same place.
          I tried calling customer care but they said it is not possible to increase the internet speed and said to change sim slots (Which i tried but it made no effect).
          I want quick help as it is hurting me economically and educationally.

            I had purchased the data card in september and started facing problems related to network and billing from day one. Moreover no one responds properly even after we had approached so many times. I wanted to change plan but still not changed. The network is pathetic with the wifi dongle. I cannot even check my emails and it says its a 4g dongle.

            Please cancel the connection immediately.

                My name is dipu singh, i was using the no [protected] (Vodafone) since 2015, i could not use it because i was in aboard, when i came back it was disconnected from service, i contacted the call center they instructed to submit the document for the same i visited the store with the document but the executive said that the prepaid sim has been deactivated. Pls sir to active my no. [protected] because this no. Use in important place like aadhar car, banks, offices nd document.
                Sim is deactivate only 25 days

                  I am mark c brown and my vodafone number is.
                  I will be filing a consumer complaint against vodafone if this connotative problem persists any further, so please resolve all these issues (Asap) as soon as possible. And for god’s sake please re-connect my mobile number so that can at least receive incoming calls and/or the entire benefits that i recharged for. Reply to: [protected]@gmail.com mobile[protected].
                  Fare notice:
                  I am mark c. Brown and my vodafone number is. I recharged my mobile phone at the karnataka nanjangud vodafone mini shop branch for some 390+ rupees for their services due on all india calls plus 1 gb data per day, for a duration of some 70-84 days. (Per the vodafone plan). But when i visited chennai on december -15-2017 my phones sim card shut down and would not even register the sim on the chennai vodafone network. Why? I visited the chennai vodafone mini shop located on triplicone high road (Mahalakshmi communications). Note: this vodafone mini store at triplicone high road (Mahalakshmi communications) had 3 employees (2 male and 1 female) yet, they could not even get access to retrieve my own vodafone mobile number, and furthermore refused to link my mobile number with my addhar card number. Yet, furthermore, when i asked to speak to his manager they all refused to do so, and also refused to give me their names and their vodafone mini stores address, so that i may contact their manager to resolve this matter on my one time at a later date. “why are they so scared to revile this basic information”? Do question your employees on their behavior regarding good customer relations. And next please train them well to deal with just such an incident.
                  And would please update your 189 customer care number to receive complaints direct to a vodafone operator. “just exactly why does this 198 number keep repeating the original menu option when indeed you have ash to speak to a vodafone representative in the first place. I guess it just must be one of your cheep tricks to save money, right.!!!

                      My name is ankit jolapara and i want to make complain to vodafone company giving # service to a loyal customer. Been a vodafone customer for more than 9 years now and receiving service like this makes me sick.
                      Below are the two images of one email that i sent to vodafone on 12 th december, no revert for the mail has been received.
                      Received one call of all fake promises that engineer will come to your place and solve the issue. We feel bad for you and blah blah blah.
                      To be honest, vodafone don’t care # about their customer. The bill for december has been pending and i’m not going to pay this to vodafone either.
                      I want you to take strict action against vodafone. Do read the email in the attachment and help me solve this query. You’ll are the last hope.

                        In reference to our communication this is upraise for your information and requesting to resolve the ongoing issues immediately.
                        As informed we have approached your representatives mr. Sudhir thakur for lease line and network boosting via boosters/repeaters and through him we got contact of mr. Koushik dutta and via them we have been suggested to take cug in favor to obtain of my requirements like lease line and network boosting via boosters/repeaters.
                        Based on their suggestion we have agreed and meanwhile we have also communicated about present mobile users details in favour to expedite process from their end for network boosting via boosters/repeaters. But later on 25th oct 2017, vodafone representative called me that he had sent the sims to our jorethang office address, so after receiving it, call him. After receiving the sims in the same day at 6pm, i called him and then he informed me about immediate conversion of prepaid to postpaid of all will be done at 7 pm, immediately we have reported them back via mail and phone to stop the conversion since without any improvement of network doesn’t make any sense and also the exercise of actual conversion like same number or new number or whoever to convert, whom not to convert and etc…was also yet to be done mutually.
                        Because o[censored]nfaithful conversion my company has gone into black due to lack of communication for 24 hours (Due to lack of communication we were forced to stop power generation of 97mw power plant for 14 hours) and after repeated mails and etc… they have communicated us to use the sims they handed over till 30th oct 2017 and promised us via mail (Enclosed) that will come and resolve the entire issues by 2nd nov 2017.
                        But with continuous follow-up mr. Sudir and koushik came to site and promised the following things and on the account of following promised we have accepted the partial cug:
                        1. Installation of network repeaters/boosters at sakyong, power house and barrage locations on or before 10th nov 2017.
                        2. Conversion of 15 numbers to prepaid.

                        But from thereon we are being neglected completed and they are not at all communicating anything and we are been continuously chasing them but none is attending our calls and no service is being provided as committed

                        Surprisingly we came to know that the bill was also being generated by 17th nov 2017, although we have paid it.

                        * entire communications with your representatives is enclosed for your information.
                        Please find the attached mails which are self-explanatory regards to an unethical conversion into cug without taking proper concern from company and end users.
                        1. Please be noted we have not given any confirmation/submitted documents regards to conversion.
                        2. How the vodafone executives has done this conversion without asking us noc from the users/without taking concern from either users or company.
                        3. No documents were collected from us for conversion.
                        4. Information for doing the conversion was given 1 hr before doing it. Neither a notice to the users were given nor a call was made to them before conversion.
                        5. Entire conversations with vodafone and promises made by your people regarding to their fault and returning of numbers into prepaid and etc… has enclosed for your needful.
                        6. Yours representatives wrote us a mail for letting us to use the converted sims till it gets converted to prepaid without any charge. Though the bills were generated.

                        All the above mentioned was also sent to mr. Saurav ghosh to look into the matter and sort out our problems at the earliest. But he is also neglecting us and not receiving the calls. We demand complete return of numbers with old plans and balances immediately. This is for your kind immediate action please.

                          Hi all,
                          I have received isd billing about in my bill dated 1dec2017 and made a complain regarding with vodafone, initially denied logging complain but forcing hard then they logged the complain and closed the complain without any root cause of resolutions/ customer satisfaction.

                          I have clearly mentioned during call made by vodafone executive that isd call have not made from my phone. Even requested to deactivate the vodafone international calling as i don't call any international number so far.

                          Vodafone doing some fraud and trying to cheat customer and not at all listening to customer complain.

                          I have strongly requested not to close the complain till resolution and she agreed on call and eventually closed the call. So this is again fraud and cheating to customer. Our conversation might have been recorded by vodafone, you can check and revert with conversation details and let me know what was agreed and acted is quite different.

                            I had paid rs 130.00 by using online payment trough the credit card for a normal recharge to the vodafone no.[protected] of kabita biswas (My sister). I was doing this using my vodafone app as a unregistered customer. All process was o. K. Otp was sent by vodafone billdesk. The otp was 336804. After pressing confirm button the transaction amount had deducted but transaction id is not displayed. Still now the above said voda number is not credited. Pls do the needful.

                              I am subscriber of post paid cell no.[protected]. I have not applied or requested for any call details from my cell phone, but i have received a sms from your vodafone.in as "your application has been received for. Use eac[protected] for future reference".
                              I suspect that some mischievous persons are using my name to get call details from my cell phone. I request your good officers not to entertain any such request or application without my knowledge and consent.

                              I therefore request your good officers to make an enquiry and avoid any foul play by third parties and oblige.

                                I made payment of the bill generated for month of december on 15th december at 3:45 p. M.
                                The amount deducted from my bank account was twice the bill generated.
                                Please correct the status and repay me the extra payment that is made to my m-pesa account.
                                This is the second time that this is happening that twice the amount is deducted from my account.
                                Please look into the matter.

                                  Today i come to know that vodafone cheated his loyal customers as well. It happend because we do blind faith on vodafone company for long time.

                                  My number is [protected] & iam using vodafone numbers almost last 14yrs.

                                  Today inprocess of porting (Vd198162) cc executive update me that i have charged mconverge 99rs every month for last almost 20months.

                                  Mconverge fashion [protected]@99, which i never activated. Customer care executive is not giving any valid answer for this bill. They says i clicked somewhere, eventhough i click somewhere how vodafone can bill it??
                                  I never used any of this portal, how can i pay for this??
                                  Do i need to go for consumer court for this or can solve the issue here?

                                  without checking facts you just replying with standard norms ! Is MConverge Fashion Portal is partner of Vodafone ? is Vodafone legally collecting payment on behalf of MConverge Fashion Portal ?

                                  i have never Use anykind of servies through this MConverge Fashion Portal then why should i bear charges ? why Vodafone never recheck with me about these charges.

                                  last 18months MConverge Fashion Portal charges are comes under Vodafone bills ? you should check all my old bills ?

                                  it is clear case of cheating with your old customers !

                                      My mobile ([protected]) is not working since 06.12.2017 around 11am, i have visited the vodafone store @ uttarahalli (Bangalore), on 11.12.2017 the executive checked and he replaced the sim and informed the same will be activated after 24hrs, since it was not activated even after 24 hrs i contacted the customer care, she said since the sim was replaced the national roaming was not activated, and informed me that it will be activated within 30min, but even after 4 hrs also it was not activated, i again tried the customer care now they informed me that my mobile was deactivated because i have not paid the bill of my one more no. But i have not received any intimation regarding the disconnection. I have lost a job because of the disconnection, i was supposed to attend an interview, because of the deactivation of the no. I was unable to attend. Also i have missed paying my emi's because of this. Now it is 9th day since the no. Got deactivated.
                                      Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        Dear sir

                                        I have recharged the bonus pack of rs 348 on 13th dec, 2017 via my vodafone app and process the payment online using the rupay gateway. The matter of fact is that recharge pack is not updated on my number - [protected] but rs 348 has been deducted from my bank account. It already been 48 hours but neither i got the refund nor the recharge pack has been activated. Request you to kindly look into the matter

                                        Still Not Resolved, its been more than 72 hours
                                        I have topped up Rs 165/ on 24 nov 2017 thru online payment (SBI Transaction no JSB[protected]GACKUVCX6) but not CREDITED & NOT showing in my app.
