Even after recharging with 4G 4GBper day recharge pack of 699 .The internet speed is so slow that I can't even send a pdf through whatsapp.There is no proper customer service
There not even taking complaints.

    With due respect I want to draw your kind attention that I have recharge mob no [protected] Vodafone idea on 26th Nov 2020 through my debit card ICICI from ICICI Bank RS-379/- unlimited pack 84 days but after recharge processes is done when I download receipt for print shows the recharge is to be another number not my my mob number which I want to recharge. That’s another number is [protected].I try my best to contact that’s number but that’s number always switch off. I pray to you please help me and transfer that’s amount in my mob number [protected].Please help

      I have received an SMS stating that an amount of Rs.15 is deducted for playing CARBAN_GAME. I have never used or played those games and how they are charging money for those. No response when I contacted their customer care. I request the company to resolve the issue and refund the amount.

        An amount of Rs 22/- has been deducted from the main balance of my account. When I checked my Message Inbox, I noticed that I have received an SMS from VZ-ViCMS regarding the download of FUN PORTAL from CARBUN8. PLease note that I have not downloaded any application from the said page or website.
        This is fraud
        What it means my data is not safe with them or they are marketing my data.

          Wwap_dls0048_ppu_kin01467053 this is the description I was given on my bill while they charged me for ₹58 without any explanation. The first time I had an interaction with an associate they told me I was not active on any Value Added Services and when my final bill will be generated they'll be able to help me. I called them today and all they have to tell me is that I have to pay these extra charges and that I have purchased something I was active on a Value added service. Pathetic fraud.

          Keep proof in your bill because we all have same site... I will take action against Vodafone in consumer court

          Sure. Without resolving it they've marked my complaint as resolved. At the end of the day they were like if it's on your bill you'll have to pay it. Harassing.

            I have ported out of Vodafone. Calling and confirming the reason and getting me to stay is understandable. But I have received more than 5p calls in the last 2 days. This is disrupting my regular work schedule. And If I ignore calls, they'll just keep calling back.

              Didn't download anything from this company but i i received a message you download a sports from one97, and you have charged rs.15.
              Please stop this message and after 2., 5, 7, 15 ruppees main balance is cut, so please stop this service on my Vodafone number.

                            I am 69 years female with health concerns and no means of earning. Going to the vodafone center was/is a strain on me especially now in COVID times. I had a prepaid vodafone number for my tab [protected] some years back. Due to a dangerously faulty battery, it stopped working with a good amount of money left in my prepaid account. Without any intimation to me, vodafone had deactivated that number.

                            Concerned relatives gifted a prepaid number internet phone for my safety since my BSNL number would not work at that point. In Mangalore towards end of January 2020, I went to vodafone centre to get my old prepaid number back. This executive 'convinced' me into saying that to get a prepaid, I have to buy a postpaid for 3 months however much I requested I could not afford that. She came to my flat and got me that number.

                            When the local executive messaged me that I had asked to move my prepaid number to postpaid, I realised how she had conned me. I was left paying that hefty amount for 2 months. It was first properly activated only after 7th February 2020 (have the msg) after messaging a couple of times since the number was not working.

                            Much worried under lockdown, I messaged reminder to the local executive to change to prepaid on 26th March 2020(have the msg) and finally on April 20, 2020(have the msg) to cancel the number saying I could not pay this hefty amount, all went unanswered(why?)

                            I am being repeatedly called and harassed every month by Vodafone for payment to my BSNL number. I kept on explaining that I have somehow managed to deactivate this number after messages and calls to cancel/deactivate [protected] went unanswered. Yesterday, she phoned and threatened to deactivate my Aadhar card. I rest my case. Please help. Typing takes a lot of effort and time for this senior citizen. I do not know how to upload the messages sent by me for proof. I have it in my mobile. I Thank you. Malika.

                              On November 24th 2020, i received an sms saying,

                              "Hello!
                              Thank you for downloading VIDEO from PlutoMobile.
                              You have been charged Rs. 15
                              Your balance is Rs. 27.26"

                              It was said third party download happened. I am 100% sure that i didn't download anything related to such. How come this has happened without my knowledge?

                              This is not the first time that vodafone has deducted money from my account balance for unsolicited services.

                              I see its happening as common problem for many people, eating away ones account balance and then customer care just saying "third party content download, cannot do refund". Please have at-least the process to do the refund in these cases, when a person gives all the proof for not downloading such content and please please be customer friendly.

                              Other suggestion - please work to improve your service and stop/block these third party download by default itself.

                                    I have been a long existing customer of Vodafone postpaid - but to my disappointment every year I catch vodafone with some or other faulty behaviour in the billing

                                    I had opted for Family plan early in 2019 with following details:
                                    Primary number: [protected] (399 plan)
                                    Secondary number: [protected] (199 plan)

                                    The final family bill with this plan was 598+GST

                                    However, this continued as is only till May 2019, post which my bills have been amounted to no less than 800-900 per month

                                    It is only now when I have thoroughly started checking your bills lately that I realized this major blunder - now I would like to know without my consent or any written communication to vodafone how did the plan swap?

                                    I have spoken to the customer care team, also with Mr. Nitish from appellate authority already on this, but they do not have any justified replies to my queries nor do they take the effort to promptly respond

                                    I request immediate intervention on this matter

                                      I recently got a new number from Vodafone mini store (About 15 days back)

                                      Alternate Number - [protected]
                                      I am not able to receive calls and make or receive messages. (If you try to make a call on this number, they will say the number is temporarily disconnected)

                                      This is a postpaid number, the billing cycle is on and I am not able to use this newly bought number.

                                      If the number was disconnected, why was is it issued to me or why is the billing cycle still ongoing?

                                      If you are not able to solve this query, I have to close all of the family group of numbers associated with this, and port to another provider.
