My no. [protected] was postpaid connection with Vodafone. Due to Internet connectivity issues, I have ported to Jio. To ensure continuous services I had to pay advance payment. The bill generated is showing Rs. 59.71 refundable to me.
The customer care executive asked me to ask from Jio to refund the money while I have made the payment to Vodafone.

I want the refund amount.

    I have a prepaid sim of Vodafone and it's like whenever I recharge my sim unnecessary subscriptions are made on my number without me opting for the same.What type of goons are you simple doing things on your own what you want I should call the customer care and shout at them.I don't have this much time to waste on this crap.Kindly, look at the matter I am attaching a sample screenshot of the same.Unncessary activating some vedio subscriptions and now games what utter non sense is this.

      There is no network on vodafone mobile number +9819xxxxxx since a week. I have visited vodafone store thrice and also contacted customer service. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO NETWORK STILL. IT IS FRUSTRATING! VODAFONE IS CREATING SO MANY ISSUES! I WILL CHANGE MY NETWORK NOW

        An amount of Rs 18/- has been deducted from the main balance of my account. When I checked my Message Inbox, I noticed that I have received an SMS from VZ-ViCMS regarding the download of One97 which is not at all TRUE.Please note that I have not downloaded any application from the said page or website.
        I spoke to the Customer Care executive, but they were telling that this was a third party application and not the problem of Idea. In spite of informing them that such a complaint was raised by many Vodafone Idea customers they were adamant saying that it is the mistake of the customers and not the company. The executive mentioned that all those customers whose money was debited might have downloaded some application and also to contact the handset customer care number.This is not acceptable and I demand my money back!

          I am not able to do any calls or get any calls in my mobile. I for got to pay my bill.(Last date was yesterday). But today I have paid that online(via-paytm). But then also calls are blocked for me.

            The incident is of 7th october and what happened was that i ordered sim of vi online and applied for port to vi gave rupees 647 but order was cancelled the very next day i.e. on 8th october and i got a call from vi delivery executive that the recharge is not reflecting on his side so hes cannceling order and the deducted amount from my bank will be credited back within 7 days but that didnt happen.did multiple emails and calls to vi customer care but still didnt get my money back they sqid me to give bank statement screenshot and order id and transaction i did so but still no response from them

                I have received an SMS stating that I need to upgrade my sim to 4g or else it will expire day after tomorrow . So I visited the store to upgrade the sim card however Iam not the owner of the sim and hence I was informed that I can change the ownership by opting post paid option . I agreed as the number was important to me, however they need a code from 1900 number to port which I'm not receiving for some reason . I cannot visit the store on a daily basis for this small thing. Highly disappointed

                  Its been past 5 months that vodafone is giving such irregular network consistency.
                  Like there are range issues + internet doesnt work if you are on a call,
                  And there is sudden range issue even i[censored] sit at the same spot .
                  The worst network i must say in our locality is vidafone

                      This is a very serious issue, I'm raising for my privacy. "My bill details with dialled numbers were leaked from your end."

                      This one line complaint is extremely important and reflects vodafone's breach of privacy rules. How can your company play with the consumer's privacy and share details to any one?

                      The details were leaked from your side in the last 2-3 days and I got to know last night, and when I retrieved the bill copy today from my app, the information I got was correct, that my call history was leaked.

                      I've been a loyal customer to the company for years and this is what I got in return

                        I'am Mr. Bernard David Henry, aged 74 yrs plus, residing at Mahim. Since, I had some issue with my simcard and wanted to inquire what the procedures to do so, I walked in your Vodafone branch at 12:30 PM on 3rd Nov'20, located on the Ground Floor, Shop no.2, Ruby CHS LTD, 113 Lady Jamshedji road, lane, Sitladevi Temple Road, Mahim West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400016.

                        I approached your representative Mr.Salim Khan and asked him what's the procedure to do so, even before I could complete my conversation, he immediately & rudely responded, pointing fingers at my face (very bad & rude gesture) saying no its not possible it will be done after 1 hour due to their network issue, you come after an hour. I did immediately stop him and explained to him that his approach of talking to me was not pleasant and acceptable by me and please lower your tone and correct your physical gesture when talking to a customer, I also requested him to talk in a polite manner, to which he replied then why you asked me for help. So I called the Branch Manager Mrs. Bhagyashree and explained the situation and the impolite behavior of Mr. Salim Khan, for which she apologies on behalf of him. I still am not satisfied since, the issue lies with Mr. Salim Khan attitude and he needs to owe me an apology rather then his Manager. Hence, I'm intentionally mentioning my Contact No: [protected].According to me and any other walk-in-customer would notably doubt his professionalism and his CHARACTER definitely does not suit the position provided to him an especially dealing at the front desk of your esteemed organisation. Im a Businessman and all my staff situated at various location in Maharashtra are using your valued services (Mobile services) and receiving such rude behavior is definitely not acceptable. Request you to please terminate him immediately for the betterment & growth of your esteemed organisation.

                        I sincerely, request you to please look into this matter at urgent and have him and his bad attitude /behavior rectified at the earliest as well as need him to realize his mistake.

                        Hope you look into this matter and do the needful.

                            Please note that I have not been receiving incoming calls and sms on my vodafone number.

                            The caller is notified that my number is out of service.

                            However I am able to make outgoing calls and also I can use internet.

                            This has been so since a week. Please look into the matter immediately.

                              Recharge failed through upi app and money deducted in bank, vodafone said to wait till 7 days for refund but till now I didn't get it. Almost 20 days completed. I have also attached a transactions here.

                                  [protected] this mobile number is registered in name of our company TJ Power Electrical Pvt Ltd but from 4 to 5 months this number sim not working with us and this number is using by another unknown person. we have several time complaint regarding the said number used by unknown person but bill paid by our company but not response from Vodafone. Due to above our company privacy may be leak.

                                  So Please immediately remove this number from our CUG List and refund the amount of already paid by us from last 5 months and not to send the bill of this number in future.

                                    I have recharged my prepaid amount through Vodafone’s official website of Rs. 610.80/- on 9th Sept 2020. But my plan was not activated. So VI’s customer care person told me to do the recharge again. Then I did my recharge again on 10th Sept, 2020 through ‘VI App’ which was successfully activated.
                                    Now it's almost 2 months & still company has not refunded my Rs. 610.80/-. Initially they told me that my payment was not received by them. For verification they asked me to submit the legal proof of my transaction. Hence I submitted all my ‘Bank statements’ in the asked format. After submitting all the proofs they agreed of the payment from my side. Later on, at the time of refund they disagreed and said that “I’ve done my recharge on wrong number.” Hence I am asking them for the legal proof for the same, but they are refusing to give me. So we had a con-call with that person (The one which company is saying I have recharged to that wrong no). On the con-call she denied of the anonyms recharge on her number. Hence later on, company is agreed to refund me full amount verbally (on customer care call) as a ‘Core Balance’ but now they are again refusing to give the commitment legally & also they are not ready to refund me.
                                    As a customer, I have full rights to ask for the legal proofs and get my full refund. Because I don’t think fault is at my end. I think this is a well planned decision by the company itself.

                                    VI Customer care person called me on 3rd November, 2020 and gave the confirmation of my refund amount Rs. 599/- on call only. But this time I requested them to keep my call on hold until I get a confirmation on e-mail about the same. I had to take this step because, this same scenario of not giving confirmation on Email, instead giving only verbal confirmation had happened previously 3 times. Hence our call was on hold for more than 15minutes & finally my entire amount was refunded and an Email regarding the same was received to me. THANK YOU so much ‘Indian Consumer Complaints Forum’ for taking prompt action in my case.

                                        I have ported the Vodafone number to BSNL.During porting he number, Vodafone asked me to submit some amount and when I said tell me exact outstanding, they said they will refund the remaining balance.my balance is Rs 704.I have submitted all the bills, no bill was pending and I have paid the double amount to vodafone for which their Customer service team said it is Rs 704 and they will refund.after 2-3 days when I again and again done the tweet they said they have sent the cheque of Rs 704, and I never received that cheque.I told them you can check with my bank.I have not received any cheque from vodafone.They said the courier didnt go because of lockdown.I asked them to transfer my money to my bank account.they said they will transfer but they never transferred the balance amount.I had done many tweets to Customer service, Head of Department, owner of Vodafone, and in all the branches across world but I never got my money back.Customer service told us why are you getting irritated for just Rs 704.its a small amount.I am a Retired Pentioner and above all the amount is less or more, its public amount.how can they keep public amount with them.They harrased me a lot and spoke very rudely as well.Vodafone did this many people.somehow people feel pain to file compaint for small amount but I thought to do it because I think these fraud companies should be addressed by you.
