Incoming/Outgoing calls are blocked

I am not able to do any calls or get any calls in my mobile. I for got to pay my bill.(Last date was yesterday). But today I have paid that online(via-paytm). But then also calls are blocked for me....

The incident is of 7th october and what happened was that i ordered sim of vi online and applied for port to vi gave rupees 647 but order was cancelled the very next day i.e. on 8th october and i got a call from vi delivery executive that the recharge is not reflecting on his side so hes cannceling order and the deducted amount from my bank will be credited back within 7 days but that didnt happen.did multiple emails and calls to vi customer...

Porting issue with 1900yime

I have received an SMS stating that I need to upgrade my sim to 4g or else it will expire day after tomorrow . So I visited the store to upgrade the sim card however Iam not the owner of the sim and hence I was informed that I can change the ownership by opting post paid option . I agreed as the number was important to me, however they need a code from 1900 number to port which I'm not receiving for some reason . I cannot visit the store...

Irregular network

Its been past 5 months that vodafone is giving such irregular network consistency.
Like there are range issues + internet doesnt work if you are on a call,
And there is sudden range issue even i[censored] sit at the same spot .
The worst network i must say in our locality is vidafone...

Complaint - Breach of Privacy

This is a very serious issue, I'm raising for my privacy. "My bill details with dialled numbers were leaked from your end."

Incoming Calls Unavailable

Please note that I have not been receiving incoming calls and sms on my vodafone number.

The caller is notified that my number is out of service.

However I am able to make outgoing calls and also I can use internet.

Recharge failed and money deducted in bank

My recharge amount: Rs.149

Recharge failed through upi app and money deducted in bank, vodafone said to wait till 7 days for refund but till now I didn't get it. Almost 20 days completed. I have also attached a transactions here.

[protected] this mobile number is registered in name of our company TJ Power Electrical Pvt Ltd but from 4 to 5 months this number sim not working with us and this number is using by another unknown person. we have several time complaint regarding the said number used by unknown person but bill paid by our company but not response from Vodafone. Due to above our company privacy may be leak.

Need refund my unsuccessful recharge

I have recharged my prepaid amount through Vodafone’s official website of Rs. 610.80/- on 9th Sept 2020. But my plan was not activated. So VI’s customer care person told me to do the recharge again. Then I did my recharge again on 10th Sept, 2020 through ‘VI App’ which was successfully activated.
Now it's almost 2 months & still company has not refunded my Rs. 610.80/-. Initially they told me that my payment was not received...

To get Security deposit back

I have ported my number from Vodafone postpaid to other network. At the time of joining Vodafone I had deposited INR. 300 as security deposit. I left Vodafone on 13th October '2020 but til now not received the security money which I deposited at the time of Vodafone joining. Also I have paid INR. 150 extra for my last bill settlement.y Vodafone number was [protected].

4G Volte service not activated till now.
