Internet not working / recharge not working

I am not able to send PORT message from my vodafone number to number 1900. I am doing this because I want to port my sim number from vodafone to Airtel, and to do so I'll have to message PORT "my contact number" on number 1900.
But vodafone is not allowing me to do so, please look into this.

    Upon receiving a message that a request was received to activate a caller tune and deduction of 33 rupees balance, we contacted the VI's so called "professional" agent through chat.

    I will share the screenshots of the chat, to show the sheer absurdity of that conversation. Not only were they not helpful at all, they also proved to be highly unprofessional. The use of sir and ma'am does not make one a professional but your conduct does.

    The first time the chat timed out, so I contacted again, this time the agent (Agent Jithin) took too long to reply and repeatedly told me to wait and as i waited the conversation timed out because there was no action taken from the agent's side. (Now this could have been a mistake or they did this because they didn't know how to resolve the issue)

    When asked why the transaction happened they kept trying to pin it on me, even though I had not sent any request. And yes, i am aware about certain things such as not to click or tap on "ok or yes' when pop up appear. An advertising gimmick propagated by the same company.

    Meanwhile, there was no option to talk to a agent on a phone, my request for the same was repeatedly ignored.

    We understand the grave economical situation that VI is facing, and have stood by the company so long, but does not mean that they get to make transactions without consent?

    How will there be any trust left, all we can do is move on to JIO, atleast they understand consent on some level. To tell you the truth, none of you are doing a decent job of being a 'network service provider'. There's rarely any network.

    As per our records the deduction was done for a Caller tune which is only deducted when some kind of services is used by customer on their consent.       Hi

      There is network issue in D-Block, Dayanand Nagar, Ghaziabad from last 6 months. There have been repeated complaints but there is no action taken against these complaints. We just cannot receive any call indoors and this is creating loads of trouble

        I initiated port out of my number from V! to other operator after experiencing unbearably bad service quality and rude customer care for a long time.

        Next day I got a call from one Mr. Upkar Shukla ([protected]) pretending to be from so called "Port Out Team". He told me to send a Text message from my phone to 1900 as Cancel to cancel V! connection and progress the port out.

        Since I know that sending Cancel message to 1900 would actually cancel my port out request and put me in more trouble, I raised my doubt to him about his purpose and authenticity, upon which he tried to threaten me that then he will do the port out. and he cut the call.

        I can not imagine how V! has reached to such low level o[censored]nethical practice and if V! does not even know that such scams are happening right under their their nose.

                I had paid my postpaid bill through vodafone website using american express credit card, but my service is stopped, they resumed the service for a brief period after a few emails ( I sent them multiple screeshots of confirmation emails sent by bank, and also the transaction ids), yet they have stopped my service, I have sent them the credit card statement, which clearly shows payment is sone, yet no response

                  For the past few days my Vodafone number has been getting charged for subscribing to caller tune without my knowledge. I have never wanted to use caller tune ever in my lifetime and out of nowhere Vodafone charges money for a supposed "subscription" to their services. Someone from Vodafone, you better respond to this and resolve it ASAP.

                    Vodafone has always caused issues. Even when I want to opt out of the network to chose any other option whilst maintaining the same no. they don't allow me to. My major concern and complaint is that, how do you ppl activate services and subscriptions without the consent of the customers? Every time money is deducted for subscriptions and when you cancel the subscription no money is refunded. I can't waste my time at your service centre or you Vodafone hub to resolve issues created by you. And I sure as hell don't want to waste any penny on the subscription if I haven't even voluntarily opted for it.

                      Hi,

                      I was purchased a new VI sim card last month with a 499 unlimited plan. This month I got my first bill of Rs 1787. I have logged a complaint in customer care and asked for an itemize bill. As per customer executive I was called on 5555555555555555555555666666 on 7th Oct 2020 at 11:49 and call duration is 124 minutes They are not providing any details of this number.

                      Complaint Number - 4-[protected]

                      Please find attached reply from VI customer care.

                      Basis the feedback received from our respective team, call was done against number 5555555555555555555556666666 as per details. Hence the number is taken as short code 555555% which converts into special number.

                      Hence, charges are applied as Rs.9/min for 124 minutes

                      Please note that, charges for special numbers are calculated at a premium rate per minute bringing your premium charges.

                        I've been using Vodafone Postpaid since October 2019.
                        I request them(approached one of the showrooms in Adyar, Chennai) to convert my Postpaid connection to Prepaid in the second week of October 2020.
                        Still I did not get any update from Vodafone regarding my request.

                        I thought to switch over to Prepaid before my next bill generation. But now the bill is generated.

                        Please allow me to convert my Postpaid connection to Prepaid or please allow me to switch over to other network provider.

                          Dear Sir, On my Mobile Number [protected], whenever i recharge the money gets deducts, the balance become (0) . many times we have complaint about this in Vodafone stores. but the problem remains still. they says some link is activated on my number {DWAP_VP0032_PPU_NAZVPO_A } . NOT ONLY WITH MY NUMBER .it is with many peoples are suffering . we can Understand Under This Modi Government After making Privatizations now many powerful politicians doing this kind of Fake links and making money .Plz immediately cancel this activation and refund me the money back. And plz find out the link belongs to whom? share me the details. waiting for your reply.

                            Due to poor network at my home, I decided to port out from vodafone to Airtel. Vodafone customer care people are calling and harrassing me every 5-10 mins since 2 days. Despite me providing all the information to them and begging them to not disturb me for same reason, they are calling continously throughout the day and evening. My office meetings, sleep, driving and all other work is getting ruined by their unnecessary calls. Every call they promise that its last call from their side but new agent calls again in 5-10 mins. I even threatened them to file complaint at TRAI and police, but they kept harrasing me.
                            Please help.

                              My no. [protected] was postpaid connection with Vodafone. Due to Internet connectivity issues, I have ported to Jio. To ensure continuous services I had to pay advance payment. The bill generated is showing Rs. 59.71 refundable to me.
                              The customer care executive asked me to ask from Jio to refund the money while I have made the payment to Vodafone.

                              I want the refund amount.

                                I have a prepaid sim of Vodafone and it's like whenever I recharge my sim unnecessary subscriptions are made on my number without me opting for the same.What type of goons are you simple doing things on your own what you want I should call the customer care and shout at them.I don't have this much time to waste on this crap.Kindly, look at the matter I am attaching a sample screenshot of the same.Unncessary activating some vedio subscriptions and now games what utter non sense is this.

                                  There is no network on vodafone mobile number +9819xxxxxx since a week. I have visited vodafone store thrice and also contacted customer service.                                     An amount of Rs 18/- has been deducted from the main balance of my account. When I checked my Message Inbox, I noticed that I have received an SMS from VZ-ViCMS regarding the download of One97 which is not at all TRUE.Please note that I have not downloaded any application from the said page or website.
                                    I spoke to the Customer Care executive, but they were telling that this was a third party application and not the problem of Idea. In spite of informing them that such a complaint was raised by many Vodafone Idea customers they were adamant saying that it is the mistake of the customers and not the company. The executive mentioned that all those customers whose money was debited might have downloaded some application and also to contact the handset customer care number.This is not acceptable and I demand my money back!

                                      I am not able to do any calls or get any calls in my mobile. I for got to pay my bill.(Last date was yesterday). But today I have paid that online(via-paytm). But then also calls are blocked for me.
