Cant able to send port message

I am not able to send PORT message from my vodafone number to number 1900. I am doing this because I want to port my sim number from vodafone to Airtel, and to do so I'll have to message PORT "my contact number" on number 1900.
But vodafone is not allowing me to do so, please look into this....

Deduction of balance for activation of Caller Tune Without Consent.

Upon receiving a message that a request was received to activate a caller tune and deduction of 33 rupees balance, we contacted the VI's so called "professional" agent through chat.

No network

Address:D-Block, Dayanand Nagar, Ghaizabad

Hi

There is network issue in D-Block, Dayanand Nagar, Ghaziabad from last 6 months. There have been repeated complaints but there is no action taken against these complaints. We just cannot receive any call indoors and this is creating loads of trouble

V! Port out cancellation Scam

I initiated port out of my number from V! to other operator after experiencing unbearably bad service quality and rude customer care for a long time.

Next day I got a call from one Mr. Upkar Shukla ([protected]) pretending to be from so called "Port Out Team". He told me to send a Text message from my phone to 1900 as Cancel to cancel V! connection and progress the port out.

My service is stopped inspite of payment

I had paid my postpaid bill through vodafone website using american express credit card, but my service is stopped, they resumed the service for a brief period after a few emails ( I sent them multiple screeshots of confirmation emails sent by bank, and also the transaction ids), yet they have stopped my service, I have sent them the credit card statement, which clearly shows payment is sone, yet no response...

Caller tune subscription

For the past few days my Vodafone number has been getting charged for subscribing to caller tune without my knowledge. I have never wanted to use caller tune ever in my lifetime and out of nowhere Vodafone charges money for a supposed "subscription" to their services. Someone from Vodafone, you better respond to this and resolve it ASAP....

Unnecessary activation/subscriptions

Vodafone has always caused issues. Even when I want to opt out of the network to chose any other option whilst maintaining the same no. they don't allow me to. My major concern and complaint is that, how do you ppl activate services and subscriptions without the consent of the customers? Huge bill amount for postpaid number

Hi,

I was purchased a new VI sim card last month with a 499 unlimited plan. This month I got my first bill of Rs 1787. I have logged a complaint in customer care and asked for an itemize bill. As per customer executive I was called on 5555555555555555555555666666 on 7th Oct 2020 at 11:49 and call duration is 124 minutes They are not providing any details of this number.

I request them(approached one of the showrooms in Adyar, Chennai) to convert my Postpaid connection to Prepaid in the second week of October 2020.
Still I did not get any update from Vodafone regarding my request.

My no. [protected] was postpaid connection with Vodafone. Due to Internet connectivity issues, I have ported to Jio. To ensure continuous services I had to pay advance payment. The bill generated is showing Rs. 59.71 refundable to me.
The customer care executive asked me to ask from Jio to refund the money while I have made the payment to Vodafone.

I want the refund amount....

Unnecessary subscriptions on prepaid sim

I have a prepaid sim of Vodafone and it's like whenever I recharge my sim unnecessary subscriptions are made on my number without me opting for the same.What type of goons are you simple doing things on your own what you want I should call the customer care and shout at them.I don't have this much time to waste on this crap.Kindly, look at the matter I am attaching a sample screenshot of the same.Unncessary activating some vedio subscriptions...

An amount of Rs 18/- has been deducted from the main balance of my account. When I checked my Message Inbox, I noticed that I have received an SMS from VZ-ViCMS regarding the download of One97 which is not at all TRUE.Please note that I have not downloaded any application from the said page or website.
I spoke to the Customer Care executive, but they were telling that this was a third party application and not the problem of Idea....
