I have been trying to port my number Since feb 20 to different service provider since vodafone’s network service in our area is close to 0. I have been experiencing a lot of blank calls and call drops, lost lot of apportunities. I have tried requesting by sending the port sms request multiple times but everytime i get this msg stating “ upc cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider”.

I have received bill of rs 2366.14 which consist of vas charges rs 1107.00, which i never asked for. also the gst charged is 360.94 which is more than 12%. even monthly charges are more by rs 60. As the bill was due today i have paid it online. kindly look into the matter and resolve the excess and uncalled for charges.

But from yesterday my network connection suspended the reason of which is still not known to me. Your Uttarpara service center told me that as I requested for prepaid plan for that the network connection suspended. I don't understand how my network connection suspended without my permission when this number is absolutely necessary in my day to day life particularly network banking etc. So please look into the matter and arrange for network connection immediately otherwise I shall have no option but to change service provider.

So CARBUN8 named VAS deducted money from my main balance and upon contacting customer care they say that you must have clicked some link that consumed this amount for "Content Download"
Now, let's for once assume that I'm that naive that I don't know what links to click and what to not AND also assume that some app in background may have done it, my next question to Vodafone was

Network not available...if available sometime than volte not working and unable to use internet and call drop issue I am facing complain from others that you switch phone but phone on but no network at that time...

Complaint regarding balance deducting from my account
Dear Sir,
I Satish Nautiyal having phone no - [protected] (UP-East).I recharged Rs 10 on dated 12/11/20 and suddenly my balance were deducted with out intimating me.I have called customer care and they said that u were visited online some website and active some plan..But when i told them I have not recharge any internet pack from last 2 month so how i visited.
This is not first time I have complaint, many times they did the same thing.
Please raise this concern as vodafone is cheating to their client.
I was informed by sms that caller tune service has been activated. And yourl deducted amount Rs.33 for it. I had not request for this service. Kindly refund it.

I am a Vodafone customer for the last decade or so. Since last month, I'm unable to make any STD calls to BSNL landline in Kerala. I raised this issue many times with VI and got a reply that there is nothing wrong at their end. This has not resolved my issue. If they are unable to give me these basic service, I think it's high time I go to a service provider who can meet my demands.

I have faced the same issue twice. I have neither used any pay per use service nor anything regarding VIDEO. Can you elaborate on these things? I have attached the screenshot and I would like to have a refund back or at least I would like to know exactly what have I used without even my knowledge that you have deducted money from my main balance.
I got recharge of rs19 in which i got 2 days o[censored]nlimited talktime and 200 mb data
It doesnt work and tells you dont have sufficient balance to call
And net also doesn't work
Cant call consumer care because they dont have any real person to help
Their phone number doesnt work and automated machine reply dont solve my problem
