      I have been a long existing customer of Vodafone postpaid - but to my disappointment every year I catch vodafone with some or other faulty behaviour in the billing

      I had opted for Family plan early in 2019 with following details:
      Primary number: [protected] (399 plan)
      Secondary number: [protected] (199 plan)

      The final family bill with this plan was 598+GST

      However, this continued as is only till May 2019, post which my bills have been amounted to no less than 800-900 per month

      It is only now when I have thoroughly started checking your bills lately that I realized this major blunder - now I would like to know without my consent or any written communication to vodafone how did the plan swap?

      I have spoken to the customer care team, also with Mr. Nitish from appellate authority already on this, but they do not have any justified replies to my queries nor do they take the effort to promptly respond

      I request immediate intervention on this matter

        I recently got a new number from Vodafone mini store (About 15 days back)
        Phone Number - [protected]
        Name- Sonia Kathuria
        Alternate Number - [protected]
        I am not able to receive calls and make or receive messages. (If you try to make a call on this number, they will say the number is temporarily disconnected)

        This is a postpaid number, the billing cycle is on and I am not able to use this newly bought number.

        If the number was disconnected, why was is it issued to me or why is the billing cycle still ongoing?

        If you are not able to solve this query, I have to close all of the family group of numbers associated with this, and port to another provider.

            I have been trying to port my number Since feb 20 to different service provider since vodafone’s network service in our area is close to 0. I have been experiencing a lot of blank calls and call drops, lost lot of apportunities. I have tried requesting by sending the port sms request multiple times but everytime i get this msg stating “ upc cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider”.

                I have received bill of rs 2366.14 which consist of vas charges rs 1107.00, which i never asked for. also the gst charged is 360.94 which is more than 12%. even monthly charges are more by rs 60. As the bill was due today i have paid it online. kindly look into the matter and resolve the excess and uncalled for charges.

                  I recently bought a Vodafone sim card Not even 2 days the network is so slow.
                  I am a student I have my online lectures due to slow internet of Vodafone I can't attend lectures.
                  I blame Vodafone for Claiming fastest internet. I fine Vodafone India Rs 2crore for claiming fastest network speed

                        Network of Vodafone is tooooo much slow as in Bullock cart. Work is pending due to this network. Sometimes I have to switch to 3g/2g,

                          I have constantly been barred from sending SMS even though i have paid for the service and unable to fix this issue.I see error code 38 each time while i try to send an sms This has critically interrupted my day to day banking facilities as im unable to verify my phone number on payment apps.

                            My mobile number is [protected]. This number is more than 15years old recently sim changed from 2G to 4G and also plan has been changed from prepaid to postpaid. But from yesterday my network connection suspended the reason of which is still not known to me. Your Uttarpara service center told me that as I requested for prepaid plan for that the network connection suspended. I don't understand how my network connection suspended without my permission when this number is absolutely necessary in my day to day life particularly network banking etc. So please look into the matter and arrange for network connection immediately otherwise I shall have no option but to change service provider.

                              So CARBUN8 named VAS deducted money from my main balance and upon contacting customer care they say that you must have clicked some link that consumed this amount for "Content Download"

                              Now, let's for once assume that I'm that naive that I don't know what links to click and what to not AND also assume that some app in background may have done it, my next question to Vodafone was

                                Dear Sir,
                                I Satish Nautiyal having phone no - [protected] (UP-East).I recharged Rs 10 on dated 12/11/20 and suddenly my balance were deducted with out intimating me.I have called customer care and they said that u were visited online some website and active some plan..But when i told them I have not recharge any internet pack from last 2 month so how i visited.
                                This is not first time I have complaint, many times they did the same thing.

                                Please raise this concern as vodafone is cheating to their client.

                                    I am a Vodafone customer for the last decade or so. Since last month, I'm unable to make any STD calls to BSNL landline in Kerala. I raised this issue many times with VI and got a reply that there is nothing wrong at their end. This has not resolved my issue. If they are unable to give me these basic service, I think it's high time I go to a service provider who can meet my demands.
