I am not receiving OTP on my Vodafone mobile number. I am not getting OTP's even from Vodafone India. Have complaint at their centres without any resolution. I get no complaint number from them it's been two months and this problem. Worst of all there is no way of registering the complaint through their complaint number over the phone. Pathetic customer service.

    To Whom It May Concern,

    Good evening. My name is Sukhwant Kaur of Moga, Punjab.

    I just found out that one of my business mobile numbers has been changed to another person's name WITHOUT my permission.

    Can you please assist me to find out how someone can change my mobile number to his name without my authorization. This is outright fraud and I have emailed Vodafone to investigate but no reply. The SIM card is with my staff who changed the number fraudulently without my consent.

    It is next to impossible to speak to any Customer Care representative since everything is automated. I need assistance to investigate this matter urgently and I need my number back as I am dealing with a fraud ex-employee who is trying to steal my business by changing my business mobile number to his name through illegal means

      Amount of Rs. 35 is deducted from my account and received SMS from VZ-ViCMS = Hello! Thank you for using Value Pack, You have been charged Rs. 35.
      I tried to check my VAS but I have no VAS activated. Then I called customer care and he talked very rudely and said that you have downloaded paid game that is why it is deducted, which I haven't downloaded. Is this some kind of scam of money ?

      Please refund my money.

      There has been a deduction of Rs 35 on my Vodafone number [protected]. I tried reaching customer support but got no response. Every now and then there is some kind of deduction from my account. Could you please help to regain the deducted amount?

        Vodafone has deducted 10 RS and then 7rs from the main balance without my consent. Why did this happen it happened twice.

        I cannot recharge my number fearing Vodafone will deduct some amount from the balance. Please look into this and I want my money back which was taken without my consent. Feel free to reach out if you need any further information.

          There is message that is appearing always and this has happen thrice.. It says

            An amount of rs 15 has been deducted from my mother prepaid no. But she never activate any of those they are talking about it started last month she received SMS from VZ- ViCMS saying " Hello ! Thank you for downloading sportsChat from One97. You have been charged rs 15." when I message to 155223 they said it is not active on any VAS service. It happen again this time they are charging rs 22 for using FUN PORTAL. Seriously? Are they scamming us or something

              For Last 1 month i have been trying to do a porting request from Vodafone. The network in my area is extremely bad.
              However everything i try and send message, It Fails
              I have tried recharging 100 times. tried restarting, however no luck

                  I have faced this issue as described in the image linked below.Basically, my parent did a recharge of 50 rupees for straight foreward balance and got this msg within hours of recharging. She is a loyal Vodafone customer since 2010 and at this point it's out of her abilities to fight back for the stolen money. She was charged Rs. 35 for using something called a "Value Pack" as described in the image. At this point I think there is no point in fighting for the refund and just avoid using Vodafone for outgoing services is the right step. The reputation that Vodafone had 3 years ago has turned on itself and become a stealer from a begger. That's what JIO has made Vodafone. I don't care much about the money but watching the industry leaders of one era stealing money from customers for survival just cracks me up. Kudos to JIO and keep demolishing theifs like Vodafone. If somebody at vodafone is reading this, tell your officials to keep the money as it'll help you for some milk when your firm goes bankrupt within next couple of years. Cheap begging stealers.

                    I am holding postpaid connection with Vodafone India. I wanted to shift the network. I paid all the bills and requested for removal of my secondary number which is linked to my mobile number under Family plan. The executives are not responding. More than 10 requests given by me are pending for last 2 days. The vodafone team are not resolving the issue but adding new requests. Intentionally they are harassing the customer.

                      Hello sir.I had ported my sim in vi
                      On 4th of December after 1hr of activation sim was showing no network than on complaint of this issue on service center...Service center provided me with new sim card even after that ..no network services shown on my phone..i have repeated this whole process of getting new sim from service centre 2-3 times..each n every time .i only get disappointed...Its already taken my lots of time...now it's seems nothing good can happen...                         Worst service from Vodafone faced.
                        Annoying employees not at all cooperative.
                        Even after I had requested for port there are spam callers from Voda Customer service to annoy they misslead me towards cancelling my port request.
                        Voda has become fraud after collaborating with idea.
                        I have also inform Police for complain against spam misleading complain againt the number for your reference [protected] this is the number from Vodafone having leaked my personal information. I was shock and confused because this lady called me with exact Addhar card details I have provided with vodafone and trying to misslead me towards cancelling your port request.
                        Voda has become that cheap after Jio has taken over all their customers.
                        Please stop such illecit activities.
                        I was a huge fan of vodafone in past years now I am completely againt them due to such activities happing now. I would never recommend Voda connection to anyone ever again.

                              On 5th Dec 2020 my father's VI mobile's 10 rs got deducted. The message said, " Thank you for using ppu game. You have been charged Rs10. Your balance is Rs 28'. This message came from VZ- ViCMS at 1:54 am.
                              This is the third time VI is deducting for the service which we are not using.

                              First they deducted Rs 38 for pocket quiz or something. We called in 198 and complained and they told they had blacklisted all the service and no further deduction will come.

                              Next week another deduction occured of for using some video service that we didn't use. We again called 198 and customer executive said they could't blacklist vas service last time but will do the blacklist process this time.

                              But on 5th december again 10 Rs is cut saying we downloaded some game. This is ridiculous.

                              We are planning to port to another network.

                              My father's mobile doesn't have any multimedia features. Its a basic samsung model with keypad.

                              Same here, using a nokia basic button phone just as an extra with no multimedia. they have deducted this week, Rs 10 for some Telsync games, Rs 25 for some contakt gaming and Rs 20 for Gamer world. I would suggest everyone to port their numbers off. How they must be skinnig the older generation who are so dependent on these basic phones.

                              The reasons i have heard so far; you must have hit ok on a pop up. I told them what application, what pop up its a basic phone with no data. And i had already verified from TRAI that I was not subscribed to any VAS service on the number.
                              Then suddenly it changed to oh your vas services must be on in your phone. I mean how disgusting can a Business get? FRAUD really. JUST PORT THE NUMBER. DONT THINK. Customer care wont help you, they are just paid employees trained to answer the given reasons like clockwork. I asked for a higher up to speak to, i was told the higher up is busy.

                                I Ravi Kumar being Authorised signatory for my company Shah TC International LLP has requested to change my Physical SIM to eSIM to be used in my new Apple IPhone. My complaint is pending with Vodafone Idea Corporate Care since 17th November 2020. I am shunting around calling the customer care every day and they reply everytime that their backend team will call me but nobody calls up. Also asked me to send email to Vodafone Corporate customer care from my registered email ID which I have done almost every day but nothing has moved so far. I wish to highlight this issue to the public at large so that the people should get to know the in efficiency of Vodafone Idea as they are not able to resolve this petty issue since last 20 days.

                                      I recharged my Vodafone number+91 [protected] on 29th November with 379 Rupee Pack. Unknowingly my husband also recharged the same number on 30th November with 599 Pack.Reference number is [protected].

                                      Please cancel the second order of 599 Rupees and credit the amount at the earliest.

                                        I have noticed that most of the complain about extra charge due to same site clicking, and it is not possible for all that we are clicking same site and VI has added charge.

                                        Same problem I have faced, contact me ( [protected]@gmail.com) all consumers who have faced the same problem,
                                        Keep proof in your bill because we all have same site... I will take action against Vodafone in consumer court
