After several complaints of poor network, no action has been taken from vodafone whereas we received a sms that the problem was resolved. The network is too poor, Never we are getting 4G network for last 10 days and sometimes the network is showing nil. After recharging with a high amount, no network we are getting any time. Every time when we send mail, someone from vodafone office called us and informed us that they are taking the situation seriously, but no action has been taken for the last 6 months.
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
