Got a message on 18.11.20 "Thank you for downloading CARBAN_GAME from CARBUN8. You have been charged INR15.00". Then again on 22.11.20 "Thank you for downloading VIDEO from PlutoMobile. You have been charged INR15.00. Then again on 03.12.20 - "Thank you for using video, you have been charged INR15.00" ---- All these have been without any authorisation, intimation or download...

I havent applied, downloaded or use this fun portal at all and i havent given any consent to use this service and you had wrongly charged us 15 rs.
Before this wrongly decuded, my balance was 103.64. i want my 15rs refund back....

Since the last 2 months Vodafone has been auto activating my caller tune and deactivating it, changing songs without any input from my side. I'm a postpaid user and they charged me Rs. 2000 last month. Till now the charge is Rs. 1000 already. My usual bill is of Rs. 480. Vi has charged for activating caller tunes thrice already without authorisation, I have deactivated the service 3 times but did not get my refund. I have lost a lot of money by this scam. Vi(Vodafone Idea) doesn't have a Customer Care Service, 198 and 199 both don't work. I have tried multiple times to contact them, I have also tried Emailing.
Charge money without authorisation is a Crime!...

Misguided recharge offer on Vodafone application. There are no detail mentioning. And after recharge no money back policy.

I was using vodafone postpaid until recently when i decided to shift to JIO postpaid.
i cleared the dues i had with vodafone.
off lately, they have been harassing me on a regular basis saying there is an outstanding i must clear else they will bar all my calls.
moreover, when i went to vodafone postpaid bill payment section on their website, it said you are no longer a vodafone customer. hence i assume there is no outstanding...

Amount has been deducted from my main balance twice. I received message from VZ ViCMS. I have neither given permission nor downloaded any of the apps. This type of deduction is highly objectionable.

You are requested to cancel this transaction without any hesitation and credit the deducted amount to my main balance.

We are charged 15 rupees for fun portal and 20 for songs, without even opting for these services, my phone was on the table both the times and no one around it . And I got charged . Vi customer care asked me to download some TRAI CMS which does not exist on Google play.

Is this a racket by Vi to cover there losses ....

I already have my sms pack activated for 250 SMS (local/national) but still charged from my main balnce while sending SMS. My money was deducted by Fraud i didn't use any kind of service but every time the money got deducted and showing deducted for fun portal which I can't use kindly refund my amount and deactivate that. And wheneven i trying to contact with customer care of vi they didn't respond...

I have recharged with 351 WFH internet data pack one month ago. While trying to connect internet, it is not working and i am not able to use even 100 mb. I have done all the steps as per customer care instructions and raised complaint also. Still they are not taking any actions to resolve issue. I am frustrated get irritated when i hear the ad "Fastest network in india and verified by ookla". Very worst internet service i have even seen....
