I ported from Airtel to Vodafone Idea in the month of September 2020 thinking they are better service providers. From last 4 weeks there is constant network outage, unable to make calls, receive calls, no internet data, especially on weekends Saturday and Sunday. I depend a lot on data for my work and business and over the last 4 weeks it's been a nightmare and frustrating experience with Vodafone Idea. Please Note: This is not an individual concern, three of my family members (Brother, Wife and Uncle use VI), my gym mates use Vodafone Idea, My business associates use VI, everyone is experiencing the same issue. There are times when the VI network has put me in desperate situations and embarrassing moments with business associates. I've lost a lot on my business communications because of the VI horrific network. My son uses data from VI and his online classes have been disturbed from the last week because of this dreadful VI network.
I wrote couple of complaints to the VI customer care and they very smartly replied making it look like it is my individual concern.
I have decided to port out to Jio or Airtel, however, I wanted to escalate this issue to people outside my network so someone from the relevant authority will take necessary action.
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
