VI : Not able to send sms for porting to 1900

Hello,
I am not satisfied with your Internet Network & coverage.
Hence, I thought to move to Jio...So, I tried to get the MNP code by sending SMS to 1900 for Porting..
But, Whenever I send message to 1900... I get message
"Incorrect request, Please send the request with correct format."
I have tried this numerous time. Every time I get the same message.

Please note that there is nothing wrong...

Worst telecom provider in India. Period.
The amount of call drops, fluctuating data services and as well as abrupt network blackouts, is unimaginable. Being a Vodafone user is like a torture nowadays, it tests your patience and interrupts your important daily work and calls. I'm done with this provider, time to move on.

    I have been receiving legal threats regarding bill payment from Vodafone recently. I had ported my number to Jio earlier this year and before porting, i had cleared all the outstanding dues. Now after few months they are sending me notice for paying 162 rupees. Why should i pay if i have not used their services

      I have closed the phone [protected] after paying all the amount in 2018 and have confirmation email as well from their team, but again they are sending mail via some lawyer that case will be done against you if you dont pay 164 rupees. This is complete harassment since so many years now.

          Incoming calls and messeges are stopped in my vodafone no. [protected] since last one & half months, but no resolve yet.
          my alternate number is [protected].

          I complained regarding this in customer care but they just closed the complain without resolve.
          I go to VI Store, they said they can not help me.
          I raise complain to Vodafone-appellate, but they are not resolving the issue as well.
          I do not know what i can do now?
          that no. is registered in all banks and other necessary places.

            On 30 th November 2020 I was charged 20 rs for some song subscription although i had not taken any and on 23 rd december i was charged another 7 rs although i have not taken up any subscriptions or offers.

              Legal Notice Sent By Vodafone - Unnecessary phone billing and fraud by the agent

              I am getting email as notie for my email for my number, i am not a member of Vodaphone from past 3 year, these useless people sending email now and i am unable to do payment online also

                  Hello Vodafone,

                  Below is my last payment details.

                  Bill Amount (Rs Ps): 358.93
                  Pay Amount (Rs Ps): 358.93
                  Pay Date: 27th October 2020
                  Transaction ID: TXHC90129755

                  Now i have been asked to pay an amount of Rs.218.47 for the period 20oct to 07 nov, where my utilization is Zero which is really unfair. attached is my bill.

                  After Being 15years of privileged vodafone postpaid customer, For past 2 years i have faced a very bad network within Chennai which is Metro City itself, after raising multiple incidents to vodafone custom service center also they were not able to do their best services. no one called atleast issue solved or not. still i never denied to pay my monthly full payment within any delay which can be found in their database also.
                  When i tried to port my number to other service. vodafone team called and convinced me to give a chance, still after 6 months no improvement even it become worst with unable to register my number to any network in my mobile settings. where i can use other sim in my mobile without any issue.

                  Finally, i'm done and decided to port my number to another service and found AIRTEL is doing well in providing a good network.

                  During my visit to the Airtel Office on 3rd November in my native for availing Port service, operator has verified Outstanding balance from my number and confirmed no outstanding balance then only took request for port.
                  After 1 week my port request has been completed until that time, for that week also I could not do a single call in the network.

                  For getting bill payments i have received minimum of 50 calls and repetedly i gave justifictation(when there is no network for complete month why should i pay full amount.) for this team mentioned they have logged my concerns and no need to pay bill. After that again we received couple of calls again i said the gave information. If you were not satifiied with my justification, you should call and transfer the call to your higher team to solve then and there.

                  Now what is the purpose of doing blocking of my number in other network.
                  This much of activity been done to get the payments where you were able to dig into other network and block the connections why not to satisfy the customer to recify the issue after multiple incidents raised to customer care ?

                    Although i have complained about this issue before, you guys seemed to have worked it out. And yet again you are back to sucking out money from your loyal customers! Don't be like that! You keep deducting frequently and judging my patience! Kindly resolve the issue and i expect this to be never repeated!!!

                      My SIM [protected] is on pre-paid service. After doing recharge for RS100, the balance was showing -284 and is in blocked status I called Vodafone why my sim is blocked and they said I have to pay 284 to unblock because I have used Roaming Service. I explained them I never activated the Roaming Service for which the company says that it is not for the customer to choose, company by default will keep the Roaming services active and the customer has to pay for that if he keeps the sim inside the handset in switched on condition.
                      This is totally an injustice that the company wants to force people to pay for roaming service even if they dont ask for that.

                        I have converted my above mobile no from post paid to pre paid on 19/12/2020 from Bandra West Vi store.
                        I have paid RS 302 for activation of prepaid connection and previous post paid bill of RS 430.
                        I was told that my previous post paid connection will stop then I have to insert new sim and my prepaid connection will resume within 24 hrs.
                        To my surprise my post paid sim stopped working after one hour and when I inserted new sim and verified details 59059. The sim showing no balance and all incoming and outgoing stopped. I tried several way by contacting customer care but because of valence issue no call matures. I also recharged through Vi app for RS 49 this also did not work.
                        I would like put up my complaints against Vi store for not effecting the balance and request to resolve the issue as I am unable to use my number

                          My due date for recharge was 18.12.2020. On that day I recharged my mobile number with ₹49/-. I checked my balance after sometime and it’s showing ₹4.49. I tried their various numbers including WhatsApp message but was of no help, basically useless

                            Vodafone has deducted ₹10 from my account on Dec 18, 2020 without authorisation on my prepaid sim. When contacted on 198 they are saying games pack was activated through 'advertisement'. I don't understand how this got activated as i have not authorised any such payments. I was suggested to download the trai cms app on google play store to register a complaint and get refund.

                            However, the app shows there are no vas services active and when a message 'stop' was sent to 155223, i received the same response.

                            However as per your records and conversation with your executives they confirmed that that games download was user initiated and that refund cannot happen.

                            This has been happening every month even after vas services have been blacklisted by the customer executives.

                            I want a full refund and also assurance that this will not happen again.

                            This happend earlier as well they deducted 10rs for some game which i havent even downloaded.. first i ignored but this is 2nd time its happening.

                              Vodafone deducted Rs 5 from my account on 18/12/2020 against ppu games which I don't even visited or hear before that day. Similar deductions have taken place earlier also and everytime when I contacted customer service they said I downloaded it or I used it. When I told them that I didn't even listen about that game or service and it is not even in my phone or any download history then they just replied that they don't know anything about that they just able to tell about deductions. When I asked them to refund my balance they refused.
                              Help to resolve the problem.

                                  Last february 2020 my number changed prepaid to postpaid that time the gallery person taken advance payment for postpaid in coming bills and i was paid 700 extra, but they are not paid any billed, after that compliant same gallery 3 to 4 times till now, but they were telling send cheque something etc... but still i am not received anything.

                                      I had recharged my number[protected] with the Rs.27/- (ISD pack) on November 16, 2020, to reduce my call rates to the United State of America to Rs.1.5/min.

                                      I made multiple calls to the USA on 16/11/2020 and 11/12/2020 but I got charged Rs.8/min instead of Rs.1.5/min. I called +[protected] on 11/12/2020, here +1 is the country code. I tried to raise a complaint regarding the same by calling customer care on 199 number, the call was received by Komal Kalbhor(Senior consultant) and then transferred to Pankaj Garad (Team Lead). They gave me the reason that this call rate is applicable only to the number starting with 64, I think which is not a valid reason. As mentioned in screenshot @ is the HTML code which is showing in your application by mistake.

                                      Request you to please help me with the refund of the extra amount charged.
