      Team,
      I recharged my Vodafone number+91 [protected] on 29th November with 379 Rupee Pack. Unknowingly my husband also recharged the same number on 30th November with 599 Pack.Reference number is [protected].

      Please cancel the second order of 599 Rupees and credit the amount at the earliest.

        I have noticed that most of the complain about extra charge due to same site clicking, and it is not possible for all that we are clicking same site and VI has added charge.

        Same problem I have faced, contact me ( [protected]@gmail.com) all consumers who have faced the same problem,
        Keep proof in your bill because we all have same site... I will take action against Vodafone in consumer court

          I am not able to Receive calls, Although i am able to make calls and able to use internet .
          when someone called up to me it states message "you seem to have dialled a wrong number"

          this is second time this happened.

            I am unable to get any incoming call though I am able to make outgoing calls.
            My work is getting hampered. I tried calling vodafone care 6 times but nobody attended my call.

            Their customer service is pathetic. What should I do?

                After several complaints of poor network, no action has been taken from vodafone whereas we received a sms that the problem was resolved. The network is too poor, Never we are getting 4G network for last 10 days and sometimes the network is showing nil. After recharging with a high amount, no network we are getting any time. Every time when we send mail, someone from vodafone office called us and informed us that they are taking the situation seriously, but no action has been taken for the last 6 months.

                  Hi, there have been unauthorised debits from my calling balance.
                  Got a message on 18.11.20 "Thank you for downloading CARBAN_GAME from CARBUN8. You have been charged INR15.00". Then again on 22.11.20 "Thank you for downloading VIDEO from PlutoMobile. You have been charged INR15.00. Then again on 03.12.20 - "Thank you for using video, you have been charged INR15.00" ---- All these have been without any authorisation, intimation or download from my end, how is this happening?

                      Since the last 2 months Vodafone has been auto activating my caller tune and deactivating it, changing songs without any input from my side. I'm a postpaid user and they charged me Rs. 2000 last month. Till now the charge is Rs. 1000 already. My usual bill is of Rs. 480. The customer care executives have no clue and are accusing me of activating it. Just saw that the same is happening with prepaid customers too. Is there any solution or shall I change my network operator?

                        Vi has charged for activating caller tunes thrice already without authorisation, I have deactivated the service 3 times but did not get my refund. I have lost a lot of money by this scam. Vi(Vodafone Idea) doesn't have a Customer Care Service, 198 and 199 both don't work. I have tried multiple times to contact them, I have also tried Emailing.
                        Charge money without authorisation is a Crime!

                            I was using vodafone postpaid until recently when i decided to shift to JIO postpaid.
                            i cleared the dues i had with vodafone.
                            off lately, they have been harassing me on a regular basis saying there is an outstanding i must clear else they will bar all my calls.
                            moreover, when i went to vodafone postpaid bill payment section on their website, it said you are no longer a vodafone customer. hence i assume there is no outstanding otherwise it should show online or there must be an invoice!

                            I am fed up with this harassment. Please help!

                              Amount has been deducted from my main balance twice. I received message from VZ ViCMS. I have neither given permission nor downloaded any of the apps. This type of deduction is highly objectionable.

                              You are requested to cancel this transaction without any hesitation and credit the deducted amount to my main balance.

                              I have received the following SMS to my registered mobile number:[protected] ...
                              One on[protected] and second on[protected].

                              "Hello!
                              Thank you for downloading FUN PORTAL from CARBUN8.
                              You have been charged Rs. 22
                              Your balance is Rs. 412.24"

                              AND

                              Hello!
                              Thank you for using SONGS,
                              You have been charged Rs. 20
                              Your balance is Rs. 392.24"
                              I request you to look into the matter and do the needful.

                                We are charged 15 rupees for fun portal and 20 for songs, without even opting for these services, my phone was on the table both the times and no one around it . And I got charged . Vi customer care asked me to download some TRAI CMS which does not exist on Google play.

                                Is this a racket by Vi to cover there losses .

                                  I have received the following message from my cellular service provider Vodafone Idea, India.

                                  Hello!
                                  Thank you for using FUN PORTAL,
                                  You have been charged Rs. 22
                                  Your balance is Rs. 105.47

                                  Rs 22 charged for the service without my consent. Neither I have used this service from them nor subscribed such service. This is nothing but a cheating and fraud.
                                  Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                  This is cheating... I need refund (Mobile No. [protected])
                                  i received similar message and "Hello! Thank you for choosing to access FUN PORTAL, You have been charged Rs.22 Your balance is Rs..." on 12th March 2021. I have not accessed or dialed any number and still this cheating has happened. Vodafone Idea if it is in their knowledge should stop such cheating practices immediately or if it is not in their knowledge then the security question come how vodafone allows such fraud through their channel.

                                      Hi Team,
                                      This complain is in regards with Vodafone (Vi) Group Plc, telecommunication company. The company has deduced balance from the account main balance (of Rs. 15) without any notification or consent from the customer. When the customer asked for the reason, the customer care replied that the deduction was performed on account of some video or game download. But the user has not performed anything like that. When the user asked for specific reason of deduction, they said we don't have details, it can be something on your side. Its really surprising as in my case the phone was not used at all on that day till the money deducted.

                                      Also, message of deduction does not tell anything, just says:
                                      "Amount Debited
                                      Debit amount: 15
                                      "
                                      Can i get the help to stop these kind of frauds that is happening via these telecom companies and return back the amounts to the user?
                                      or
                                      Please ask these companies to provide proofs of what they are saying and relevant proofs of reason of deductions as per RTI act.

                                      When i searched on the same problem on internet, i found there are multiple people facing same issues with Vi. Please help us at the earliest.

                                        I already have my sms pack activated for 250 SMS (local/national) but still charged from my main balnce while sending SMS. I already raised a query that i am unable to send any messages but they did not inform me regarding this balance thing. This is very bad, these company's are looting their customers. Please resolve my issue.
