    Vodafone service:- Last Saturday, i applied for converting my vodafone SIM ([protected]) from pre-paid to post-paid in Ganga nagar Bangalore, vodafone store, they told "it will be activated with in 1hr 30min to 2 hr and after that i should call 117". Two days i waited, it has not been activated, then i told my brother who is in our hometown, to activate it from there. He went there vodafone office and applied for activation. Then Vodafone came to know that, same thing has been done here in Bangalore. Next day means 3rd day of my activation, they were asking on which address I want activation, wheather from bangalore or from my hometown. i told "activate it from bangalore", then also they told the same sentence "after 1hr 30min to 2 hrs it will be activated". but till now it is not been activated.. This is the service of vodafone team in karnataka..

      Recently I had received a Bill of Sept'14 from Vodafone and they cheated me again by charging on different download function, which I had never downloaded.

      Now I have been Charged Rs. 50 x 2=100/- for downloads "hungama.com_value_" and Rs 99/- for "hello 1_tvallsouth_" where as no such download has been made.

      In Aug'14 bill Vodafone has charged me Rs 28 x 5 = 140/- for "P_nexgtv_iplpre w_", Rs 35/- for big_fat_free_store and Rs 49/- for "wapvilla_pod"

      In July'14 bill Vaodafone has charged Rs 28 x 4 = 112/- for "P_nexgtv_iplpre w_", Rs 30/- for "hello 1_tvallsouth_" and Rs 35 x 2 = 70/- for "biscoot"

      In Jun'14 bill Vodafone has charged Rs 49/- for "wapvilla_pod" and Rs 28/- for "P_nexgtv_iplpre w_"

      I have asked customer care about this but they are not able to answer they only said that you have downloaded from paid site. I have asked is any service activated on my number they said no, not any service is activated.
      So tell me what type of files are this? How much size of this files are?
      From which site this files are get downloaded?

      Please be logical and I really got HURT by Vodafone. If you can't be reliable with your customer atleast those sincere one... then how can we trust on Vodafone and be with it

      Hi i am also got cheated from Vodafone simply they are charging 350 rs every month by showing download.
      i have not downloaded any thing in bill they have mention as wapvilla_ppd and d2c_mgossip_pack49.
      i really think vodafone is making us fools, if we ask to customer care they wont respond properly.

      can any one help what i can do to stop that download chargers

      Even I'm a victim of wapvilla_ppd.Vodafone have charged me 49 RS twice 49*2 = Rs. 98.
      I called up customer care, no proper response from them. This is unfair from Vodafone.

      Yet another unsatisfied customer.

I have never downloaded the application but they are telling it is downloaded by me.             Without any intimation my monthly plan was raised from Rs .25/= to 99/=.When I enquired they said the govt. asked them to increase;.then I agreed.Now without any intimation my plan was changed to Rs.499/= Red plan, for which I never asked for.When I went and asked for the reason they said they would revert to the 99 plan on 22.08.2014 and till yesterday nothing happened;( my bill date every 20th ).they also agreed for a change to prepaid.(service registration nos.[protected] &[protected] registered on 22.08.2014).After 2 days of this I received a call from vodafone executive and I requested him to "release " me from postpaid to prepaid and the reply he gave me looked as if I was at his mercy;(he said, he would see my previous bills and decide).God knows why the vodafone executives decide for me. When I approached them yesterday they said that my plan still is Red 499.They made me to beg them for a change in my plan and to switch over to prepaid.Once, the customer care person told me that she will try to revert my plan to 99 and I should stick to postpaid or else I should pay 499 and then change.FANTASTIC LOGIC AND GREAT CHEATING, I said.Now I am fed up and have no energy to go further in this regard. I request you to allow me to switch over to prepaid. My postpaid no. is [protected]. The customer care I approached is at Gandhipuram, Coimbatore.Tamil Nadu. Poor soul, v nandakumar.

              I had paid my bill two weeks backs, two days after I paid the bill it showed in my bank account. Even after that, I had to keep listening to the announcement where they kept telling me I had to pay my bill. So everytime I had to make an urgent call, I had to listen to the same long message about how I should pay my bill, inspite of having paid it. Then when I called customer service, the announcement stopped. However, yesterday you'll restricted my outgoing calls! When I called customer service, they said I had to go to the nearest vodafone store. My nearest vodafone store is 20 mins away, and they invariably make you wait for an hour beacuse that is the vodafone store that customers from Mulund AND Bhandup come to. When I told him this, he said "I CANNOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT THIS." Well, he was HAPPY TO HELP, BUT COULD NOT DO ANYTHING TO HELP ME. It's very sad that vodafone is hell bent on shoving it's reputation in the ground. Your facebook page os full of complaints, i was scared mine wpuld get lost in those.I have attached a screenshot of my bank statement with this mail for your reference. Hope you will be HAPPY TO HELP ME.

                Vodafine activated 3G offer on my no. & when the offer expired, they kept me charging for the 3G services even without informing me that the promotional offer is expired. They did not even call me to ask if I wish to continue with the 3G offer. Then they send me a bill of Rs.3000 when I complained to them about this they only accused me of going overboard on usage.

                    I have received a bill against my talkplan : MBB_C_V_650_30d_3GB_FU_3G 0n 18.8.2014 for the bill period 12.8.2014 to 16.8.2014 i.e., for a week that includes a monthly rent of Rs 117.68. If monthly rental is charged then the billing period should be a month i.e., 30 days and not 6 days and if a weekly bill is issued then a weekly rental should have been charged. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

                      I am Delhi Customer of Vodafone. Below is the email I wrote to vodafone but not action I am really surprised how your customer service department works. You don't have basic courtesy to confirm with the customer before disconnecting his/her outgoing/incoming calls. I was not happy with the bill I recieved and spoke to your chat support. She forwarded the request for disconnection and you people didn't inform me before disconecting my services. I am using this connection from past 2 years. I am highly disappointed with this. This is really unprofessional. Now when I am complaining you customer service says send an email to corp care. You are harrassing customers nothing else. Do you have some basic guidelines to follow ? I told yesterday to resume my services and they are saying it will take 48 hours. What I will do to make calls ? You better understand these days how much we are dependant on our mobile phones. In case of emergency to whom I should contact. I can file a case against this for harassment. I was not perpared and not aware that you are going to disconnect my calls. My wife is using this number and because of this we faced alot of problems. Please close your customer service outlets as well as customer service support if they don't have any rights to do anything. If they will also take 48 hours it's better to send an email. I visited your vodafone mini store also and even they don't have much rights. Yesterday I send an email that I want to cancel my churn request even I told in vodafone mini store also at saket but still this request is in open state. In short I would say please either improve your services or close your customer service departments. Because there is of no use. I will def. share this feedback with my friends also and post this on internet. My overall experience with vodafone. In future everyone should be aware that what Vodafone can do. There is no one who can understand and give a quick resolution. Please to restore my services it is not possible for me to wait for more days and then raise a complaint at appellate. you have to understand it varies from problem to problem.

I have been transferred out of New Delhi and I wish to deactivate my post paid mobile number [protected]@@@. I have given several requests and also through email but Vodafone is not accepting the request and I am being forced to pay money month by month. I request Vodafone to please deactivate my connection else I would have no choice left but to pursue legal means to get this number closed. It's a pity that I opted for Vodafone services.                               I am a prepaid user of vodafone delhi and my mobile number is [protected]. From the past ten days Rs 2 are deducted from my account for some vodafone live aarti service which i never activated.although not activating for once even i sent a request to deactivate the service which was approved even then they are deducting the money.The customer care is nowhere helpful, they did refunded my money twice or thrice but i dont have the time and energy to call them everyday to get back my money .They dont even forward the call to their senior authority .you keep waiting for hours just so that u can connect to customer care.They told me you might have downloaded the aarti from the website but i had never even opened the website let aside downloading any such service.Noone has a clue how to stop this service just a bunch of sitting there at customer care.I would like all my deducted money to be refunded along with the deactivation of this service ASAP.

                              Dear Vodafone My name is Bhaskar MandalMy contact is [protected] I am a loyal customer of Vodafone. But in (16 Oct 2014 ), I got a call from (+[protected] for an offer from Vodafone employee Mr. Sarat Das at 1.56 pm. But I refused this offer through the phone. But at 4.23 I got a sms. It shows my internet pack has been updated and Rs-100 had been deducted from my main AC balance. That's not fare. How could Mr. Sarat Das activates pack without my permission. I want my refund ! After that I called to customer care and Mr.Joyonto Roy from senior department of Vodafone, said Rs-100 will be refund but service tax also deducted from AC. That's not fare because Sarat Das activated this pack, not me, so why I pay service tax ! I also want to complain against Mr. SARAT DAS but Mr. JOYNTO ROY told me he can't. Customer care executive told me " don't use the internet if I use the internet Rs 100 will not refund" Now I use internet from another company from another phone. That's really not fare. This all harassment for Mr. SARAT DAS. IF VODAFONE CAN'T TAKE ACTION AGAINST HIM THEN I THINK CUSTOMER IS NOT IMPORTANT FOR VODAFONE! .Please solve this and take action against Mr.SARAT DAS and refund my money without service tax deduction. If service tax deduct, I want COMPENSATION.
                              Dear Sir,

                              My mobile number is [protected] and i have been using this Vodafone number since 2004.

                              On 27th May'2015 at 12.15 am I was checking offers by dialing *111#. Every time we need need to activate any service, they give options as 1 - yes & 2 - no. We need to dial either 1 or 2 to activate a plan or 2 for not going ahead with the plan. But today when I was checking few offers, only by simply while checking the offers, they deducted money from my balance & have activated one stupid offer of some nonsense company which I don't even want it.

                              After calling thrice to Vodafone customer care, they did not cared the stop my offer, rather they are straight way telling that this is one time charge and cannot refund my money.
                              Vodafone is simply playing fraudulent with all these offers by directly implementing upon the customers with unnecessary deductions.

                              Kindly look into this matter.

                                Respected sir/Madam, I used the vodafone card ([protected]) around the 2 and a half years. Today, 2 sept. 2014 the Gprs pack of 199 Rs. But, the speed of internet is too slow that for loading of simple page like google take 10 to 15 minutes. When I call for that problem they can give me satisfying answer even a single person of 6 call that I call from diff. number. Some of them give me wrong information and silly answers. Some of the name that I talked are Makawana Dinesh, Ashok, Asarf Shekh, and piyush. Asarf give me a number ([protected]) and told me that it is the number of nodal officer named Binnu Nayar, which solve my problem. But when I call on that number, I found that the number is not exist.Such wrong information is given by him. Also when I talked to piyush he told me that he didn't get my voice clearly so go to the terrace where the network is full even then he told me that your voice is not came clearly. And this problem is faced by my friend circle also and same response is given. So, Sir/madam I hope that you can understand my situation and you take the necessary step regarding the problem.

                                I used the vodafone card ([protected]). Around the 15 days earlier I complaint in vodafone care service for the internet problem. Yet I didn't get the response. So, I call on 2 sept. 2014 for the response but they were not give properly answer and give wrong excuse such like that they can not transfer the call to the manager and 2 or 3 times they drop my number on hold then cut it.

                                So, Sir/madam I hope that you can understand my situation and you take the necessary step regarding the problem.

                                yah its totally true such problem is also happen to the consumer.

                                  Dear Sir/Ma'am, I recently noted my vodafone tariff plan for the number [protected] have been changed. I was enjoying the privilege of 0.40 Rupee for all local calls. Its so funny that vodafone has raised my tariff plan to 0.90 Rupee for local calls. I was wondering how vodafone can expect us to be its customer when all other network provide cheaper tariffs than this. Its annoying when one customer care executive instructs me to visit vodafone store to revert to my older tariff plan and another executive tells me that there is no way that I can switch back to my old tariff. I do not know whom to trust. Please provide me a solution for this immediately or I am changing my network provider. Thanks to number portability. My e-mail id is [protected]@yahoo.com

                                    Dear Sir, I have recharged an internet pack of Rs.155 which provides a 1 Gb data plan. The company gave a plan of only 750 Mb.On calling the customer care outlet, the same said that the pack is changed to a 750 Mb plan.But the same information was neither conveyed to me nor the website of the company displayed the same. It was only after I called the service center that I came to know about the changed plan. I would therefore request you to kindly look into the matter and provide me a 1Gb plan.                                       I am charged Rs. 105 in the bill under the downloads item.

                                      These items I never downloaded or tried to download the same.


                                      So, I kindly request you to refund the same as early as

                                        Dear sir, I am soumick paul & My vodafone no is [protected], it is a postpaid connection. I am using this connection from 7.8.14, The networkrk service is disgusting & It has been from 27.8.14 Without informing me . I want to discontiue this connection immrdiately. Please deactivate this vofafone connection immediately or i will not be responsible for my actions because i will not pay the bill amount whatsoever. Please take the reguirrd actions & Deactivate this conneconnection
