Hi my name is Bhawana.n.I m using relience.my.no. Is [protected]. N.its on.my husband's name.I keep getting calls frm ur executives to change ovr to Vodafone.n I keep tellin.thm tht I m.nt interested.complaint is about th person who called me today ( 27th Aug 2014) at 15:50 from +[protected].
This guy told me tht his name is raj which I m.sure was a lie.
I explained him.in.hindi twice tht I m.nt interested to.change over.n ths exective o[censored]rs told me to explain.th same thing to him in english.
Ths guy had no manners.he was misbehaving on.th call.o asked him.to apologies n he didnt n gave th ph to sumone else.n.they kept on laughing.
Wat wud u allow ppl to harras us through cold callin wen u knw we r nt on ur network.n aftr disturbin us ths is Hw ur employees behave wth us.this is dsgusting.Vodafone better Tk action against ths boy or else I ll b goigoin to th Nect level to escalate this.

    I Purnima Gupta using a vodafone postpaid no.[protected] with 3G plan of 650 i call 23 of august b'coz the last date is 24 august 2014 for converting it in 250 of 3G but ensure me they changed it but after that i call on 24th August they said its not converted and you will pay ₹650. And also ensuring for a back call also for solving problem but it is not happened and after that I call the company approx 7 to 8 times for deaving the sim but they didn't deactibated the sim and also disconnected my call 2 to 3 times. Still the plan of ₹ 650 activated on my no. Hence, they neither want to change my plan nor deactivate the sim .This imposed by the company on me its a pure cheating and theft also.

      Hi I am frustrated the way vodafone handle custome problems. Last two days, my cell phone ( [protected]) outgoing call is blocked, three time call logged but no outcome, I feel, there is nobody in vodafone to attend the custome complaint.           Hi, I am a frustrated customer of Vodafone, have been using vodafone for 5 years now and always knew that when you change to postpaid they always do fraud, but i trusted them and opted the postpaid offer on March 2013 Since march my internet data package is for unlimited 3G data. on 10th July, customer care lady calls me (they are so irritating that the call everyday to promote their offer) to ask if i am satsified with my vodafone unlimited plan, should i activate it? i said yes i am and i will continue with it on 21st July they disconnect my service and send a bill of 10, 000 rupees, i call their service team they again give wrong information. from 21st july to 22nd august i have been visiting the vodafone mulund store almost everyday meeting deepa and sandeep, and on 22nd august they say they cant assist me...its my mistake i have sent a message, i have not and they do not have the proof of the message from vodafone accepting the same. nor are they sharing the recordings of the call center lady, they asked me to write a email to corporate.[protected]@vodafone.com the guy (swapnil Dongare) writes an email back with mentioning my contact number completely wrong!!! what the hell??? I am writing to them on social media too everyday, but no reply. their service is completely ruined. The problem is these people are big frauds Service Request Number[protected]

            My number is [protected] I have been charged INR306 for download of the following apps consecutively wapvilla_ppd hello1_tvallsouth_ I have never approved for such a download and was never told before i was charged. Customer Care Executive have no idea about this. This is highly disappointing.

              Hi I have been trying to change my plan to 1299 red plan however have called your customer service on 111 and they know absolutely nothing junk of then have contacted the complaints team and they too don't know how to talk to customers I'm extremely fed up of calling I need a revert and explanation why my plan hasn't change my no is [protected]...

                Hi All, i am a vodafone customer. I was charged for MyDala from my vodafone account without permission and i wasnt abuot this as well that a payment can be made without confirmation. When i called vodafone customer care they advised me that i was charged for mydala.com whihc i did not access for any purchase. Thisis something that is really worse.I want to get a refund for this amount.

                Hello, even I am a vodafone customer, I was also charged for this, Rs. 99. Please do the needful and refund the amount.
                I have a similar thing happening with me too.

                It's absolutely ridiculous and totally against consumer protection that such a sham company can place their ads deviously on sites and be authorized to deduct from your balance immediately for clicking a link by mistake without any sort of confirmation.

                I have neither received an intimation about the deduction nor any communication about what I have purchased.

                I strongly condemn this reprehensible behaviour and would strongly press to receive my money back. Whatever it is mydala is selling, I am not interested.
                This is a very shameful situation that such a big company which operates even on international level are performing such deteriorated tasks. I, too, was falsely charged for downloading deals through my dala of which i am 100% sure i didnt. And they say, a pop up might have come and you may have clicked on it. This is absolutely rubbish.
                I am paying for something i didnt even use.
                I am also charged for the same in my recent bill and then I had lodged a complaint through email to customer care.

                I am not at all satisfied with such a stereotype and stubborn response against my grievances. I requested them again to waive off these additional changes levied on my account.

                The response I received from them as below...

                " With regard to your concern, we regret to inform you that as per the feedback received from our billing team the charges towards the download of “deals_mydala_99” which was downloaded through WAP on your Vodafone number has been levied correctly in your invoice dated 05/11/2014. "

                I try to verify through my itemized bill that when and how I downloaded anything innocently but I found from pdf copy of bill that my account was charged mid of late night for accessing deals-mydala. Its something which is linked to Vodafone and Vodafone is only
                promoting it. It seems something fishy, how can we be charged without our consent and who gave the damn authority to Vodafone to pay on customer's behalf !!

                I want to get credit for my money, please help me out !!

                I have been charged Rs.99 two times (today - 28/01/2015) within a day for god knows what website.
                This is such a ridiculous way of charging us for something that we have not used.
                Vodafone services should improve their securities so that we are not charged for such things.
                I do a recharge of about Rs.500 every month with Rs.200 3g net booster still there is no kind of good response from the company side.

                This is for vodafone company that if I am not refunded with the full amount I will make sure to port out of your company or buy a new sim of some other company.

                Make sure that you respond to me soon.
                I am not being rude but it's just that I am not willing to pay for some popup virus or website or whatsoever.

                  I am resident of santa cruz- goa. Being a loyal customer its my duty to inform about the issues facing by me and my fellow colleagues. From past few weeks my dongle [protected] and phone number not getting proper or can say no network the same is been directed to customer care too but apparently without solving they seems to be very busy and no problem solving attitude. sir its not like that in market no service provider whereas they seems to be better please do not direct us to choose them. yours faithfull rajeshbiswal [protected]

                    I have been a Vodafone subscriber for 5 years now. Currently, I am living in RNA Azzure building in Kher Nagar, Bandra East. There is no signal in our house, so we have to step out of the house to recieve or make phone calls. Please analyse and rectify the problem as we were contemplating number portability.                       sir i will ilike to bring into ur kind notice that my bill for the month of june 2014 was pending because ian did not receive the bill.I my self went into your office at nahan and deposited the bill for june as well as july2014 on last friday i.e on 22-8-14...but still sir my outgoing is barred and when ever i try to make a call i get the response that ur bill is still due...even ur employees at nahan branch say that they cant help me in any way as it is a problem of postpaid and they ask me to go to poanta which is 45 km from my house...even i cant make a call to the customer care from my cell...sr pls do the the needfull

                        Hi, I have requested vodafone customercare to deactivate my postpaid number several times and no one is taking any action on it. I am currently out of india and i have submitted all the required documents to deactivate my account through online as well as sent documents to vodafone store but they are not taking any actions on this. My Email id is even wrongly registered at their end and sent mail through my right email id. Now i talked to customer care and now they are telling, next month' bill has been generated so i have to pay that. This is totally cheating with customer.                           HI, I had requested for porting my number from BSNL to Vodafone on 19th August and the request is not yet completed. Now I am not able to use my number as its showing No service on the BSNL sim card, when i insert Vodafone sim as well, its showing the same message, Kindly resolve .

                            I don't know if I need to address someone or not, so I am starting it directly. The worst service provider I have ever experienced. I don't know why they call it Customer Care Service, is it sarcastic way of saying, because in any case when you speak to the executives regarding your problems they behave like they are actually doing favor on you and they don't even know the meaning of care. Some people does not even mind saying that "No senior is available right now, so either you go to vodafone store or call up after 9 a.m.( what a good 24 hours service) and also to make the CUSTOMER feel CARED they say "Don't Worry Ma'am we will arrange a call back to you within 2 hours"( the call never ever comes to you). Just one thing want to understand when it comes on Money(Though INR. 250/- is not a big deal in today's world) they send there executive at your place to take it on the same day but when it comes on service they are just too worst that they take a week of time in place of 72 hours. Now I am feeling that it was my mistake to ask the company to make my number Prepaid to Post paid. If anybody from the company would contact me at [protected]@gmail.com and assist me with the same, I think they would at least do a bit justice to their favourite word(CUSTOMER CARE service).

                                hi i am Harmesh Patil, i have a vodafone prepaid sim card . on 15 augest 2014 . i have papar recharge with Rs.29 Internet pack.but the offer will not start on [protected] this number. so i called customer care. he promiss me 7 or 8 time, that he started a net pack but net pack is not activated. at the end he was block my number to my customer care. so please help me.

                                  copy of the email sent to vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.in Dear Sir/Madam, This is about one of the worst experience i had with your Vodafone Store in S R Nagar, Went to different places but such behaviour i have not seen in a Customer facing environment... I really thank your team for having such Employees... Manager: Vamsi Krishna Recharge Agent: Rahul Store: S R Nagar Branch Story: I went to the store to recharge with an offer received to my Wife's mobile number 779917xxxx Offer Message: Talk anywhere in India for free with RC 799. Get ALL local and STD calls free on Rc 799 recharge for 4 weeks. Hurry up! Offer valid till 25th Aug When i enquired about this with Rahul he said i have to get it recharged on the day we receive the message but i told him as the message says Offer valid till 25th August. Then he said he will do the recharge but he is not going to assure that the offer will be applied or not and I have to come back to the store and sort out the money as you have to do it on the day you receive the message only I asked what could be the reasons i might not receive the recharge or any other things, He was VERY VERY RUDE and said i only take recharges and bill payments you can take a token and go to service counters and get that information. I said well it would be nice if you can go to them speak and get it done. He was Rude and spoke to me in a Very high voice. Also he was arguing you can go to any outside shops and get the recharge done. I asked if that was the case what is the difference between Vodafone store and outside recharge dealers. He was happy for me going to outside shops rather than serving me in proper manner Manager Vamsi Krishna Came in and spoke to the agent and even he was rude in explaining things to me. He was threatening to me if you want service keep quite. As a customer i definitely would like to raise my concern with higher people so i was still talking about the issue but the manager was Do you want service or not ???? This kind of approach would definitely irritate the customers and i in angry voice used bad word about Rahul for which i apologized straight away. (there were number of customers available in store) Even after that Manager was even rude and asked me to get out of the store. Another customer came in to speak in favour of me but even then the Manager was not in a position to listen he was still the same and only saying if you want service you need to be quite. Finally i would like to say We would like to move to another provider which, Can you please let me know the details, procedure etc involved in making this process simpler. Can you please get this resolved as soon as possible i feel its waste of spending even a single penny on a company where they care nothing about this customers and are rude Thanks, Vamsi

                                    Dear sir I m RASHESH agarawal my num is [protected].. According to the company plan the internet charges of package is calculated on the base of day how much day the plan is used nd normally my bill amount is between 1500 to 2000 last month company had done a frod thng they charged the charges f the whole month and my bill amount of last month is more than 5000 and i m nt goin to pay the single money to this cheater company

                                    I was charged extra in the bill for rs 650.

                                    The vodafone dint inform about adding extra package "mi_cap_650_30d_r_promo_3g" to my bill and applied.

                                    Also they say that they have inform all customers via sms about this, but still i havent recieve any sms.

                                      Hii all This is regarding my mobile no [protected] earlier with vodafone I knew this was going to happen after i requested for port out fail to understand my bill There are some charges of 1599 from 20.7 to 19.8 I am not aware of these charges. What kind of service is this that it got activated on its own and it knew that i was going to port our in the coming month, Well now i understand that you people bought me an internet pack worth 1599. And i am not going to pay for i did not ask for Well i know that i have to port out and i already had a 1gb data plan active on mobile number then why did you avtivate the 1599 plan. The usage for this mont was .56 gb. What was the use of activating a 12 gb plan when i work from home and have broadband plus wifi available. My usage can be checked. I request you to tell these people to remove these 1599 inr. So that i can pay my bill and do not default.
