Outgoing message blocked

Outgoing SMS from my number [protected] got blocked from 18th July 2014 without any prior notice. When contacted customer care they say that it cannot be revoked it is blocked by TRAI. Have just sent forward messages to friends and relatives. Help me to solve this issue. Internet Recharge Problem

On 29 august I recharge of 126 rs Internet pack of 1 month validity. But till now I did not receive any Internet data. I complain about it but no one help me about that. 27 September is last date for tht pack. Pls provide some help. I did not get any data from Vodafone. I have received a bill against my talkplan : MBB_C_V_650_30d_3GB_FU_3G 0n 18.8.2014 for the bill period 12.8.2014 to 16.8.2014 i.e., for a week that includes a monthly rent of Rs 117.68. If monthly rental is charged then the billing period should be a month i.e., 30 days and not 6 days and if a weekly bill is issued then a weekly rental should have been charged. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful....
