sir this whole mail i had send to vodafone people of mumbai and persons of hello1 who r charging me, on 27 august had send mail to [protected]@hellotv.in and [protected]@HelloTV.in bit still i didnt got answer form them in mail or a call back, today on 6 sep 2014 i m mailing this mail to all of them I am associated with vodafone from past 13 years and i really expect, that i not be charged again for any unknowing downloads from my previous month, this and next bill onwards. what type of charge is this, all fake, i send message to CAN HELLO1 it says Dear User, You don’t have any activated service in our system. Thhis is my complaint sent to the corporate customer service departmentI am using a HSBC CUG connection, phone number [protected] from your company since a long time and have been mostly satisfied with the service. I am not an avid user of the mobile phone and have been getting a bill of around Rs. 200/- each month, even with the data plan. However, I was surprised to see my bill for an amount in excess of Rs. 500/- for the month of August 2014. I called up the customer service department and I found that I had been charged for a game download 3 times. Moreover, I had been charged for some SMS related to the game downloads as well.
I would like to inform you that a couple of months back my son, who is just 5 years old, had accidentally purchased the same game and as that WAS a mistake from my end I paid the bill without any issues. However, I fail to understand if I have already bought a game and paid for it once, how can I be charged 3 more time for the same. Also, there was a '[protected]@Rs. 99' button when the game had not been bought and which had disappeared after my son bought it the fist time.
Please remove the charges of Rs. 297/- and taxes plus the charges for the SMS so that I may continue to enjoy your company's services.
