Hi Madam/ Sir I am Al-Imran Patel Mobile no. [protected]. Referred my friend to your Byculla Vodafone Gallary for new post paid connection. My friend Nazneen had purchase a new Handset. Her new connectionno. is [protected] The customer care Rep Adarsh assisted her in a very pathetic way. Because of him we had to break the warranty of the phone. The slot of the phone was of normal size and Adarsh inserted mini Sim card due to which we had to take to local tech. to remove and within a day warranty was void of a new handset I went and asked him why he inserted a wrong card when he was not sure how to do it.. He lied to me stating that he told my friend to visit Voda phone tech. to insert card. I asked Nazneen and she said that he only initiated that he will insert the card in the phone.He should had referred Nazneen to red Tshirt guy for inserting SIM Allthought he provided another SIM to insert but he failed to register another SIM and had broken SIM registered due to which we also had difficulties activating the new SIM Finally I figured out the reason and called Vodafone helpline and gave the new SIM number and within few miuntes the line got activated I think a person like Adarsh needs more training handling Vodafone queries and immediately be removed of from his current profile as he ruins the cust's handset warranty as well as de to rates Vodafone image. I was told USHA is the team lead but she didn't handle the situation properly. I was astonished she told me that he was new in Vodafone staff. She only said sorry where in I lost my entire 1year of Warranty of my handset because of Mis handling from Adarsh ends. Towards the entire story I will not recommend Vodafone to anyone else.     i am having 100 rupees monthly rental plan with limits of 300MB . I used under limit, but bill comprises more than its monthly rental. I suffered several times with same situation. I went to vodafone store also but as usual server down problem is common there, so i didn't get any fruitful conclusion for my problem. I request you to look into my matter and reduce the extra amount of bill which was not promised by vodafone at the time of commencement for Internet plan . thank you.

      Dear Sir, I recharged my mobile no. [protected] with internet data pack INR.28 . Once i recharged my mobile with this plan. The validity is showing for only 4 days up to 10-Sep-2014 (actually it should come upto 12-sep-14). I have proof that vodofone website is showing validity for 6 days for this recharge. Please take necessary action against this worst company. Thanks Ramu

        Thhis is my complaint sent to the corporate customer service departmentI am using a HSBC CUG connection, phone number [protected] from your company since a long time and have been mostly satisfied with the service. I am not an avid user of the mobile phone and have been getting a bill of around Rs. 200/- each month, even with the data plan. However, I was surprised to see my bill for an amount in excess of Rs. 500/- for the month of August 2014. I called up the customer service department and I found that I had been charged for a game download 3 times. Moreover, I had been charged for some SMS related to the game downloads as well.
        I would like to inform you that a couple of months back my son, who is just 5 years old, had accidentally purchased the same game and as that WAS a mistake from my end I paid the bill without any issues. However, I fail to understand if I have already bought a game and paid for it once, how can I be charged 3 more time for the same. Also, there was a '[protected]@Rs. 99' button when the game had not been bought and which had disappeared after my son bought it the fist time.
        Please remove the charges of Rs. 297/- and taxes plus the charges for the SMS so that I may continue to enjoy your company's services.

        Rs 99/- is wrongly charged against the service name ig_micromax_gm_99 Which I have not used and never heard of before.

        I request you to disable/remove/reverse these charges (service) and treat me as a loyal customer and its in rightfulness of Vodafone, I am a 6+ year old customer and this has happened first time to me. I believe in the Brand Vodafone and very happy with the service. Please help me in this regard.

        Hi Vodafone,

        Vodafone has charged me Rs 1985.50/- for downloading igmicromax_gm_99, igmicromax_gm_30, gamesbuzz_w1_28, gamesbuzz_w1_28_r, myplex_ap_100, gamesbuzz_w1_28_r 36 times in a month .So in all they have charged me Rs 1985.50/- for downloading a stuff which I had never downloaded as per my knowledge.It is simply logical why would someone do this and get charged for the same thing multiple times. This clearly shows there is something wrong in the way Vodafone is charging its customers.

        I am a long term customer from 2013 Jan and never expected such kind of behaviour from a reputed company like Vodafone.

        Please correct my bill otherwise it will force me to discontinue the service.

        I am using more than six years of vodafone service.vodafone has wrongly charge with the name of ig micromax_gm_99 and myplex_ap_100, d2c_mydala_99, d2c_astra_mantra_10, games_download_pac for 1159 Rupees. i have ask them regd this they told me that you have used it but i never used i don't know what is this.So request you please do do something regd this

          Sir, It is to inform you that I have applied for a new Vodafone pre-paid connection on dated 04/09/2014 against vodafone mobile number [protected]. I called to customer care at toll no. 117 on dated 05/09/2014 and they inform me that your name and address is not the same the documents which you have given us. I called several times, but they are not listening me and their behaviour is very bad with the customer. How they have changed my name, father's name, address and my ID and address proof, which I have mentioned in new connection form with documents ?             Dear Sir, Myself Manish Tare a Vodafone Mobile Customer. My mobile number is [protected] Mumbai Circle. On date 31/08/2014 12.04 i am had recharged my mobile INR 251/- to active 1 GB 3G Data plan For 28 days through main Balance Deduction. Today I got a sms from vodafone that i had used 80% data . But I have dought about that . so I check my data balance *111# there i had showed My data plan is 300 MB 3G activated for 28 days.(please find the snap shot of The data usage message). Many Times I had called to Vodafone customer care but i had not got any positive responce . So, please check my details about data plan Help me in positive feedback.               I have been using 3g in mysore since 1 months with my chennai corporate number without any problem. But all of a sudden, since evening of 5th September 2014, am unable to connect to 3g network. I tried contacting customer care, but they are saying that the 3g service is not available in roaming. But in vodafone India site, it clearly states that 3g is available in roaming also. Please help me with this problem.

                Hi, I have tried reaching out to Vodafone Customer Care couple of times since Morning but there is no positive feedback from Vodafone. This is really not acceptable. There is some unnecesary deductions happening since last couple of days. I am using Wi-Fi and my Internet data usage system is disabled since last couple of days but still there is lot of deuctions taking place. I am trying to figure out what's wrong but your CSE is making me fool. Can you please let me know why are these deductions taking place and refund all my unnecessary deductions.

                  sir this whole mail i had send to vodafone people of mumbai and persons of hello1 who r charging me, on 27 august had send mail to [protected]@hellotv.in and [protected]@HelloTV.in bit still i didnt got answer form them in mail or a call back, today on 6 sep 2014 i m mailing this mail to all of them I am associated with vodafone from past 13 years and i really expect, that i not be charged again for any unknowing downloads from my previous month, this and next bill onwards. what type of charge is this, all fake, i send message to CAN HELLO1 it says Dear User, You don’t have any activated service in our system.                     Sir I m regular user of vodafone internet from last few months . sir i m using the plan off 155 rs per month 1GB 2G data.today i make the recherge but i get 525 mb data in the place of 1GB on my no-[protected]. Then i make call on 198 from my another vodafone number [protected] but the behaviour and responce of customer care executive are very un-acceptable. Secondaly sir they say that the plan was change from first september but there is no information about that on *111# .and to the vodafone distributor too till today. And ther is not mention that t&c apply. If the plan was change then its ur responsibility that u should inform ur customers but this type of any action not perforn by ur team. Sir i request u to plz solve out the problem of mine .otherwise we dont want to be the customer of this reputated cellular service. Sir plz consider it. My email. - [protected]@gmail.com

                      i had activated the below bonus card of Rs 125 on 06/09/2014 mob no [protected] MRP (Rs) 125.0 Recharge/Bonus card Bonus Card Talktime (Rs) 0 (Equivalent mins) 0 Benefit 625 MB of 2G data usage Free.Valid for 25 days Validity (Days) 25 days Access Fee (Rs) 111.2 Service Tax (%) 12.36 as it was on the website and i activated it after the activation i got confirmation that the same service has been activated but i didn;t get 25 days of interet validity instead i got only 16 days of validity wen i tried contacting customer care they said the bonus card wic i activated had expired but still this bonus card is available in there website. I want this bonus card to be deactivted. They should pay me back watever amount the have gained by using this offer

                        I am 15years old Vodafone customer my number is [protected] sometime Vodafone give me good service some time its bad but I never complaint to Vodafone I have buy new number is [protected] for internet only. but 3G service is very bad it s not working properly. I am giving complaints regular first I give complaint for good service they sad we will give you good service but they don’t, After it I give the complaint please closed my number ([protected]) and Vodafone say we will closed this number they giving me a complaint number ([protected]) but they don’t disconnected it but now it s very painful for me Vodafone do not want to listen anything .I am going Vodafone store 5 to 6 time I am taking customer care many times but they say we cannot do anything tell me where I will go Vodafone deactivated my outgoing calls without giving me any information from this number([protected]) and they told me that we will properly disconnected your service I am going regular your Vodafone store, and 5 to 6 times by calling I already inform this to customer service but nobody take responsible for this some time, they said we will connect with senior till that be patient on the line. I was waiting around15min at every time after that the call was disconnected automatically. is very horrible to me and making a head ache as well. Sorry to say I am going to consumer court because you don’t care

                            i have recharge my no on 27 june by Rs350.but from my bank account amount deducted two times (Rs 700) i have submit the complain they only replies they solve the problem in 48 hrs but it is more than 2 months and they not solve the problem and now they stop repling the mail.

                            Your customer care number does not give option to talk to customer care executive, which is very bad on you company's part. There is no value of customers. Unnecessarily 200rs were deducted from my number without any intimation and now there is no service top lodge a complaint.                             First my complaint is for your poor customer services.Today (2-jan-2015) i called twice to your customer service center and they picked my call but without any resolution droped my call. Now amount 350 deducted from my account as i have activated internet pack with balance of arround 1500 mb data.. plz clear it ASAP... Take action against those persons who picked my call and drop without confirmation... Reimburse my all money in my account otherwise i will portout from your services...

                            i am prabhu my mobileno [protected].today at 05:03 PM i get a missed call from this no (+[protected]), and then i try to reach the no and they pick the phone. but no response. i hang the call after 30 sec and they debit the 60RS from my account.i call to vodafone customer care and they tell that its internet fraud no. but you are the responsiblities for this take this is complaint and refund the money. my mail id [protected]@gmail.com

                            my mobile no is [protected]. I have reached 65 INR. Suddenly they are deducted 55 INR and customer service are provided wrong information. simply they are cheating ... They are telling lie ...
                            On 17th June 2015 amount of 20 rupees was deducted from my balance for gaana khazana service and rupees 7 for hot chilles service without my concern.my phone no. is [protected].now when I am calling on 198 for complain a response is coming that- you have dialled a wrong number.
                            I contact vodafone customer care through 199 using the option -number portability, complained about 198 and those unwanted services, they took my complain and deactivated those services and returned the deducted balance.

                              Dear Sir, This is Vijay Sharma and my no is [protected] and this is CUG no. of Parksons Packaging LTD Rudrapur Pant Nagar Uttakhand.263153, dear sir some times back I have received a call from vodafone that was auto generated call and your system told me we have activated 3G data pack. but for your kind information I am using Samsung Guru that does't have 3 G facility. and today I have received my mobile bill in which you are charging to me 146.77 INR then I have raise a complaint in your 198 No. but they told me this service is activated from Meerut vodafone outlet and I am leaving in Uttrakhand Rudrapur, how this is possible to go Meerut and activated this service, if I want to take this service I can go at Rudrapur outlet it self. And today I called to talk Mr. Ankit Rastogi and Mr. Nitesh Agarwal who are representing Vodafone at my company( Parksons Packaging LTD Rudrapur Pant Nagar Uttakhand.263153) but they are not picking my phone then finally i am writing this mail to you for solution and reversal of 146.77 INR. ASAP.

                                  The mobile data stops at times, though signals are available and its shows that vodafone network is not available or registration failed. I have to keep registering on the network again and again, its becoming very irritating. I HOPE THE PROBLEM IS FIXED SOON.THANK U.

                                    Within 10 days of 3 g recharge of rs 147, I got message that 90% consumed and left with 21 mb balance. 90% of 1gb is apprx.900 mb.and rest 100 mb left. How your server mentioned that 21 mb left. Infact I updated one game yesterday(4/09/2014) Of 59 mb.. Till then i was havi 790 mb of data. I one day all over?? How?? Kindly look into this matter..

                                    These vodafone people are very fraud guys. And they never accept mistakes at their end. Even I am facing similar issue and was changed wrongly 2times. Worth vodafone.

                                      When I received my bill, downloading charges were there.the charges imposed on me were about something which I hadn't requested.overcCharge of data usage was also there. These charges were imposed without informing me.and I also haven't been informed about the expiry of my data pack. Kindly Pay your attention towards my complaint.and reduce these extra charges from my bill. as Soon as possible.
