Vodafone, I am disappointed and dissatisfied with the network coverage in my work place. This is not the first time that I am complaining. My phone number is [protected] Your services are causing a lot of discomfort and inconvenience to me as your customer and every time my call drops in the middle of any conversation is very frustrating. Worst part me having to run around places here and there in search of network so that i can talk. And doing that in my work place becomes highly discomfort and honestly with my colleagues around me seeing my situation are also not getting a good feedback about Vodafone from me. I am refraining myself from hitting the social network. Its my humble request to please provide the services for which I am paying you because otherwise it is not justified.     I was a customer of vodafone for mobile number [protected]. On 20-Jun-2014, vodafone deactivated said mobile number without any notice and reason. I got to know about it when I did not recieve any bill next month as I am abroad. Curiously, I sent email to vodafone for knowing this reason. They emailed back "With regard to your request, we regret to inform that, your above mentioned Vodafone number has already been permanently deactivated due to pending documents w.e.f. 20/06/2014." Here started all hue and cry and bad behaviour of vodafone. I sent them email asking for the reason and what documentation is pending, everytime, I got same reply. It seems, they are doing copy paste. Fanally, I asked my friend to visit VD store and get the info. That time we got to know there was some virtual request from my side for disconnection which I never did. They even told me date in May2014 during time I am abroad. Anyway, We were assured of restoration after a letter of restoration from my side. This is also done from my side on 28-AUG-2014. After few follow ups nothing happened, Again my friend visited VD store on 05-SEP-2014 and here came a new story that I submitted termination of number request in May-2009. They were not even ashamed telling this reason when this number got deactivated after 5 yrs. Not only this, My friend had to face unneccessary bad behaviour of Vodafone personal at counter A in SR Nagar, Hyderabad Branch. They again told, they will try to get it done. I wrote to all possible department of vodafone and one of them came back with again a strange reason "We enquired your request and the number barred according to GOVT. TRAI rule in 3 months if no single incoming and outgoing calls are not done the number will be deactivated." I searched for this rule and could not find it, even vodafone site says on URL https://www.vodafone.in/support/pages/postpaid_help.aspx#Misc "If the cellular mobile connection has non-usage in one particular bill i.e 30 days and subsequent to that there are no payments within 21 days of the Bill run, the mobile connection is liable to get disconnected." All the bills are getting settled by ECS. There cannot be any non payment reason. I wrote this complain to Nodal and appellate office hoping to have some resolution. Instead of getting resolution, I am again back to the square one after seeing answer from them "We would like to inform you that your Vodafone number has already been permanently deactivated due to pending documents w.e.f. 20/06/2014." They mentioned to apply for a new connection only. Please suggest what can be done in this case. I am also planning to file a complain for all this trouble and abd behaviour of vodafone personal... Please also suggest procedure of doing so.

      Dear Concern, I am Using Vodafone number [protected] for more than 5 months this is 3rd time they applied extra charges 169 rs for downloading charges but i am using unlimited free internet as per our discussion with executive they are not able to solve my problem.
      Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      My number is ([protected]). They again charge friends nd family service charge bt this service is free for 3 month on my number and Last month they extra charge 75+49 nd this month they charge 75+19 .
      Friends nd family service charges . They charge 2 time frnd nd family service bt this service is free on my number ([protected]) First they charge 75 +49 nd nw they charge 75 +19.
      Last three months anuthorise charges from ndtv, my no. [protected]
      My bill no, [protected] 05.04.15-04.05.15 every month company charges me 35 Rs unnecesarily i dont download any links and the internet charges is totally free in plan . so please wave of the charges otherwise i have charges complaint and iam reporter so think carefully

        Dear concern, I have visited 3 times voda store in Malviya nagar jaipur to resolve my billing issue and to pay my dues of bill amount. My no is [protected] and my complain no is 75158958/808. My first visit was on 25th Aug, second visit was on 30th Aug and my resent visit to clear my dues was on 6th Sept, 2014. Every time i got only goody words from your staff and commitment to resovle in 72 hrs, by today eve and again " you will receive call by today eve with solution. But no conclusion in last 15days time. In this issue i was charged for 3G package which i hv never used in past also. Even in June month when i went to Voda Store to pay my bill. I raised objection on 3G charges but i have paid that bill amount. On the same day i requested to Voda exe to discontinue all internet services and other flash messages. One of your executive was sitting on counter "D" resolved online and confirmed it to me that now onwards it will not reflect. But same problem occurred again and there was extra 3G charges in bill worth rs.550/-. I requested to wave off the same to process further and to continue my services after pay my bill amount, but unfortunately there is NO SOLUTION till date. Now i am not going to continue with this no and not interested in any solution. If you want to provide any solution for this issue please refund my rs. 450/- which i have paid in June against 3G internet charges without using any services. Best regards, Vijay Sharma [protected]

          This is ridiculous and the worst behavior I ever have seen in my life. In my experience Vodafone is the most useless and fraud company. I have been requesting, informing and calling the customer care regarding the mistakes in my bill. Despite of resolving my problem, you disconnected my number and in return restricted my outgoing calls as well. This is really a harassment for a customer like me. On one hand you increased the limit to Rs. 9000, saying that I am a valuable and true customer. But on the other hand Vodafone makes so many mistakes in the bills. This is not the first time that I am facing this issue, to best of my memory this is the 3rd time I am facing this issue of frauds in the bills. This is the third time I am facing the same issues in the bill. Many a times in the past I caught the numbers for which Vodafone was billing me but I never made the calls. On submitting the proofs I got the waiver offs. Again I have noticed that there are various mistakes in the bill. I just have worked on 3 dates, and have seen that vodafone is billing me for those calls which I never have made. I called the customer care and explained the same issue, despite of solving the issue, he simply disconnected my call. So many times I have tried to inform about this issue to one of RMs Shabbir Joseph, via emails and calls but all in vain. Now where should I go, to whom should I ask. This is what a Big Brand like Vodafone is doing with their customers i.e. Just Robbing there money.

            For the billing cycle before the last one, a customer care rep called me and informed that there is a Internet pack trial offer available for my account. The offer is that 1 GB of internet will be free of charge for that billing cycle and it will be automatically deactivated for the next billing cycle. So I accepted the offer and used 1GB of data for that cycle. In the start of the last billing cycle I phoned vodafone customer care and asked whether there is any data pack active for my account(This is to verify that the offer pack had been automatically deactivated. The rep promptly said that there is no data pack active and so I heaved a sigh of relief and went on. But this month's bill has 250 RS extra for an active internet plan!!! When I called customer care and informed about this they asked me to call 198 and register a complaint. The complaint was taken and the representative that spoke to me assured that the bill will be revised since I have made the call myself and asked to deactivate. This is the mistake of the customer care rep who gave me a false information that the data pack is deactivated. And I will not pay for the errors that you guys made. Till now there is no response from the customer care team and my bill is not yet revised. Please revise the bill then only I will pay.             Getting calls from customer care threatening me to pay the bill otherwise service will be terminated. I said go ahead and terminate the service. I dont want your pathetic service..
            This issue has been resolved by Vodafone with great professionalism.
            Thanks Vodafone for taking the necessary action to resolve my issues.

              Hello, My name is Eliyas - [protected]. Yesterday Vodafone deducted Rs.75 from my account. After asking about this to them, The Reply i got is You downloaded a vuclip video. But I havent Downloaded anything. There is Nothing in my mobile like vuclip. The only thing i use is whatsapp and nothing else. Upon Contacting again and again they said they will refund it in 30 min. But Still I havent received anything. They Noted my complaint but still no reply. Vodafone I want my money back as soon as possible My Number - [protected].

I had only accessed my G-Mail Account from my mobile Internet and was quiet astonished to see that the said amount has been deducted only for that purpose. Please reply with reasons in this regard.                   I am an user of Vodafone Postpaid for last1+ years . I have an unlimited download 2G Plan mgossip pack 99 ndtv valuepk 49 wapvilla ppd 49, handygo javagame for 40, mgossip pack 49, wapvilla ppd 49 (doesn't know what was that). When I called customer care, they told me that I have accessed chargeable sites but when I asked what are the list of chargeable sites, she didn't told me anything. Please help me. Thanks

                    Hi Madam/ Sir I am Al-Imran Patel Mobile no. [protected]. Referred my friend to your Byculla Vodafone Gallary for new post paid connection. My friend Nazneen had purchase a new Handset. Her new connectionno. is [protected] The customer care Rep Adarsh assisted her in a very pathetic way. Because of him we had to break the warranty of the phone. The slot of the phone was of normal size and Adarsh inserted mini Sim card due to which we had to take to local tech. to remove and within a day warranty was void of a new handset I went and asked him why he inserted a wrong card when he was not sure how to do it.. He lied to me stating that he told my friend to visit Voda phone tech. to insert card. I asked Nazneen and she said that he only initiated that he will insert the card in the phone.He should had referred Nazneen to red Tshirt guy for inserting SIM Allthought he provided another SIM to insert but he failed to register another SIM and had broken SIM registered due to which we also had difficulties activating the new SIM Finally I figured out the reason and called Vodafone helpline and gave the new SIM number and within few miuntes the line got activated I think a person like Adarsh needs more training handling Vodafone queries and immediately be removed of from his current profile as he ruins the cust's handset warranty as well as de to rates Vodafone image. I was told USHA is the team lead but she didn't handle the situation properly. I was astonished she told me that he was new in Vodafone staff. She only said sorry where in I lost my entire 1year of Warranty of my handset because of Mis handling from Adarsh ends. Towards the entire story I will not recommend Vodafone to anyone else.                       i am having 100 rupees monthly rental plan with limits of 300MB . I used under limit, but bill comprises more than its monthly rental. I suffered several times with same situation. I went to vodafone store also but as usual server down problem is common there, so i didn't get any fruitful conclusion for my problem. I request you to look into my matter and reduce the extra amount of bill which was not promised by vodafone at the time of commencement for Internet plan . thank you.

                        Dear Sir, I recharged my mobile no. [protected] with internet data pack INR.28 . Once i recharged my mobile with this plan. The validity is showing for only 4 days up to 10-Sep-2014 (actually it should come upto 12-sep-14). I have proof that vodofone website is showing validity for 6 days for this recharge.                           Thhis is my complaint sent to the corporate customer service departmentI am using a HSBC CUG connection, phone number [protected] from your company since a long time and have been mostly satisfied with the service. I am not an avid user of the mobile phone and have been getting a bill of around Rs. 200/- each month, even with the data plan. However, I was surprised to see my bill for an amount in excess of Rs. 500/- for the month of August 2014. I called up the customer service department and I found that I had been charged for a game download 3 times. Moreover, I had been charged for some SMS related to the game downloads as well.
                          I would like to inform you that a couple of months back my son, who is just 5 years old, had accidentally purchased the same game and as that WAS a mistake from my end I paid the bill without any issues. However, I fail to understand if I have already bought a game and paid for it once, how can I be charged 3 more time for the same. Also, there was a '[protected]@Rs. 99' button when the game had not been bought and which had disappeared after my son bought it the fist time.
                          Please remove the charges of Rs. 297/- and taxes plus the charges for the SMS so that I may continue to enjoy your company's services.

                          Rs 99/- is wrongly charged against the service name ig_micromax_gm_99 Which I have not used and never heard of before.

                          I request you to disable/remove/reverse these charges (service) and treat me as a loyal customer and its in rightfulness of Vodafone, I am a 6+ year old customer and this has happened first time to me. I believe in the Brand Vodafone and very happy with the service. Please help me in this regard.

                          Hi Vodafone,

                          Vodafone has charged me Rs 1985.50/- for downloading igmicromax_gm_99, igmicromax_gm_30, gamesbuzz_w1_28, gamesbuzz_w1_28_r, myplex_ap_100, gamesbuzz_w1_28_r 36 times in a month .So in all they have charged me Rs 1985.50/- for downloading a stuff which I had never downloaded as per my knowledge.It is simply logical why would someone do this and get charged for the same thing multiple times. This clearly shows there is something wrong in the way Vodafone is charging its customers.

                          I am a long term customer from 2013 Jan and never expected such kind of behaviour from a reputed company like Vodafone.

                          Please correct my bill otherwise it will force me to discontinue the service.

                            Sir, It is to inform you that I have applied for a new Vodafone pre-paid connection on dated 04/09/2014 against vodafone mobile number [protected]. I called to customer care at toll no. 117 on dated 05/09/2014 and they inform me that your name and address is not the same the documents which you have given us. I called several times, but they are not listening me and their behaviour is very bad with the customer. How they have changed my name, father's name, address and my ID and address proof, which I have mentioned in new connection form with documents ?                               Dear Sir, Myself Manish Tare a Vodafone Mobile Customer. My mobile number is [protected] Mumbai Circle. On date 31/08/2014 12.04 i am had recharged my mobile INR 251/- to active 1 GB 3G Data plan For 28 days through main Balance Deduction. Today I got a sms from vodafone that i had used 80% data . But I have dought about that . so I check my data balance *111# there i had showed My data plan is 300 MB 3G activated for 28 days.(please find the snap shot of The data usage message). Many Times I had called to Vodafone customer care but i had not got any positive responce . So, please check my details about data plan Help me in positive feedback.                                 I have been using 3g in mysore since 1 months with my chennai corporate number without any problem. But all of a sudden, since evening of 5th September 2014, am unable to connect to 3g network. I tried contacting customer care, but they are saying that the 3g service is not available in roaming. But in vodafone India site, it clearly states that 3g is available in roaming also. Please help me with this problem.

                                  Hi, I have tried reaching out to Vodafone Customer Care couple of times since Morning but there is no positive feedback from Vodafone. This is really not acceptable. There is some unnecesary deductions happening since last couple of days. I am using Wi-Fi and my Internet data usage system is disabled since last couple of days but still there is lot of deuctions taking place. I am trying to figure out what's wrong but your CSE is making me fool. Can you please let me know why are these deductions taking place and refund all my unnecessary deductions.

                                    sir this whole mail i had send to vodafone people of mumbai and persons of hello1 who r charging me, on 27 august had send mail to [protected]@hellotv.in and [protected]@HelloTV.in bit still i didnt got answer form them in mail or a call back, today on 6 sep 2014 i m mailing this mail to all of them I am associated with vodafone from past 13 years and i really expect, that i not be charged again for any unknowing downloads from my previous month, this and next bill onwards. what type of charge is this, all fake, i send message to CAN HELLO1 it says Dear User, You don’t have any activated service in our system. I have been charged for Rs151 FRAUD CHARGES 02/06/2015-15:19:19:51 vodafone _tv this month fake downloads .Only Vodafone team and God can say what are these charges for.I wonder what’s this strategy of making money from customers.

                                      Sir I m regular user of vodafone internet from last few months . sir i m using the plan off 155 rs per month 1GB 2G data.today i make the recherge but i get 525 mb data in the place of 1GB on my no-[protected]. Then i make call on 198 from my another vodafone number [protected] but the behaviour and responce of customer care executive are very un-acceptable. Secondaly sir they say that the plan was change from first september but there is no information about that on *111# .and to the vodafone distributor too till today. And ther is not mention that t&c apply. If the plan was change then its ur responsibility that u should inform ur customers but this type of any action not perforn by ur team. Sir i request u to plz solve out the problem of mine .otherwise we dont want to be the customer of this reputated cellular service. Sir plz consider it. My email. - [protected]@gmail.com

                                        i had activated the below bonus card of Rs 125 on 06/09/2014 mob no [protected] MRP (Rs) 125.0 Recharge/Bonus card Bonus Card Talktime (Rs) 0 (Equivalent mins) 0 Benefit 625 MB of 2G data usage Free.Valid for 25 days Validity (Days) 25 days Access Fee (Rs) 111.2 Service Tax (%) 12.36 as it was on the website and i activated it after the activation i got confirmation that the same service has been activated but i didn;t get 25 days of interet validity instead i got only 16 days of validity wen i tried contacting customer care they said the bonus card wic i activated had expired but still this bonus card is available in there website. I want this bonus card to be deactivted. They should pay me back watever amount the have gained by using this offer
