Incorrect Billing Charges

Vodafine activated 3G offer on my no. & when the offer expired, they kept me charging for the 3G services even without informing me that the promotional offer is expired. They did not even call me to ask if I wish to continue with the 3G offer. Then they send me a bill of Rs.3000 when I complained to them about this they only accused me of going overboard on usage....

Issue with the Bill

I have received a bill against my talkplan : MBB_C_V_650_30d_3GB_FU_3G 0n 18.8.2014 for the bill period 12.8.2014 to 16.8.2014 i.e., for a week that includes a monthly rent of Rs 117.68. If monthly rental is charged then the billing period should be a month i.e., 30 days and not 6 days and if a weekly bill is issued then a weekly rental should have been charged. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful....

Wrong charges in Bill and disconnection of postpaid without intimation

I am Delhi Customer of Vodafone. Below is the email I wrote to vodafone but not action I am really surprised how your customer service department works. You don't have basic courtesy to confirm with the customer before disconnecting his/her outgoing/incoming calls. I was not happy with the bill I recieved and spoke to your chat support. She forwarded the request for disconnection and you people didn't inform me before disconecting my services....

incorrect information and wrong billing

This is the most ridiculous service! I don't understand how people from the same company are not trained on the same basic company policies! The store manager says the policies have changed this month and the cust care guys are not aware of it at all.
