I had paid my bill two weeks backs, two days after I paid the bill it
showed in my bank account. Even after that, I had to keep listening to
the announcement where they kept telling me I had to pay my bill. So
everytime I had to make an urgent call, I had to listen to the same long
message about how I should pay my bill, inspite of having paid it. Then
when I called customer service, the announcement stopped.
However, yesterday you'll restricted my outgoing calls! When I called
customer service, they said I had to go to the nearest vodafone store.
My nearest vodafone store is 20 mins away, and they invariably make you
wait for an hour beacuse that is the vodafone store that customers from
Mulund AND Bhandup come to.
When I told him this, he said "I CANNOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT THIS."
Well, he was HAPPY TO HELP, BUT COULD NOT DO ANYTHING TO HELP ME. It's
very sad that vodafone is hell bent on shoving it's reputation in the
ground. Your facebook page os full of complaints, i was scared mine
wpuld get lost in those.I have attached a screenshot of my bank
statement with this mail for your reference.
