Dear sir, I am soumick paul & My vodafone no is [protected], it is a postpaid connection. I am using this connection from 7.8.14, The networkrk service is disgusting & It has been from 27.8.14 Without informing me . I want to discontiue this connection immrdiately. Please deactivate this vofafone connection immediately or i will not be responsible for my actions because i will not pay the bill amount whatsoever. Please take the reguirrd actions & Deactivate this conneconnection

    Dear Sir,

    This is for Vodaphone Karnataka no. [protected], I had visited Vodaphone outlet in Indiranagar branch and request for closing my account by mid of May 2014, then the representative asked me come next month i.e. between June 5 to 10, since my billing cycle is between 5 &10 of every month. Accordingly, I had paid all the outstanding dues on 6th June 2014 in Indiranagar outlet, since I was traveling abroad for one year, the vodaphone representative asked me to pay the balance dues after deducting the Rs.500 advance (which was paid at the time of opening the account), and they told me the account will be closed with in 24 hrs, and i had to travel the next day i.e. on 7th June abroad and never used the Vodaphane no. after that.

    Now from mid August there were calls from Vodaphone to my home no., as well as sending me mails asking to pay again the dues, which I have replied in my mails that I have cleared all my dues on 6th June, however, again and again they are returning mail which I am tribally disturbed and want to file a complaint against the consumer representative.

      Complaint No.[protected] 18.08.2014 -Visited Gallery at Nerul East, submitted the application for conversion of post paid to prepaid. Submitted all the necessary documents along with photo and paid the required amount. Asked to pay the current bill. 20.08.2014- Paid the current bill 21.08.2014- Contacted the customer care executive, again asked to visit the Gallery. 23.08.2014-Visited the Gallery at Nerul East, Promised to activate the sim in 2 days 25.08.2014- Sent a mail to Customer Care(Mumbai) as sim was not ac tivated. 26.08.2014- Got a reply asking to submit the documents at the Gallery. 27.08.2014- Again sent a mail stating that the documents already submitted at the Gallery. 01.09.2014-Sim not activated, sent a mail to Customer Care Got a reply asking me to submit the documents at Gallery, which I had already submitted. Sim not activated, without assigning a reason. Planning to approach Consumer Count if the problem is not solved within 2 days.

        This is the most ridiculous service! I don't understand how people from the same company are not trained on the same basic company policies! The store manager says the policies have changed this month and the cust care guys are not aware of it at all. I have been charged over limit charges for usage of 3g Data plan As per the conversation with cust care guys if I opt for a 2 gb plan for 30 days i could use those 2 gb within any number of days within 30 and not be charged extra as long as the usage is within 2gb and 30 days, i will only be charged for the internet i use and not for the data usage as per pro rata. now after ive been charged and as per the store manager at vodafone store the policies are different which have changed recently and no one has bothered to keep us posted about it nor the cust care guys are aware of it(111 & 198) I made the store guy speak to the cust service and he got the same info from them ie a cust can use the 2gb data from his plan regardless of the usage being consumed within 5 days or 30 days with absolute no mention of any pro rata policy. The store guy told me to launch a complain against cust care executive, however no help will be provided in regards to the incorrect charges and bill. I was not notified about the policy changes and i will not pay unless i get a proper resolution for this as it was not my fault, i was just following what I was told by cust care... I would appreciate immediate action

            Sir I am a Customer of Vodafone from 2008.and my SIM card is not working. And I went to vodafone mini store for duplicate SIM But in Agra three stores are there in trans yamuna, kamla nagar and sanjay palace. In all above stores duplicate SIM card is not available. Sir I am unable to use this number and I am facing many problems. So its a humble request to you please tell me a solution of this problem. I will be very grateful to you.

              Hi, I am Khaja Shamshuddin Mohammed, have taken 3 corporate CUG group connections from Vodafone executive. All the three connections are under plan VG_Corp_IT_99. It is clear that when a plan is under same corporate group, the phone calls should be free within the group. But the Vodafone is charging the amount for the calls made from those numbers. Unfortunately, I didn't observed and paying the amount every month. I am concerned about the reliablity on Vodafone bills. I am really unhappy and never expected that such a big Enterprise can make this kind of mistake, and the ultimate consumer is paying the amount for no reason from past two years. I haven't calculated amount how much I lost, but I am more concerned about the quality they are maintaining. If I wouldn't have seen my itemised bill, that I would have never get to know about this scam, and I would be paying amount silently. This is big big concern for all the Vodafone post paid consumers. I take this oppurtunity here to advice every body, that don't rely on the bill generated by Vodafone. Go through the itemised bill and confirm yourself that the bill is correct or not.

                    Hi, I have recently moved from Airtel to Vodafone due to some personal reasons. Vodafone charged me Rs.277 for no reason. I called up the customer care department 3 of them put my call on vodafone delight and 3 kept me waiting on hold for more than 15 minutes each and in the end disconnect it. The next day I called one guy called "Raj Mohan" kept on repeating his words "these charges are deducted from wesites" I explained him more than four times that I have not opened any website but he kept on repeating that made me Irritate and I asked if he is mad enough to get what I'm trying to say and he hung up. They have the worst, no, possibly the worst ever Network. They have stopped my network registration. Currently, i am using my office desk phone for my personal issues. i am higly fed up with this company. I request all people to change your vodafone networks.                       Vodafone is well aware this is a racket & you have
                      confirmed in the call just made few minutes back that lot of customers are

                      To this email I did not get any written reply except a call from
                      a very junior executive asking not to dial the number, I am very specific that
                      I am not Dialing any such number but I am getting blank calls in the middle of

                      I think my problem is still
                      not understood correctly.

                      I am in international
                      business & have to attend calls from international numbers, sometimes
                      unknown too.

                      While I am aware of the
                      international racket of prizes etc which I do not attend, there the person
                      claiming a false name & company calls on the mobile & speaks to the
                      victim.

                      What I am facing is missed
                      calls from numbers in UK, if the calls are during the day & numbers read
                      correctly I ignore the call, but here the calls come from UK number precisely
                      when it is mid night, early morning here in India.

                      I have not called back any
                      of the numbers till date & get calls from different numbers from UK
                      Specifically.

                      The caller calls from
                      different numbers generally the ending nos are in sequence.

                      From my fone software &
                      app I have black listed at least 6 such numbers, but there are calls from other
                      numbers.

                      The main problem is that in
                      the dead of the night in deep sleep sometimes it is not possible to read the
                      nos. correctly & if I go to answer the call moment it connects they
                      disconnect the call.

                      I know it is some fishy,
                      racket but my problem is the timing is mid night, early morning when one is
                      fast asleep.

                      The request to
                      Vodafone is to find, communicate with UK Vodafone partners or Telecom
                      authorities to track the numbers find the people, motive of these calls
                      & why these calls are only in the middle of the night & early
                      morning, this can be done only by a large operator like you, with co-operation
                      of your international partners.

                      Hope to hear further from

                      well aware this is an international racket & you are taking no steps to
                      anything about these calls & giving us information that there are many such
                      customers who are facing this problem, which means you are well aware,
                      by just making a one line statement your mobile no shows you have made an 81
                      minute call to a number in UK your responsibility ends ??????????????

                      I need to know
                      if I have made a 81 minute call is there a voice conversation, if there is I
                      need the recordings else vodafone is fooling me & many others into paying
                      ISD bills.

                      Vodafone has to
                      get it investigated at their end, UK, Police, cyber cell whatever.

                      Pls note
                      weather payment is made on this ISD portion of bill or no this matter is going
                      to be contested, investigated, legally challenged to cost & consequences
                      of VODAFONE.

                      PRESS, POLICE, CONSUMER COURT & CYBER CELL are all going to be a part of this complaint
                      which please note, we shall be pleased to move to better operators after this
                      case is over & made public.

When i apporached to vodafone store they directly telling if you are not happy do not use vodafone rather solving the problem. Its been 1Week it has not yet activated. The response from customer executive is very poor. They do not know it has been activted or not till today they said it has been activated but in vodafone store dey said it is not yet activated.                               Yet again this happened. Vodafone charged me Rs.99 for no reason. I called up the customer care department 3 of them put my call on vodafone delight and 3 kept me waiting on hold for more than 15 minutes each and in the end disconnect it. The next day I called one guy called "Gaurav" kept on repeating his words "these charges are deducted from wesites" I explained him more than four times that I have not opened any website but he kept on repeating that made me Irate and I asked if he is mad enough to get what I'm trying to say and he hung up. They have the worst, no, possibly the worst ever! customer service which one can provide to the customers. First they deduct your balance then don't even care to assit you. This si not the first time it has happened to me. 2 months earlier they deducted some amount for no reason. I put this over the consumer website and received a call from nodal department. they kept calling me for more than a month instead of resolving my issue and when I asked to speak to the manager they promised a call back and never did! Worst ever! Illiterates customer care executive who have no sense to speak. very much unprofessional, annoying! Last time they misguided me over the phone moreover in written as well. They Promise to give me the validity for 28 days in writing but did not.This time they have charged my account for Rs.99 for no reason! stating that I have downloaded some app or something. As if I don't know how to use my phone or I'm unaware about how the apps get downloaded and how these company trick people into paying by deducting some amount. This time I am going to sue you people! I want my each penny back with apology note and call from each one who misbehaved with me! If you vodafone cannot take care of the customers why do we even use it! Worst possible customer service ever!

                              I am sick of you people. The Other day i called Customer Service to ask for refund a Lady promised me to refund it within 24 hours. I called after 24 hours the another CCE told me that there was no such request registered. What are you guys even trying to do? There is a limit to fake things and misguide people!                                 On Sat 30th August 2014 I came into Vodafone Mapusa, Goa. I spoke to Maria Dsousa Vodafone employee and asked for data package on my sim number[protected]. She showed me the Vodafone data package chart for August September and I selected the Rs 750 package for data. I paid cash and she said it was complete. At home I had internet for one day, then it died. I came back to Maria Dsousa at Vodafone Mapusa on Monday Sept 1st to ask what happened . She looked up and said I used it all up I one day because the money was placed in error on talk time not data. She could not give me a refund. This is very bad. This was not my fault. It was represented that I had purchased a data plan for 750, the Vodafone employee or the system is responsible for my loss. Maria said all I can do was spend ANOTHER 750! But then she found out her data package charts were wrong and now I must do 850. This was a rip off! But because I live in a place where there is only Vodafone signal I am a prisoner of Vodafone. Please refund my 750 immediately, or at least give me the equivalent in data for one month. Horrified at Vodafone service, P. Brown

                                      hi, This is regarding the call i got today from [protected], stating that it is from vodafone, they are calling in regards to some lucky draw. the guy in th other end said that he is calling from the vodafone mumbai, and said that i will be provided 25 laks, he mentioned his name as vijay verma from vodafone, i tried to call back and got alert for ISD call. Call got connected and same guy again said that he is from vodafone. i disconnected the call and now registering this complaint against this kind of scams. i also checked the number and the country code was +92 so i am worried about it.                                         Vodafone is not more happy to help you, they are cheating the people and when caught there is no response from them. Now I have decided to drag them in consumer court. I am holding corporate 99 plan for my two post paid numbers, they changed the plan long back without my request and started billing high amount. Now they are falsely claiming that I requested them to change the plan when I caught red hand for cheating. Below is the conversation happened with them and they did not respond me after that. As per telephonic conversation today on [protected] at 2:02 PM, we wish to inform that, tariff plan of your above mentioned Vodafone number has already been changed to VG_Corp_IT_99 w.e.f.05/08/2014 for both the numbers. Kindly find the attachment of VG_Corp_IT_99 plan details for your reference.  (VIJAY->) Not sure if this is changed back to VG_Corp_IT_99. I did not receive any SMS confirming the plan change. Even I sent SMS “Myplan” to 111, and I received “Your Active on: 50MB VMC+VL+Iphone_2G Zero free unit package – COFU 25 L+N …..” Anyways I asked for clarification not for changing something/plan, so how did you decide to change it without my confirmation? Is that the same way you changed my plan without any request? The rental and the discounts will be charged on pro-rata basis as the tariff plan has been changed in mid bill cycle. The benefits of the new plan will be applicable from midnight onwards. Once the plan is changed, you would be receiving a SMS from Vodafone confirming the plan change.  I did NOT receive any SMS confirming the plan change. Once the tariff plan is changed, you can also SMS “Myplan” to 111 (toll free) for the details of the plan.  I sent SMS “Myplan” to 111, and I received “Your Active on: 50MB VMC+VL+Iphone_2G Zero free unit package – COFU 25 L+N …..” Please be informed that no SMS promo will be applicable on Peak days. For all the details on Peak day list, kindly visit our website. www.vodafone.in Further, we regret to inform you that we had revalidated the bills and the charges are correct as per tariff plan ST_CR_MV_E_Talk_99. Further, as per the company policy, you’re “VG_Corp_IT_99” tariff plan was migrated to “ST_CR_MV_E_Talk_99”plan.  What policy is this? Without customer’s confirmation how you can change the plan? Is your company policy important than Customer? And if so, the why do you cheat while selling the new connection but offering corporate plans? Please note that, SMS intimations were already sent to your Vodafone mobile number informing the same between 7th to 9th February for the number 93xx* and between 28th to 29th November for the number [protected].  I did not receive any such confirmation messages on any dates for any numbers. Otherwise I could have stopped using Vodafone on same time. Can you suffice the proof for same? As you were in an old plan with high call rates and low benefits which were to be discontinued from Vodafone end we proactively changed your plan. So that, you continue to enjoy Vodafone services as before without any interruption.  Why should I pay for your mistakes? Advise me how you are going to adjust for this extra payments?
