Vodafone 3g not working in roaming

I have been using 3g in mysore since 1 months with my chennai corporate number without any problem. But all of a sudden, since evening of 5th September 2014, am unable to connect to 3g network. False deduction of 3g balance

Within 10 days of 3 g recharge of rs 147, I got message that 90% consumed and left with 21 mb balance. 90% of 1gb is apprx.900 mb.and rest 100 mb left. How your server mentioned that 21 mb left.
