i am Vodafone pospaid user for Delhi circle and i am using 2g connection from last two months i have been charged for the same service hello1_tvallsouth_ this month for Rs.30/- and last month more than Rs.100/- and i have never used this service and Vodafone has charged me without my consent and when i have contacted the customer care they are saying that i have clicked this service while i never browse through my phone.This is totally a fraud done by Vodafone and hello1_tvallsouth and i want my money to be refunded asap.My contact number is [protected].

I have too same issue, vodafone guys charging more for every month, i was reached customer care and vodafone store, i was raise 10 times compaints on this, they are not responded .

What can i do ? I loss my money around 200 RS in 3 months .

I seeing only one way to change network .

God can say what are these charges for.I wonder what’s this strategy of

When I called up Customer care, they didn’t give any proper explanation on it.

Same problem I have faced and have been charged with 297 rs(details below). Please provide justification for this

vodafone has charge me 99 rs for HELLO1_TVALLSOUTH which i never downloaded we have to do something about this nexus between vodafone and HELLO1_TVALLSOUTH. Also they have charged 198 rs for other two downloads as well which I never did. Also I called their customer centre to ask for details but they are saying they don’t have any. so this is seriosuly not a happy customer experience

Hello,

My cell no is [protected] (Delhi/NCR) and I have been charged INR 297+ service tax for downloads in bill for period 20/12/2014 to 19/01/2015 which I never used below sites or apps. Even I don’t know what kind of services are these.

I called Vodafone customer service and customer care agent said you clicked on sites that why it has been charged and Vodafone is not going to refund you and he dropped the call. This is not acceptable at all.

I did a survey and it was surprise to know that there many users are being charged for similar fake services and they don’t know about it.

Is there anyway to correct my bill from Vodafone?

The same happened with me, there is a fake charges of Rs.108 against hello1_tvallsouth_. Customer care couldn't give proper explanation other than arguing that the charge is valid, whereas I know that they are cheating with me as I never downloaded any such thing. Vodafone is cheating with their customer and on top of that now a days their 3g service is worse than anything, they have no solution yet, I will change my service provider as vodafone is not trustworthy now a days.

    I have been charged by the Vodafone for Rs.99/- on behalf of Mydala.com but i have not opted for such services and i do not have any intimation from Mydala.com also so this is completely fraud as i have been charged without my consent and i want my money back, kindly help me out.

Note receiving email, not able to browse, whatsapp messages not getting delivered at all.         I am writing this complaint after several trials at vodafone customer care and stores to solve my concern and from last two days my outgoing services have also been barred because my bill has gone beyond credit limit, which is because they have not been supportive to give me a solution. For august, i received a bill of Rs.2387 out of which around 1300 is only for internet. i have been using Vodafone prepaid services for a long time but recently i shifted to prepaid due to some circumstances and in-spite of having low call rates, i have to pay huge bills of internet which never happened when i was using prepaid and even my usage is not so much.on calling customer care i was told that the my internet plan for Rs.250 gives me 1000mb to use but its also has capping(which was never told before) and after finishing the given units and extra usage it converts into unlimited plan by default(for which i was charged Rs.750)and i didnt even get any message for this upgradation. therefore after my plan was finished i as usual did an add on plan of Rs.150( but i was already charged for Rs.750 for making my plan unlimited and i didnt know) and there were also some other charges too, therefore such a huge bill. I request you to please do something in this regard asap. thanks

        Same thing happened with me and they have charged me capping of 850 rs. .as they didnt told me anything about the capping earlier.
        Also they are showing there arrogant behaviour towards me and keep telling me that you have to pay the bill even though i have tried many times to put my point . VODAFONE is charging unneccessory charges and we should take action towards them.

          I am using vodafone from so many years but this time either u should solve my problem or else I have to stop using ur network. I made a recharge of 156 for 3g on 8/9/14 (6.17 pm) but did not got any response so I have to made another small recharge of 9rs for 2g. I have waited for 3 hours. now you are saying that my balance was over written. How it can b over written when it was not been made! I need my recharge amount or the services that I have paid for!

            Team, very much frustrated with the process of verification done ...i was not notified that a representative is coming for verification...no calls at all ... but the disconnected my service for failure in verification... wen called cust. support they inform that the representative had come to my place twice...which is completly a FALSE INFO ... i am at home 24/7 and they insist that they had called me ... which is again a BIG LIE ... no msgs ...no calls...no person came to my doorstep...they barred my calls ...wherein i told them the emergency stil they are not able to do anything about it...i am a VALUABLE Customer using my number for more than 7 years...hope vodafone takes care of this issue ASAP ! if not im planning to switch my whole family to aircel were they treat cx GOOD !!

              I am using Vodafone connection from 3-4 years, from this i am very frustrated for this unwanted reduction. I have charged Rs. 49 for Internet usage charges in my pos paid bill in August (22/08/2014-08:57:45). Today When I asked to Vodafone they said I have downloaded wapvilla_ppd from Vodafone mobile connect hence charged this amount, but till date i have not download that's like application on my windows phone. Also i have checked my download history. And till date i doesn't received any notification on wapvilla_ppd. When I googled there was no crap coming up for this app. So please look into this matter and give me back my reduced amount ASAP. I want to ask some questions to Vodafone:- 1. How they can charging amount without any clarification as well as notification. 2. When i ask to Vodafone why they can't proper justification for this amount reduction. 3.                 I am using a HSBC CUG connection, phone number [protected] from your company since a long time and have been mostly satisfied with the service. I am not an avid user of the mobile phone and have been getting a bill of around Rs. 200/- each month, even with the data plan. However, I was surprised to see my bill for an amount in excess of Rs. 500/- for the month of August 2014. I called up the customer service department and I found that I had been charged for a game download 3 times. Moreover, I had been charged for some SMS related to the game downloads as well. I would like to inform you that a couple of months back my son, who is just 5 years old, had accidentally purchased the same game and as that WAS a mistake from my end I paid the bill without any issues. However, I fail to understand if I have already bought a game and paid for it once, how can I be charged 3 more time for the same. Also, there was a '[protected]@Rs. 99' button when the game had not been bought and which had disappeared after my son bought it the fist time. Please remove the charges of Rs. 297/- and taxes plus the charges for the SMS so that I may continue to enjoy your company's services.

                  I hav taken vodafone post paid connection with 1 gb 3G data free. Wen I received the monthly bill to my surprise they had charged rs177/- as download charges. Wen I checked with customer care they told that this amount of ra 177/- is charges for download and free is only for browsing. Who can use 1 gb data only for browsing with out downloading ?? anything??. This seems to be completely cheating and levying extra charges

                    Hi I had requested to deactivate my vodafone no ([protected]) on 15 july 2014 and got a confirmation mail from vodafone on 19 july 2014 that they will deactivate the same with 7 days. But till now they have not deactivated this no and have been generating unnecessary bills since then. Now they have added that bill to my primary vodafone no. and they say they will de-activate my primary no if the bill is not paid. To add on vodafone guys have been harassing me and my family by visiting at home and calling me at odd hours. Plus when I call them on customer care they keep me waiting for 10-15 mins which is so disgusting. Also i have been complaining of not receiving bills on my email id bcz of which i have been paying late charges from past i dont know how many months. On last conversation vodafone guy told me that you need to visit vodafone store to de-activate the no. My question is why these details were not given me before? Also when you guys have to activate the no you come at the door step but to de-activate you make fool out of the customers and generating unnecessary bills. Now if my primary no will be deactiavted Vodafone has to pay penelty for all and it will be huge problem for them. Thanks, Swati

                      Dear Sir, I activated my internet plan in the month of July-14 for 1GB @ Rs. 100 plan and later on on dated 22/0/2014 I activated unlimited plan for Rs. 299. My Bill no. [protected] dated 05/0/2014 stated my account charging for period 05/07/2014 to 22/07/2014 both amount for the internate monthaly charges ( 05/07/14 to 22/07/14 for 18 days) of Rs. 58.06 and also usage charges for same period for 0.19 GB usage as Rs. 276.28. Also for unlimited plan Rs. 125.39 for period 23/07/2014 to 04/08/2014 added. For clarification I complaint to adjust the extra bill amount of Rs. 276.028 with service tax at near by me Vodafone service center located near Itwari Telephone exchange square Garoba maidan Sataranjipura, Nagpur -440008 (MS). They satisfied for that and assured for adusting for next bill. But for this month bill ( September14 ) not adjusted that amount. Please adjust my extra billing amount of Rs. 276.028 with service tax which I already paid to Vodafone so that I can pay revised bill for this month. Thanking Sir, Yours Faithfully Purushottam S.                         Vodafone, I am disappointed and dissatisfied with the network coverage in my work place. This is not the first time that I am complaining. My phone number is [protected] Your services are causing a lot of discomfort and inconvenience to me as your customer and every time my call drops in the middle of any conversation is very frustrating. Worst part me having to run around places here and there in search of network so that i can talk. And doing that in my work place becomes highly discomfort and honestly with my colleagues around me seeing my situation are also not getting a good feedback about Vodafone from me.                           I was a customer of vodafone for mobile number [protected]. On 20-Jun-2014, vodafone deactivated said mobile number without any notice and reason. I got to know about it when I did not recieve any bill next month as I am abroad. Curiously, I sent email to vodafone for knowing this reason. They emailed back "With regard to your request, we regret to inform that, your above mentioned Vodafone number has already been permanently deactivated due to pending documents w.e.f. 20/06/2014." Here started all hue and cry and bad behaviour of vodafone. I sent them email asking for the reason and what documentation is pending, everytime, I got same reply. It seems, they are doing copy paste. Fanally, I asked my friend to visit VD store and get the info. That time we got to know there was some virtual request from my side for disconnection which I never did. They even told me date in May2014 during time I am abroad. Anyway, We were assured of restoration after a letter of restoration from my side. This is also done from my side on 28-AUG-2014. After few follow ups nothing happened, Again my friend visited VD store on 05-SEP-2014 and here came a new story that I submitted termination of number request in May-2009. They were not even ashamed telling this reason when this number got deactivated after 5 yrs. Not only this, My friend had to face unneccessary bad behaviour of Vodafone personal at counter A in SR Nagar, Hyderabad Branch. They again told, they will try to get it done. I wrote to all possible department of vodafone and one of them came back with again a strange reason "We enquired your request and the number barred according to GOVT. TRAI rule in 3 months if no single incoming and outgoing calls are not done the number will be deactivated." I searched for this rule and could not find it, even vodafone site says on URL https://www.vodafone.in/support/pages/postpaid_help.aspx#Misc "If the cellular mobile connection has non-usage in one particular bill i.e 30 days and subsequent to that there are no payments within 21 days of the Bill run, the mobile connection is liable to get disconnected." All the bills are getting settled by ECS. There cannot be any non payment reason. I wrote this complain to Nodal and appellate office hoping to have some resolution. Instead of getting resolution, I am again back to the square one after seeing answer from them "We would like to inform you that your Vodafone number has already been permanently deactivated due to pending documents w.e.f. 20/06/2014." They mentioned to apply for a new connection only. Please suggest what can be done in this case. I am also planning to file a complain for all this trouble and abd behaviour of vodafone personal... Please also suggest procedure of doing so.

                              Dear concern, I have visited 3 times voda store in Malviya nagar jaipur to resolve my billing issue and to pay my dues of bill amount. My no is [protected] and my complain no is 75158958/808. My first visit was on 25th Aug, second visit was on 30th Aug and my resent visit to clear my dues was on 6th Sept, 2014. Every time i got only goody words from your staff and commitment to resovle in 72 hrs, by today eve and again " you will receive call by today eve with solution. But no conclusion in last 15days time. In this issue i was charged for 3G package which i hv never used in past also. Even in June month when i went to Voda Store to pay my bill. I raised objection on 3G charges but i have paid that bill amount. On the same day i requested to Voda exe to discontinue all internet services and other flash messages. One of your executive was sitting on counter "D" resolved online and confirmed it to me that now onwards it will not reflect. But same problem occurred again and there was extra 3G charges in bill worth rs.550/-. I requested to wave off the same to process further and to continue my services after pay my bill amount, but unfortunately there is NO SOLUTION till date. Now i am not going to continue with this no and not interested in any solution. If you want to provide any solution for this issue please refund my rs. 450/- which i have paid in June against 3G internet charges without using any services. Best regards, Vijay Sharma [protected]

                                This is ridiculous and the worst behavior I ever have seen in my life. In my experience Vodafone is the most useless and fraud company. I have been requesting, informing and calling the customer care regarding the mistakes in my bill. Despite of resolving my problem, you disconnected my number and in return restricted my outgoing calls as well. This is really a harassment for a customer like me. On one hand you increased the limit to Rs. 9000, saying that I am a valuable and true customer. But on the other hand Vodafone makes so many mistakes in the bills. This is not the first time that I am facing this issue, to best of my memory this is the 3rd time I am facing this issue of frauds in the bills. This is the third time I am facing the same issues in the bill. Many a times in the past I caught the numbers for which Vodafone was billing me but I never made the calls. On submitting the proofs I got the waiver offs. Again I have noticed that there are various mistakes in the bill. I just have worked on 3 dates, and have seen that vodafone is billing me for those calls which I never have made. I called the customer care and explained the same issue, despite of solving the issue, he simply disconnected my call. So many times I have tried to inform about this issue to one of RMs Shabbir Joseph, via emails and calls but all in vain. Now where should I go, to whom should I ask. This is what a Big Brand like Vodafone is doing with their customers i.e. Just Robbing there money.

                                  For the billing cycle before the last one, a customer care rep called me and informed that there is a Internet pack trial offer available for my account. The offer is that 1 GB of internet will be free of charge for that billing cycle and it will be automatically deactivated for the next billing cycle. So I accepted the offer and used 1GB of data for that cycle. In the start of the last billing cycle I phoned vodafone customer care and asked whether there is any data pack active for my account(This is to verify that the offer pack had been automatically deactivated. The rep promptly said that there is no data pack active and so I heaved a sigh of relief and went on. But this month's bill has 250 RS extra for an active internet plan!!! When I called customer care and informed about this they asked me to call 198 and register a complaint. The complaint was taken and the representative that spoke to me assured that the bill will be revised since I have made the call myself and asked to deactivate. This is the mistake of the customer care rep who gave me a false information that the data pack is deactivated. And I will not pay for the errors that you guys made. Till now there is no response from the customer care team and my bill is not yet revised. Please revise the bill then only I will pay.                                   Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                  Getting calls from customer care threatening me to pay the bill otherwise service will be terminated. I said go ahead and terminate the service. I dont want your pathetic service..
                                  This issue has been resolved by Vodafone with great professionalism.
                                  Thanks Vodafone for taking the necessary action to resolve my issues.

                                    Hello, My name is Eliyas - [protected]. Yesterday Vodafone deducted Rs.75 from my account. After asking about this to them, The Reply i got is You downloaded a vuclip video. But I havent Downloaded anything. There is Nothing in my mobile like vuclip. The only thing i use is whatsapp and nothing else. Upon Contacting again and again they said they will refund it in 30 min. But Still I havent received anything. They Noted my complaint but still no reply. Vodafone I want my money back as soon as possible My Number - [protected].

                                      Dear Sir/ Madam, I would like to inform you that an amount of Rs. 26 /- has been deducted from my Account balance on 06.09.2014. I had only accessed my G-Mail Account from my mobile Internet and was quiet astonished to see that the said amount has been deducted only for that purpose. Please reply with reasons in this regard.                                         I am an user of Vodafone Postpaid for last1+ years . I have an unlimited download 2G Plan mgossip pack 99 ndtv valuepk 49 wapvilla ppd 49, handygo javagame for 40, mgossip pack 49, wapvilla ppd 49 (doesn't know what was that). When I called customer care, they told me that I have accessed chargeable sites but when I asked what are the list of chargeable sites, she didn't told me anything. Please help me. Thanks
