Hi Vodafone team, I reside in Santacruz West & we have been facing severe network issues for the past 3-4 weeks. My VF no. is [protected]. Besides self, my entire family uses vodafone & the network is becoming a huge challenge due to which we're considering a decision to port out to another service provider. We had strong signals for all these years however its close to nil as of now. We have visited the VF gallery & also submitted a complaint 3 weeks ago however it hasnt improved. My address is: Flat No. 5, Marble Arch, Central Avenue, Santacruz (West), Mumbai - 400054. Request your immediate assistance on this issue failing which you would lose multiple loyal customers soon.     I am using your network for last one year and more, with three numbers of SIM under MSEB plan.
    For the NO. [protected] my complain is that, in my mobile bill you have shown SHORT FORMAT & ANIMATION DOWNLOAD under downloads section & charged accordingly for the month of July 2014.

    But I have not downloaded the above applications and they are not o[censored]se for me in any manner.
    I have talk to your customer care representative regarding this, they told me that I had definitely downloaded the applications, & if this is so please tell me
    • The WEB SITE from which this app.are downloaded.
    IF I have really downloaded the apps, how much duration is required for that.
    Scan my mobile, mobile RAM from your side, & tell were the apps are.
    Any document, software, hardcopy, softcopy proving that I had downloaded the apps.

    Please don’t say that all the apps are regarding to 3rd party & so, & if that is the matter please get the Details from them, Plaese give me the details since you are charging for that.

    Sir, please kindly look in to the matter & do the needful. Expecting A POSITIVE RESPONSE FROM YOU.

        I had a miserable day with vodafone customer care today to get my issue with Data Sim sorted. I have a data sim [protected] which I use to connect to internet using Vodafone MIFI device (R205). I got a recharge of Rs. 649 yesterday on this number. I tried to connect to internet with mifi device today but I was not able to open any site. After many tries, I was able to open google page but no other site was opening. I can confirm that my MIFI device is working fine as it is working fine with other sim [protected]. So issue is definitely with number [protected] and no one in Customer Care was understanding that. Please find below summary of my experience with Customer care today against the ref no. I wasted 1 hr 15 mines with customer care with no resolution. 1. Ref No [protected] -A call was made to UP East Customer Care number [protected] from my postpaid number. After taking all required details of problem, the advisor said that you have been connected to Postpaid Department. I asked them to transfer my call to prepaid department. They advised that they can't perform internal transfers and asked me call on IVR again and choose right option to get connected to Prepaid department. There is no such option on IVR that allows me to connect to Prepaid department directly. 2. Ref No [protected] - I dialed 198 but since my number[protected] was a Maharashtra Postpaid no call connected to Maharashtra Customer Care. The advisor suggested he can't help me with the request as problem reported is with Vodafone UP East Number. 3. Ref not available as got call disconnected - I dialed with the prepaid number [protected], Data Sim with which I am having issue, putting it in mobile. Call connected to prepaid UP East Department. The advisor, Miss Mishra, suggested that she can't transfer my call to GPSR department as I am not connected to MIFI device with the prepaid sim. She suggested me below options: a. Try to call from another local prepaid no and Data sim connected to MIFI device - I can't because I was out of station b. She asked me to call from any other service provider number- I can't as I was only having two vodafone numbers that too Postpaid c. She then suggested to call with my postpaid number only and ask postpaid department to connect me to Data Service Department. I said postpaid department has already denied with internal transfer. She insisted that they will connect, if not please ask them to connect you to Senior Member of Customer care. After a long discussion with no solution call got disconnected. 4. Ref No [protected] - Following suggestion from my previous call, I again made a call from my postpaid number and asked advisor to connect me to Data Service Department. She said GPRS department is not ready to take call and they have advised that this needs to be taken care by backend team. Now she asked me to provide a number so that backend team can make an outbound call. I provided my number [protected] but she said it’s an outside location number so they will not be able to make call from URL or something. I asked what the next alternative is; she said outbound call with outside number can be picked in max 2 days. I said can't we get it prioritized. She said it’s a protocol it will take max 2 days. Then I told, I have been with my request since last 1 hr now and it looks things are rolling from one department to another with no appropriate conclusion. I requested to get my money back. She said then I need to call from my prepaid sim to request prepaid department for getting my money refunded. 5. Ref No. [protected] - I called to prepaid department for refunding my money. The advisor said there is no such provision of money refund. He advised to wait for two days or they can't help further. After having a long conversation regarding my customer care experience with advisor, I was left with no other options to wait for two days. The reference number for my request to addressed in max two days is [protected]. I am a vodafone customer since 5 years now and this is the response I get from Vodafone. I am was just feeling like a fool over the conversation I had with advisors. Could you please register this complaint and let me know that this is the expected experience of a customer with Vodafone customer care?

          I am using [protected] for the last many years and I have a caller tuner which people hear when they call me and feel happy. It is flute classic. All of sudden I find on 20th this was changed without my request at all. I contacted your office on 21st four to five times and wasted my almost 3-4 hours without any success. The worst part was when one Ms.Renu asked me to wait and I was forces to listen your advertisement for 15-20 minutes and line was disconnected. Same thing happened with another person--I am forgetting the name. Third time than one nice fellow Vijay came on the line and said he will call back--but no call. Instead another person gives me a call and asked me to give 24-48 hours to reinstate the called tune. Just got fed up. My request was and is very simple: I have been using a specific caller tune for so many years, I am happy with that and am paying for that every month. Why did you change it without my request and why it is taking so long to reinstate it. It is 4 days now. PLEASE REINSTATE MY CALLER TUNE IMMEDIATELY as I have to explain every time a friend of mine gives me call & get confused.

              i have ported in from reliance to Vodafone, from then i am trying to activate my caller tune on my number [protected] but it is not getting activated i has called N number of times to customer care they have taken it as a funny call, i am getting message as caller tune is active but my balance is not getting deducted, i have informed the same to customer care people they have not option of helping me and they just prolonging my call and not searching a solution for the my caller tune. after that i have visited to vodafone store for 3 times and they just making a fun out of me and made me to travel 50km up and down for 3days from where i am living and even they said a silly reason that the sim has been cut for mini sim so it is not getting active and the store people made me to change the sim in store and charged me 50/- rupees for that and i have left the store even now my caller tune is not getting activated., really dont go for vodafone its a waste of service the above complaint was given on[protected] on the same website, and they have forwarded to Vodafone with link for me http://www.consumercomplaints.in/vodafone-india-caller-tune-is-not-getting-activ... on the same day i got calls from vodafone hyderabad office many people on have called from [protected] and one of the person have called from [protected] they have called and asked me NONSENCE questions and never tried to resolve my issue and one more person have called to solve the caller tune problem from the number [protected] but he to said their is technical issue and they will solve but, i have been in continuous touch with this last number messaging for the status of the caller tune but, he has not given any resolution and no reply even after 10days of my complaint is their any further step that i can take as i have been insulted by vodafone people, i want to do something they have hurt my feelings, please give me some suggestions so i can proceed legally please help me

                  I'm roaming in Bangalore from Mumbai. The network is Pathetic. Very often its fully down. Cant make outbound calls. When I complained at Vodafone Store, they say this is what it is. I am not going to live with this attitude. Even on the streets the network keep dropping. I am thinking of shifting to another provider. anyone facing a similar problem Which is the best provider in Bangalore?

                    Hi Consumer Forum This is regarding two complaints and poor response from vodafone corpcare that I am writing this email to you. I have all the email comm as evidence. 1. Wrong charges for internet usage : I got international roaming activated on my number [protected] around 15 Aug. When my phone was switched of in Singapore and not used much (crosschecked with device) in Australia, I have been charged for 10 MB usage more than 5000 rs. Time and again I have been asking that these are not correct charges, corpcare just comes back saying "its for internet usage in singapore and australia" . I dont agree as it was not used at all. I am not being suggested any way to resolve this even after so many comms. I have been getting template responses from corpcare. 2. Wrong monthly charges after change of plan : I got plan changed for both my numbers [protected]/90 on the same call and have got email confirmation of that change also with me. While one number was changed to EZTALK125 only as specified other number ([protected]) is being charged extra with data plan dialer tune etc even when I clearly instructed that I wanted etalk 125 only. I have been trying to get it resolved with corpcare but to no avail. Please help. Regards Abhinav

                    Vodafone has charged 99 rupees on download claimed it to be ‘D2C_SALPARNI_LOOKATIT_PPU_99-SALPARNI’ something which I obviously didn’t do… I would like my money reimbursed to my account at the earliest surprised as to how a popular company such as Vodafone comes up with such fraudulent act…phone no +91-[protected] kindly investigate and do needful

                      I have vodafone postpaid number from last more than 1 year in the name of my mother. I want to convert that vodafone postapaid number into vodafone prepaid number. Number of times I called customer care for doing this but at last they adviced me to visit nearest vodafone store. I visited vodofone store firstly in the month of July. One of the employee of store adviced me to come with the documents during my biling cycle dates. Now my biling cycle date is 19 to 20 then according again I visited vodafone store yesterday 21.08.2014 for converting my postpaid number to prepaid. Now they told me to come with your mother and with original documents then only they convert my number else you shut your number by calling cust care on 111. They cannot do anything . As my mother is not well and she is not in position to go anywhere they people even dont want to understand my problem and adviced me to call 111 for shut my number asap. First tym I have such a bad experience with vodafone. I never adviced anyone for taking vodafone as for such a short process they give lots of trouble. Vodafone store at Navyug Market Ghaziabad is worst among all ghaziabad stores. Employees are not conscious and even they have not time to attend customers for there queries as well. please help me as my mother is not able to visit store and vodafone is not ready to resolve my issue. I want your help and i know this you definitely provide your assistance for the same.

                        For past two months my vodafone [protected] number was blocked for SMS.I asked to customer care they said that i need to register with TRAI.Actually i dont know how to do that and I did not do any kind of marketing, i will send messages to my friends and relatives only.Without my knowledge they blocked.i complained to customer care many times but they are not at all responding, How to un block?

                            Hii all
                            This is regarding my mobile no [protected] earlier with vodafone
                            I knew this was going to happen after i requested for port out fail to understand my bill
                            There are some charges of 1599 from 20.7 to 19.8
                            I am not aware of these charges.
                            What kind of service is this that it got activated on its own and it knew that i was going to port our in the coming month,
                            Well now i understand that you people bought me an internet pack worth 1599. And i am not going to pay for i did not ask for
                            Well i know that i have to port out and i already had a 1gb data plan active on mobile number then why did you avtivate the 1599 plan.
                            The usage for this mont was .56 gb.
                            What was the use of activating a 12 gb plan when i work from home and have broadband plus wifi available.
                            My usage can be checked.
                            I request you to tell these people to remove these 1599 inr. So that i can pay my bill and do not default.

                              I take a new sim card in west bengal but my sim card not working, after 11 days retailer tell me that your document is wrong .But my document is voter id of jharkhand and i also give a refrence of local address.But after that i cheack my voter id in website of jharkhand it is right .I also went to dealer office and i saw my original voter id .one person see this card and he said that 'your form is rejected means rejected '. I want to know that why my voter id not accepted as a proof .

                                I bought a new sony xperia Z2 on 5 august and It has a sticker, in which it is written that If a vodafone sim is inserted first in handset then user get 2GB plan for 2 months and offer is valid till 31st august. But I didn't get the offer and also no one took any action when I did complaint about it.

                                  Dear Manager @ Vodafone customer care, I called your vodafone customer care center today through 111 here in bangalore and I desperately was angry over your service first of all secondly the way the customer exceutive spoke with me, don't you people have respect to customers ? or train your members how to resolve issues with customers ...I am asking your person( his name is Vijay) why am I charged so much inspite of activating Rs 21 two times and I have been charging the same amount with no any change the plan was not activated, he is questioning me why did I recharge, I asked him if he is or crack to ask such kind of question, it is his duty to check and tell me what is going on in my number, because most of the times I dont check the call rates because i am so busy with my business, but this time its too much .. "so he replied me that he as no server to check and he as no escalator to even tranfer the call to manager", what the hell your people are thinking, , , let me tell you that you people are earning becuase o[censored]s, if we are not there you are nothing, I have been using vodafone for past 4 to 5 years on a pre-paid basis, if you see I am using more than what post paid customers use ..in this case you people are not even bothered to give a feedback on whats happening to my money, .you can't expect customers to go to vodafone office each and every time..then why do you have the call center numbers ?? first of all I want to raise a complaint towards that person Vijay who attended my call today and want to meet him, can you give me his details to raise a complaint, he as no respect, no responsibility and not fit to answer any question rather questioning me who asked you to recharge and there is no server in vodafone to track anything, and he said more over the phone ...i desperately want to meet him and raise a compalaint to his manager ... and refund of my money Rs21 on both my vodafone numbers [protected] & [protected]...

                                    My mobile Number is [protected]. I have received the bill for the period 20.07.2014 to 19.08.2014. I am charged Rs. 199 in the bill under the downloads item. On 01/08/2014 for handygo_javagame_2 Rs. 20, on 03/08/2014 for hello1_tvallsouth_ Rs. 60, on 07/08/2014 for handygo_javagame_2 Rs. 20 and for deals_mydala_99 Rs. 99 are charged.                                     I was using vodafone 3G post paid with their recently launched pocket 3G router (Rs.2499) and I noticed something like "deals_mydala_99 (Rs.99/-)" in my monthly bill and they charged Rs.99/-. When I raised this issue with them below was their reply. Till now I do not know what the above mentioned service is all about. I am having a BSNL connection at home and I am quite happy with that. I have purchased this Vodafone router only a month back and using this only while travelling and also when I am away from home and only to get my mails. So in order to understand what is this service "deals_mydala_99 (Rs.99/-)" which they are claiming that I have downloaded, I did a google search and found that many customers like me are facing this type of hidden charges, which is being thrust upon the customers fraudulently.

                                    I am not raising this issue because they charged me Rs.100, it is because the way in which they are cheating the customers. See the volume of complaints on net and how many customers are getting cheated unknowingly.

                                    This charge was appearing on my bill post 25 days of my purchase and I am 100% confident that I havent downloaded the mentioned service, kindly help to register a consumer complaint on the same.

                                      Hi Team, This mail is in regard with my corporate phone number - [protected]. I have made a deactivation call for 3G Rs 150 for 500 MB plan 22nd July 2014. I have received no sms plus on Vodafone My Account and on *111*5# the plan was shown as active till 20th August. Please refer to the photo attached. After my call on 22nd July Vodafone refunded me amount of Rs 300 which i only came to know when i saw the account statement. So, due to display of my active 3G plan as above in all the places(portal, helpline) i didn't come to know that my services has been deactivated and i kept it using as a 500MB plan for Rs 150. Now when i received my bill i came to know that in spite of being charged with the Rental Rs 150 for this month i have been charged with the internet usage charges(Extra 800 Bucks!!!). I want to know what can be done in this matter as am not going to continue with this no. if my amount is not adjusted. Tell me, why would i deactivate a Rs 150 service to pay Rs 800 extra on it for the usage charges. Kindly adjust the amount or terminate the connection. Ekant Singhal A hopeful customer.

                                        In my vodafone number [protected] i recieved sms from vodafone that "by

                                        Recharging with 147rs, i will get 1gb 3g data for 30 days". I

                                        Conferemed it to the customer care on 13/08/2014, 5:24pm.The customer

                                        Care executive "mr. Ajay kumar" checked my number for this offer and

                                        Said, " yes, you get 1gb 3g data on recharging of 147rs". After that i

                                        Had recherged my number for 147rs. But i get only 500 mb data. Please

                                        Resolve my proublem, and take action against resposibles, so that they

                                        Can not make froud again...
