Unwanted Download Charges

Plan change issue

Vodafone Charged me rs 99 for the download from mydala.com which i did not download

Hi All, i am a vodafone customer. I was charged for MyDala from my vodafone account without permission and i wasnt abuot this as well that a payment can be made without confirmation. When i called vodafone customer care they advised me that i was charged for mydala.com whihc i did not access for any purchase. no network connection and bad atitude

I am resident of santa cruz- goa. Being a loyal customer its my duty to inform about the issues facing by me and my fellow colleagues. False charges against downloading
