I am a vodafone customer and using Three vodafone numbers [protected], [protected] and [protected]. As per vodafone representative I decided to convert these three nos to Postpaid.While converting from Prepaid to Post paid vodafone, blocked the old sim card before new one delivery.Now I am facing problems that all these nos are blocked and I can not communicate to any one, from 25th August 2014 till date. This is pure carelessness from vodafone services. If before starting using post paid you started giving trouble, then no need of your service. Please make enquiry.     Dear Concern, so many times i complain for this in vodafone office about extra charges. after that he reverse me ammount 2 times which is applied in my number [protected]. but agin they charged me 169 rs extra as a downloading charges but i am using unlimited internet on my number [protected]. and I did not visited any payble site. kindly look on it and solve it as soon as possible. thanx.     still I am Waiting refund From VOdafone Which Is Extra Charged applied in my number [protected].

    there is no any call and mail received by me from vodafone office .

      Hello, My name is Ronald Dominic Anthony and my mobile number is +91 [protected]. I have been using this number for almost 4 and a half years. That should tell you that I am a loyal Vodafone customer. This mail is with the intention to let you'll know that you have let me down as a service provider in the last few months, two months ten days to be exact. Reason: Inability to resolve the issue I have reported with you'll over this period. I have raised numerous requests to activate International Roaming, over the phone through your call centre and also by going to the Vodafone store personally. The SR nos. are- 20th Jul 2014([protected], [protected]) 16th Aug 2014([protected], [protected]) I am right now in Singapore and all my bills, bank advices, OTPs come to my Vodafone number which currently is deactivated because of Vodafone's ability of not enabling the International Roaming. I would like to let you know that I have submitted a copy of my passport to your store, my address verification has also been successful but still my request is pending. I am tired of calling your customer care which takes me about 10minutes to connect. Mind you it's an ISD call and I have called many a times. I just want to know whether you'll can help me or should I just suspend all services from Vodafone? Ronald +[protected]

        Hi m Nitin From Mumbai.My no is [protected]. i have recharged my mobile with 200rs.i have activated 149rs 3G data plan.after using for 2 3 days, 49rs automatically deducted from my account.when i inquired about it to customer care they said that it is becoz of wap service which i click while using internet. but when i search in detail its a Vodafone app itself.whenever you use internet, it will automatically download in your mobile and deduct 49rs.and when call customer care they give stupid answer like its your fault, be care full while using internet.pl do not click on adds.Only Vodafone have access to my main account, how come other website can download anything and deduct my balance. please look into this issue and refund my balance, and make sure that this will not happens again.

        Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        Today i receive call by Mr. *** at 5.45 pm.He
        clearly said that we can't refund your balance because i have surfed
        chargeable sites and downloaded contents which are chargeable. also he
        said that we refunded you first time (This is happens second time, First
        time they refunded my balance)because its our customer satisfaction
        policy but we cant refund you this time.For your kind
        information, when i second time called customer care executive ms.***, she clearly said that, you have downloaded/clicked wap
        service(Which i didn't) that's why they have charged me and its a
        Vodafone service by which i can see my last call cost, my data n blah
        blah.., but i said i don't need this service, she said your
        balance will be refunded within an hour, but this not happens. again i
        called CC this time executive name *** picked up phone, same
        story..balance not refunded, , again i called, this time *** picked
        up the phone..same story ..balance not refunded...after this i wrote
        this to you..and now you again say the same thing.I just want
        to ask you, in first instance why your executives said that this is
        Vodafone app/service(Either you don't Brief them properly or else they
        still makes mistakes, but i think its not their fault because they are
        just saying the right thing)and if it if chargeable
        website, now i have only 1.40rs in my account then how come now i can
        download the same content from same website.if it is changeable then
        website or Vodafone should prompt me for low balance.but this is not
        happening.and one more thing when i downloads the same content from any other operator its not chargeable.also
        i have noticed one thing when you have balance in your account and if
        you surf, , balance deducted for no reason.Also this not happening with
        only me, same is happening with every other person(You can see Consumer
        complaint forum.)This is just a new way of Vodafone to loot a innocent people.this not good and not suits to reputed companies like Vodafone.Also
        when we call more than 3-4 time to customer care for same complaint
        this people block us and we are not able to connect them.I am
        still waiting for your Genuine and true reply.If this same things going
        to happen i have to file the police complain against the concern
        authority.because your deducting this small amount from each person and
        making business of corers by fooling people.and please don't
        give me this false reasons cause i am also a software engineer, i know
        how to surf on web, where to click where should not, which are chargeable
        sites and which are not. if you still
        thinks, your systems are robust, please go and check again.because this
        is not only me there are thousands of people complaining about same.

            Hi, I am using a vodafone corporate number of +91 [protected]. There are certain line items on the itemised bill which has no valid explanation. Downloads hello1_tvallsouth_ @30 hello1_tvallsouth_ @99 wapvilla_ppd @49 wapvilla_ppd @49 I never made these downloads. So please explain the reason for including these items in the bill.               My number was put into safe custody for 6 months since I was travelling out of the country. Safe custody means that you pay Rs. 600 to the Vodafone guys and the number is temporarily deactivated, rentals are stopped, but the number continues to be on your name and you can activate it with the same plan once you are back. Vodafone sent me an email stating the number is deactivated now and is in safe custody. I called my own number to verify this and it was disconnected. Job well Done. Month 1 - Bill Amount is Rs. 0/- obviously since the number is not active, there cant be any bill Month 2 - Bill Amount is Rs. 0/- Month 3 - BILL AMOUNT 648.17/- extra attention to be paid to that 17 paise . These crooks can go to any lengths to make the bill look authentic and unsuspecting customers might even pay it. I raised the query with Vodafone support over emails. The replies were copy pasted even without reading the email. (No Surprise there) Then I forwarded the same mail to Nodal officer and the Ombudsman. No response. 4 days and 2 reminders later, Pandeyji from the Ombudsman woke up and again directed the query to vodafone care. They told me they were sorry and the charge of 648.17 will be reversed. My question was how can such a charge appear in the first place.?? If the number is disconnected how can there be usage cost ? And I could grill them here as I head all those Vodafone emails where they confirmed that the NUmber was disconnected... Imagine the plight of millions o[censored]sers who cannot prove this and Vodafone Care will tell them that its your usage cost and you will have to pay for it. After that I Have sent almost 7 reminders to the Nodal officer, The ombudsman and vodafone care to come clean on this SCAM. Arbitrary charging and looting people unethically. I am yet to get a reply, maybe our Pandeyji will wake up till 2018 and order an investigation. Till such a time folks, Keep Paying !!

              Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
              I was using Aircel no. [protected] for some time, but opt to port to Vodafone, looking at their attractive offers. I took Rs. 399 /- plan, which they offered me for Rs. 299 as I opt to port from Aircel to Vodafone. The plan explained as following.

              1) Rs.299/- - Per month minimum charge
              2) 4G Data - 1 GB per month
              3) 2G Data - Unlimited
              4) Voice calls - 600 minutes free per month
              5) SMS - 650 SMS free per month.

              Then I took Jio connection too, which is giving Voice / Data free for three months & then they will charge Rs. 330 per month. As I had free data & Voice options, I am not using Vodafone voice or Data any more, thinking that they will charge me only plan amount, but last few months I am observing that even after no use of your services, my bill amount shown by Vodafone is always Rs. 700 +, I do not understand why? I am not cancelling my no. as this no is circulated to all my contacts.

              Please send me my use details or revert all undue amount charged to me. Hope you will do the needful at earliest & to my fullest satisfaction.

                I have a small retail counter namely Varma Stationery & Gift Gellary, Opp. Vivekanand Public School Gate no.4, Sec-17, HUDA, Jagadhri. Vodafone salesman is not giving services properly. I give him 2 nos to port from docomo to Vodafone fulfill with all requirement. But till date he doesn't told me that for what reason they are taking so much time. They have taken ID and port code 2 times. I called so many time to confirm the status. Again and again he told it will take 2-3 days. Customers are doing misbehave with me due to taking so much time. Now on 25/08/2014 Mr. Amit came to take money of Flexi balance of Rs.1000/- I told him to satisfy the customer first then I will give you the payment. He told that we will not go at the premises of customer, you may call him at your shop. I call customer to come at my shop, Now customer is telling that I came so many time at your shop now you may come with salesman and took what ever you required for the same. Mr. Amit and his team leader Mr. Rohit both are not giving services and disconnect my Flexi no. Now my customer are running back without recharge. Then I complaint Distributor of vodafone but no avail. Kindly look in to the matter and oblige.

                  Hello, I am writting this email with an utmost frustration and never expected that i will have such a worst situation with Vodafone. My number is [protected] and i have been associated with Vodafone since 2006.This email comes to you as a last request from a unsatisfied customer and i dont want to make any further attempts seeking help from you. So let me come to my issue directly. I had been to Phillipines and stayed there from July 28th to Aug 15 2014. While i was there i wanted to activate International Roaming and the only way for me to contact Vodafone was through Online chat (via Vodafone Website) I enquired about the roaming details with almost 2 executives via chat before activating my IR for my number. as per my request # IR pack worth 149 wss activated Then i was told there is a another plan of 599 where if i activate that i will have the below call charges instead of the normal call charges. Call charges for 599: Calling local destination visited country (Rs15 / 1 minute) Calling India or any other destination outside visited country (Rs30 /1 minute) Incoming Call (Rs 30/ 1 minute) Outgoing SMS (Rs 15/ 1 SMS) GPRS per 1 MB (Rs30 / 1 MB) Validity: 10 days & Activation Code: ACT<>IR1 to 111(tollfree) Also i took a confirmation that Philippines is applicable for this charges and i can use any of the below networks by choosing them manually. Digital Globe Smart So i have activated 599 plan and chose "Globe" network and was using it while i was there. But when i came back to INDIA and after i received my bill i was shocked that i was charged with the below IR call charges instead of the 599 plan charges for my incoming & outgoing calls. Also the 599 rs was also charged. I had visited almost 5 times since 22 Aug 2014 and raised almost 4 complaints and i haven't received even a single call from you guys providing the status. Every single time i had to walk into the Vodafone Store in Banashankari to just get the Status of the Compliant and end up hearing it is closed already. But i haven't even got a courtesy call or message stating that it is closed .I was told by the Vodafone store that 599 is not applicable for Phillipines and no changes can be made to the bill. Finally today i was told by Vodafone Store as well as 111 (Vodafone Customer Care) that i should send an email t vodafone care. I have got all the chat history (which i had with the Vodafone Talisma Chat) with me where it clearly says that ... I have clearly informed the vodafone executive about the, Country name Number of days stay & it has Confirmation about the applicability of this 599 plan for Phillipines also the Network i should select there. In the same way, i hope you guys will have all the chat history based on which you guys did the activation. So i would assume you wont expect me to provide you the same or prove that. I would request you to look into this issue urgently and take necessary actions as soon as possible so that i am charged based on the call 599 Call. Until this is sorted out, i wont be making any payments to Vodafone and i am ok with facing any kind of legal actions that may arise I hope that i will hear positive reply and will wait for 3 business days.if not, as i was advised by TRAI i will be surrendering my connection back to vodafone & will be lodging a compliant with Consumer court on the disputes.Thank you.

                    I am deeply disappointed with Vodafone verification cell. First they came to my old address in Gurgaon, which was my fault to give. However, Later on I provided a new address, which is detailed below, for reverification.

                    Flat # 404, Retech Apartments, Sector 21C, Faridabad - 121001 (New Address)

                    I was initially given 48 hours window for reverification. This was revised to 72 hours when 48 hours could not be met. Worse part is that I called on 12.00 PM on 30/08/2014, it was told that please wait till 12.11 PM then only we will get update. At 12.18 PM when I called again (with in 18 mins.) my reverification magically appeared in system that too again negative. I am sitting home from last two days just for reveirifction and no one came. Later when I enquired again they said person came contacted Alok (name of care taker at old address) and reverification came negative. If you are doing reverification at old address ofcourse it will come negative, then why did I gave new address. To just waste 3 days to do nothing. Raised issue with grievance cell and hope they are not as useless.

I have already the give the complain for this but there is no action the taken for this problem, even I called up in the Customer Care but however they not give the proper resolution to me.                         sir, i was a vodafone postpaid constmer frm last 10 months. i have to deactived all my vodafone services dur e to some reason but still now i didn'tget my security refund amont yet. jbki eski service time 45-60 days totally mene abi tk 15-25 round kr liye store k but always ki aaj aana kl aana ya fir mene mail daal diya h aap 7 day aake dek lena, last tym bole ki 2 month baad aana...jb me kl wps visit kiya to again disaponited.so please do some thing

                          My vodafone nuber is [protected], I am with Abbott 99 corporate plan. In my regular use i get bill of Rs.400 to 450/month but this(28th July to 27th August)month I have received a bill of Rs 1243.00. I Changed my data pack on 14th of August from Rs100(300 MB, 3G data) to Rs 150(500 MB, 3G data) & I have not crossed my limit in entire month but they are charging RS 750+Rs 63+ Rs 55=Rs868 for data using. I am failed to understand why the are charging is so high? My total data usage for entire month will be hardly 250MB. Should i pay the bill? Regards... Santosh CHatterjee(Kolkata-700056)

                            Myself is Santosh.V.S, bearing mobile number [protected], It is very disappointing and shameful matter to inform you that I recharged Rs.250/- on[protected]. But, on[protected] all of a sudden Rs.99 was deducted from my account, then I contact the customer care for the refund of Rs.99. I contacted 3 times, they gave fake assurance of refunding the same.

                            But, when I called them for 4th time from my brother number [protected] they were even unwilling to receive the call and my access to customer care itself was denied. So, I am feeling shameful for being a customer to Vodafone after getting rude reply from Vodafone customer care and also customer executive. So, I kindly request you to take necessary action against them as soon as possible for refunding my Rs.99.

                            If matter is not solved very soon, I am porting away from vodafone to other networks. Hence sorry to inform you that, you are showing negligence towards customers. Hope you will do the needful.

                              dear sir i am toufeeq i have vidafone number prepaid [protected] on today i did not activate any free seconds pack of rs 5 but my balance was deducted i called on 198 tollfree number so many times he said it will be refundable with in a hour but still i did nort recieve again without information on today 5 rs internet pack also activated again last week also 5 rs deducted same reason i called on 198 same story they said it will be refund but still i did not recieve any amoiunt and now my number also not connecting to 198 and 111 also so plz check and do the needful asap even i1 of executive said plz hold the line speak with supervisor i hold on line but 15 mins i am waiting for superior there was no body lifting call for your information i have internet pack already then how can i activate my self 5rs internet pack for one day so plz check and credit of rs 15 to my account

                                Hi, this is a complaint against vodafone India services. I have been using vodafone postpaid service of vodafone from couple of years now. I have been charged wrongly for international call charges, incorrect downloading charging, and incorrect internet usage charge. This has been happening from past couple of months. I have submitted all the documents with proof that this is amount o[censored]sage i have consumed yet they keep on saying that in their system it is showing that i have used it. everytime the call centre says that we are sorry this will not happen again and very next month it happens again. I also get messages that some of the other services is activated on my number without me being initiating the charged service. On speaking to the vodafone call center they say sorry sir you have activated it so you have to pay the charges. I am fed up of these comapnies incorrectly ripping off consumers money. please look into it.

                                  hello my number is [protected] i have just recharged rs.25 and i wanted balance in my ac but i dnt know about this rs25 scheme started on my number when i called 198 they directly refused to close this scheme and refund my balance i was my mistake so there is no help for mistake our money just wasted?

On 16th august 2014 I payed rs155 for rechage.For which I got message of successful rechrging vide recharge. Trans ID DR[protected]. The money has not been added into my accounts.Please take necessary action to add rs155 in my balance.I am not using internet facility on my mobile phone.

                                    I own a corporate number [protected] of Vodafone mumbai circle. On 4ht of July 2014 I received a call from a vodafone representative who was selling a new mentioned 899 plan 'specially' for this number. I clearly mentioned to the representative that I am in a CUG and I'm using the 'roam like home' facility (which enables me to avail Mumbai rates in rest of Maharashtra) and since these facilites are important for me I wouldn't want any change in plan. To this he promised that the roam like home and cug calling will remain active despite the change in the plan. I asked him twice if he is sure and after a lot of convincing from his side I agreed to try the plan on the conditions that I get the roam like home facility and the CUG calling. But to my shock I was charged roaming amount of 844 rs and my calls to another number in the CUG were charged. I have been calling and emailing the corporate team for more than 3 weeks but to no avail. It is a huge disappointment that Vodafone has fallen to such standards that they are committing wrong things just to sell their plans and even after realising the mistake they aren't taking any corrective measures.

                                      Vodafone India - acount Balance debited Without reason By company About 6000 I was done a Recharge on my vodafone mobile no [protected]of 5900 on 25/7/2014 and on 27/8/2014 my balance was debeted by company without any reason and i was already talk with vodafone costmer care on 111 but they told for go back in which shop where i was done recharge but retailor said i not responsible after one month.. So now please register my complain and case on vodafone and i want to my 6000 of balence

                                        Sir/Mam, I have purchased a vodafone USB Data Card No.[protected] from PNG Corporate Services Pvt. Ltd. C-45, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-2, Okhla, New Delhi-110020 on 19/07/2014, I have submitted my documents on the same day the sales person named Samarth told me it will take 2 days time to activate after verification but it did not get activated after 2 days when i called on 198 I came to know that the verification report is negative they told me you need to submit your document where the verification person can meet you for verification then I went to the same vodafone store and I submitted my office address along with all the documents 2nd time, after 2 days my USB device was not working again I called up 198 and they told me you need to submit your document i told the person i already submitted my document but the customer care executive told me that the system is showing you did not submitted your documents and you need to submit it again.I went Vodafone store again and I submitted my document 3rd time this time the verification guy came for verification and he told me that next day the USB device will start working.The next day again it was not working, again i called on 198 they told me that verification done but you need to submit your documents i told them i already submitted many times my document and if verification has been done then why i need to submit my documents again they told me this is the only procedure.Again I went to Vodafone store and submitted my documents 4th time.next day I tried to connect USB Data Card it got connected for some time and after half an hour it was not connecting. I called up on 198 and tried to do setting done but it did not happened.The customer care Executive told me to go to Vodafone Store they will fix it. I visited Vodafone store along with my laptop met the guy named Vineet he uninstalled and again installed the Data card on my Laptop but it did not connected.he run the device on his laptop it was running on his laptop. Vineet told me that your windows is not supporting the data card I told him when I connected this data card yesterday it was working for some time and when i connected next time i did not connected and earlier I used Vodafone 3G Data card of my brother on the same laptop some time back and it was running properly.He replied me how can I believe you.He told me you need you install windows in your laptop again then only this data card will work.I told him I used Tata Photon+, MTS, even Vodafone itself but this device only is not working.I told him this is not windows problem he did not listen to me.I felt very bad of Vineet's behavior as if I am a liar. I was very disappointed by the way he behaved with me.He do not know how to speak and behave with a customer. After all i came back and I thaught may be Vineet is right my Laptop windows is not supporting this device. After few days i tried to connect my USB Data Card to another Laptop it got connected for few minutes and again the same problem happened. I called 198 again on 17th of August, 2014 they tried to help for setting but it did not work I ask the customer care executive to file my complaint for my no.and book a call for a technical person who can come to my address and fix the problem he file the complaint (complain No.[protected]) and he told me your problem will be solve on 19th August till 6:00 pm, nobody came or called me till given time. Again i called up 198 they told me your problem will solve on 20th of August till 6:00 pm again nobody turn up nor called me up. Above all the story which i mentioned it took 1 month of time as i purchased Vodafone USB Data Card on 19th of July 2014 and still i am not able to use it. I totally fed up with issues with Vodafone services thatswhy I want refund of Rs.1500 which I paid for Data card along with official apology from Vodafone.
