I frequently use international roaming. In the past it was working, but this time although it is international roaming, my phone indicates it is switched off. |I am neither able to receive or make calls or SMS. This is putting me to great stress and inconvenience and losses. I am really very disappointed. Can you please look into it.     Hii all
    This is regarding my mobile no [protected] earlier with vodafone
    I knew this was going to happen after i requested for port out fail to understand my bill
    There are some charges of 1599 from 20.7 to 19.8
    I am not aware of these charges.
    What kind of service is this that it got activated on its own and it knew that i was going to port our in the coming month,
    Well now i understand that you people bought me an internet pack worth 1599. And i am not going to pay for i did not ask for
    Well i know that i have to port out and i already had a 1gb data plan active on mobile number then why did you avtivate the 1599 plan.
    The usage for this mont was .56 gb.
    What was the use of activating a 12 gb plan when i work from home and have broadband plus wifi available.
    My usage can be checked.
    I request you to tell these people to remove these 1599 inr. So that i can pay my bill and do not default.

      I take a new sim card in west bengal but my sim card not working, after 11 days retailer tell me that your document is wrong .But my document is voter id of jharkhand and i also give a refrence of local address.But after that i cheack my voter id in website of jharkhand it is right .I also went to dealer office and i saw my original voter id .one person see this card and he said that 'your form is rejected means rejected '. I want to know that why my voter id not accepted as a proof .

        I bought a new sony xperia Z2 on 5 august and It has a sticker, in which it is written that If a vodafone sim is inserted first in handset then user get 2GB plan for 2 months and offer is valid till 31st august. But I didn't get the offer and also no one took any action when I did complaint about it.

          Dear Manager @ Vodafone customer care, I called your vodafone customer care center today through 111 here in bangalore and I desperately was angry over your service first of all secondly the way the customer exceutive spoke with me, don't you people have respect to customers ? or train your members how to resolve issues with customers ...I am asking your person( his name is Vijay) why am I charged so much inspite of activating Rs 21 two times and I have been charging the same amount with no any change the plan was not activated, he is questioning me why did I recharge, I asked him if he is or crack to ask such kind of question, it is his duty to check and tell me what is going on in my number, because most of the times I dont check the call rates because i am so busy with my business, but this time its too much .. "so he replied me that he as no server to check and he as no escalator to even tranfer the call to manager", what the hell your people are thinking, , , let me tell you that you people are earning becuase o[censored]s, if we are not there you are nothing, I have been using vodafone for past 4 to 5 years on a pre-paid basis, if you see I am using more than what post paid customers use ..in this case you people are not even bothered to give a feedback on whats happening to my money, .you can't expect customers to go to vodafone office each and every time..then why do you have the call center numbers ?? first of all I want to raise a complaint towards that person Vijay who attended my call today and want to meet him, can you give me his details to raise a complaint, he as no respect, no responsibility and not fit to answer any question rather questioning me who asked you to recharge and there is no server in vodafone to track anything, and he said more over the phone ...i desperately want to meet him and raise a compalaint to his manager ... and refund of my money Rs21 on both my vodafone numbers [protected] & [protected]...

            My mobile Number is [protected]. I have received the bill for the period 20.07.2014 to 19.08.2014. I am charged Rs. 199 in the bill under the downloads item. On 01/08/2014 for handygo_javagame_2 Rs. 20, on 03/08/2014 for hello1_tvallsouth_ Rs. 60, on 07/08/2014 for handygo_javagame_2 Rs. 20 and for deals_mydala_99 Rs. 99 are charged. These items I never downloaded or tried to download the same. So, I kindly request you to refund the same as early as possible.

            I was using vodafone 3G post paid with their recently launched pocket 3G router (Rs.2499) and I noticed something like "deals_mydala_99 (Rs.99/-)" in my monthly bill and they charged Rs.99/-. When I raised this issue with them below was their reply. Till now I do not know what the above mentioned service is all about. I am having a BSNL connection at home and I am quite happy with that. I have purchased this Vodafone router only a month back and using this only while travelling and also when I am away from home and only to get my mails. So in order to understand what is this service "deals_mydala_99 (Rs.99/-)" which they are claiming that I have downloaded, I did a google search and found that many customers like me are facing this type of hidden charges, which is being thrust upon the customers fraudulently.

            I am not raising this issue because they charged me Rs.100, it is because the way in which they are cheating the customers. See the volume of complaints on net and how many customers are getting cheated unknowingly.

            This charge was appearing on my bill post 25 days of my purchase and I am 100% confident that I havent downloaded the mentioned service, kindly help to register a consumer complaint on the same.

            Below is the reply which I received when I raised this issue with vodafone.

              Hi Team, This mail is in regard with my corporate phone number - [protected]. I have made a deactivation call for 3G Rs 150 for 500 MB plan 22nd July 2014. I have received no sms plus on Vodafone My Account and on *111*5# the plan was shown as active till 20th August. Please refer to the photo attached. After my call on 22nd July Vodafone refunded me amount of Rs 300 which i only came to know when i saw the account statement. So, due to display of my active 3G plan as above in all the places(portal, helpline) i didn't come to know that my services has been deactivated and i kept it using as a 500MB plan for Rs 150. Now when i received my bill i came to know that in spite of being charged with the Rental Rs 150 for this month i have been charged with the internet usage charges(Extra 800 Bucks!!!). I want to know what can be done in this matter as am not going to continue with this no. if my amount is not adjusted. Tell me, why would i deactivate a Rs 150 service to pay Rs 800 extra on it for the usage charges. Kindly adjust the amount or terminate the connection. Ekant Singhal A hopeful customer.

                Recharging with 147rs, i will get 1gb 3g data for 30 days". I

                Conferemed it to the customer care on 13/08/2014, 5:24pm.The customer

                Care executive "mr. Ajay kumar" checked my number for this offer and

                Said, " yes, you get 1gb 3g data on recharging of 147rs". After that i

                Had recherged my number for 147rs. But i get only 500 mb data. Please

                Resolve my proublem, and take action against resposibles, so that they

                Can not make froud again...

                  Dear Vodafone India, We are a family with every member having Vodafone connection. I have done a recharge of Rs 700 via paytm on my 9654xx2656 on 19.Aug.14 at 3:24 pm then after 1 hour of recharge tried to avail the offer by calling on the no. *599# but it was continuously giving an error message "Session Terminated". Yesterday at 2:30 pm i have even lodged a complaint with your customer care for the same. They called today and said that the issue will be solved I will get the benefit but nothing has been done and I have received a message that my problem has been resolved and if not satisfied please call on 198. I just want to ask from Vodafone, if you do not have a budget to provide free benefits then why are you fooling your customers by marketing too much for this scheme. Regards, Yogesh Saxena

                        99 Rs has be charged in my aug2014 bill generated by vodafone. They are claiming that i clicked some ad in the browser where mydala is involved which is a third party service. I couldn't understand how they can charge without validating or intimation. Just a radio button or some authentication/confirmation can be kept for that purchase. Simple click that can happen with you or kid or any one unknowingly. Please look into this fraud site and make free from fraud usage

                          I got an SMS on my mobile[protected] for the Rs 0f Rs 29 for Rs 15 Balance and 28 Free national roaming. I got the benefit of national Roaming but till date i don't get Rs 15 in my balance. even I called customer care 5-6 times in this regard

[protected] at 01.00 P.M. but the behaviour of the called person was very bad since I have always explained our problem but your Vodafone care at kolkata office always asking for the payments but they have not bothered or having any intentions to resolve the problem. I have explained so many times to your vodafone care of your kolkata office that we are ready to make the payments immediately without any delay but they have to resolve the problem.                             I am Pritam Nandi.Before 3 days I have balance of Rs 89.But now I have only rs 4.In this 3 days I call only 4 to 5 minute.I also have 3G pack.So why my balance was deducted? My no is [protected].I want my balance back.Email [protected]@gmail.com.
                            I am Somnath Banerjee. I have been reaching out to Vodafone customer care, corporate care multiple times to get the same copy pasted answers without performing any scrutiny or contacting me. All the time they say is that either phone was switched off or not reachable and they tried calling me which is absolutely not acceptable.


                            Please rectify the bill generated on 1st October 2014 and confirm me. I had been using bundle offer(staring 20th July) from 1st September to 18th September for which I am entitled for 1GB free data usage and from 18th to 30th September, I had taken a data top up for Rs 175 which entitles me for another 1GB usage. So total I am entitled for 2GB of total free data usage, and so I did consume 2.05GB as per your page3 of your bill, then why did not I get discount for 2GB usage and VF mobile connect charges of 1433.82 was charged?

                            My actual charges should be monthly charges of Rs 233 plus call charges of Rs 39.50 in total Rs 272.50 plus taxes of Rs 33.65 = Rs 306.15 approx. Please reverse the remaining charges and call me to confirm that immediately.

                              I have a new Vodafone prepaid connection for which the service provider tell me that there is a plan of 147 on your no. And you will get 1GB DATA By telling me oraly and by text also but after I recharged with the particular amount it didn't get the full benefit of it.I did complained of it but their behaviour is very irritating and unresponsive. Help me regarding this

                                Without any reason vodafone deducted my balance rs 118, i phoned the custmer care, they told that they will refund that amount withing 2days, after that also they didnt refund.Then again i called them, they are saying we'll refund soon. till now they didn't refund that amount.                                   Sir/Mam, I have purchased a vodafone USB Data Card No.[protected] from PNG Corporate Services Pvt. Ltd. C-45, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-2, Okhla, New Delhi-110020 on 19/07/2014, I have submitted my documents on the same day the sales person named Samarth told me it will take 2 days time to activate after verification but it did not get activated after 2 days when i called on 198 I came to know that the verification report is negative they told me you need to submit your document where the verification person can meet you for verification then I went to the same vodafone store and I submitted my office address along with all the documents 2nd time, after 2 days my USB device was not working again I called up 198 and they told me you need to submit your document i told the person i already submitted my document but the customer care executive told me that the system is showing you did not submitted your documents and you need to submit it again.I went Vodafone store again and I submitted my document 3rd time this time the verification guy came for verification and he told me that next day the USB device will start working.The next day again it was not working, again i called on 198 they told me that verification done but you need to submit your documents i told them i already submitted many times my document and if verification has been done then why i need to submit my documents again they told me this is the only procedure.Again I went to Vodafone store and submitted my documents 4th time.next day I tried to connect USB Data Card it got connected for some time and after half an hour it was not connecting. I called up on 198 and tried to do setting done but it did not happened.The customer care Executive told me to go to Vodafone Store they will fix it. I visited Vodafone store along with my laptop met the guy named Vineet he uninstalled and again installed the Data card on my Laptop but it did not connected.he run the device on his laptop it was running on his laptop. Vineet told me that your windows is not supporting the data card I told him when I connected this data card yesterday it was working for some time and when i connected next time i did not connected and earlier I used Vodafone 3G Data card of my brother on the same laptop some time back and it was running properly.He replied me how can I believe you.He told me you need you install windows in your laptop again then only this data card will work.I told him I used Tata Photon+, MTS, even Vodafone itself but this device only is not working.I told him this is not windows problem he did not listen to me.I felt very bad of Vineet's behavior as if I am a liar. I was very disappointed by the way he behaved with me.He do not know how to speak and behave with a customer. After all i came back and I thaught may be Vineet is right my Laptop windows is not supporting this device. After few days i tried to connect my USB Data Card to another Laptop it got connected for few minutes and again the same problem happened. I called 198 again on 17th of August, 2014 they tried to help for setting but it did not work I ask the customer care executive to file my complaint for my no.and book a call for a technical person who can come to my address and fix the problem he file the complaint (complain No.[protected]) and he told me your problem will be solve on 19th August till 6:00 pm, nobody came or called me till given time. Again i called up 198 they told me your problem will solve on 20th of August till 6:00 pm again nobody turn up nor called me up. Above all the story which i mentioned it took 1 month of time as i purchased Vodafone USB Data Card on 19th of July 2014 and still i am not able to use it. I totally fed up with issues with Vodafone services thatswhy I want refund of Rs.1500 which I paid for Data card along with official apology from Vodafone.                                   this is with reference to the request i provided for mnp on my number [protected] on 12th august 2014.as there was less benefits in my plan, i applied for porting to other company.i generated a porting code on 12th august 2014.with reference to the same i got a call from mnp team the next day ie on 13th august 2014.i had a talk with Mr Manish on 13th august 2014 (at 2:56pm) on my alternate phone no.([protected]) and he suggested me a plan that suited my need, he offered me a plan of monthly rental rs999.in that he told me that i will me getting the following benefits i.e.(2500 mins local and STD valid for both landline and mobile, 4 GB 3g data and 1000 local and national sms and call rates a s applicable).i confirmed him again about the plan and asked whether he is sure that the 2500 local and national mins are valid for both landline and mobile so he confirmed me that it is valid on both.today 16th august 2014(at 1:53 pm) i had a talk with the 198 team executive and asked them whether the plan is active or not and also asked them about the benefits of the plan.so they told me that the 2500 local and national mins are valid only on mobile and not on landline.SO ARE YOU MAKING A FOOL OF CUSTOMER????..FIRST YOU ARE PROVIDING WRONG DETAILS TO THE CUSTOMER SO THAT THEY CONTINUE WITH YOUR COMPANY AND WHEN WE THE CUSTOMERS AGREE TO CONTINUE THEN YOU RENEGE TO YOUR COMMITMENT.I KINDLY REQUEST YOU TO SEE AT THE MATTER AND ALSO LISTEN TO THE CONVERSATION BETWEEN YOUR MNP TEAM EXECUTIVE AND ME .I CANNOT CONTINUE WITH THE COMPANY WHICH COMMIT WRONG.I WANT WHAT I WAS COMMITED OR COMPENSATION OR ELSE I HAVE TO FILE A COMPLAIN IN CONSUMER COURT.

                                  I have got a call from Vodafone customer care support on 25th of August 2014 after i file a complaint they told me that within 48 hours your issue will be resolve but again after that call I did'nt get any response from Vodafone. it been 4 days after their commitment to resolve my issue shameless people did nothing till now.

                                    Dear Team,

                                    I am using vodafone services +[protected] from long time. My service was barred today due to sales target. A tarrif plan of 8GB is activated to my number without any concern from my side. I was surprised when i got the bill for 1900/- where 1200 is charged for 3G services which i am not in need.

                                    I am repeatedly calling to vodafone customer care officers to solve my issue but did'nt. Many officers spoke to me but not registered any complaint.

                                    I walk in to the store and placed complaint twice but no use. Every one will give only answer am sorry for the inconvenience and service will be activated within 24hrs. I was also told not to make the bill payment till i get wavier on the charges. Many promises to get the wavier on the charges which was wrongly charged to my account. One Supervisor Mr. Tarak listened to me and taken lot of time and not even given the complaint number and disconnected the call on my face. This is the kind of services vodafone does to the customer.

                                    I have not use 3G connection with 8GB limit, infact i am not even using smart phone for from 20 june onwards.

                                    Kindly check my bill for last 1year where i have not even used 1GB which was my existing plan.

                                    I visited Himayathnagar store and on 18.08.2014 and placed complaint and meet the store manager Ms Rekha and explained the concerns. She assured to that services will not be barred and the charges will be wavied off in 3 working days. I was clearly told that i am travelling to delhi on business trip and disconnections will trouble me alot. She assured that disconnection will not happen and i travelled to delhi on 19th Aug.

                                    Today my connection got disconnected, am not even getting incoming signals also. I clearly specified that all my bank accounts are linked to this number only.

                                    I am literally facing mental harassment with vodafone by adding surprise bills and irreresponse.

                                    Hoping early revert from you as i am not able to do any transaction without my mobile.

                                      Hi my number is [protected]. I use this number to send messages to my friends every night but now all of a sudden my outgoing SMS has been blocked. When I spoke to the people in customer care they have asked me to register in TRAI regulation but this TRAI regularion is only for telemarketing I do not do anything like that. So please help me

                                        Dear Sir/Madam, I saw a add in vodfone portal its showing internet plan for 150Mb 3G data for 46 rs. After i have recharged 46 Rs for as shown vodfone portal, but its not activated then i have called to customer care they said like there is no internet offer for 46 Rs, which has got information is wrong by internet totally i have lost 46 Rs from my hand. Through wrong informaton i dont know why there playing game like that, i have decided to move further. do the needful at earliest & oblige. Thanks & Regards, Ranganatha DJ
