On 19 Aug 2014 I came to know that company had deducted 40/- from my account with out my concent I need my money back I called customer service also but did not got proper response my number on which the whole scam took place was [protected]

    Dear sir, My name is Mr. Ajit Kumar Ojha, At/Po.Puruna Balasore, Dist.Balasore, State:-Orissa. My Mobile no is [protected], Its a Porting number, my total balance Rs.94/- has wrongly deducted by Vodafone company from 15-Aug-2014 to 18-Aug-2014, 1st Deduction is[protected] date Rs.10/- 2nd Deduction is[protected] date Rs.49 and 3rd Deduction is[protected] date Rs.35 .When i was talking with customer care executive about my deduction she was telling me you have download some wallpaper from internet so we are not able to refund this amount than I was telling her that time my internet balance was available approx 700 MB so why you deducted my balance, she was not answering and cut the phone.       Sir/Madam I am using an prepaid number of vodafone . i have an issue regarding data plan changes on my no. By company themselve I recharged my no. [protected] with an unlimited data usage pack of 198 r.s . on[protected] at about 9:15 am which got activated at 9:19 am and on the same day at night about 10:15 pm company automatically activated an 500mb data pack and overwritten my previous unlimited data as per their some special offer on micromax handsets without even making me known to it . now i am asking them to reactivate my unlimited data pack for which i paid 198 but they are refussing to it which is complitaly a fraud I even visited on their " vodafone store ludhiana mall road punjab " all they are saying is to wait as they sent mail regarding the issue to their senior nothing is in their hands Kindly solve my matter as all i want my unlimited data pack to be reactivated for which i had paid money Thank you Yashank singh [protected]

        I purchase broadband connection from vadafone store ANAND, Gujarat. While purchasing first time I submitted my all documents. I used this number as for broadband purpose only. It was working well for first month and half month then after. I did purchase on date 15-jun-2014 and it was working till in first week of August. Then after it suddenly stop working. When I called to customer care they suggest me that it is because of document verification. Although they have my document which I gave while purchasing then why again I have to west my time to go vodafone store and submit again my documents. I paid advance rental which is 2865 INR and my connection not working since last 15 days with our giving me any intimation they stopped my connection. When I asked should I get rebate for this 15 days then they are not agree on it. I have gave my document and also paid my bill in advance then why should I not able to get my 15 days rebate. Please take my complain and take care of it so no other customer suffer like me because of their non-sense policies. My number for which I registering complain is [protected]

          I have purchased a new Samsung galaxy grand Neo phone on 12.08.14 and there was a vodafone message sticker stick on the box. Message was related to 2GB Data Balance for 2 months for a Vodafone customer it is showing that If, I insert a first vodafone sim into that new cell phone before 31 august 2014 So, I get a 2GB data balance for 2 month. I, have inserted a vodafone sim into the new cell phone but still I, did not received and data yet. I just wanted to know that was it a fake messages for attract a new customer towards you?, It is just your promotional stunt for your customers to making them fool. This is very irresponsible behaviour and i am very disappointed for this

            I did Rs. 249 3G Internet recharge on 15th August around 11 am. But I did not get data balance in my account. When I called customer care, I got to know that there are some issues with data recharge and it will be resolved soon. From 15 th August till date I am trying to contact them and I am getting replies like it will be recolved in 2 hours or it will be recolved till 10am or It will be resolved till 8 PM. Daily I am hearing the same replies. When I told them that please refund my money back, they are saying that we cannot do that, problem will be resolved soon. I am not able to use internet on mobile. Hence, I had to do another recharge i.e my previous recharge money 249 went in vein? This is completely not expected from the service providers. I am unhappy with the service. I think I need to change the service provider soon.

            Sir,

            I have recharged mobile internet pack (Pre-paid) today. Even though confirmation received from Vodafone that I have recharged the internet pack I am still losing charges from my account for using internet. They are not providing instant activation of internet packs after recharging which results in loss of call charges when using internet. Such delay in activation of internet packs is not good to consumers and will lead to huge profits to data providers. Please stop such malpractices.

                This is with reference to my mobile no [protected], would like to draw your kind
                attention that my base plan had been changed from 'Youth 250' to 'Youth
                250 New' without informing and without seeking my consent and because of this I have been charged
                extra for data usage and SMS.
                I have spoken to Mr Prashant Bhandari, CS Executive
                (@[protected]) of Vodafone and informed about the same that because of this plan change, I have been charged extra Rs 1759/- for data and 110/- for SMS.
                Mr Prashant Bhandari replied that this change is imposed by TRAI.
                I asked him for reversal, however didn't get any satisfactory answer for
                the correction in my billing.
                I am a Voda customer since last 6 years+ and with this incident I am
                highly disappointed to see Vodafone's unprofessional way of handing
                such a old customer. Also Mr Prashant was highly arrogant and commanding
                while discussing with me (Vodafone's customer) which is not acceptable
                to any standards of customer interaction.
                I request you to please look into the matter and to suggest the person concerned at Vodafone to correct my billing ASAP.

                  Hi, I have requested for ownership transfer of my mobile number +91 [protected] from my brother's name to my name, with all the relevant documents to Vodafone center, Bhayandar highway branch some 2-3 months back. After paying 50 bucks for new SIM and 200 bucks as deposit, I was been informed that my new SIM will be active in next 72 hrs. It was more than a week, there was no call or message from the vodafone office, when I called Vodafone Care, they registered complaint, but no result. After few days, when I called complaints department, it was the same, no reply. After a month, the floor manager from Complaints department (Ketki Karkhania) called me saying if I pay 200 bucks as advance bill for Jul, my ownership will get transferred within 24hrs, when I asked for any confirmation. She said, there is no such confirmation they can provide but ownership will get transferred. Now in Aug, when I called again for status on Saturday 16th Aug, the same lady says there is nothing she can do. I didn't find any worth talking to her or any of her juniors. All were same. Now I get bill payments and I have been told to visit vodafone branch. I don't understand how a company's different department can't co-ordinate and just take complaint and take no action. What is the use of the complaint & customer care, when they can't help a customer when he/she has submitted all the relevant documents. I have informed them, that I am not going to pay any of my bills till SIM ownership is changed. I have spend lots of money & time now to follow-up with these guys and it seems the company has no value for a customer, his request and complaints. I have lost my patience, so now I m not going to contact the branch nor vodafone company, I will stop paying my bill, it is as simple as they take complaints and not action.

                  After regular calls and consumer complaint resulted in branch in-charge calling me and resolving the issue but they have not gave a reason for the delay in process which is the worst. Vodafone customer care is worst as much I have experienced and later known by friends.

                  Resolved after 2 months, will regular follow-ups with the customer care and complaints department. Worst is the bhayandar branch is not processing the requests that are placed by the customer. Again i m facing problem with the branch for conversion from post paid to prepaid. I don't understand if they are not able to process the requests than they have no right to take the request and close the store and sit at home rather than wasting time and money of customers.

                    I have clearing my doubts on my deduction at 20:38 on 18 Aug 2014 with vodafone customer care Mr. Gajanan Sanjay Narkhede. At 21:59 i have received a sms that my internet pack has been activated with a validity of 7 days. For this activation Rs, 29/- has been deducted from my main account (prepaid mobile number [protected]) which is not understood. I didn't place any kind of request with customer care for any kind of activation. Since why these kind o[censored]nwanted activation has been created by the customer care. This kind of activation/deduction without any request from the customer will spoil the image of the VODAFONE. Again i have lodged a complaint with Customer care (Mr. Ishant Sharma) on the same day at 22:32, Complaint number is [protected]. The same thing were happened with me earlier also for internet and sms packs. check the data/records for last 1-2 months. In view of the above you are requested to kindly instruct them that not to activate until unless the request from the customer. Otherwise legal action will be taken with the defaulters. Also kindly cancel the Internet pack which have been activated and the amount Rs. 29/- may please be revert back to my account immediately. with warm regards. S Jeyashanakar

                      I have been tortured by Vodafone from last 6 months.now its too much. I am telling you in details.I had 73 rupees on my Vodafone number [protected] in the morning today. most of the time I use my phone as a portable WiFi hotspot and use internet on my laptop. today also I do the same as above. after somehours I got to know that I have only 23 rupees. so I astonished and want to make complaint on 198. but my complaint line was also blocked by Vodafone that I listened from ivr that's "sorry we can't process your request.
                      so I called from another Vodafone number to 198 and contacted to the representative. named kanhu. but he didn't give any satisfactory answer.he told me that i have been activated any valu added pack which i is really not activated by me.

                        I had been using Vodafone postpaid connection and I had been asked to pay excessive bill as they had activated 3G connection. I had called the customer care several times to deactivate the same and there was no proper response . so i had to return back the connection and i have done the same.Besides all these activities the Vodafone has started to charge me monthly rental and asking me to pay a bill of RS:3000 which is not fair. Such an irritating and irresponsive network.

                          In my bill plan youth 250, company gives me 1Gb data free and 450 L+std minutes free. But after 12augest company changed my bill plan without inform me. Company gives it a new name YOUTH250NEW in wich give only 500mb data and 400 minutes free. Company changed my bill plan without message or call me for the change in bill plan

                            I have activated 1GB 3g plan for one month to [protected]. It's almost more than a week and no one has fixed my issue. Every time when i call customer care they ask me to remove the battery, SIM & Memory Card and then restart my mobile. I have followed the same procedure from every call and nobody has realized what was the exact issue and didn't even fix it till now. This was such a bad experience with vodafone customer care for the first time on my six years of experience. So please someone look into this seriously and do the needfull ASAP.                               I Sushant Bhatia has registered 2 complaints regarding network issue on my handset first on 22nd july and 2nd on 1st aug. I was told that I will get a resolution in 1 week but nothing has been fixed. Every time I call they tell me that I will get a call back but never received any. They are making fool of customers. I need you to take some action against the same. Thanks.

                                    Only 2 months since new connection and both times bill manipulation. State : Haryana Plan : Rs 399 1) Download charges of Rs 30 were added even when i could not use the given 1 GB data. I was never told about any such charges 2) This time ISD charges of Rs 40 are added. The funniest part is I dont know anyone abroad whom I can call. I have heard my friends and colleagues sharing experiences like vodafone starts with minor manipulation in beginning which can later on go as high as high as Rs. 4000

                                      Sir, Rs.195.00 was deducted from the prepaid account of [protected] on 04.08.2014. Matter was taken up by the distributor itself with your firm but is yet to give a reply. I am a senior citizen and do keep sufficient balance in my account to meet any emergency. Presently there is no balance in my account for the last few days as you have the whole amount of Rs.195.00. I have sent few messages to you but has not received any reply. I want the amount to be refunded to my account immediately as the same was deducted with out my knowledge.

                                        We went to Vodafone Pimpri Pune Store at 7.50 pm (store closing time 8 pm) Asked for the token, reply is token machine not working. Waited for 15 min, finally our number came. A tall, dark, fat guy giving N number of reasons to not switch to prepaid. Mentioned Inflated bill of Rs 1250 rs we need to pay if we switch now. When we didn't agreed, he told backend systems are down and it can't be done today. Asked why the store is open till 8 pm and backend goes down at 7.30, he told he has his child to take care at home. After arguing further, he asks us for Token which never exists in their store. Complaint to Manager Sai, he didnt helpes anyway..Tells to come next day at 10.00 am. Asked for the Complaint book, sorry we dont have. Cant't imagine Vodafone treats their Customers in such a way for simple request to get converted to prepaid
