      I am an user of Vodafone Postpaid for last 2-3 months. I have a 1GB 2g plan. I was charged on my last bill Rs 148 for downloading some hello1 & wapvilla(don't know what was that). When I called customer care, they told me that I have accessed chargeable sites but when I asked what are the list of chargeable sites, he didn't told me anything. Please help me.           I received my mobile billref[protected] dated 28 jul 2014 for the period of 28 june to 27 jul 2014 from vodafone for my postpaid mobile [protected]. I received this bill on 30 July 2014 through email. My relationship id is 1.12073905.The problem is that the bill showed an ISD charge of Rs. 540 which would be Rs. 607 including service tax charged on this. I had a credit balance with Vodafone and they recovered these wrong charges from my credit balance. I immediately sent a mail to vodafone customer care Mumbai requesting for details regarding this billed amount. Two days later they replied to me on 30 july, that the charges are towards ISD call made on 25 jul 14 at 1402 hours which lasted for 12 minutes, has been charged at a rate of Rs. 45 per min for the International destination Liberia Code 231. I replied to this email again on 1 Aug with copy to the nodal officer and appellate authority email ids of Mumbai explaining to them that I had not made such a call at all. However, a representative of the Appellate Authority again sent me a mail on 4 Aug that they had checked my bill and that I had indeed made this call and there is no error in their billing systems. I replied to the appellate authority again on 5 Aug trying to explain them that this is a fraud and I have not made such a call. However, another representative of the appellate authority has responded on 5 Aug stating the same thing and reconfirming that they have checked and the call has been made to Liberia from my number. This correspondence has been continuing with the Appellate authority of Vodafone till now as they are not providing any resolution and trying to justify that it is a correct billing on their part. I am fed up with the inaction and insensitive approach of Vodafone on this matter. They do not seem to bother to understand that this is a fraud which is affecting their customers who are at no fault, but they still choose to penalize them. I have researched regarding this scam on the internet and have seen that there are numerous similar complaints by many Vodafone mobile customers who are equally fed up and frustrated with Vodafone redressal mechanisms which do not provide any satisfactory resolution to their complaints. The Service Request Numbers provided by Vodafone to me are[protected],[protected], 283398,[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected]I,[protected],[protected] If vodafone does a simple search on the Liberia fone number which they are claiming as the number I have called, they will find out that the number is a fraudulent number used repeatedly for this scam and this is an evidence in itself for them to understand that I have not called any such number. kindly request your able assistance and help in securing my right as a consumer who has been wrongly billed by Vodafone without any reason and created a nuisance for me thereby causing disturbance to my peace of mind. I would require your help to fight this out with Vodafone and make them return my money back as soon as possible.I would appreciate that all correspondence with me on this matter be done through my email address only which has been recorded with this complaint...Thanks and Regards

            I am using Vodafone mobile no. frm past 10yrs.. I have never faced that my rentals / plan changes on it own.. For the first time Vodafone has increased the monthly rental by 17.2% (approx.) without my confirmation.. I want to know how can increase the existing plan rentals without informing.. The moment we take a plan all the features are locked (i.e monthly rental, call and sms rates).. I need a clarification on increase in monthly Rental, Without any upgradation in bebefits.. My old tariff Rs.175 + taxes New tariff 205 + taxes.

              I am using Vodafone prepaid connection in Kolkata.I was using internet connection and validity got over on 16th August 2014.I was using data before the expiry of validity, the data was within the limit or the free usage.But still i got a message of deduction of RS 24 due to internet, which is a false or rather a wrong deduction.Just then i call 198 to know about my deduction then the executive told me to call after half an hour.I called back after half an hour and the executive told me that his system is showing that the deduction was correct when i told him no it is a wrong deduction then he suddenly put me on hold.Vodafone I have been using vodafone when the company name was Hutch and three connections all of vodafone.But i never expected this kind of service from vodafone.Wrong balance deduction and this kind of attitude.i think I should think of porting all my three connections to another operator.Thanks for your lovely service.

                Hello, I wanted to PORT a prepaid number from IDEA to VODAFONE for that I had applied 1st time for it on 28th June 2014 through RISHI COMMUNICATION (VODAFONE MINISTORE), B. S Complex, Behind Central Bank ATM, Sector-15 NOIDA. After 15 days also it was not ported and when I met him the reason was not given to me. I applied for 2nd time on 11th Aug 2014 and on 15th Aug 2014 my Idea connection was disconnected but Vodafone SIM was not recognizing. When I met RISHI COMMUNICATION, he told my application was rejected but did not give any reason. I had given passport and PAN card for this. Does vodafone serves customer like this. If so it is not wise to Port even.

                  on 16/8/14 at 6:15 the store manager kriti at vodafone store jail road refused to entertain us.we were waiting for 45 minutes and she was entertaining one of her friends who came after us.am that confident.you can check the cameraa footage at vodafone store.when my father requested she refused and shouted back saying do whaatever you can i will note entertain you.she did this 4 times and was arrogant as if she owns the company.before tthat she was eating her lunch and refused to talk to us.my father is a senior government officer aged 54 and she was tallking so rudely with him.if non of the action will be taken against her i will lodge an fir against vodafone for mental harrasment and misbehaving with a senior citizen

                    My phone no, [protected] got bill & I had paid in cash Rs. 900/ (NINE HUNDRED ONLY) by Provisional Receipt No.96443 & Relationship No.[protected] to Hi-Tek Investigation Service Pvt. Ltd.Ph.[protected] ;[protected] but my cash not deposited by dealer to vodafone & they dissconect my outgoing call in non payment of my bill.Please help me & tell me that what is my fault & service of my phone should be start as early as possible.

                      I am your consumer since 15 years right from the days of BPL, My mobile No. is [protected] i was offered a add on card and it's No is [protected]. I asked them for an pre paid card. But they had given me an post paid card. I was not using this card but i had to the rent of Rs. 303 every month. On 13.08.2014 i went to the K.K.nagar store and Mr stephen attended me and again i asked to convert my new No. [protected] to prepaid, again he requested my to go for an Rs. 99/- plane. Now i received a call from coimbatour office and said that the basic plane is not available. If i want to contact any executive at madurai office there is no phone available in the net or in your Bill receipt. i had wasted 1.5 hrs lessening to your executive. If i call 111 only recorded message is available and there is no provision to talk to your executive. Kindly ask any one of your executive to talk to in this regards. i would like to convert all my No ie, [protected], [protected], [protected] & [protected] to BSNL. I can not any longer trust a outside company.

                        Incorrect billing in second: The billings in seconds are not proper with Vodafone. Every time when you call, you are deducting additional cost of 2 seconds which is not acceptable. This was started from the first day of taking this connection. I notified this to customer care department several times and not yet received any response till today. (Today (14 August) I called at 18.20 IST and spoke for 13 seconds and the amount deducted for 15 seconds) Applicability of Value added service: I recharged the all in one pack of Vodafone to reduce the call rate on 14 July 2014 at 13.54 IST which has a validity of 30 days (30*24 hrs) which is supposed to expire on August 14 at 13.54 IST and the amount is deducted at the normal rate. Poor customer service: whenever I call customer care the customer care agents, they will commit a call back within 24 Hours and Never ever I received a call in time. It will take at least 3 days to get a response. Last Monday morning, I contacted your customer service to get GPRS settings which is chargeable for me for the call, which I waited in queue for almost 10 minutes to get connected, and they are not interested in solving the issue and they need to disconnect the call as the call flow is high. This type of response is not at all appreciated. This was the extract of the mail sent to CEO of Vodafone on 14th August.and not yet received any response

                          Two 3g net packs of 249 and 147 recharge done since yesterday, but no balance updation . On calling customer care, I got a response from Senior resource of yours that due to some technical problem there was no recharge. And even the money will not be refunded . Its shocking to hear that in this customers are treated and said you have lost 400- Rs due to team's technical fault .In this case I find it feasible to withdraw my service from Vodafone. Expecting a reply and quick action from the concerned team.

                              i m calling from last 5 days on customer care no regarding my problem that is m not receiving 3g signal from last 5 days as i m in roaming in indore .(MP). and again n again the executive and GPRS technical department team is not even responding properly . its so irritating that again n again the technical department team putting my call on hold every time ...when i tried to talk to the seniors at technical department then again they putting my call on hold ..this is not the way of treat to a customer as they in service industries..

                                I have two Vodafone numbers and I made a closing request for [protected] on May 8th. The request was accepted and it was in progress. Suddenly on August 11th Vodafone asked me to pay Rs. 206.33 for the closed number by blackmailing using suspending services for the second number. After raising complaint to nodal officer he replied saying Rs.45.33 was collected in excess and he will transfer to my second number if I like. This is pathetic condition of Vodafone Customer Care and the billing department. I want my Rs.207 back into my second numbers account without any delay. It is not at all fair to send a bill after 3 months for a closed number and not only that blackmailing and collecting wrong amount.

                                  I recharged with Rs. 50 on[protected], about 10 pm. On[protected], my balance (Rs. 40) was deducted. When notified about it to the company, the executive blames that I have downloaded a wallpaper and something called "SHOTFORMAT ValuePack99" from some "paid site" whose name they are not ready to disclose. I checked my downloads and browser history and did not find any such "paid website" whatsoever. I did some research and found that there are similar complaints from other users across india. Some even claiming amounts upto 400 INR. I believe this is some fraud scam Vodafone India is churning and should be taken seriously. I do not know how to go about the grievance redressal process, hence i am submitting on this forum. Kindly look into this matter with utmost seriousness and reply. Thank you!

                                    Hi, I am Vodafone Prepaid Customer. Recently i have recharges 200 Rs.Then on Next day I check Gmail, WhatsApp and yourstory.com on my Mobile Internet. (2G Plan was already activate).And then on that Day later i seen that my 99 Rs Cut. I call to Customer Care . They told that You have Subscribe Mydala Service. Actually i have not done any subscription.. And i was very busy on that day in office. So not used any Internet. I told that I want to do Complain.. they told that It is Outside Vodafone you can not register complain for this.Then I have checked my Opera browser Internet History. I have not open anything MyDala related. Then How without my information 99Rs Cut.?Also if i subscribe then at least i must got SMS for that.. Even i didn't got any SMS.Now Customer Care is also telling that We can not give money back. and It is not from Our side. What i have to do. Can you help me regarthing this fraud. Regards, Pratik

                                    Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    My balance has been deducted second month in row due to some website called mydala.com. I have never visited any such website and I am not interested in its products. Ideally, Vodafone should not allow 3rd party applications to deduce my balance but it did. And repeated attempts to contact vodafone customer care have been futile. I request vodafone to look into the issue and stop such illegitimate activities.

                                      You people employee the most dumbest and pathetic customer care executives. None of them know the rules. For lodging 1 single complaints i need to shout everytime explain the DND rules, call and speak to 4-5 different people each time. Please understand it is your duty and not mine to ensure that your dumb employees know the rules. They refuse to take complaints, speak very pathetically to customers and refuse to transfer lines to their seniors. You guys are a menace to the whole industry. One executive of yours Subhajit Saha was absolutely insulting and refused any help at all. Is this really the kind of people you employ. Is this how you harass the customers. This is the same old story. Just look at the call records and the number of complaints i have made in the past few months. Each of those experiences have been pathetic. You people are the worst!
