      Dear Sir, Mobile No. [protected] I regularly uses Rs 54 recharge by handse *444*54# which is 1.2p per 2 min pulses. On 3rd of aug at about 5pm, they changed my plan to .35p call to all automatically. my last plan was valid till 9th of sep. you are requested to credit my money which was deducted and restore the previous call plan . thanks Abul Laiss

        Hi, I ported from Airtel to Vodafone. My number is +91-[protected], SIM No.[protected], It was issued to me on 7-Aug-14. Its been 7 days, that's its not yet activated. I am unable to receive any important communication from my Bank and any stock market details due to which I have made a loss of Rs. 25000.             i have ported in from reliance to Vodafone, from then i am trying to activate my caller tune on my number [protected] but it is not getting activated i has called N number of times to customer care they have taken it as a funny call, i am getting message as caller tune is active but my balance is not getting deducted, i have informed the same to customer care people they have not option of helping me and they just prolonging my call and not searching a solution for the my caller tune. after that i have visited to vodafone store for 3 times and they just making a fun out of me and made me to travel 50km up and down for 3days from where i am living and even they said a silly reason that the sim has been cut for mini sim so it is not getting active and the store people made me to change the sim in store and charged me 50/- rupees for that and i have left the store even now my caller tune is not getting activated., really dont go for vodafone its a waste of service

              sir.it is really a very shameful attitude from vodafone custmer care who not trying to solve problem of their custmer.i am also a businessmen so it is not fair to break the faith of their custmer.i have internet prob not connecting after browsing.i compaint vcc they sent net setting.but the prob not cleared.after some time i again call vcc but all time they was making fool.they told pls hold we will are solving u r prob.after 5-6minute phone disconnected.again other vcc person come in contect and then he do same.i m really angry with mr.girish.venktesh.and others name i forget.my contact no [protected].vodafone custmer till tomorrow noon.i[censored] cant solve my prob i willl left your service with my plenty of friends n my business partner. thank you.

                  I have 2 Vodafone mobile numbers I wanted to close one of the numbers. I called the customer care and asked them about closing a connection which got abnormal bills. They told me to pay 3000+ rupees and I promptly paid them and raised a closing request. After that I got the retention calls from them but I turned them down. But After 3 months I got a message saying 206.33 Rs is pending for the closed number. I wrote mails to customer care and nodal officer. But I suspect any one really there. Next day my second number was deactivated barring all incoming and out going calls. I was not even able to make calls to Customer Care. This is a total arrogance and there is no one to hear your concerns and no one there to reply a query. Now what ever they want I had to pay and get the second number released. So never ever have more than one connection, if you have any billing problem on one, the other number will be barred and you will be compelled to pay the amount what ever they ask. Soon I am going to move out of Vodafone.

                    I have Vodafone connection fro last 8 years, but services have be heavily degraded in last 1 year, they have charged me for 3 months for blackberry services rentals of 899 PM, even after cancelling the service, when called they forward my call to cancellation department, worst customer service, then after long fight i was communicated i will get refund now that is also not applicable as person called me has not updated that remark in there internal system Vodafone sucks big time as they want customers to follow process and they will never support client... worst part there customer support team never say yes for any thing they only want to say NOOOOO...                       Hello Sir/Madam, I am Jayashree Baskaran, Once when I received a service call from Vodafone in month of July I enquired the person regarding the roaming incoming free, so he suggested to activate national roaming for which Rs.75 will be charged on monthly basis till the service is Active. Later which I didn't receive any response for the Activation of National Roaming so I dropped an email to corpcare.[protected]@vodafone.com on 4th July & I got a reply on 7th July stating that the request has been processed and it is effective from July 7th. Later on 13th July I received a bill amount for Rs.2194.37, so after checking that I drafted an email stating that "In spite of activating the national roaming I have been charged for roaming incoming calls “on 15th July to corpcare.[protected]@vodafone.com in the same email chain which was sent on 4th July. I received a reply on 17th July from Vodafone stating that "The charges are correctly charged and there is no discrepancy in the bill". As the activation was done on 7th July and the bill got generated on 13th July (7 days from activation of national roaming) so there should not be much of difference so assuming that the generated bill is correct I paid that bill amount. But this month I received the bill amount of Rs.8192.97 for which roaming charges alone was Rs.6773.75. It was very shocking to see the bill, hence immediately drafted an email today to corpcare.[protected]@vodafone.com in the same email loop (mail sent on 4th July) and also forwarded it to nodal.[protected]@vodafone.com. I also called to vodafone customer care 13 times today from morning 9.24 am to 12.54 pm 111 198 333 [protected] [protected] Note: When trying to call 333 the customer care persons where busy so it was asking to press '1' to get a call back. In between I received a call from [protected] @ 10.56 (I was not knowing that it was from Vodafone) where I was unable to pick the call so later I called to the same number back @ 11.22 but I was unable to reach the number.Finally I spoke to a customer care executive she said that there is difference between Activate National Roaming & Activate National Roaming Pack which was not informed anywhere before it’s been a month after requesting for the Activation where in the mean time I have also email thrice regarding the same. Please consider this complaint and take respective action, as I am not affordable to pay that much bill amount. Thank you so much in Advance. Regards Jayashree

                          I have paid my Bill yesterday itself around 9 pm at bhayander vodafone galley by cash even i have receive the msg for the same for bill payment done then too i am getting calls from same number more then 20 times from morning its the agency from lower parel and the number is [protected] and even they are abusing in phone its better you take the action or else I will complaint for the same in police
                          once payment is done i have received the msg that in next 24 hrs it will reflect in your account fools are working there they even don't know that sneha the telecalling calls was abusing in calls

                              Hi Support Team, I have made payment to Vodafone communications with Online payment Transaction Id : ' WITHDRAWAL TRANSFER BILLDESK MINB[protected]/VODAESHOP/ TRANSFER TO[protected] of Rs 60' with your payment gateway on 11th August 2014 which has been deducted amount from my Indian Bank account but could not process further. When checked the account details, It already deducted amount and down the Gateway page hence the transaction could not succeed . I have already checked with Vodafone communications payment department and they confirmed that there is no such transaction id they got. Could you please check the attached transaction ID receipt at bank details to check it further and let me know the update on this.

                                Hi, I have my internet plan activated and Vodafone deducted Rs.49 for some Service DNLD DWAP WAL 0049 PPU FUT00130 . I have not downloaded from any paid site or any service. In fact, I was not even using my phone at that time Moreover there is no downloaded file on my phone or any suspicious link in my browser history. There was also no notification about balance deduction, i checked by chance. Customer Care is not at all supportive and is adamant that i downloaded some stuff of which I am sure I didn't. Vodafone customer care not giving me website where this link is located. And their answers are totally baseless. My mobile number is [protected] Email- [protected]@yahoo.in

                                I am a Vodafone postpaid customer any mobile number is : [protected].
                                I have a plan of 299 Rs/Month with unlimited internet.
                                Currently I got my bill and it was total 555 Rs and it displayed 178 Rs as download charges.
                                When I ask to customer care they told it U have downloaded some content as below.
                                1) dwap_wal_0049_ppu_fut0013 = 49 Rs
                                2) hello1_tvallsouth_30 = 30 Rs
                                3) dwap_vpk_0099_ppu_fut0013 = 99 Rs
                                But I have never download any thing which was chargeable.
                                Can you please look into this matter and please give me full detail from which site it was downloaded and what are meaning of above download lists.
                                First time I am using Vodafone cug with unlimited internet and very frustrated with your services.
                                Looking for your positive reply ASAP.

                                  Hello, I am a Vodafone postpaid customer. Since last two months I have been billed with download chagers for "wapvilla_ppd" (50/-) and "vuclipindia_pack75" (99/-). After repeated discussion with customer care, I haven't got a satisfactory answer to what these packs are and why are then being charged. The answer that customer care gives is, "some websites charge for download and for privacy reason we can not track these downloads". This is a very stupid answer. How can a third party website charge for a download over Internet in my Vodafone bill. Any charges for download will be against my data plan or if there is any money involved it will be through Internet or mobile banking. Is Vodafone saying that third party websites are charging for download against my bill? That is a very lame and stupid answer. Since these two packs are specific to Vodafone, I am sure Vodafone should have an idea about what these packs are and what action by user causes this app download. All I want is answers to following questions, 1. What is "wapvilla_ppd” and “vuclipindia_pack75"? 2. What causes download of these packs? (I haven't subscribed to any of these knowingly) 3.                                   Vodafone is cheating big time. I have been paying amounts of Rs400/- & Rs200/- in every bill now.
                                  They don't have any proof of where this amount goes because it goes into their own pockets in illegal ways.
                                  @Amandeep: Why don't you discontinue the service or transfer the same number to another provider. And when they call to ask why are you shifting, tell them this reason. Vodafone will not learn unless all o[censored]s start discontinuing. It has happened to me twice. I will be changing my plan now and will watch for one more month, if it happens one more time I am just going to change the provider.

                                  Hello Vodafone. I have been a loyal customer of Vodafone since last approx 8 yrs. This is the first time I have been disappointed with the billing done.

                                  I am a corporate Customer with [protected] using the corporate E connect 3g 299 plan . For the past 2 months I am unnecessarily being charged as said above by the numerous customers.I even called the Customer centre team but they were not willing to help. They even could not help me to deactivate the services.

                                  I have been charged for download which I never did.I was never notified before or after activation of the service which is a total FRAUD.
                                  This was twice in a month for hello1_tvallsouth_ and vuclipindia_pack75I have been charged 35x2 and 70x2 = Rs.210 for this.This was for both July and Aug month. I expect Vodafone to stop all the extra services with immediate effect and provide a refund of 210x2=420 rs.

                                  If not possible do let me know the process of transferring my number to a different carrier.

                                  I have been charged with Rs.1080 for VuClip Service. I am not even aware about this service. After seeing the above post I think we should take an initiative and file Public Interest Litigation against Vodafone. After all amount has been billed by Vodafone, not any credit card, So vodafone can not escape by giving lame excuse that they are not aware about this charge

                                  I am using a corporate sim and my company has asked clarification about Rs. 1080 and refused to pay this bill.


                                  Its a fraud by Vodafone : An Example: I am being xyz company and I say that I will charge Rs. 1 lac for 1 download and i will charge that amount in Vodafone bill. That can not happen without agreement between XYZ Company and Vodafone. In case vodafone is agreeing to that, its Vodafone's duty to have check on fair prices and details of content.

                                  Also Vodafone should make sure that every customer is getting proper information about the download charges before they actually download such content

                                  After so many calls to customer care and mails, I didn't get any response so far.

                                  I have drafted a legel notice against Vodafone and will be sending it very soon to Vodafone. I won't hesitate taking a few days leave to take legal action against vodafone because it a prestige issue for me and to give a justifiable answer to my company.

                                  In my Dec-14 bill vodafone has charged me Rs. 1186/- for downloading
                                  1. vuclipindia_pack75,
                                  2. vf_tv_all_m_150,
                                  3. m_paradise_w_35_,
                                  4. wapvilla_ppd
                                  and 5. 2c_m_academy_f_50
                                  which I had never downloaded. Whereas my total bill amount is Rs. 1745/- means they had charged me more in fraud services which I never used . When I called their Customer Service for explanation they had no proper explanation how these services got

Also I already requested you to deactivate all the services and you had confirmed me all the services are deactivated and it will get charged in next month bill.                                   In my Dec-14 bill vodafone has charged me Rs. 1186/- for downloading
                                  1. vuclipindia_pack75,
                                  2. vf_tv_all_m_150,
                                  3. m_paradise_w_35_,
                                  4. wapvilla_ppd
                                  and 5. 2c_m_academy_f_50
                                  which I had never downloaded. Whereas my total bill amount is Rs. 1745/-
                                  means they had charged me more in fraud services which I never used .

                                  explanation how these services got
                                  activated. Also I already requested you to deactivate all the services
                                  and you had confirmed me all the services are deactivated and it will

                                  I have faced same situation what Suhas has mentioned. I have paid 800 to 1200 rrupee extra to vadafone more than 5month. Finally I got to know vadafone has cheated. Regarding thithis I had talk to vadafone executive but there answer is stupid. Now I am going port this to another service. I suggest to people not to use vadafone.
                                  Govt should take action on these cheater.
                                  Why we people not book a complaint against Vodafone in consumer court? They are doing lot of cheating with everyone I think we should tie together and book a case against this cheater company,
                                  I am also facing the bill issue, I am having corporate account with Vodafone [protected], normally my bill amount never goes to above 500 INR since 2008, but may month bill they charged me for 4871, out of that 4088 was for usage data of 1986 Mbs, which I used according to Vodafone, where I already having a data package on my plan for 2GB, the usage was under the limit but they charged me so huge amount, when I raised complaint for it their executive has accepted the mistake in bill and assured me that the wrongly charged amount will be reversed, but after some days I got call from Vodafone they says the charges was correct and they will not reversed the amount, they says data was on 3G services as I have data plan for 2G, and it was an offer on my new mobile purchase from SNAPDEAL I got the free 3g 500mb but as I had used more than free data, I never requested for 3G services, Even I did not got any SMS or alert for activation of services, they had activate 3G services without my confirming me, even they did not passed me any information, and joke that they are saying I did not used 2G services at all as this plan is already activated on my plan, I had email the details at corporate.[protected]@vodafone.in but did not got any reply from Vodafone, now I am looking for an advocate to book a case on Vodafone for their cheating and harassment which their employees was doing with me, if any one like to joint me can contact me, even I am looking for an advocate if anyone knows a good lawyer please share my contact with him, or his contact with me I had all correspondence and call recording with me
                                  Hello, I am a Vodafone postpaid customer. Since last two months I have been billed with cantant download chagers for VSA (150/-) and "vuclipindia_pack75" (175/-). After repeated discussion with customer care, I haven't got a satisfactory answer to what these packs are and why are then being charged. The answer that customer care gives is, "some websites charge for download and for privacy reason we can not track these downloads". This is a very stupid answer. How can a third party website charge for a download over Internet in my Vodafone bill. charging in the postpaid bills authentic? ... This is a wrong way to generate revenue from postpaid customers. Generally, the charges of value added services are included in download by the company. Any charges for download will be against my data plan or if there is any money involved it will be through Internet or mobile banking. Is Vodafone saying that third party websites are charging for download against my bill? That is a very lame and stupid answer, I am sure Vodafone should have an idea about what these packs are and what action by user causes this app download. All I want is answers to following questions, 1. What is The cantant download and what is the use of this content?

                                    Hello Sir/Madam, When I received a service call from Vodafone in month of July I enquired the person regarding the roaming incoming free, so he suggested Activating national roaming for which Rs.75 will be charged on monthly basis till the service is Active. Later which I didn't receive any response for the Activation of National Roaming so I dropped an email to corpcare.[protected]@vodafone.com on 4th July & I got a reply on 7th July stating that the request has been processed and it is effective from July 7th. Later on 13th July I received a bill amount for Rs.2194.37, so after checking that I drafted an email stating that "In spite of activating the national roaming I have been charged for roaming incoming calls “on 15th July to corpcare.[protected]@vodafone.com in the same email chain which was sent on 4th July. I received a reply on 17th July from Vodafone stating that "The charges are correctly charged and there is no discrepancy in the bill". As the activation was done on 7th July and the bill got generated on 13th July (I.e. 7 days from activation of national roaming) so there should not be much of difference so assuming that the generated bill is correct I paid that bill amount. But this month I received the bill amount of Rs.8192.97 for which roaming charges alone was Rs.6773.75. It was very shocking to see the bill, hence immediately drafted an email today to corpcare.[protected]@vodafone.com in the same email loop (mail sent on 4thJuly) and also forwarded it to nodal.[protected]@vodafone.com. I also called to Vodafone customer care 13 times today from morning 9.24 am to12.54 pm. 111 19833398840988409943006025 Note: When trying to call 333 the customer care persons where busy so it was asking to press '1' to get a call back. In between I received a call from [protected] @ 10.56 (I was not knowing that it was from Vodafone) where I was unable to pick the call so later I called to the same number back @ 11.22 but I was unable to reach the number. Finally I spoke to a customer care executive she said that there is difference between Activate National Roaming & Activate National Roaming Pack which was not informed anywhere before it’s been a month after requesting for the Activation where in the mean time I have also email thrice regarding the same. Please consider this complaint and take respective action, as I am not affordable to pay that much bill amount. Thank you so much in Advance. Regards Jayashree

                                        I am 5 years old priority customer of Vodafone... I lost my phone on the 9th night... I blocked my phone the very same night... The next day i went to the Rohini Sec - 3, Vodafone care with an FIR i lodged a request to activate my old number with a new sim card... Its almost been 36 hrs and i have been to the store twice with job still not done... I have been calling your Vodafone care executive and have been lodging the complain regularly but to no help... Its such a mental harassment to be without a no. used for 5 long years... Its been a loss of time and business... This is not really the way i expected a request to be treated by a premium service provider like you... Your staff at the stores as well as your customer care executives are really incompetent and dont know how to respond to a customer... I really am in a stress because of your lack of seriousness... I expect a written reasoning regarding the delay and your inefficiency... I expect a compensation against the stress undergone from your end... My mobile no. is [protected]...
