    This number belongs to a retired Female whose average mobile phone bill is 500 on monthly basis. All of a sudden the bill received is rupees 2795.29. Call details provided by your gallery is : 2 international calls done 17 min to special num charges: rupees 1700 rupees 3 min 300 rupees Both calls made on 02-Aug-2014 as per your records. I am 100 % sure that no calls were made during this phase from the mobile used by this female. As mobile phone call history clearly shows this. I want to know if the above two calls are system rooted calls or i want the location of mobile phone when the call was made. This is a clear cut case of scam / fraud. You can not charge a person for the calls not made by her.

      On 1st August evening I got few SMS on hourly basis claiming a deduction of data of around 200 MB each time which was above my 1 GB data package. I informed Vodafone customer care as I was not using the mobile internet in such a way to consume 200 MB of data in every hour. Not having a satisfactory explanation and continue to have the same kind of SMS in an exponential way I called customer care repeatedly even sent one email to customer care with details of the SMS. Customer care executive told me they could not see these SMS in their data base / presently they could do nothing and requested me to wait till the bill generation (Bill generation date was on 7th August, 2014). Till the morning of 2nd August those unexplained data consumption continued to more than 2000 MB after which I manually stopped my data service from the mobile phone. Ultimately the bill comes as Rs. 11946.41 /- which is due to this excess data consumption of around 2.5 GB. With repeated mail to customer care and appellate authority the same reply is generating as the data usage was valid. But nobody for a single time have explained why there was no action taken/ suggestion given to me from the customer care when I started complaining about this unexplained data consumption from very beginning.         Vodafone deducted Rs 99/- from Vodafone mobile balance(no.[protected]) on 10th august 2014, without informing me. When I saw that my balance was near about 100 rupees short, I called custermer care and asked the reason.Thay told me that our system is not updated now, call after 2 hours.When I called second time they informed me that i did a chargeable download from a site around 7.30 am.I did nothing download at that time.I asked them to tell me the site name from where I downloaded.They have no answer, just saying that you have downloaded a south tv channel and we have no other information. I asked customer care, If I downloaded, how an outside company automatically deduct my mobile balance? no answer. They should have asked for my permission what payment method I preferred like credit card or online bank paymanet. Instead of that it automatically deducted my mobile balance. Please look the mater.           Last month i had a talk with one of vodafone customer care executive and he waived off the charges which i have not availed. According to him, those charges would be waived off in the next cycle. But today when i checked my billing details, i did not found that details regarding the waived off thing. I called them once again and they told me you have to have give the whole amount. I told them to cancel my 2 numbers but they are saying this can not be done and you have to visit the vodafone centre for that purpose. I am now fed up with vodafone, because i am mentally harassed by them (i already spend around 5-6 hours for this issue). Kindly look into the issue.             Since Im at abroad, I asked them to disconnect my line and they didn't disconnected the line ( [protected] ) and charging me every month. Upon being asked, The Vodafone rep has done an mistake and to cover that he has framed a fake mail as if I have asked him to reactivate the connection. Why the HELL I need to reactivate when i'm in abroad.

              After above confirmation I have recharg today on 09.08.2014 for Rs.249/- but I get 1GB 3G Net.

              Please take action at earliest & inform me as earliest.

                I have been transferred from kolkata to gangtok, sikkim from 20th july, 2014 as a result the mobile bill for [protected] and [protected] which were due on 24 th july, 2014 could not be paid before due date...I am visiting kolkata on 14 to 17 August 2014, and will pay the due amount in cash there...by this time i am receiving 3 to 5 call on average in odd hours asking for the date of payment of the aforesaid bills...inspite of my repeated request the tele caller keep dialing my nos at regular intervals...today (9th August, 2014..14:00 hours) I have already received 4 calls form Vodafore asking for the date of payment again and again. Now I request you to please discontinue my service of both the nos as stated above and send me updated bill upto the time of discontinuation so that I can pay on 17th August 2014 in Kolkata...After paying the total dues please help me to surrender the service of the above mentioned nos as I don't want to be a subscriber to multinational who ask me a question for 14 times in 3 days ...thanks in anticipation yours unfortunate bhaskar roy

                  Hi my no is [protected]. Received SMS for my mobile on 6th aug 2014 afternoon 01.20 pm stating that recharge for 69 and get FTT and also rate cutter for 35 paise / mins for all local mobiles for 28 days. They confirmed offer valid for 3 days. I recharged on 8th night around 10.00 pm. But i got only the Rate cutter and the FTT is not credited. When i contacted the customer service they confirmed that offer closed. Because the 3 days is closed by 8th 01.00 pm. When asked for how the 3 days been calculated they simply told me that will call back in 2 days and disconnected the call. Which is not acceptable.

                    Hello Good Evening, My mobile number is [protected] I am writing regarding not only very poor customer service and the way in which I have been dealt with by Vodafone, but also the very poor and bad support from vodafone. I'm really frustrating to having one, I bought new samsung s4 mobile and vodafone doesn't work, there was no signal at all. I called customer care 198 on 9th Aug 2014 explained about my problem, the executive doesn't understand my problem cut the call without information. again I have called other person has picked and not even listen my complaint and says whatever he wants, I asked him to solution to my problem but He never responded instead he asked me to wait I was waiting waiting still waiting, No answer from other end, I was awating from last 1 hour its really makes me very bad and frustrated. This is the very bad technique the customer executive follow, and put me in hold for long hours without answering, Please don't ever do that. We are customer of the vodafone. Vodafone its very poor service from your end, when you came from UK without any customers. Now you have lot of customers of India, so never feel bad to loosing customer or frustrated customer because of poor service, its a shame to you. Its 12 am here, I'm still waiting this is what the support and service you provide? What a shame? Please don't make your customer to feel bad and What is the action you have taken for this?                       Hello sir/madam it is stated that my number is [protected].i have started a 2g unlimited 199 plan but after 3 or 4 day I got massage that my 2g unlimited 199 plan is deactivated and they started new 2g 98 plan for 2gb.i want to ask you why they changed my plan without my permission i m so much annoyed by your services.i talked to customer care okhla there i talked to gurmeet.he talked very roughly and he dont have any answer of my queries.pls look into my matter urgently.

In July last I shifted to Bangalore and applied the form to disconnect my number on 1st of august'14 by paying all my bill for July-2014 period.                             I am dr asif baig a practicing dental surgeon, orthodontist and implantologist in chennai using vodafone from the time it came to India my number is [protected] been having this number since 97 right from the time RPG had them. I have a CUG network for my clinic which I have been using since a couple of years. I just got a call from [protected] at 2.42 pm talking in tamil and the lady asks me all details which I replied patiently and most important politely when she told me that she has not received payment for one number for which I introduced myself to her that I am a doctor and that only my office staff would know about the details would get back to her for which she replied that "if you are doctor can you not answer me " in tamil it sounds much more harsh I don't have to have vodafone services to get calls like these and waste my time writing complaint letters but I thought I should let you know the kind of customer services we get, very very annoying.                                   Myself Rahul Shah - Vodafone contact no.: [protected], My collegues: Pragnesh Patel: Vodafone number given: [protected], Ketul: [protected] We (me and my office mates) wanted to get into a CUG Plan, used by my colleges. Earlier I had a pre-paid Connection which I wanted to move to a post-paid connection within the CUG Plan. Two others also wanted a plan/service change. Mr. Jaymin - Contact: [protected] collected the required documents - distributor name is Vision Enterprise. After few days (somewhere around 20th July) we received the sim-card and were told that the services will be activated within a day or two. Till now our sim-cards are not activated!!! During the process one another person named Mr. Sanjay - Contact: [protected] came in picture who asked me for my photograph (on 31st July)!!! while all the documents were already submitted. He asked my other friends for one or the other things. He also assured the sim-card will be activated in day or two! Had verification again by a person named Mr. Ashish : Contact: [protected] Sim-Cards not yet activated!!! I tried calling customer care many a times but all in vain. Today (7/8/2014) I registered a complaint in Appellate Authority and they have asked me to wait till 11th Aug. Complain No: [protected] I have wasted my expensive hours in calling vodafone and vodafone executives no. of times. I am seriously fed up from these people. How will my wasted time be compensated???                                   Yesterday they stopped my prepaid services and when I inquired they informed me that the sim-card you are given is wrong. The distributor has provided a wrong sim-card. The sim-card no. doesn't match!!! I don't have any communication no. for my office mates and other important people to call me!!! I am missing very important and urgent calls!!! Who is held responsible for that?
                                  How can a company like vodafone give its sales to such a stupid distributors????

                                  Really fed up, need Vodafone to resolve this issue by today itself or else I will be suing Vodafone and the distributor for the time and money I have wasted!

                                  My number is [protected]. It is a Karnataka number.I am using my number in roaming in Kolkata. Yesterday I did a Rs. 300 topup on my number. Although the amount was from deducted from my card, I did not get the topup in the balance. I tried calling customer care lots of times but they kept me on hold for 5 minutes or more each time I called. Eventually I did not get to speak to any one about my issue. The recharge has still not been credited. This is really bad customer service and I am extremely disappointed.I have been using this number for more than 7 years and I did not expect such kind of frustrating behaviour on your part. The service has let me down. Kindly resolve this issue asap. I am facing a lot of problems since I am on roaming and unable to get a recharge done.

                                  Hopefully a company like Vodafone will not make such delays for any other valuable customers in future because it certainly waste customer's time and energy.

                                    At vodafone official site (https://shop.vodafone.in/shop/for_your_phone.jsp?cid=mah)i have made a recharge yesterday i.e. 7th July 2014 on my no. [protected] for 3Gdata plan of Rs. 99 i.e. mentioned on vodafone site. After that in place of 3Gdata plan, 350 vodafone 2 vodafone (V 2 V) minute credited in my accountsuddenly i had made a call to vodafone customer care and they said very rudelythere is no offer of 3G data plan at Rs. 99 and after that they cut the phone.I said to vodafone executive that kindly check your vodafone site, there youmention 3G data plan of 300 MB at Rs. 99, Three times i had made call atvodafone care but i got same answered that 350 V 2 V minute credited in myaccount. The issue is what is my fault, I had made recharge which is mentioned onVodafone site i.e. 300 MB 3G data at Rs. 99.

                                      Hello i Showkat Hussain owing mobile no [protected] of Vodafone India hereby going to submit complaint against vodafone for like behavior of CCE's and the unreasonable deduction of my account balance. It is not for the first time, they behaved many times with me like . Yesterday they deducted 45 rupees from my account. So i request the higher authourity to look into this matter and refund my money. Otherwise I will move to consumer court.

                                        As i talk with "chetan pall" and "manish sharma" (noida) who are customer care executives .. i am not sure why vodaphone hire these fool employees in their office .. Who cant care customer issues . and they dont know wats the rules of vodaphone . every time ask for call again. and there is not any reply from them.
