Hi my no is [protected]. Received SMS for my mobile on 6th aug 2014 afternoon 01.20 pm stating that recharge for 69 and get FTT and also rate cutter for 35 paise / mins for all local mobiles for 28 days. They confirmed offer valid for 3 days. I recharged on 8th night around 10.00 pm. But i got only the Rate cutter and the FTT is not credited. When i contacted the customer service they confirmed that offer closed. Because the 3 days is closed by 8th 01.00 pm. When asked for how the 3 days been calculated they simply told me that will call back in 2 days and disconnected the call. Which is not acceptable.

    Hello Good Evening, My mobile number is [protected] I am writing regarding not only very poor customer service and the way in which I have been dealt with by Vodafone, but also the very poor and bad support from vodafone. I'm really frustrating to having one, I bought new samsung s4 mobile and vodafone doesn't work, there was no signal at all. I called customer care 198 on 9th Aug 2014 explained about my problem, the executive doesn't understand my problem cut the call without information. again I have called other person has picked and not even listen my complaint and says whatever he wants, I asked him to solution to my problem but He never responded instead he asked me to wait I was waiting waiting still waiting, No answer from other end, I was awating from last 1 hour its really makes me very bad and frustrated. This is the very bad technique the customer executive follow, and put me in hold for long hours without answering, Please don't ever do that. We are customer of the vodafone. Vodafone its very poor service from your end, when you came from UK without any customers. Now you have lot of customers of India, so never feel bad to loosing customer or frustrated customer because of poor service, its a shame to you. Its 12 am here, I'm still waiting this is what the support and service you provide? What a shame? Please don't make your customer to feel bad and What is the action you have taken for this?       Hello sir/madam it is stated that my number is [protected].i have started a 2g unlimited 199 plan but after 3 or 4 day I got massage that my 2g unlimited 199 plan is deactivated and they started new 2g 98 plan for 2gb.i want to ask you why they changed my plan without my permission i m so much annoyed by your services.i talked to customer care okhla there i talked to gurmeet.he talked very roughly and he dont have any answer of my queries.pls look into my matter urgently.

          Hi My name is Tripati sahu and my vodafone post paid number is +91-[protected] from Chennai circle. In July last I shifted to Bangalore and applied the form to disconnect my number on 1st of august'14 by paying all my bill for July-2014 period. From that day I am continuously following up with Complaint help line and mail but no one is responding me. I am not able to understand the business policy of Vodafone. Thanks Tripati

            I am dr asif baig a practicing dental surgeon, orthodontist and implantologist in chennai using vodafone from the time it came to India my number is [protected] been having this number since 97 right from the time RPG had them. I have a CUG network for my clinic which I have been using since a couple of years. I just got a call from [protected] at 2.42 pm talking in tamil and the lady asks me all details which I replied patiently and most important politely when she told me that she has not received payment for one number for which I introduced myself to her that I am a doctor and that only my office staff would know about the details would get back to her for which she replied that "if you are doctor can you not answer me " in tamil it sounds much more harsh I don't have to have vodafone services to get calls like these and waste my time writing complaint letters but I thought I should let you know the kind of customer services we get, very very annoying.                 My vodafone mobile number is :+91-[protected]. Relationship Number: 1.22787102 I ported to Vodafone on 22 June and I have been charged unnecessarily for international sms whereas I don't have any international contacts.I am not given a suitable reply by customer care as well.

                  Myself Rahul Shah - Vodafone contact no.: [protected], My collegues: Pragnesh Patel: Vodafone number given: [protected], Ketul: [protected] We (me and my office mates) wanted to get into a CUG Plan, used by my colleges. Earlier I had a pre-paid Connection which I wanted to move to a post-paid connection within the CUG Plan. Two others also wanted a plan/service change. Mr. Jaymin - Contact: [protected] collected the required documents - distributor name is Vision Enterprise. After few days (somewhere around 20th July) we received the sim-card and were told that the services will be activated within a day or two. Till now our sim-cards are not activated!!! During the process one another person named Mr. Sanjay - Contact: [protected] came in picture who asked me for my photograph (on 31st July)!!! while all the documents were already submitted. He asked my other friends for one or the other things. He also assured the sim-card will be activated in day or two! Had verification again by a person named Mr. Ashish : Contact: [protected] Sim-Cards not yet activated!!! I tried calling customer care many a times but all in vain. Today (7/8/2014) I registered a complaint in Appellate Authority and they have asked me to wait till 11th Aug. Complain No: [protected] I have wasted my expensive hours in calling vodafone and vodafone executives no. of times. I am seriously fed up from these people. How will my wasted time be compensated???                   Yesterday they stopped my prepaid services and when I inquired they informed me that the sim-card you are given is wrong. The distributor has provided a wrong sim-card. The sim-card no. doesn't match!!! I don't have any communication no. for my office mates and other important people to call me!!! I am missing very important and urgent calls!!! Who is held responsible for that?
                  How can a company like vodafone give its sales to such a stupid distributors????

                  Really fed up, need Vodafone to resolve this issue by today itself or else I will be suing Vodafone and the distributor for the time and money I have wasted!

                  Dear Vodafone,

                  My number is [protected]. It is a Karnataka number.I am using my number in roaming in Kolkata. Yesterday I did a Rs. 300 topup on my number. Although the amount was from deducted from my card, I did not get the topup in the balance. I tried calling customer care lots of times but they kept me on hold for 5 minutes or more each time I called. Eventually I did not get to speak to any one about my issue. The recharge has still not been credited. This is really bad customer service and I am extremely disappointed.I have been using this number for more than 7 years and I did not expect such kind of frustrating behaviour on your part. The service has let me down. Kindly resolve this issue asap. I am facing a lot of problems since I am on roaming and unable to get a recharge done.

                  Thank You vodfone for starting back my services and the plan subscribed for.
                  Hopefully a company like Vodafone will not make such delays for any other valuable customers in future because it certainly waste customer's time and energy.

                    At vodafone official site (https://shop.vodafone.in/shop/for_your_phone.jsp?cid=mah)i have made a recharge yesterday i.e. 7th July 2014 on my no. [protected] for 3Gdata plan of Rs. 99 i.e. mentioned on vodafone site. After that in place of 3Gdata plan, 350 vodafone 2 vodafone (V 2 V) minute credited in my accountsuddenly i had made a call to vodafone customer care and they said very rudelythere is no offer of 3G data plan at Rs. 99 and after that they cut the phone.I said to vodafone executive that kindly check your vodafone site, there youmention 3G data plan of 300 MB at Rs. 99, Three times i had made call atvodafone care but i got same answered that 350 V 2 V minute credited in myaccount. The issue is what is my fault, I had made recharge which is mentioned onVodafone site i.e. 300 MB 3G data at Rs. 99.

                      Hello i Showkat Hussain owing mobile no [protected] of Vodafone India hereby going to submit complaint against vodafone for like behavior of CCE's and the unreasonable deduction of my account balance. It is not for the first time, they behaved many times with me like . Yesterday they deducted 45 rupees from my account. So i request the higher authourity to look into this matter and refund my money. Otherwise I will move to consumer court.

                        As i talk with "chetan pall" and "manish sharma" (noida) who are customer care executives .. i am not sure why vodaphone hire these fool employees in their office .. Who cant care customer issues . and they dont know wats the rules of vodaphone . every time ask for call again. and there is not any reply from them.

                            Hi, I have been wrongly charged Rs49 for my vodafone relationship no 5.85394.00.00.100201 as a download charge in my July'14 with the name of wapvilla_ppd download on 19 July, 2014 bill for a download from some website called as wapvilla. I have not used this website and till now I was not even aware of the name or existence of any such website. i want my Rs 49 Waive off.

                              Vodafone deducted Rs 99/- from Vodafone mobile balance without informing me. Only send an SMS that I have purchased a coupon to participate a lucky draw competition for a travel to Singapore in m.MyDala.com. Then vodafone customer care saying they can do nothing because I did a chargeable download from MyDala.com. Where as I just visitied the m.mydala.com and did nothing closed the website. Is Rs 99 for visiting a website?

                              I asked customer case how an outside company automatically deduct my mobile balance? no answer. They should have asked for my permission what payment method I preferred like credit card or online bank paymanet. Instead of that it automatically deducted my mobile balance. Customer care did not took the complain by just avoiding me.

                              So its group fraud scam by Vodafone and MyDala tied up as a group. Telephone companies like Vodafone and doing scam like unknowingly forced purchase and deduct mobile balance by opening my mobile account balance to outsider. Its a fraud scam and vodafone trying hide it with legal rapper as TRI already restricted the VAS. So its a SCAM!!! Be aware vodafone customers that your mobile is accessible to anyone you don't know yet. They can transfer money from your bank account as they will told you that you downloaded coupon from mydala of RS 20000 and its deducted from your account.

                              I have faced here the same problem, they are cheating and making corers these way.

                              plz help my number is [protected] and they deducted Rs.99 dated on 28/09/2014.
                              I have faced same issue recetly with my 2 billing cycles deducting Rs. 99 user mydala_deals 99.
                              How to deactivate and escalate this issue further??

                                Hi, I have been wrongly charged Rs49 for my mobile no [protected] as a download charge in my July'14 with the name of wapvilla_ppd bill for a download from some website called as wapvilla. I have not used this website and untill now I was not even aware of the name or existence of any such website. I called Vodafone customer care but got an unsatisfactory response from the executive . Requesting you to please rectify this error in my bill as early as possible

                                  I made a recharge of 54 rupees on 26th July 2014 on the number [protected] which was successful . Later on I got a message stating that the recharge cannot be process and the amount will be refunded (I.E 54), when I checked up my account I didn't get any refunds from your side .

                                        I am a corporate customer and using a Company provided Vodafone number. Vodafone India has changed my plan from Corporate to Individual without my knowledge. Upon calling Appellate team the executives are telling me that I have made this request and when I asked them to share the proof they are clueless and manipulating with words. The individual plan has higher call rates as compared to corporate plan. I have been requesting them to recalculate my bills as per original plan and change my plan to original plan but no action has been taken. Ref number[protected] | Service Request Number[protected]
