I am Radhika Chadha from Mumbai, Maharashtra.On Friday night, I had sent a message regarding activation of my 3G PLAN. I received a message saying that it has been activated.
However, I was still getting pop-ups with my balance getting deducted.
On Saturday, at around 5:42 PM I called up vf customer care.
The person incharge (I suppose his name was Remo) told me that my balance would get refunded; and that some specialists or someone would call me within an hour.
To add to my miseres, that person called up today morning (sunday 3rd morning, that is) and told me that no such thing will happen, and that "he is sorry".
Now, first of all, I really wanted to post this on you guys' wall, but that would simply malign your name and reputation, which I sincerely would not wish for.
Seondly, I donot expect THIS KIND OF BEHAVIOR from Vodafone.
Third, I want some amount of compensation to be done for the 120 rupees I lost out because of you guys' error, either by cash, or give me that amount of free internet units or talktime.
Also, if you'll were not "sorry" when you'll wasted someone's balance, then i suppose you'll should probably do something when they complain too!!
I hope you guys take this complaint seriously.
P.S : Also, do let me know about the number portability plan. Seriously let down by vf. Did not expect such kind of atrocious behaviour from you guys.

Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Customer care response is very pathetic, they just having same tape that we cant do anything on this.
