Dear Vodafone Team,
I am new on vodafone network, but i fed-up with your services & false commitment, I have following problems :-
1. When i joined your network then your executive told that my talkplan is 249.00 monthly, but i had been charged at 300.00 monthly. (now you replaced it with 199.00)
2. I have told by your customer care executive that my 3g plan is Rs. 250.00 monthly, where i receive 1 gb 3g net & then after 2g net unlimited, but now you had charged after 3g use in my current month bill (till date usage 347 mb @ .4 per 10 kb approx Rs. 1388.00) WHY?
3. I have also told that i receive discount in my net plan continuously 3 month Rs. (250.00-175.00 = 75.00), but now u replaced it with 2 months only.
4. I had charged Rs. 139.00 for Downloading in my previous month bill, where i have not download anything you are showing in my bill, please waive-off.
5. I have also complain regarding NETWORK, now you have told me that my sim to be replaced for this problem.
you are kindly requested to please look into the matter & solve my problems, today is my last day for payment but i m not going to pay any amount till my all problems solve. otherwise i have to replaced network.
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
But the tuist begain when suddendly i recived a massage of 18/- 2g data pack which i was recharged previosly. and now my mobile data balance is shows 90mb, where my balance should be near about 2048 mb +.
after that i consistantly call the customar care. but they were not helped me.. finally they blockd my number...
My qus. is what is my fault in it ?? i need my balance back i need help :-( plzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
