repeated calls for non payment of bills

I have been transferred from kolkata to gangtok, sikkim from 20th july, 2014 as a result the mobile bill for [protected] and [protected] which were due on 24 th july, 2014 could not be paid before due date...I am visiting kolkata on 14 to 17 August 2014, and will pay the due amount in cash there...by this time i am receiving 3 to 5 call on average in odd hours asking for the date of payment of the aforesaid bills...inspite of my repeated request...

Received SMS for my mobile on 6th aug 2014 afternoon 01.20 pm stating that recharge for 69 and get FTT and also rate cutter for 35 paise / mins for all local mobiles for 28 days. They confirmed offer valid for 3 days. I recharged on 8th night around 10.00 pm. But i got only the Rate cutter and the FTT is not credited. When i contacted the customer service they confirmed that offer closed. Because the 3 days is closed...

changed my internet plan without my permission

Already applied for disconnecting my postpaid number

Charged for international sms on monthly postpaid bills

Unreasonable balance deduction and rude behavior of CCE's

It is not for the first time, they behaved many times with me like . Yesterday they deducted 45 rupees from my account. Very bad service from customer care executive

As i talk with "chetan pall" and "manish sharma" (noida) who are customer care executives .. i am not sure why vodaphone hire these fool employees in their office .. Vodafone Deducted Rs 99 using Fraud Mydala purchase.

Vodafone deducted Rs 99/- from Vodafone mobile balance without informing me. Only send an SMS that I have purchased a coupon to participate a lucky draw competition for a travel to Singapore in m.MyDala.com. Then vodafone customer care saying they can do nothing because I did a chargeable download from MyDala.com. Where as I just visitied the m.mydala.com and did nothing closed the website. Is Rs 99 for visiting a website?
