I have paid my Bill yesterday itself around 9 pm at bhayander vodafone galley by cash even i have receive the msg for the same for bill payment done then too i am getting calls from same number more then 20 times from morning its the agency from lower parel and the number is [protected] and even they are abusing in phone its better you take the action or else I will complaint for the same in police
once payment is done i have received the msg that in next 24 hrs it will reflect in your account fools are working there they even don't know that sneha the telecalling calls was abusing in calls

    Though the amount debited and transaction completed, I did not get the recharge details nor balance increases on my mobile.

      Hi Support Team, I have made payment to Vodafone communications with Online payment Transaction Id : ' WITHDRAWAL TRANSFER BILLDESK MINB[protected]/VODAESHOP/ TRANSFER TO[protected] of Rs 60' with your payment gateway on 11th August 2014 which has been deducted amount from my Indian Bank account but could not process further. When checked the account details, It already deducted amount and down the Gateway page hence the transaction could not succeed . I have already checked with Vodafone communications payment department and they confirmed that there is no such transaction id they got. Could you please check the attached transaction ID receipt at bank details to check it further and let me know the update on this.

        Hi, I have my internet plan activated and Vodafone deducted Rs.49 for some Service DNLD DWAP WAL 0049 PPU FUT00130 . I have not downloaded from any paid site or any service. In fact, I was not even using my phone at that time Moreover there is no downloaded file on my phone or any suspicious link in my browser history. There was also no notification about balance deduction, i checked by chance. Customer Care is not at all supportive and is adamant that i downloaded some stuff of which I am sure I didn't. Vodafone customer care not giving me website where this link is located. And their answers are totally baseless. My mobile number is [protected] Email- [protected]@yahoo.in

        I am a Vodafone postpaid customer any mobile number is : [protected].
        I have a plan of 299 Rs/Month with unlimited internet.
        Currently I got my bill and it was total 555 Rs and it displayed 178 Rs as download charges.
        When I ask to customer care they told it U have downloaded some content as below.
        1) dwap_wal_0049_ppu_fut0013 = 49 Rs
        2) hello1_tvallsouth_30 = 30 Rs
        3) dwap_vpk_0099_ppu_fut0013 = 99 Rs
        But I have never download any thing which was chargeable.
        Can you please look into this matter and please give me full detail from which site it was downloaded and what are meaning of above download lists.
        First time I am using Vodafone cug with unlimited internet and very frustrated with your services.
        Looking for your positive reply ASAP.

          Hello, I am a Vodafone postpaid customer. Since last two months I have been billed with download chagers for "wapvilla_ppd" (50/-) and "vuclipindia_pack75" (99/-). After repeated discussion with customer care, I haven't got a satisfactory answer to what these packs are and why are then being charged. The answer that customer care gives is, "some websites charge for download and for privacy reason we can not track these downloads". This is a very stupid answer. How can a third party website charge for a download over Internet in my Vodafone bill. Any charges for download will be against my data plan or if there is any money involved it will be through Internet or mobile banking. Is Vodafone saying that third party websites are charging for download against my bill? That is a very lame and stupid answer. Since these two packs are specific to Vodafone, I am sure Vodafone should have an idea about what these packs are and what action by user causes this app download. All I want is answers to following questions, 1. What is "wapvilla_ppd” and “vuclipindia_pack75"? 2. What causes download of these packs? (I haven't subscribed to any of these knowingly) 3.           Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          Vodafone is cheating big time. I have been paying amounts of Rs400/- & Rs200/- in every bill now.
          They don't have any proof of where this amount goes because it goes into their own pockets in illegal ways.
          @Amandeep: Why don't you discontinue the service or transfer the same number to another provider. And when they call to ask why are you shifting, tell them this reason. Vodafone will not learn unless all o[censored]s start discontinuing. It has happened to me twice. I will be changing my plan now and will watch for one more month, if it happens one more time I am just going to change the provider.
          @Amandeep: Why dont you discontinue or transfer the number to another provider? Vodafone will not learn unless we start taking some serious action. It has happened to me twice, if this happens one more time I am just going to switch my provider.
          I am also facing this problem from last 2 months. I have been charged Rs. 531/- & 148/-. There are so many complaints against Vodafone. I do not understand how to resolve this issue.
          Hello Vodafone. I have been a loyal customer of Vodafone since last approx 8 yrs. This is the first time I have been disappointed with the billing done.

          I am a corporate Customer with [protected] using the corporate E connect 3g 299 plan . For the past 2 months I am unnecessarily being charged as said above by the numerous customers.I even called the Customer centre team but they were not willing to help. They even could not help me to deactivate the services.

          I have been charged for download which I never did.I was never notified before or after activation of the service which is a total FRAUD.
          This was twice in a month for hello1_tvallsouth_ and vuclipindia_pack75I have been charged 35x2 and 70x2 = Rs.210 for this.This was for both July and Aug month. I expect Vodafone to stop all the extra services with immediate effect and provide a refund of 210x2=420 rs.

          If not possible do let me know the process of transferring my number to a different carrier.

          I have been charged with Rs.1080 for VuClip Service. I am not even aware about this service. After seeing the above post I think we should take an initiative and file Public Interest Litigation against Vodafone. After all amount has been billed by Vodafone, not any credit card, So vodafone can not escape by giving lame excuse that they are not aware about this charge
          .
          I am using a corporate sim and my company has asked clarification about Rs. 1080 and refused to pay this bill.


          Its a fraud by Vodafone : An Example: I am being xyz company and I say that I will charge Rs. 1 lac for 1 download and i will charge that amount in Vodafone bill. That can not happen without agreement between XYZ Company and Vodafone. In case vodafone is agreeing to that, its Vodafone's duty to have check on fair prices and details of content.

          Also Vodafone should make sure that every customer is getting proper information about the download charges before they actually download such content

          After so many calls to customer care and mails, I didn't get any response so far.

          I have drafted a legel notice against Vodafone and will be sending it very soon to Vodafone. I won't hesitate taking a few days leave to take legal action against vodafone because it a prestige issue for me and to give a justifiable answer to my company.

          Some charges billed for downloads which i have never authorised ie hello1_tvallsouth_, vuclipindia_pack75 and d2c_mobilart_50.

          The customercare is not responding .

          It is better to change the service provider to avoid the charges .

          3. m_paradise_w_35_,

          which I had never downloaded. Whereas my total bill amount is Rs. 1745/- means they had charged me more in fraud services which I never used . When I called their Customer Service for explanation they had no proper explanation how these services got

          I have faced same situation what Suhas has mentioned. I have paid 800 to 1200 rrupee extra to vadafone more than 5month. Finally I got to know vadafone has cheated. Regarding thithis I had talk to vadafone executive but there answer is stupid. Now I am going port this to another service. I suggest to people not to use vadafone.
          Govt should take action on these cheater.
          Why we people not book a complaint against Vodafone in consumer court? They are doing lot of cheating with everyone I think we should tie together and book a case against this cheater company,
          I am also facing the bill issue, I am having corporate account with Vodafone [protected], normally my bill amount never goes to above 500 INR since 2008, but may month bill they charged me for 4871, out of that 4088 was for usage data of 1986 Mbs, which I used according to Vodafone, where I already having a data package on my plan for 2GB, the usage was under the limit but they charged me so huge amount, when I raised complaint for it their executive has accepted the mistake in bill and assured me that the wrongly charged amount will be reversed, but after some days I got call from Vodafone they says the charges was correct and they will not reversed the amount, they says data was on 3G services as I have data plan for 2G, and it was an offer on my new mobile purchase from SNAPDEAL I got the free 3g 500mb but as I had used more than free data, I never requested for 3G services, Even I did not got any SMS or alert for activation of services, they had activate 3G services without my confirming me, even they did not passed me any information, and joke that they are saying I did not used 2G services at all as this plan is already activated on my plan, I had email the details at corporate.[protected]@vodafone.in but did not got any reply from Vodafone, now I am looking for an advocate to book a case on Vodafone for their cheating and harassment which their employees was doing with me, if any one like to joint me can contact me, even I am looking for an advocate if anyone knows a good lawyer please share my contact with him, or his contact with me I had all correspondence and call recording with me

            Hello Sir/Madam, When I received a service call from Vodafone in month of July I enquired the person regarding the roaming incoming free, so he suggested Activating national roaming for which Rs.75 will be charged on monthly basis till the service is Active. Later which I didn't receive any response for the Activation of National Roaming so I dropped an email to corpcare.[protected]@vodafone.com on 4th July & I got a reply on 7th July stating that the request has been processed and it is effective from July 7th. Later on 13th July I received a bill amount for Rs.2194.37, so after checking that I drafted an email stating that "In spite of activating the national roaming I have been charged for roaming incoming calls “on 15th July to corpcare.[protected]@vodafone.com in the same email chain which was sent on 4th July. I received a reply on 17th July from Vodafone stating that "The charges are correctly charged and there is no discrepancy in the bill". As the activation was done on 7th July and the bill got generated on 13th July (I.e. 7 days from activation of national roaming) so there should not be much of difference so assuming that the generated bill is correct I paid that bill amount. But this month I received the bill amount of Rs.8192.97 for which roaming charges alone was Rs.6773.75. It was very shocking to see the bill, hence immediately drafted an email today to corpcare.[protected]@vodafone.com in the same email loop (mail sent on 4thJuly) and also forwarded it to nodal.[protected]@vodafone.com. I also called to Vodafone customer care 13 times today from morning 9.24 am to12.54 pm. 111 19833398840988409943006025 Note: When trying to call 333 the customer care persons where busy so it was asking to press '1' to get a call back. In between I received a call from [protected] @ 10.56 (I was not knowing that it was from Vodafone) where I was unable to pick the call so later I called to the same number back @ 11.22 but I was unable to reach the number. Finally I spoke to a customer care executive she said that there is difference between Activate National Roaming & Activate National Roaming Pack which was not informed anywhere before it’s been a month after requesting for the Activation where in the mean time I have also email thrice regarding the same. Please consider this complaint and take respective action, as I am not affordable to pay that much bill amount. Thank you so much in Advance. Regards Jayashree

                I am 5 years old priority customer of Vodafone... I lost my phone on the 9th night... I blocked my phone the very same night... The next day i went to the Rohini Sec - 3, Vodafone care with an FIR i lodged a request to activate my old number with a new sim card... Its almost been 36 hrs and i have been to the store twice with job still not done... I have been calling your Vodafone care executive and have been lodging the complain regularly but to no help... Its such a mental harassment to be without a no. used for 5 long years... Its been a loss of time and business... This is not really the way i expected a request to be treated by a premium service provider like you... Your staff at the stores as well as your customer care executives are really incompetent and dont know how to respond to a customer... I really am in a stress because of your lack of seriousness... I expect a written reasoning regarding the delay and your inefficiency... I expect a compensation against the stress undergone from your end... My mobile no. is [protected]...

                  My number is [protected], I have recharged with rs. 195 (2GB 2G data) at 3:20pm on 12 aug 2014. After that I was unable to make a video call so I called customer care and explained my problem he directed me to just send a sms (ACT 3G to 144) I sent that sms and my video calling problem was solved but after some time one sms received on my phone that your previous Internet pack has been overwritten by new Internet pack. I checked my data balance but my data pack was really deactivated. Then I again called customer care but none of them was able to help me or give reason of my deduction. Today when I again called customer care they are telling that I have activated 3G on my number so all my 2G services are deactivated (This point was not told to me when I called to customer care before activating 3G). Now neither they are refunding my data balance and my deduced balance nor they are filing any complain on the executive who gave me wrong information.

                      My vodafone no is [protected]. In may month, i activated Ineternational romaing for 2 days. for activation co. chaged Rs3000/- ( co said this amount will be dedected from your bill) 9 june is my billing cycle. In the month of may only i visited company store & I called customer care to know about bill detail.was. they said you will get on 9 june which cycle period. 10 june i recived bill of Rs.27000/-. call charges is rs600/- rest for internet ie. Rs26000/-. i call custmer care they put my call on hold do not reply. same ting done many time with me. i visited store many time for complaint. 1st co. bloced my outgoing now my all incoming calls are bloced. as now my all incoming calls are blocked, i haveing business loss, is company is going to pay my business loss. my credit limit is Rs4100/- only which is decided by co. then who cum my bill goes to 27000/-. Solve my problem ASAP, othrwise i have to legal action. Company employee call on my wife mobile for recovery & miss behave with her.                         Hi Team, On sunday 10th August, i had contacted customer care to know the procedure to activate the 3G data by USSD, based on the advice given by customer care, i had dialled *121*195# and i got confirmation msg for my activation and 195rs deducted from my balance. But after half hour i had got one more message as your internet pack is active now and valid upto 12/08/2014 Bal: 100MB. But the request for second internet pack activation is not raised from my side. Finally i got message as your current data plan is overwritten by the previous plan. I contacted customer care on the same. They said that either balance 195rs will be credited back or 3G balance will be given back. But not even a single step taken from vodafone customer care. From Today, i was unable to contact customer care via 198 complaint number. I had made complaint again from my friend number. Again they are telling that problem will be resolved by 48 hours. I need answer the for the following questions: 1) How the 2G internet pack is activated without my knowledge? 2) Why i was unable to make contact customer care via 198 complaint number? 3) Whats the complain ID/Request ID for the complain i had registered?

                        On 05/07/2015 i was recharged my number with 18/- 2g data pack at 2.00pm, but i hv'nt recived any activation massage from vodafone.Then at 4.00 pm again i recharged my number with 251 3g offer pack then it was sucessfuly activated & i am njoing it...
                        But the tuist begain when suddendly i recived a massage of 18/- 2g data pack which i was recharged previosly. and now my mobile data balance is shows 90mb, where my balance should be near about 2048 mb +.

                        after that i consistantly call the customar care. but they were not helped me.. finally they blockd my number...

                        My qus. is what is my fault in it ?? i need my balance back i need help :-( plzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

                            Hi, I brought a smartphone and I inserted vodfone sim (number [protected]) and started using my regular postpaid connection. When i started browser, i got connected to internet automatically. At the end of the month, vodfone sent me bill @ rate 4 paisa per 10 KB. I had used more than 200 MB till then and they charged me almost 700-800 rs. I had requested customer care that i did not know that the plan is not activated, so i requested then to convert into 2g plan of 150Rs having 1GB download limit. But vodafone did not listen and threatened me that my name will be blacklisted if i do not pay the dues. I have paid all the dues, however, vodafone had activated internet on my phone without my notice. I did not receive any communication from vodfone at the begining o[censored]sage that i do not have a plan activated. Vodfone should have validted that. Instead they waited for me to use and billed me finally. Please sugest.

                            hi this is manish bhalerao i have a corporate plan with vodaphone my # [protected]. i have been billed for Internet usage around Rs 950 for data usage and my cell shoes that the data used is around 200 mb. i spoke to a customer care representative and was not happy with the information . need to get this resolved. even if i go for a 1 gb voucher it around rs 150 the why i have been charged unreasonably.

                            Dear Sir,

                            This is the reference of my mobile no. [protected], i have requested to your customer care department regarding my Internet Rs 250 1GB and calling plan change on 26TH Oct 2014. and they confirm the same via SMS.

                            Suddenly i came to know that my above mention request for change is not completed yet and they have charged Rs 600 (approx) for internet usage. & November bill also.
                            I think this is not correct and i request you to please look into this matter.

                                Hello, I bought Vodafone number on 16-Jul-2014 after 5 days my outgoing calls are closed when I called they told me due to negative verification services are closed I asked them for re verification they have forwarded my request but no response for re verification then on 24-Jul-2014 I went to Vodafone store for this complaint they also submitted my request and saidyour verification will complete tomorrow I waited for few days but no verification done and when I called to Vodafone customer care they in manners guys disconnected the calls many times even today Ankit was talking and he also disconnected the call I have all the recordings with me because I recorded the calls when I talked to Vodafone executives. Well after no response from VodafoneI again went to Vodafone store and asked them for the delay they asked for new address proof I have given them new address proof and purchased one more new number then after 5 days that new number outgoing calls are also closed when I called they said address not found. Well now tell me one thing my outgoing calls are closed incoming calls are closed Why will I pay the bill for holding the sim with me only after so many calls they are not taking any action so is there my fault? They are just making money nothing else I will not pay the bill only keep the sim in my purse I want wave off and immediate action on this. Start my services or closed these numbers. I wen to Vodafone store last week but there was no one to attend the customer only one girl was there and all executives were inside the room I asked her for my query she said wait for 10 minutes I have waited there for 45 minutes but no one was came out now you tell what should I do if you guys are not responding it means we are fool so using your services and paying you.

                                  Hi I am Amit Kumar Panja, a Customer of Vodafone. My Vodafone number is-[protected] & [protected]. My problem is before some days ago I reached a complain against no 3g network in my home (I am in 3g network coverage area already), they take 10 days for resolution but no resolution is found still now & they are not contact with me still now.                                     This is regarding my Vodafone number [protected] as I have received very high bill in the month of July.. I was being told by your executive that I will get unlimited plan @ 199.. But later when my bill came I was shocked to see such a high bill.. Kindly arrange the bill reworking of data charges of Rs.4383 as I was offered unlimited plan.. I am ready to pay the calling charges but will not pay data charges of Rs. 4383 It was a false information from you side.. And I want the reversal to be processed immediately or else I will escalate the matter to your higher level... i am tired talking to executives everyday and explaning the matter everytime, they are rude and disconnects call on your face, i also have all the recorded evidence of my telephonic conversation where they have kept me hold for hours, i am very unhappy with the service as i never expected vodafone to be... vodafone is the most expensive network in the country and we end up paying more for the premium services hence this is not the way you treat your customers. I have went thru lot of mental harresment duo to this... executives keeps calling everytime for the payments from morning and i end up explaining stories to them... A new executive every call. Revert ASAP

                                      I am new on vodafone network, but i fed-up with your services & false commitment, I have following problems :-


                                      1. When i joined your network then your executive told that my talkplan is 249.00 monthly, but i had been charged at 300.00 monthly. (now you replaced it with 199.00)

                                      2. I have told by your customer care executive that my 3g plan is Rs. 250.00 monthly, where i receive 1 gb 3g net & then after 2g net unlimited, but now you had charged after 3g use in my current month bill (till date usage 347 mb @ .4 per 10 kb approx Rs. 1388.00) WHY?

                                      3. I have also told that i receive discount in my net plan continuously 3 month Rs. (250.00-175.00 = 75.00), but now u replaced it with 2 months only.

                                      4. I had charged Rs. 139.00 for Downloading in my previous month bill, where i have not download anything you are showing in my bill, please waive-off.

                                      5. I have also complain regarding NETWORK, now you have told me that my sim to be replaced for this problem.


                                      you are kindly requested to please look into the matter & solve my problems, today is my last day for payment but i m not going to pay any amount till my all problems solve. otherwise i have to replaced network.

                                        I am using vodafone from last 3 months last month activated 299 3g plan for blackberry on 18 july 2014 from next day my 3g network is not working properly i called custmer care they told me to manual scan the network and choose idea as your network operator i do that but after that again i face network problem most of the time my phone is not reachble ( my friend told me about that coz he was try to call me) so again i called custmer care on that day they told me there is some work is going on for network related issue and it will fix in next 15 days but there is nothing happened in next 15 days after that again i complaint to custmer care and today they called me so i told him about my problem and what the they told me THAT YOU CAN ONLY USE DATA SERVICES WITH 3G I[censored] WANT TO CALL SOMEONE OR WANT RECIVE A CALL THEN YOU HAVE TO SELECT 2G what the hell is this tell me onething in a single how many times you can do that change network in every 15/20 minutes discusting vodafone should stop 3g if you dont have proper services as they are using 3g of idea WASTE OF TIME AND VERY POOR CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE THEY HAVE MY COMPLAINT NO IS[protected] and now i just ricived a sms from vodafone that "HELLO IN RESPONSE TO YOUR COMPLAINT NO[protected] WE WERE UNABLE TO REACH YOU ON YOUR MOBILE TO GIVE YOU AN UPDATE PLEASE CALL 111 FOR AN UPDATE" SHAME ON YOU VODAFONE I TALK WITH YOUR EXECUTIVES AND YOU CANT RESOLVE MY PROBLEM
