Last month I bought a number [protected] from one of my nearest sim shop . It is a postpaid number . As per rules my telephonic verification was done. But due to some personal problem I went out from city . When I was out of city I got a message from Vodafone . It was written that the verification gone negative ans please resubmit your documents again. I resubmitted the documents but verification was not done . It is for seventh time re submitted my documents . I had visit more than five time in Vodafone store but they are not able to help me. When I call on 198 number and talked to customer care they just say that u address is not true cable and your number is not respond able at the time of verification. But the thing is I never got a call from them So buying a Vodafone sim is my worst experience of my life Now I decided to put a case on Vodafone in court

Last month I bought a number [protected] . As per rule the verification was done and my sim got started but after two day my sim was stopped working when I called customer care they said me to put request for reverifaction again the verification was not done when I called customer care they said that your address was not terracable and your phone was not responding at the time o f verification. They suggested me to put a request for reverification . But again the verification was not done it is for fourteen time I put my request for reverification today
It was worst experience buying a Vodafone sim

    Hi, I also have been victimized by this wapvilla_ppd, vodafone downlode since may 2014. Every month this has been charged in my bill, customer care have no idea how to stop or what type of downlode it is. Vodafone is making money by this instrument from every postpaid user. Kindly help

        Vodafone postpaid no [protected] issued in the name of sri yn saxena of mg -31 sector c aliganj lucknow suddenly went of out of service towards the end of may 2013 despite last payment made online on 2nd may 2013 via [protected]@gmail.com for either 491 or 403(as another vodafone payment was made for [protected]) On regular complaints made online and to the vodafone store we were told that the no has been deactivated due to non submission of KYC On going to vodafone store with relevant papers we were told that this number has never been in record and no such number exists It came as a shock because this number has been in use for the last 18 to 20 years!initially in the name of sahara india thereafter transferred in name of sri yn saxena in end of 2012 A couple of days back we called up the number [protected], much to our shock it was picked up by a lady in allahabad!!! How is this possible? My services deactivated and postpaid given to someone else ?and ur stores give us vague responses Request to kindly renew our services asap so as to continue our trust in vodafone as we have been using vodafone since it was launched in lucknow and have three numbers Regards Yogendra narain saxena [protected]

          Dear sir/madam, I am a Vodafone connection user with number 9711***027, Would like to inform you, the mentally harassment given to me by Vodafone.I had opted for the corporate plan in which I was getting 2GB data (2G) in Rs. 98. On 27 June around 10.30 AM I received SMS stating that your Data Pack will be revised to 199 per month, on this I called and Checked with Customer care, I was told that your 2 plans of internet is running on your number, one is of Rs. 98 (Old one) and Another of Rs. 199. Customer executive named Ms XYZ told me that your Rs.199 Plan is activated by mistake and Rs.98 plan is still working. I told her to discontinue 199 Plan immediately. on 22nd of july I came to know that I don't have any Internet plan running on my number they have discontinued98 plan from market on 27 June I was not informed about Discontinuation of the 98 plan from Market.From last 3-4 days I am calling customer care department, everyone has his/her own response to my call.One said that on 10th of june we have sent an SMS from our end stating that 98 plan will be discontinued from the market.I haven't received any SMS like this.I received an SMS on 27th june that your Internet plan WILL be revised to 199.on this I called your customer care Executive.Even She didn't told me about discontinuation of Plan. False statement was given to me.From 27th of june till today I was using INTERNET without any plan because I was not informed.Now today the Bill has generated of Amount Rs.4163.44.I have also written a mail to corporatecare.[protected]@vodafone.com on 23rd of july regarding the same, but I haven't received any response for the same.Today I visited Vodafone store regarding this problem but the problem was not solved.You can check the call recording of 27th June 2014 with your customer care executive Ms. XYZ.Sir/mam, I request you to please take some Action regarding this problem.             Dear San, As i am a consumer of vodafone network and my bill is generate on 20th of every month.This time the company add 75 rs extra charges as download usage. When i talked to customer support they told me that the extra charges is due to you open an link and as you click on that particular link the charges 75 was added into your bill without any suffering and download and another customer support fellow told me that u have download something from java. Both the think are completely wrong i didnt do anything like this. Can you please help me because if we dont complaint now they will do the same thing into future also.               Dear Concerned, I am wondering that i am writing a complaint to a company which was once best in its area and i am its customer since past 10 years. My sister got admission in IIT Gandhinagar which was a proud thing for us. As she hailed from Rajasthan hence to get a local SIM was necessary and we were delighted that Vodafone has put up a kiosk to facilitate this for the new students. We have submitted all the docs required and purchased the SIM & the no. allotted to us was [protected]. We were confirmed that it will get started in 2 days time. Its more than a week now and till now the SIM is not activated. When we approached the customer care they simply say that we cant help it and we have to track the man from which we have purchased the SIM. My Questions: 1. How I am suppose to track the man/ dealer appointed by vodaphone to set up the kiosk. 2. IIT Gandhinagar is no normal college as the kiosk was setup in the Admin Block and proper prior approval must be taken for which Vodafone must have sent authorized personal. 3. My sister is alone in a new city with no local point of contact and if something happens to her, who should be held responsible. I request to solve the problem at the earliest and activate the SIM Card immediately.

                my name is tamil arasan from tamilnadu, vellore district, below mention both number is ur network post paid connection, if [protected], [protected] this both number another network to ur network transfered past two month before one connection and one month before one connection, both connection bill also paid on correct time, both connection same address, every month ur mobile bill also receive regularlly and one week before one address verification executive come and verify my address but that man that address is ok but my house is old so, stop that new got that connection and that ur tech person stop that outgoing connection, that number is [protected] already two month before got that connection is [protected] is connection bill paided correct time, that connection also working in same address, that address vertification executive worngly give the information to ur verification department, if can give that connection tommorrow other wise will change to another network, that executive name is selvam [protected] tamilnadu, vellore district, sathuvacharry branch guys, .

                  Hi, I am Mayur Patadia, using Vodafone postpaid connection. I am using a corporate plan of 375 which includes 1GB 3G data. They have charged me 250 in addition to my monthly rental for 1GB 3G data. So, as per their charging I should be getting 2GB 3G data usage, which I didn't get. I was switched to 2G after completing 1GB usage. So I requested to deactivate that additional plan reverse the charges in my next bill which they agreed on voice compliant done by me in June. But, they ignored my complaint & again charged me without reversing & deactivating the service. Next month they advised me to write an email which I did thrice, but they are not ready to reverse my charges. Looking for your kind help on this. Thanks

                    Dear sir I am gaurav bhargava using vodafone services from long time.i bought a data sim from vodafone number [protected] having a unlimited data plan in Rs 650/month.After 3 month the speed was awesome but after that said speed was not coming.I change my plan from Rs 650 to Rs 250 in which the data usuage was cut from unlimited to 1GB per month. The result was same so i decided to close the number and switch to other service provider. I call customer care on 06.04.14 to close my number but they informed me that my billing cycle has already started so now i have to pay Rs 250 rental charge so i have to use my 1 GB data for this month, They said they will close the number next month. On 04.05.14 i again call vodafone customer care to close the number but they informed that my number has converted into my postpaid number with rental charges of Rs199 for which i didn't make any request nor they inform me that they are going to do that.They charge me Rs 250 rental fees of 1 Gb data plan+Rs 199 rental charges+ data charges of Rs 650(Approx)+ taxes which make my bill of Rs 1257. If i have charges Rs 250 then no data charges should be taken but both the charges was taken from me.When i call the customer care they misbehave as well.i already file a complaint number[protected] the issue has not been solved they send me the legal notice as well for the payment. I request to consumer forum to close the issue as i made a payment of Rs 1257 transcation id MSBI[protected].Kindly get my payment back after deducting the actual charges.                       Hi, I am a Vodafone user from 2009 number [protected]. I am irritated by the non sense attitude of Vodafone towards its customers!!! Also, Vodafone is sharing personal data with tele callers!!! I have complained atleast 50 times with 50 numbers out of which 30 odd numbers are vodafone no's but Vodafone has been giving excuses to de-activate them.

                      I have raised 20 complaints with Vodafone, the details are below: Vodafone has not even disconnected 50% of these nos, but giving an excuse that call was never made!!!
                      Vodafone has no network in the place where I Live, but still Vodafone has done nothing in this regard!!! Why should i pay Rental when there is no network @ my place? I have reached out to Vodafone nodal team, but the response has been very bad. This clearly shows lack of seriousness !!! Vodafone has made a deal with other service providers thats the reason why there has been no de-activation of nos...

                      VODAFONE IS TRADING CUSTOMER NOS FOR MONEY, MARKETING AGENTS SELL THE DATA TO TELE-CALLERS FOR MONEY AND VODAFONE DOESN'T DO ANY THING ABT IT!!!

                        Recently Vodafone has charged Rs 49 for dwap_wal_0049 _ppu_fut00130. But I have never downloaded such value pack from from their site or any other site. I strongly protest against such forceful charges by the company. I demand that Vodafone must remove such charges from my bill. Please STOP such illegal charges without consent of consumer.                         I am a Vodafone Postpaid Customer in ludhiana Vodafone has charged me RS 49/- including in bill for downloading d2c_mgossip_pack49, a stuff which I had never downloaded in sep 2014 bill and in aug 2014 bill they have charged 164 rupees . When I called their Customer Forum for explanation, they had no proper explanation. My contact no. is +91-[protected]-I saw lot of complaints regarding this. I hope Vodafone is lloking at Root cause & addressing it.

                        I have been a loyal customer of Vodafone over 10 yrs from now, I have been charged with Rs 99 with category as deals_my_dala99,

                        i don't know what this is & am not aware of these charges, frankly speaking i do not remember of any thing of this sort that i have downloaded & when spoken to Vodafone rep he is of not of much help and they don't even have any confirmation for transaction record .

                        Almost 90 % of the time, I be connected with WIFI, so I barely use Vodafone Internet services .

                        And more over they do not even have control to block these so that I can avoid the same charges in future . This is totally seems to be fishy/fraud .

                        Can someone Help me on this ??

MY complaint was that my sim is not recieving network from last 2 days and i have replaced and buyied new sim but the sim not started . once again i have visited store and the advice me to replace and buy sim once again i also buyied then also my number is not started when i visit the store they where telling to buy a new sim of m-pesa for rupees 225 I did not buy and they showed me that my documents were rejected and i had replace right document and then also the sim is not started what showed i do now, , ... Sir please help me ...                             I am holding Vodafone Mobile number [protected]. I recharged Monthly plan 199 Rs on 26-7-14 for unlimited 2g gprs plan but in stead of 30 days I have been given 28 days validity why ? it would be difficult to remember the last date and 2 days our balance will be 0 rs.                               I Vaibhav Gupta, email id is [protected]@gmail.com, I had purchased vodafone 3G dongle plan having connection no. [protected]. on 19th June 2014 from vodafone store located in Dilshad Garden. At the time of purchase, vendor inform me that "pay Rs 1, 950 advance for 3 months & you can availed the 3G Internet facility for 3GB data for 3 MONTHS". So I prepared to use it accordingly. But after completion of 21 days (i.e. from 19th June 2014 to 10th July 2014) they expired the 1st MONTH. After making enquiry on customer care they informed me that " the plan is for 3 Bill CYCLE not for 3 MONTHS ". As per common sense meaning of a "MONTH" means 30 days but they provide me the facility for 21 days. So they misguide the customer to sale their product. Kindly take appropriate action against it.                                 I am very disappointed to tell you that I have requested to transfer my vodafone Phone no. [protected] from prepaid to postpaid on Date[protected]. And it was being told me that it will be migrated within 72 hours. But till Date[protected] it was not transferred. So made a complaint with Docket no. [protected]. Vodafone customer care told me that it will be resolved till[protected]. So on 23rd. I called and this time they told that it is resolved and your postpaid will be activated within 24 hours. Now on 24th July in morning I called then they told me that it now on 25th I called to customer care then they told that it is not resolved your complaint is bounced. It will take another 48 hours. So the point is what is going on. I am very disappointed with these guys. They even don’t tell me the exact thing. and I am not able to recharge in the situation that if I get recharge then my tariff will be wasted if it getting transferred to postpaid. Its my humble request to you please resolve my problem otherwise I have to go in consumer forum or I will talk to you higher authority on Saturday 26th.                                   I have been using Vodafone services from 2010. I use it on by iPhone 4. My billing has never crossed Rs. 2000. From last year it has never even crossed Rs. 1600, as it is a corporate package and non 3G as well. There is no data pack also activated. I check emails, social websites, and some other apps while I am on road within India. Even on India roaming, I have used these apps, and never ever has the billing crossed Rs. 2000.2 months back in June, 2014 we visited Nepal. We had to check some important mails on the phone, so we connected to internet.To our shock, when the bill was sent to us in July, it was Rs. 45000.The bill clearly shows a download of 5MB file consistently, 13 times in a span of 25 minutes. This should ideally mean, that after every 5 MB we switch of the internet, again connect, download 5 MB, switch off, download 5 MB, for 13 times.This is simply ridiculous. First of all, why will we stop after 5 MB download and on top of it do it 13 times. If we need to download or use internet we will do it continuously for a certain span of time and then switch off. Any layman can clearly make out, that the network was so bad, that the internet is trying to connect again and again and download the same 5 MB file again and again, and it has done this 13 times.The network within India is so poor that a 10 MB file takes 15 minutes to download, how can 65 MB download in 25 minutes, that too on a non data pack, international connection.We have raised the issue to 1) Customer care 2) Nodal office 3)Appellate tribunal as per the Vodafone website matrix.The worst part of our ordinal is that, the customer care team is again and again trying to justify their billing. They are trying to explain what is visible for the bill apparently. They are not even going back to the technical team, and getting a list of server pings or talking to their international partner for this wrong server pings.Everyday someone or the other from customer service, corporate service, nodal office calls and explains same thing.The height of all is that we get a call from appellate office and instead of they listening to the complaint, they are explaining and justifying their billing.We were under the impression that the tribunal will be impartial. They will first hear the concern from both sides and then decide.But here the case is different. They come with a predefined and per-decided set of answers to what questions we will ask. They have the same answers as all the customer care team.There is no mechanism to get this resolved as they have decided to take the money from me.On top of it, they have already charged my corporate card for the same and already got their money and unwilling to reverse it also. This is a very sad stage of billing and resolving issues and queries from valued customers. I am sure, many people are opting out of Vodafone services.

                                    From Vodafone they said the above services i downloaded from net so they charged for that Rs.49 but the thing from their side they are saying i downloaded some images and i explained them I dint download any images i downloaded some pdf files using my 2G data but the engineer after she said i have been charged for the pdf files which i download but how can i get charged when I have 2g data subscription. then she changed all the stories and telling me that giving DNLD-DWAP_WAL_0049_PPU_FUT00130 this code you have charged like that but i am sure about that i dint download any payable things. The information she is providing is absolutely wrong one. And at the end she went away without i am concerning my issue. and my number is[protected].

                                      My Vodafone mobile suddenly shown 'No network' and when I checked other mobile in my home, it was having full network. Two days after that mobile didn't have and my mobile had network. This same thing happened with other people in same area. All the mobiles are new. Some didn't have data plans.

                                        Myself Mr.Kunjan have recently changed vodafone postpaid to prepaid services for my mob.no.[protected].myvfirst complain is about incompletecinfirmation For first recharge at the time of address verification;due to this I could not recharge of Rs.51/-which facilitate lower call charges. Second is when i given it to mr.vishal at vodafone store shahibaug ahmedabad -Gujarat.they recharge for rs.50/- inplace of 51/- so i lost the lower call rate scheme. More over vodafone have debited the recharged amt.through account header of "Wrong recharge". Now i have minus balance in my account due ti this debit action by vodafone. Both time vodafone not intimate/ask/informed me about schEme or recharge.which is wrong. Pl.do needful.
