Even after making full and final and sending request for disconnection, your collection team is asking for payment. I have sent them all the record by mail e, g. cheque number, amount through which the payment was made and also the mail which was sent to the collection guy for the disconnection. But I am still getting mails for payment and lately have also received a legal notice from your lawyer. if you do not take action now, I will also move to the court with all the proves. Contact number is :[protected] (Delhi). Relationship number: 5.44547.00.00.100918. I have got all the proofs of payment and request for disconnection on my mail which I can produce anytime at the court of law. Now you decide whether u want to fight a legal battle or solve this issue.

    I have recharged my Vodafone prepaid mobile No. [protected] on line with Rs.673.00 Bonus card on 30 June 2014 for International roaming and the balance after recharge was Rs.1274.19. The details are as follows :

    Online Recharge ; Name: Bonus Card 673
    Order ID: o[protected]
    Payment Transaction ID : MSMP[protected]
    Date & Time of purchase : 30 Jun, 2014 16:43:45
    Amount: Rs. 673.0/-

    I have tried to activate the International roaming services while I was in Singapore / Malaysia. But, the roaming service was not activated / not available. I have returned to India on[protected].

    Though International roaming service was not activated / not made available on my phone and though I have not made any out going calls and have not received any incoming calls, the balance in my account is showing as Rs.600.05.

    This shows that an amount of Rs.674.14 was wrongly deducted from my account for no reason. Call record of my number [protected] may please be verified to see whether I have made any out going calls or I have received any incoming calls.

    I have made several representations to Vodafone at vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com to verify the records and rectify the wrong deductions.I have requested to credit the Bonus card amount of Rs.673.00 (+) the wrongly deducted amount of Rs.674.14 = Rs.1347.14 to my balance.
    But, it is very shameful on the part of Vodafone that no reply / response is given to my complaint till now.

      Sir, Today I have done 25 Rs. recharge online for talk time and after recharge my 3G data balance 750 MB deactvated automatically without any reason. I made contact to 198 for complain of 3G deactivated data and they told thathe they can not do anything b'coze 25 Rs. is a 2G data recharge and now u can use 2G 125 MB data instead my deactivaed 750 MB 3G data. Please tell me what about my 3G data balance. Being a valuable customer of Vodafone . may ask why is so froud to customer. Please return my 3G as soon as possible. Thank you. where as 3G data

        no.88666xxxxx dtd.15/07/2014.The Company has disconnected my following
        mob.numbers without giving any documentary proofs. (M)-[protected],

        is unsolicited commercial communication.In this case I have to inform you that

            Actually got a message from Vodafone saying that if you recharge with 155 you will get a 3G data of 1Gb instead 2G data. So I used USSD code and from my main balance 2G plan is activated there are not activated 3G data plan. So I called customer care and I have given complaint they process after 1 week and Now they are refunding only 138 talk time. But 155 rs is deducted from my main balance and they are refunding only 138. When I asking this question the guy who called me to process this complaint has simply put down the call and I am not able to call back also. And he is not giving the answer properly he shouting on me. When I recharge itself it will deduct some amount like if you recharge with 180 you will get 160 (around) now again I am loosing 12 rs extra.

When called customer care they asked me to approach Vodafone outlet for changing this or for any complaints.                 I am Abhishek Sharma, recently i connected with vodafone service. It almost 1 month before I bought vodafone sim. I got my First bill on 5 july, when i analysis my bill i found 49Rs Mgossip pack added into my bill which i never asked and never downloaded on my mobile . For same concern i call to customer care but i was really disappointed with customer care Representative. They even dont want to listen my words, again i called up to customer care but same thing again happen with me. I asked them to register my complaint but they refused to do that. After all this i go for Internet search where i found many customer suffered from same thing .I want to settle my amount with respect to my June bill and dont want this mistake continue in my future bill .My last date for payment has been over so please look into this.I suppose to getting positive feed response from Vodafone Else i will go for consumer court and publish this fraud on networking site like on facebook and not going to pay bill at all.Twitter and other networking sites where maximum people come to know about this Fraud and improper Behavior of your customer care| Representative.

                  Are they my phone numbers? Or you are simply copy and pasting numbers to me?

                  I keep paying bills to your bloody vodafone and from now onwards, i will not pay a single penny to you guys... I dont mind moving my numbers to airtel with immediate if my plan won't be lowered with same features.

                  On my another phone number [protected], this bill was of rs. 1085/- and i will not pay it this month and dont you dare to explain that i have used maximum number of minutes.

                  With immediate effect, lower my bill else i will head out to consumer court that there is risk to my privacy as you alrready shared phone numbers of someone else with me and you can check the same in the lines mentioned above.

                  This email is in reference to the network issues which we are facing since last years and now i have reached to my saturation level. Earlier, 3 months before, you said that please convert to postpaid and then services will be better and now when i converted it to postpaid and even after 3 months, the situations are worse.

                  All the time, either system is busy or calls are getting dropped and each month, i am ending up paying you almost 500 + taxes for such pathetic service and now, i can't take it anymore.

                  I have 2 other airtel numbers like [protected] and [protected] and they have amazing network and when i brought up this issue with them, they are ready to give me a plan with same 1, 20, 000 seconds for just 199 + taxes whereas i am paying 399 + taxes and that is too with pathetic network.

                    Dear Sir, recently Vodafone has deducted Rs. 49 for downloading "DWAP_WAL_0049_PPU_FUT00130" from my main vodafone account balance without my consent. Even the company did not send any notification in my phone about this deduction. But I can strongly say that I have not downloaded any such item from any internet site. I strongly protest against such unwanted money looting activity by Vodafone. It is nothing but stealing of money. Company should behave fairly with their consumer. Now I want my money (Rs 49.00) back in my vodafone account. Return my deducted balance in my account immediately.. Please take possitive step about this matter. My vodafone number is [protected]

                        My 3G service for 1GB data pack got deactivated in the middle of current billing cycle while I requested to deactivate from next billing cycle. When I requested for reactivation of the 3G plan again in this current billing cycle ( as deactivation was done mistakenly by their customer care agent), I was told that I have to pay extra money for using data.

                          When I check the plan details(through USSD / SMS), it says vodafone to vodafone 1p/s and vodafone to others 1.2p/s. When I check with customer care, they say it is 1.5p/s. But calls are being charged at 2p/s. Vodafone is cheating customers by showing one plan in USSD, telling one plan when we call them and charging completely different. I have registered complaint regarding this to vodafone customer care and they said it will be resolved in 24 hours. But even after 15 days it is not resolved and there is no proper response if I call them now. Vodafone complaint docket no. is[protected] Please take necessary actions. With Regards, Sujay

Your Agents suggested me for depositing all documents on NCR region vodafone store.                               I got a Vodafone post paid connection with no.[protected] . I want to change this number from post paid to prepaid.I have given my bill and request for changing my no 2 months ago. After that many time I visited the vodafone store Haldwani, Tikoniya but no one is listening.I complained many time against this but no action has been taken. I called the customer service team in regards to the same and they only register a complaint. There is nobody to whom I can escalate this.
                              The best part is that Vodafone Customer Care and Stores doesn&#039;t have a QUALITY team or a GOOD MANAGEMENT to take action, those customer care reps who doesn&#039;t value their customers.
                              Porting Out is the only option and suggestion to all those unhappy customers.

                                Hello, I am really hate India vodafone service they are just wasting time its really very very bad. YOu should not hire who is not interested in working i have complaint 3 to 4 times and wasted my 15 day just wating for your person or executive to come my place and he makes excuse to you people and the case is negative. I am tired really YOUR MANGMENT IS REALLY WORST once of biggest mistake you are doing with your VODAFONE BUSINESS One day you business go to hell. I am really tired. They says executive will visit sir sorry for trouble but nothing happen i should file Case against vodafone on wasting my time and mentally toruchered just sicked due to your managment. I get every time message we were not able to reach you etc.. While advertsing you people can reach but help you cannot reach at all. YOU ALL MAKES JOKES of your service. i will surely get time and file case i have proofs screenshot and people who know what happen. My complain no is [protected] last 5th time call your person vodafone care just cut my phone i have record voice plus screenshot of call i have lots of proof this time. YOu just making full o[censored]s. WHILE BILLING AND ADVERTSING YOU ALL ARE VERY VERY GOOOD but giving servicei you are one the WORST COMPANY EVER>>>>>>> I am going to take action soon really.

                                What to complian from your website you website is worst i cannot share more then 300 words not i cannot write my complain no. when i submit it show error really heck of service you are providing call me at [protected] to know things.
                                You can give me call after 1 anytime as our office times was between 5:00 am to 12:00 AM in morning.

                                  I have been loyal to Vodafone from last 6-7 years and never complained about the billing and other charges. It is first time I raised the valid and genuine concern for some unreasonable download charges and they are not at listening to the voice of customer. They have charged me for some download activity on the night of 15/06 and no one was using the phone at that time.                                     I am corporate postpaid connection user of vodafone. I have contacted Vodafone customer care for some issues in my data connection. Executive spared her time and got it resolved. She asked, if I am interested in knowing more 3G data packs offers, she can arrange a call for me and I said yes. And this was my big mistake. Now, in around 24 hours of time, I got almost 10 - 15 calls from CCEs offering Vodafone Post Paid plans. I don't understand, if I am already a Corporate Post Paid Plan user, why are they offering me another post paid plan and when I have not raised such request. If I will receive any such calls, I will complain it on TRAI and port my number to another service provide. Also I will ask my company to blacklist Vodafone from Corporate connection and go for another service provider.

                                      I'm using Vodafone number [protected], in m last bill i've been over charged for the services which i'm not even using. I complaint to customer service, they advised me to email to the corporate desk. It has been more than a week I've not been contacted by the Vodafone for my complaint which I emailed twice to their email address. It is very dissappointing customer service from a company like Vodafone.

                                      over charged and that too above my credit limit. Their customer care representive never bother to call existing client rather trying to make new clients. I ported from Airter Prepaid to Vodafone Postpaid and felt cheated from the fist month. Never opt for Vodafone Post paid, they will charge you GPRS bill which will give you hell of a shock.

                                        I have been mailed on 25 May 2014 to change my billing plan. But till date they haven't changed my plan.
