Are they my phone numbers? Or you are simply copy and pasting numbers to me?

I keep paying bills to your bloody vodafone and from now onwards, i will not pay a single penny to you guys... I dont mind moving my numbers to airtel with immediate if my plan won't be lowered with same features.

On my another phone number [protected], this bill was of rs. 1085/- and i will not pay it this month and dont you dare to explain that i have used maximum number of minutes.

With immediate effect, lower my bill else i will head out to consumer court that there is risk to my privacy as you alrready shared phone numbers of someone else with me and you can check the same in the lines mentioned above.

Hi team,

This email is in reference to the network issues which we are facing since last years and now i have reached to my saturation level. Earlier, 3 months before, you said that please convert to postpaid and then services will be better and now when i converted it to postpaid and even after 3 months, the situations are worse.

All the time, either system is busy or calls are getting dropped and each month, i am ending up paying you almost 500 + taxes for such pathetic service and now, i can't take it anymore.

I have 2 other airtel numbers like [protected] and [protected] and they have amazing network and when i brought up this issue with them, they are ready to give me a plan with same 1, 20, 000 seconds for just 199 + taxes whereas i am paying 399 + taxes and that is too with pathetic network.

Now, i would like to port my both vodafone postpaid numbers if you can not give me a plan match with airtel. Thanks much. Both numbers are [protected] and [protected].

    Dear Sir, recently Vodafone has deducted Rs. 49 for downloading "DWAP_WAL_0049_PPU_FUT00130" from my main vodafone account balance without my consent. Even the company did not send any notification in my phone about this deduction. But I can strongly say that I have not downloaded any such item from any internet site. I strongly protest against such unwanted money looting activity by Vodafone. It is nothing but stealing of money. Company should behave fairly with their consumer. Now I want my money (Rs 49.00) back in my vodafone account. Return my deducted balance in my account immediately.. Please take possitive step about this matter. My vodafone number is [protected]

        My 3G service for 1GB data pack got deactivated in the middle of current billing cycle while I requested to deactivate from next billing cycle. When I requested for reactivation of the 3G plan again in this current billing cycle ( as deactivation was done mistakenly by their customer care agent), I was told that I have to pay extra money for using data.

          When I check the plan details(through USSD / SMS), it says vodafone to vodafone 1p/s and vodafone to others 1.2p/s. When I check with customer care, they say it is 1.5p/s. But calls are being charged at 2p/s. Vodafone is cheating customers by showing one plan in USSD, telling one plan when we call them and charging completely different. I have registered complaint regarding this to vodafone customer care and they said it will be resolved in 24 hours. But even after 15 days it is not resolved and there is no proper response if I call them now. Vodafone complaint docket no. is[protected] Please take necessary actions. With Regards, Sujay

              I got a Vodafone post paid connection with no.[protected] . I want to change this number from post paid to prepaid.I have given my bill and request for changing my no 2 months ago. After that many time I visited the vodafone store Haldwani, Tikoniya but no one is listening.I complained many time against this but no action has been taken. I called the customer service team in regards to the same and they only register a complaint. There is nobody to whom I can escalate this.
              The best part is that Vodafone Customer Care and Stores doesn&#039;t have a QUALITY team or a GOOD MANAGEMENT to take action, those customer care reps who doesn&#039;t value their customers.
              Porting Out is the only option and suggestion to all those unhappy customers.

                Hello, I am really hate India vodafone service they are just wasting time its really very very bad. YOu should not hire who is not interested in working i have complaint 3 to 4 times and wasted my 15 day just wating for your person or executive to come my place and he makes excuse to you people and the case is negative. I am tired really YOUR MANGMENT IS REALLY WORST once of biggest mistake you are doing with your VODAFONE BUSINESS One day you business go to hell. I am really tired. They says executive will visit sir sorry for trouble but nothing happen i should file Case against vodafone on wasting my time and mentally toruchered just sicked due to your managment. I get every time message we were not able to reach you etc.. While advertsing you people can reach but help you cannot reach at all. YOU ALL MAKES JOKES of your service. i will surely get time and file case i have proofs screenshot and people who know what happen.                 What to complian from your website you website is worst i cannot share more then 300 words not i cannot write my complain no. when i submit it show error really heck of service you are providing call me at [protected] to know things.

                  I have been loyal to Vodafone from last 6-7 years and never complained about the billing and other charges. It is first time I raised the valid and genuine concern for some unreasonable download charges and they are not at listening to the voice of customer. They have charged me for some download activity on the night of 15/06 and no one was using the phone at that time.                     I am corporate postpaid connection user of vodafone. I have contacted Vodafone customer care for some issues in my data connection. Executive spared her time and got it resolved. She asked, if I am interested in knowing more 3G data packs offers, she can arrange a call for me and I said yes. And this was my big mistake. Now, in around 24 hours of time, I got almost 10 - 15 calls from CCEs offering Vodafone Post Paid plans. I don't understand, if I am already a Corporate Post Paid Plan user, why are they offering me another post paid plan and when I have not raised such request. If I will receive any such calls, I will complain it on TRAI and port my number to another service provide. Also I will ask my company to blacklist Vodafone from Corporate connection and go for another service provider.

I complaint to customer service, they advised me to email to the corporate desk. It has been more than a week I've not been contacted by the Vodafone for my complaint which I emailed twice to their email address. I ported from Airter Prepaid to Vodafone Postpaid and felt cheated from the fist month. Never opt for Vodafone Post paid, they will charge you GPRS bill which will give you hell of a shock.

                          My Mobile number is [protected]
                          I was using postpaid connection one year before i went to show room and paid the bill and cleared everything and converted to prepaid.
                          They asked me to clear the bill when i went to show room, i cleared and they converted my number to prepaid.

                          now after one year of converting postpaid to prepaid they are calling and telling i have to pay the bill otherwise they will disconnect my number. I kept for few months the receipt and i left some where.

                          If they called me in on or two months i could check what is the problem, how can they call me after a year and ask me for payment,

                          i donno the hell from vodafone.

                            I have been a vodafone customer for the past 6-8 years. The number was being used by my mother who is a senior citizen. However one day she received a call from an unknown number who claimed to be calling from Vodafone some Dept. and said that there is some problem with this number and they are checking the same. They asked me to hold the line for a few minutes. The few minutes was about 15 minutes. post which they disconnected the line. Within a few hours the outgoing calls from that number got blocked as they said that the customer has exceeded their credit limit of Rs.5000. I was surprised as how can an incoming call be charged at that rate. Since then the Vodafone Billing Dept has been chasing us for the payment of Rs. 5200/- which is completely unacceptable. I have since stopped using that number and request a amicable settlement.

                              To Whom so ever it may concern !! Since last 1 week, i have been calling the vodafone customer care for regestiring my complaint, but till date they have not taken any action on it. I must have called there customer Service Centre more than 100 times, nut each and every time they keep us on hold saying they will sort it out but result no response. Literally, i am fed up of approaching these people . They know only one Sentence - Thank you for your Call, your problem will get resolved in 2 hours but again the matter end up in same early condition. The most disgusting Service ever i had in my life. Vodafone is the only network which is not supporting us.

                                Hi, I am using two vodafone numbers [protected] and [protected]. I have requested to deactivate this number since i moved to Bangalore. I have first raised a request on 14th July but no action has been taken, then again when i called the customer care on 18th July i have been informed that no such request has been taken!! This is very annoying and not acceptable. Request you to kindly deactivate my connection ASAP. Moreover for [protected] i have requested to deactivate the Internet service on June but when i receives the bill for month of june the internet charges has been levied on the same, though i have not used the service. I would request to reverse those charges as well and send me the updated bill with total outstanding as of 18th july. As i have raised the request n 14th JUly for deactivating the service i am not expecting to pay for any bill raised after 18th JUly

                                  10 days back I gave a request for mnp of my prepaid reliance no. [protected] to prepaid vodafone at a retail outlet and paid rs 280 to activate plan of 50rs talktime+1gb 3g internet.Then one of your executives called up and suggested to convert directly to Vodafone postpaid.I agreed as later I was going to convert to postpaid. Then your executive came to my house, gave me the postpaid sim and I paid rs 250.l have its receipt as well as the sim.Your executive also told that my prepaid mnp request will be cancelled and directly it will get converted to postpaid. But on 15th July you people activated the prepaid sim and not the postpaid one.My 250+280=530 rs have been wasted.please just either return my money or activate the postpaid sim and adjust the balance or I will complain to consumer court and degrade your ratings.                                     I have received a message of bill Rs 2075/-.That is truely some mistake from your side. Let me tell you what is the problem 3 months ago i had activated monthly 2G interenet plan of Rs 150. At the end of month i called customer care service and told them to stop my plan, your customer care executive told me that plan have been activated automatically month to month, My bill was about 400Rs. that time. When i received this message of Rs 2075. bill i called customer care and your person told me that I have used GPRS and 1500 Rs of that . Infact i have received a message that i have remaining 600 mb of my data. let me tell you one thing iam not gonna pay a single penny of this ..So make necessary correction and send me new bill.                                       I had applied for a new postpaid connection at Vodafone, [protected] on 4th July on behalf of my father. But the connection didn't got activated. After 5days, Vodafone told me that on physical verification the connection was rejected. But the truth is that no physical verification was done. I emailed the matter to the Nodal Officer. The Nodal Officer arranged for a re-verification. This time around the executive did come but after a couple of days. Verification was done, but again 2 days later I received an email, that on Physical verification my father said he didn't approved it. Again a lie from Vodafone, because the executive met me and not my father, because he was at his office at that time. Still i replied to the email, i again provided my father's number, and told them to call him directly and verify. Today, i received an email, the Nodal Officer told me to wait for 48working hours, then he will respond with an answer. It means I will have to wait until next Monday, 21st July, for an answer. I had applied for the connection on 4th July. And until 21st they wouldn't activate the connection, and that whether it will get activated is still in doubt. This is pure harassment. Vodafone is continuously giving excuses for not activating the connection. They are not able to provide any reason for not activating. I provided proper documents and my father himself approved it, if Vodafone get in touch with him, they will know. But Vodafone is not activating my connection deliberately. And how much time should i wait to get one connection activated. Either activate this connection by this week, or give me my documents back immediately, otherwise, I will take alternate options and sue Vodafone over mishandling of documents, and fraud.

                                        My number is [protected]. I received a bill of amount 4200rs for the month of June 2014. Vodafone has charged me double for international calling. I barely talked 100 minutes and bill sent to me is of 200mins. Also the daily call minutes are doubled and exaggerated for which i am over charged too. And over the last few months my bill was around 1400rs, which I don't know how. I tried to ignore it that time but now the company is taking the advantage of ignorance. I asked them to not raise my credit limit beyond 1500, but they keep sending me message that my limit has been raised to 4000 and above. I request the consumer forum to look into the matter as soon as possible.
